i’m so glad that more leftists and people in general are talking about concepts like walkable cities and public transportation. imagine how beautiful it would be if america adopted better public transportation systems , roof gardens, community gardens, communities that work together and not against each other, a blend of nature and technology and architecture... it could be so magnificent... a better world is possible , i just don’t know where to start

The first bloom!

Marigold is known as 'gendu phula' in Odisha. Even though there are varieties of marigold that bloom throughout the year, but the flowers are mostly considered winter blooms around here. The winter garden full of beautiful yellow, orange and red marigold are a beautiful sight.

My sil planted four plants and only this one survived.

And now it's blooming for first time, heralding the arrival of winter.
