Fantastic Beasts should've been a limited series. And not involve Grindelwald as much as it does. Or at all really.

It would've been a great fun silly adventure about a quirky magizoologist in a time being a magizoologist wasn't as cool, each episode could tackle certain type of beasts, he could still meet Jacob and the girls at some point, maybe add a little kid character so Newt has a chance to show his teaching side, like the og saga add a mystery to be resolved, THEN at the end of the series we'd see him coming up with Fantastic Beasts. Done.

End the story there, if they wanna write about Grindelwald and Dumbledore, do it, SEPARATELY.

#so I've just watched Spaceninja's video on the movies #and it's so sad I can't defend it. because despite my affection towards the characters #the story grew worse and worse. And the plotholes (which I didn't know about) are so monumental it sounds like they wrote it in two weeks #so sad to see these characters wasted like that #Fantastic Beasts #rambling
