The second Alastor uttered “jambalaya” in the pilot I knew he was totally and royally forever fucked he will never be mentioned eating another thing (other than people but I digress.) if he is cooking food in a fic it will be no dish other than jambalaya and if the author is feeling particularly edgy or brave than it might be gumbo or another creole dish.
