Paisley's Bridal Boutique Mod is getting a major revamp for Stardew 1.6!

More hats, shirts, and pants for weddings and festivals will be added, full animation for all pants and dresses will be possible, and an updated look for Paisley's boutique tent will be included in version 1.3.0

The transition to 1.6 and de-bugging are almost complete, so expect the official re-launch to happen around the start of May. More exciting news will also be included in the official 1.3.0 launch post [coming soon!], so follow my Tumblr to keep up-to-date with the latest developments :)

I've wasted about 20 hours of my life on stardew valley all for this Mother Fucker to make it all for nothing. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IN THE GAME BECAUSE I HAD A MENTAL BREAKDOWN AND CRIED BECAUSE OF THIS ASSWIPE!!!!!

So I spent probably a little under 20 hours, with sleepless nights trying to make a wedding dress. I looked for an ornamental fan and even cheated to try and get it for 2 in game months which still didn't work. And then wanted an wedding mod. My sister got me a good looking mod to which I then proceeded to use obviously on my wedding day. THE MOD GLITCHED AND WOULDN'T WORK NO MATTER WHAT WHICH MADE ME HAVE TO GET PTSD FROM HAVING THE FLOWER DANCE 20 TIMES!!

Then I got to finally give up with my half wedding half FUCKING CYAN BLUE GREEN WHATEVER THE FUCK COLOR DRESS that I never got to finish. For LEWIS to treat me and my now husband's wedding like a ripped band-aid practically said like we're a bunch of 5 year olds playing house. Also keeping in mind the 20. . .HOURS!! I spent to get hear. To hear, """"Well now Erin feels like part of our little town. Kiss so the rest of us can tell you to FUCK OFF AND DIE."""""

MAYOR LEWIS IS THE SCUM OF THE EARTH I WISH HIS DEATH BE PAINFUL AND NOT MERCIFUL! If he had hidden trauma, I'D LAUGH! I FEEL NO SHAME IN FULLY SAYING I hate this hideous revolting stain on this game.

And Marnie, you can go right down with him.

Somehow I have accidentally skipped my wedding in Stardew??? I quit the game right as the scene was starting because I thought since my game saved the night before, the wedding scene would be the first thing to play when I loaded up again…instead it just started the day like normal but with me already married and my spouse already moved in. No wedding scene. 🥲🥲🥲

If I cannot woo the most (in any combination of the following) uptight, mysterious, theatrical, and/or tragic fictional love interest in the game, then what is the point of me playing? Elliott’s Immersive Wedding Mod v.2.0.0 is now up and ready to play!

Explore 3 new wedding day events with Elliott, including a wedding reception hosted at the Stardrop Saloon, as well as 2 intimate events with Elliott at home (PG - PG 13) in between events, and much more!

This new update also features new sprites and portraits based off my other mod, Elliott Scottish Wedding Kilt, as well as edited marriage dialogue with a little Scottish Gaelic affection sprinkled in.

Your choices in-game will affect your relationship with Elliott, as well as open up different opportunities for new events, revealing vanilla-based character growth for Elliott throughout your time together in Pelican Town.

More about this mod:

Elliott is an ISFP who is quirky, grandiose, and romantic but also largely misunderstood by others. In the beginning, his superficial traits tend to rub people the wrong way (melodramatic, vain, and “life-is-a-stage” type attitude) but getting to know and befriend him over the course of the game, we come to see him as a deeply passionate and highly motivated person, who is unapologetically true to himself and his values, despite the odds and adversity. Throughout your friendship, you see Elliott come out of his shell more and engage with the others around him, despite his history of rejection and discouragement.

Though much of his personal growth can be seen through heart events, dialogue, (and stalking him around town), I wanted to delve deeper into his character and explore how his choice to move to Pelican Town has shaped his personal growth, including his relationship with others in town - and most importantly - his relationship with the farmer, from friendship to marriage.
