I wanted to ask, in the kids turned sparkling au, Starscream was teaching Miko how to be the next winglord. Assuming he lived after Predacons Rising, or died and came back like Optimus, would she still treat him like a secondary parent, and eventually become winglord?

The matter of Starscream was one Tari did not like to consider. She had memories of Starscream trying to kill her when she was still Miko, but she also had recollections of a time when things were better. She remembered Starscream carrying her through the skies, letting her small wings flutter with the currents before she had learned to fly. She could still recall when he'd held her in his arms, telling her tales of Vos and the glory of the city he proclaimed would one day be hers. She had listened with such intent that even as a fully framed adult, she couldn't help but sometimes wonder if he was still out there, and if he still cared.

She was happy being a Wrecker, and she was happy being away from her family, even if she missed them at times. But as she aged, she felt a void within her, one that was for once, not caused by the loss of her Sire. She remembered stories of the great city that even after Cybertron's restoration, was not again floating in the sky. Starscream had always said that it was the duty of all fliers to watch over their city, to protect it, and to ensure that all who followed after them would have a place to call home.

Tari remembered, and so she decided to act.

Before Optimus's return, she set out on a journey across the stars. Her goal was simple: Find Starscream and get him to help her restore Vos. Sure, he might have been a Decepticon, but her memory painted him as a far more reasonable mech than some of the Autobots she dealt with on a regular basis. And without her Sire? Well... maybe digging up a few old memories would do something good for her aching spark.

It was far easier than she expected to find Starscream, although it hurt to track him down. He was hidden on Earth, her world of origin (a fact she will only begrudgingly admit). When she found him, he was wrapped up in his plans to get back at everyone and everything. She took him by total surprise, and their first meeting was by no means the one she had been hoping for. Starscream didn't recognize her, all he saw was her Wrecker badge.

Tari: Starscream! Hold your fire! I come in peace!

Starscream: An Autobot comes in peace? HA! As if I would believe that!

Tari: My designation is Sagittarius, Tari for short. Don't you remember me?

Starscream: A flier named after this mudball's constellations? How the mighty have fallen.

Tari and Starscream shot at each other for a while, and in the end, Tari had to hunt him down several times over the course of a few months. It was due to this hunt that she ended up with Bumblebee and his team on Earth for a time. She needed the extra guns to get into the Decepticon base on Earth where Starscream was supposedly hiding out. Her adventures with Bumblebee and his team were a whole other series of shenanigans. But in the end, she got her prize.

"Well Autobot? You've caught me. Are you going to kill me now?"

"No, I want you to talk to me. Please, just take a moment and remember me Starscream. I've already lost Optimus, I don't want to lose the only other bot that came even close to being my Sire."

"..."

"Mistress of the Terran skies. That was your full designation... wasn't it?"

Silence reigned over the duo for a time as Tari led Starscream out in cuffs. He would still need to answer for his crimes... but she would do all she could to lessen the sentence. For once, he went along without argument and allowed Tari to take him back to Cybertron to face justice. Seeing her reminded him of what he had been hoping for all those years ago when the war still raged. He had all but forgotten the precious sparkling he'd been so keen to raise once Megatron died. Predacons, Vehions, Terrorcons... it had all kept him distracted, especially as he sought out his old frame once more.

He would need to make things better.

Tari returned him to Cybertron and worked with anyone willing to side with Starscream during his court case. With a lot of effort, she was able to convince the Council that keeping Starscream alive was not only beneficial, but in the best interest of all of Cybertron. How did she do this? Why, she simply made it clear that Starscream had named her the heir of Vos... on live television. What was the Council to do? If they claimed Tari was lying, they would be disregarding the words of the Prime's sparkling. If they claimed her station was irrelevant, then they would earn the collective ire of every flier on Cybertron. There was almost no choice but to let Starscream out on parole and give Tari the funds needed to begin preparing to rebuild Vos.

Tari and Starscream were still rather tense, but working together on a common goal eased a lot of the pain that had developed over the years. Starscream guided Tari in her efforts and covered for her when she returned to the Wreckers. He laid low when she wasn't around and taught her as much of the old culture of fliers as possible. Over time, the wounds healed, and Starscream was able to proudly call himself Tari's mentor. Optimus was not made aware of Starscream's station in Tari's life until Vos rose into the skies once more and Starscream was there to announce Tari is official heir. It was a shock to say the least, but Tari relished in the companionship of her old secondary caretaker.

"Thank you for coming back with me."

"Thank you for giving me a second chance. To see Vos rise once more is a far greater accomplishment than anything I ever did during the war."

"You aren't so bad Starscream."

"HA! Lord Megatron would have a thing or two to say about that!"

Also just imagine when Megatron's coding calms down and stops assuming everything is a threat that needs to be met with immediate lethal force and finally leaves his quarters. Every bot he meets has to basically be like **P A N I C** while trying to act normal. Not at all paying attention to the chirping little blob on your pauldron with some very telling finials. Never seen anything even remotely close to that in all my functioning so please don't tear my head off Lord Megatron.

And yes I like to think sparkling rides on his shoulder. Maybe special baby magnets? Like the grasping reflex in babies.

Logically, there's probably an instinctive reason why Cybertronian coding would necessitate this murderous intent to anything that could be harmful to sparkling (ie predacons to ancient transformers)

I could also see so much casually cradling Silverlight to Megatron's (and eventually Optimus's) chassis. That sparkling will probably not touch the ground until a way a lot later on, it's too fragile and there's too much that could happen with big mecha walking around.

It was a normal day on base.

Buddy was watching a movie with the kids on the projector.

Bee and Smokescreen had just gotten back from patrol.

Arcee was talking with Optimus and Ratchet about something.

The Wreckers had managed to get Magnus to throw a lob after days of pestering.

Truly a lovely day.

Until the portal spawned in the center of the base.

“Oh, not this again!”--Buddy

Buddy shields the kids with her frame.

“What do you mean again!”--Miko

“Trust me this has happened more times than I would like to have! The travel is awful and the lands are worse!”--Buddy

“And that’s story to tell for another time!”--Ratchet

“How do we stop it?!”--Wheeljack

“You don’t! You either get sucked in or something—”--Buddy

BANG!

The light disappears.

“—something comes out.”--Buddy

There in the middle of the bases floor were three mechs sprawled out, groaning from their rough landing.

Three very familiar looking mechs…

Oh no…

The kids could feel Buddy shake at the sight of the newcomers.

The three mechs stood up and scanned their surroundings.

There was no doubt that they were Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave.

They had different paintjobs with similar frame structure, but that wasn’t what Buddy was focusing on.

She was focusing on the blue optics staring at her.

The blue optics she once looked into when she was a sparkling.

The blue optics of Megatron.

Buddy and SG! Megatron staring at each other.

Optimus and Ratchet immediately get in front of her.

Starscream and Soundwave stand up slightly in front of their leader who was just starting to stand.

Tense silence.

Megatron holds eye contact with Prime.

“We do not mean you any harm.”--Megatron

“And how do we know this isn’t a trick Megatron?”--Ratchet

Megatron looks at Starscream and Soundwave.

All three drop their weapons, surprising the Autobots.

“Megatron?”--Optimus

“As I said before. We do not mean you any harm.”--Megatron

“You are not our Megatron, am I correct?”--Optimus

Megatron nods.

“We come from an alternative universe. You seem to know my name as Megatron. This is my loyal Second in Command, Starscream.”--Megatron

“Two words I never thought I’d hear in a sentence.”--Smokescreen

“And my third in Command Soundwave.”--Megatron

“Hi!”--Soundwave

Almost everyone visibly jumps back.

“Did—did he just speak?”--Wheeljack

“Yeah? I talk all the time!”--Soundwave

“Sometimes more than usual Soundwave.”--Starscream

“Yeah. Sorry about that one time Screamy.”--Soundwave

Starscream shakes his helm fondly as Soundwave scratches the back of his neckcables.

“We come from a world that is near opposite to yours.”--Megatron

“How do you know that?”--Ratchet

“Our chief scientist, Shockwave was experimenting on the latest relic we managed to acquire from the Autobots. There was no telling what they were going to do with such a relic. Shockwave had enough time to tell us some of the basics before the blast came through.”--Starscream

Optimus nods at the new information.

“How are you guys getting back home?”--Smokescreen

“Shockwave was making a failsafe in case something like this happened. In theory we should be back in a couple of hours. But seeing as he was halfway done with it when the flash came in… a week at most.”--Soundwave

Megatron turns to Prime.

“Will you allow my mechs and I a place of refuge until then?”--Megatron

Prime thinks before agreeing.

Optimus in turn begins to introduce himself and the rest of the team.

He named Buddy last.

This certainly had gotten a reaction from the three Cons.

“This is Buddy, our archivist and technical support of the team.”--Optimus

All three mechs stare a bit at Buddy.

Soundwave kneels down and gently pats Buddy’s helm.

“It’s--it’s good to see ya kid.”--Soundwave

He stands back up, making room for Starscream to kneel.

He offers her his servo to shake.

Buddy shakes it hesitantly.

Starscream just smiles.

“Pleasure to meet you Buddy.”--Starscream

Buddy took the first step towards this Megatron.

It wasn’t the fact that he took a step backwards that surprised her the most.

It is his optics.

Fear.

Sorrow.

Regret.

Hope.

What happened to him?

Buddy slowly approached the giant and held out her servo.

Slowly he grabbed her servo.

It was shaky.

Nothing like the strong death grips she had grown accustomed to.

After the exchange it was settled that the three Decepticon’s would stay until their Shockwave got them home.

It was extremely tense around the base.

Starscream, strangely, got along well with some of the bots. This just surprised them when they found this Starscream to be way more tolerable than the one they knew.

For one, he wasn’t trying to kill Megatron ever second.

Starscream was surprised to hear his counter part wanting to do that to his leader.

He would never try and do that to his Megatron!

He was also caring to others, which was another shock to the team.

Bumblebee trips on a stray cube, slightly skinning his knee.

“Oh! Here let me.”--Starscream

Starscream pulls out a mini mesh kit to fix the joint.

Confused Bee noises intensifies.

Soundwave got along best with the kids and younger Bots.

It was only natural.

There almost wasn’t a second where he wasn’t making some sort of noise, whether it be music or talking, much to Ratchet’s dismay.

It was rare to hear him go silent.

He has mixed feelings about his counterpart’s silent but deadly behavior.

Mainly because he can’t stand so much stillness, ironic being the master spy he was.

Soundwave and Miko jamming out to some rock ballads.

Ratchet looking with horror from afar.

“Oh Primus… there’s two of them now…”—Ratchet

Megatron stays mostly by Prime’s side as the two would have nice talks.

He was the slowest to be integrated into the group.

He did ask about his counterpart, but he noticed that no bot would outright talk about his alternative whenever Buddy was in the room.

There were always side glances towards Buddy’s direction.

Worried glances.

One thing each of the Decepticons noticed fast was that Buddy was never left alone with any of them.

Usually, she was accompanied by a bot or two.

But whenever Megatron came, it almost doubled in numbers.

Soundwave was the one who brought it up one day as he plopped down next to her.

“So, Buddy… how’s your Megatron doing? I mean why haven’t we seen him with you?”--Soundwave

“We aren’t exactly… on talking terms Soundwave.”--Buddy

“How come?”--Soundwave

Buddy looks over at Soundwave and the other Con’s nearby.

“I think you might want to sit down for this.”--Buddy

They quickly sat down by Buddy, as some of the other bots sat down close by.

She knew why, but she continues.

She took a vent in before telling them her story from the beginning.

From the moment Megatronus found her.

From the times she remembered being in Orion Pax’s care.

From the times she was snuck into the gladiator quarters.

From when she met Soundwave and the minicons.

From the Senate meeting.

From the last time seeing Orion and Ratchet.

From when the war started.

From when the training had begun.

From when Megatron left, leaving her to control the army.

From Megatron’s return with the Dark energon.

From Megatron’s worsening training and ideals.

From Megatron’s second death and her having to take care of the army once more.

From Starscream’s ideals and the pushing.

From Megatron’s return.

From The Slash.

From the worse training to date.

From Soundwave snapping.

From Soundwave giving Buddy away to Prime.

The Decepticons had gone silent.

Soundwave was the first to reach out for a hug.

It felt familiar, yet different.

Starscream was the next.

Who knew Starscream could give out good hugs?

Then Megatron…

After a pause he asks if it was okay to hug her.

Buddy had leaped into his open arms before he could finish the sentence.

She buried her faceplate into his neck cables hugging tightly.

Megatron hugged tight too but minded his strength and size.

He gently stroked her back.

“I’m… I am so sorry Buddy.”--Megatron

Buddy lightly hiccupping in Megatron’s neck cables.

“I am so sorry little one.”--Megatron

Buddy finally faces Megatron.

“It—It wasn’t your fault. You had—had nothing to do with my Megatron’s actions.”--Buddy

“…”--Megatron

“…Something happened to my alternative, didn’t it?”--Buddy

“…Yes…”--Megatron

That was when he told her about his Buddy.

From when he found her in the alley.

From raising her with his friend Orion Pax.

From meeting Starscream and Soundwave.

From the Senate meeting.

From the last time she would see her uncle Orion storm out of the chamber.

From the time Nemesis Prime had arisen.

From the time she had been a shining beacon of hope amongst the soldiers.

From the time she disappeared.

From the time Soundwave and him found Prime holding her by her neckcables, struggling out of his grip.

From the pleas.

From the last ‘love you’.

From the blast of the cannon.

From holding his daughter’s offlined corpse in his servos.

From moving to Earth.

From the continuation of the war.

Buddy only hugged him tighter.

He needed it.

They both needed this more than anything.

It was at that moment the light came through.

It was time for them to leave.

The Cons saying their good-byes to everyone.

“If you ever end up in our universe, wouldn’t recommend it, feel free to ask for any of us! Maybe we can show you the base!”--Soundwave

“I’ll keep that in mind.”--Smokescreen

“Thank you again for your hospitality.”--Starscream

“You’re welcome Starscream.”--Optimus

The Cons turn to Buddy, each giving their own long hugs.

Megatron and Buddy give the longest hugs.

“Stay strong little one.”--Megatron

“Same to you, big guy.”--Buddy

Megatron and Buddy give each other one last look before the three walk to the light and vanish just as fast as it came.

They both knew that the alternative couldn’t replace the other, they lost to time. But it still felt good knowing that somewhere in the universe, one was alive and well.

Well you’re definitely everyone’s favorite. These two aren’t the only ones who tend to flirt with you but they’re definitely the most exhausting. Not that you mind, of course. You can’t complain when there’s two handsome young mechs head over heels for you.

Both of them tend to take you out for fast rides, show off with their horsepowers and then start competing. A couple of times they even started arguing like kids. Bee’s angry beeping sounded hilarious, nevertheless it would always seem as if Smokescreen is losing the argument. It would always make you laugh. You’d jump in and tell them something like:

“Guys! Guys. Come on. Both of you are amazing. You’re equally fast and strong. No need to argue.”

“We’ll see about that!” Smokescreen would say and then challenge Bumblebee, arranging a race which he would probably lose.

Their competition never ends.

They would pamper you, take you wherever you want to go, make you giggle and laugh, shower you with compliments, head pets, tickles etc. They would simply be the best boyfriends, trying to win you.

At times it would make you feel like an object, a prize they’re fighting over. But you’d quickly shoo that fog away from your mind knowing they aren’t THAT immature and shallow. They’re just young scouts blinded by your internal and external beauty.

When you’d call Smokescreen “Smokey” he’d blush blue and get all flustered while desperately trying to seem chill and hunky. Bumblebee would get jealous but seeing how idiotic Smokescreen is behaving would make him “wheeze”.

Calling Bumblebee “Bee” isn’t much of a big deal knowing almost everyone calls him that. But when he hears it coming from your sweet mouth he can’t help but melt into a puddle. Smokescreen would get hella jealous and pout in the back like a little kid.

Smokey’s nicknames for you would be cupcake or baby girl or doll while Bee’s would be daisy or sunflower or my little sparkling.

Bumblebee’s love language is definitely physical touch while Smokescreen’s is… well. Questionable. His hilarious attempts of flirting would actually make you feel butterflies in your tummy from time to time as he’d make you laugh. That’s all he needs to hear. So we can say humor is his love language.

When they’d find out which flower is your favorite, both of them would buy you a bouquet and race back to the base.

“I got to her first!!!” Smokescreen would sulk while holding the bouquet he got.

“Beep boopbeep beepboopbeep BEEPBOOP!!!” Bumblebee would talk back while also holding a bouquet of your favorite flowers.

You’d accept both gifts and laugh at their childish behavior. Sometimes even Optimus would jump in and do the ✨epic OP speech✨ to calm the situation down which would last till approximately next morning.

It’s easier to laugh it off than to choose… But one day you will have to. This is not healthy for them nor you. Perhaps, in the end, it would be the best to choose neither of them and move on…

It’s up to you.

Platonic Yandere Autobots x Hazbin Hotel AU idea

Warning for: suicide, overdosing, death, murder and family/platonic yandere

Here is yet another tfp x hazbin hotel AU

A while ago I saw a post someone made about tfp where the autobots were yandere in a family type way. So inspiration and credit to them for that (I'll put their user in once I find the post again)

Like they were dangerously protective of the kids to the point that they kept them in the base and refused to let them see their families, I think in the post they explained they were like that because of the loss of Sparklings during the war so they went kinda nuts. And only got worse when they met the kids.

So I thought, Why not make an AU with this? Except throw hazbin hotel in there because why not-? I'll call it 'freedom in Afterlife AU'

So here's a rough idea I have: it takes place a while later after the bots took them, everything they have tried has failed along with agent fowler since they don't want to accidentally harm the kids, Jack begins to lose hope much faster than the others when the bots tell him that his mother died in an accident (a lie, she is alive and searching for them)

So Jack decides, through an act of insanity, that the only way out is death.

He knows that the Bots would assume nothing because they were so close, and Jack knows that the bad things are getting to him. So to prevent Raf or Miko from hurting themselves, he does it for them without their knowledge so if there is a Heaven and Hell, they wont be damned for killing themselves.

He kills Raf first as quickly as possible while he's asleep using a sharp energon crystal he found abandoned right through the head, but Miko sees this and goes running for Bulkhead and the others. Jack grabs her and brings the energon to her throat and muttering apologies.

He tells her that he hopes they find a good afterlife because he knows he threw away his Chance to save them.

So with a strike, he stabs her through the heart and kills her.

He sobs over her body but he knows its done, he will be damned if hell is real and he doesn't care, all he hopes is that Raf and Miko go to paradise with his mom waiting for them even if it meant throwing away his chance

He brings Miko's body back to her bed and tucks her in along with Raf, before heading to bed with medication the bots got them when Miko got sick one time, he takes as many as he can and dies of an overdose

He wakes up in hell, Raf and Miko in Heaven.

Oh but a tfp au where the human kids are cybertronians AND the bots (and cons) sparklings.

Vince and raf are bee's kids with certain mute decepticon.

Miko is bulkhead sparkling with certain spider decepticon

And it's very obvious who's kid jack is. (Megop baby).

Sierra can be a breakout baby and wildbreak's older sister.

This came to me in a very profetic dream.

I got way too many ideas, and now they're performing crossovers:

Like Do as the Romans had Done getting zapped into G1.

June: There is no such thing as the perfect man.

G1 Optimus making puns and being sweet with the kids when their Optimus and Smokescreen are handling new active hotspots that may be their ticket home.

June: Dammit.

June's internal struggle with G1 OP because she's has to deal the intimate knowledge she banged his alternative self and knows the sight, taste, and feeling of his dick as well as how sensitive his audials are.

Cyber!Earth inhabitants - newly transformed, acquired, and/or conquered - appearing in the Bayverse!AU where Mikaela is a Dragon.

Bayverse (Autobots, United States military, and the Foundation) is flipping out because of the active Titan. But said Titan refuses to budge away from the shores of Diego Garcia base, much less let anyone else into its space of its city-mode.

It's gonna be awkward for Bayverse!Optimus since he's a Prime of Prima's spark-lineage, and Titan doesn't like that particular Prime.

Diego Garcia will become quite a hotspot because not only does it host space alien refugees and the first Dragon in several ages, but a living city and quite a few active practitioners and alchemists.

The confusion by Cyber!Earth inhabitants have with Bayverse since their Earth is terrifyingly different: these oceans have limits? There are no catastrophic storms or immense whirlpools? Where are the towering forests of semi-sentient trees and the deserts filled with ghostly spirits? The cities here are bustling alive with millions and not empty hellscapes of metal and winter? Plus, them trying to hash out the existing agreements by the other Primes with the Bayverse!Autobots.

More Other!TFP!Humanformers and G1 because I totally imagine Miko, the tiny War-Forged Seeker sparkling she is, would try her damn best to take a huge bite out of a Quintesson if it ever showed its tentacles and five-faces in that verse.

The June-is-Megatronus!AU meets Bayverse: a moment where she accidentally transports herself, injured Optimus, and Smokescreen to Diego Garcia.

The Hammer is still functional because June picked up some things Ratchet... and then through caution to wind by hooking up her own systems and cabling into Optimus and basically jumpstarted him like a living battery, spark to spark. (TFP!Ratchet would be yelling at her. Bayverse! definitely done so)

TFP!Optimus is having some weird visions by the Matrix, June goes into a trance and walks into the sea with no notice, and Smokescreen is Smokescreen.

Optimus vomits salt water and cockles and aquatic life as June hauls out a revived Jazz... who then stabs her out of reflex and she freezes the mech out of defense.

Now, there are multiple people having a meltdown or a crisis, but June has an idea (a dangerous and ridiculous one) on how to get back to their universe.

If you know the tf fic idea of a human being reincarnated as a Cybertronain, then good. If not, don't worry, it's been a minute since I've read those type of fics. Most of which weren't completed when I had read them.

Anyway, timeskip au. Tfp kids live their lives as humans, right? Only they pop back in as Cybertronains on Cybertron.

Que mass confusion from both parties once they meet their guardians and explain everything and its proven true, as well as fear from maybe a few Cons. Mind you, zero of the fics I had read never gave reason for the reincarnation, so do with that what you will as to why the three are now back as Cybertronains.

Interested to see your take on my ask, ngl.

Fun fact, reincarnation is a huge fave of mine, I will always play around with the idea

Reincarnated as Sparklings AU

Having reached the end of their natural lives, the Jasper trio had left behind a legacy by which to be remembered, one that their families, both robotic and organic, would hold firm and proudly now that they were gone...

Which caused quite the shock, when of all things, they reawoke on Cybertron, as something entirely new, in metal bodies of their own.

Call it fate, call it a gift, but be it the Primes or even Primus himself, they had been reborn, in the form of Cybertronians no less, each befitting their natures in their past life.

Jack was fast, his form sturdy but still one no less meant for speeds that a normal vehicle couldn't easily reach, but could also take the hits dealt out if necessary. Fitting really, when those he had to guide him before had been Arcee and his close bonds with Smokescree.

Miko was blessed not just with a form that could dish out hits as well as take them, but with wings to soar high above, a fact she was more than elated by, and no doubt, her family of Wreckers would be surprised when they saw their reborn teammate.

Rafael came as a bit of a shock, but it made quite a bit of sense once looking closer. Given many of the features of a bot with highly advanced processors and data cables, yet also tools by which to repair those he cared for, Raf was a natural in this form.

Once they were able to understand these new forms better, the first thing they did was speed off to find Team Prime, which proved to be little challenge.

They found Ratchet, who had been working a volunteer shift at the sparkling facility when in came 3 rambunctious bots, who immediately called his name and--

Wait how did they even--

It took the next few hours for them to explain, but after some questions that only they would know, Ratchet had sped them off to a small home of his own, where he contacted the rest of the team.

All were shocked, but none more than Optimus, who remained oh so still, as the three reborn came up to him and embraced him tightly.

Oh how his spark sang as he embraced his once young children with fervor, careful not to harm them, but oh so happy to be reunited with them.

A gift of Primus indeed.

Their family was whole again.

You've come to the right person. I devour happy megastar family content.

I wrote a really cute tfp megastar family fic a while ago, but I hc that those two do have a family. After the horrid events of predacons rising, Megatron is in exile and Starscream is rogue. The two find each other again by chance and of course, it's not the best meeting but they decide to stay around one another for some time. Starscream can leave when he wants, but for some reason he chooses not to. Anyway, without the war, and constantly fighting, the two get to see another side of one another that didn't exist. They've been through a lot, lost a lot, both are victims of abusev/violence, and for all they've been through together, they try to heal. At that time, just by nature of being the former first and second of the decepitcon army, some decepticons who felt displaced in cybertron find them where they are.

Megatron vows no more violence, but he and starscream agree to start a neutral population hidden from cybertron. Eventually, they are inexplicably happy after years of healing and forgiveness and they have a family. They have four children, and Megatron is happy when he realizes this war wasn't for nothing. He is happy with Starscream, he is free, his children are free and they get to live in peace. Starscream is also a leader of basically their planet, while he's happy with the kids and Megatron, he is still a little wicked, but who would Starscream be if he wasn't that. Long story short, they've got three daughters and one son, and they were born during Megatron and Starscream's time creating a new, happy and free civilization post the war.

TF Earthspark Megastar kids are fun ajdflafja. Obviously, there is a lot of work that needs to be done between Megatron and Starscream before any of them can be comfortable around one another. BUUT it happens, because Megatron and Starscream start to realize their similarities and just want to heal. Things go slow, and Megatron is respectful of Starscream, but eventually, it is Starscream who wants to eventually start at least an acquaintanceship with Megatron. Not so much forgive him (yet), but want to move on. Through there, they start to heal and that's really only possible because they are both similar. Both are victims of abuse, both are victims of violence and oppression and in turn, turned around and hurt others. When they both realize that they were caught in a cycle of abuse and pain because of how they were treated in their past, they decide to grow past it. Megatron and Starscream are still technically on different sides, Megatron is an Autobot, Starscream is the Decepticon leader, but that doesn't stop Starscream from seeking Megatron out and growing close to him. That aquaintanship just keeps on growing until it becomes something more. And with a healthy group of friends around them (the maltos, the autobots, etc) and with no war or violence, and with the two healing (because they help each other), they both fall in love. None were thinking of sparklings, it just happened. AND when i say that i mean that. Similar to all my aus, Seekers do not change when they're carrying because they don't know; it's not natural for them. So they don't know until emergence.

Regardless, they are happy and they are good parents. And are the kids a little evil like Starscream and have ideations of wanting to one day take over Earth?? DUH. The children are both Autobot and Decepticon and perhaps, a little terran?

As for Megatron, he is happy but he is conflicted about a lot of things. for once tho, Starscream is the last thing he is conflicted about, and while everyone is chill and happy, both Starscream and Megatron get their family.

*it should be stated that in my personal megastar aus, i actually don't see them being a thing or even having romantic /sexual feelings toward one another until after the war, so these all clearly take place after the war*

How would OP react to, idk, the kids telling him that he (OP) is a better dad than Unicron could ever be?

This feels like almost like something worthy of a snippet. Maybe it is worth a snippet. We shall see.

Optimus was by no means the perfect son. He knew his purpose, he knew his design. He could handle himself alone. But the children? They needed a father. They needed to at least have closure. Leaving the team alone with children of Unicron was not advisable by any means, but Optimus had no intention of bring his entire team with him down to Unicron's core. They were not likely to survive the journey.

So off he went. He left in the middle of the night, catching only Rafael's curious gaze as he went through the ground bridge. The child sensed his intent, and neither said a word. Optimus was quick to arrive at Unicron's core, and it was there that the chaos god continued to remain silent.

Optimus: Father, why will you not heed me? Your children await you.

Unicron: ...

Optimus: Father, you made them. You made US. You cannot abandon us like this.

Unicron: ...

Optimus: Maker, creator, why will you not listen?!

Unicron: ...

Optimus: Keep your silence if you must. But you WILL come to your children and at least let them feel you presence.

Optimus: This is not a request. This is a command.

Unicron: ...

Unicron: Is this what you wish?

Optimus: Yes. I do not ask that you love them, but I do ask that you give them a chance. They are your creations, whether you like it or not.

Quietly, Unicron gathered his strength to create an avatar. Optimus nodded silently once it was formed. It was smaller than the giants that roamed during Unicron's waking. It came only up to Optimus's height, but that was all it needed to be.

Summoning a bridge back, Optimus brought Unicron's avatar with him just in time to catch the team worriedly looking around for him. They froze in horror when he came through with Unicron at his heels. The normal Cybertronians present instinctively prepared for battle. But the children? They stared in silence. Jack frowned, his fists clenched at his sides. Miko huffed and crossed her arms, completely unafraid. Rafael for his part glared but otherwise did nothing as Optimus shoved Unicron forward with an order to speak to his offspring.

The tension in the base was so thick it could have been cut with a knife. The children said nothing, Unicron said nothing, and instead they stared at each other with mixed apathy and disgust on both sides. Ratchet and the rest hissed at Optimus, demanding to know why he brought the Unmaker into their base. Optimus for his part attempted to explain, but that was when the children decided to make their move.

Rafael: I don't care that you are my father, but you left me and my friends for far too long to come into our lives now.

Unicron: I had no intention of interacting with my unwanted spawn. I care only for my firstborn.

Optimus: Father-!

Jack: Glad you are at least willing to admit you don't care about us.

Miko: Optimus has been more of a dad to us than YOU!

Unicron: Let him tend to you then. I have no interest in these affairs.

Optimus: Father! You can't just-!

Unicron: I shall await further communications from you, my firstborn.

Unicron left without another word, his avatar vanishing into the void. Optimus stood there dumbfounded and upset. How could his maker do this to his own children? He had cast them away to their faces. Sure they had not asked to be made, nor had Unicron intended to make them, but they were his children all the same.

The only relief from the interaction that came was in the form of the children reconfirming that they did in fact see Optimus as more of a parent than Unicron. It shouldn't have been surprising, but after everything, Optimus could only quietly accept the role with a smile. If his father would not be there for his spawn, Optimus could take up the role without issue.
