seokjin x reader (or oc) genre: crack; fluff word count: 1.5K

a/n: Ok lovelies, this has to be the most random, stupidest, most crackhead piece of writing I have ever posted to this blog, and for that, I apologize lmao. Jimin criticizes the long term Jin couple for their lack of pet names and they go off and yeah, this is what happened. This fic features all the members!!!! Basically, this is what you get when I write some dumbass shit and have Mads read over it, only for it to spark some more dumbassery from her. We share one braincell, and it shows in this fic. Anyways, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy lol :))

JUST as you got to the dorm you found Taehyung entering through the door, turning his head to spot you just before he disappeared into his home. “Hey!” He shouted happily at you, holding the door open for you.

“Hi,” you greeted, “where are you getting home from?” You asked snoopily with a smirk, fully aware he had started dating his best friend recently and was still very much in the honeymoon phase. Instead of answering you, he gave you a beaming grin with a bashful chuckle and you simply smiled back as he shut the door. “Cuties,” you whispered, Tae bumping you with his shoulder as he led you into the dorm.

Walking past the kitchen, you both spotted your boyfriend cooking away as Jimin sat at the counter reading something off his phone.

Jin looked up to see you, a smile spreading across his face. “Pumpkin butt!” He greeted you excitedly. Pumpkin butt?

You smiled, shooting him a questioningly look. “Hi?” You gave a small laugh, walking toward him and kissing his cheek when you reached him. “Can I help you with something?” You asked, looking at the pan that was full of sizzling vegetables and meat.

“Hmmm,” he thought out loud, exaggerating the sound. “You could get me some sesame seeds from the spice cupboard, Angel Face.”

Again, Angel Face? You looked at him in confusion, scrunching your eyebrows, and just as you were about to ask what the hell he was doing, Jimin spoke up, looking at Jin with an annoyed expression.

“Ew,” Jimin complained. “I know what you’re doing, I already apologized for meddling into your relationship, can you stop before I lose my appetite?”

Looking between the two men, and then to Tae, you found that the younger man was just as confused as you.

“What am I doing?” Jin asked with a smile. “I’m just happy to see my Sugar Plum.” Sugar Plum? Looking toward you, Jin noted the confusion in your features and leaned forward, pressing a sweet kiss to your lips. “You see,” he started to explain. “Jimin was concerned about the state of our relationship because he never hears us use pet names for each other.”

Realizing what your boyfriend was doing, you had to hold back your growing smile. “Ohhh, is that so?” You asked before looking toward Jimin with a smirk before making your way to the spice cupboard. “Pookie Bear, you need sesame seeds, right?”

A massive grin spread across Jin’s face in response to you playing along. “That’s right, Sugar Pie.” You snuck a look at the younger boys sitting at the counter, taking note of Jimin slowly shaking his head as Tae sat there grinning at you and Jin, thoroughly amused.

“You know, Sesame Seed is a good pet name,” you noted, handing your boyfriend the little bottle.

“Is it?” He asked with a chuckle, unable to hold back his amusement. You shrugged, Jin nodding. “Well when has my little Sesame Seed ever been wrong before?”

“Why are you two like this?” Jimin interrupted, sending Taehyung into giggles.

“Like what?” You asked.

“Yeah, we just want to show you our cute affectionate side,” Jin added. “Isn’t that right, Miss Sweetums McGee?” He directed to you, and you found yourself having to hold back a laugh and also a look of disgust at the horrible pet name.

“That’s right, Mr… Sweetums McGee, was it?” You asked Jin, only for him to let out a squeaky laugh.

“Yeah, I think that was it,” he nodded.

“A great one,” you nodded back, giggling.

“You guys are so annoying, all I was saying is that it’s weird you don’t have pet names, you’re a couple,” Jimin complained with a sigh and a shake of his head.

You shot Jimin a glare as Jin scoffed. “Like Dear is such a great pet name? Dear whom?” Jin asked with wide eyes, you holding back a smile as you agreed. At that moment, the remaining four members entered the room, all looking at the scene in front of them with confused expressions.

“Yeah, are you writing a monologue every time you address your girlfriend? Writing letters?” You added sassily.

“Yeah,” Jin exclaimed. “Certified cringe!”

Turning to your boyfriend, you yelled out another “yeah!” just as you high fived.

Jimin was staring at you both trying to make sense of what was happening as Tae was cackling beside him.

“What the hell is going on?” Namjoon asked you all, only for you and Jin to stare at him.

“I don’t even know anymore,” Jimin spoke with a head shake, still in shock.

Tae controlled his laughter enough to explain, “Jimin was criticizing them for not having pet names so now they’re messing with him.” Namjoon looked from person to person, confusion still etched into his features as Yoongi chuckled.

“I mean, it is kind of weird that you don’t have pet names, even I do,” he said nonchalantly, walking toward the fridge.

“You wanna talk about weird,” you interjected, making Yoongi turn to look at you in surprise. “Kid?” Yoongi’s eyebrows raised and shot you an expectant look. You and Jin looked at each other pulling mirroring disgusted expressions, your faces scrunched up.

“Yeah, isn’t that a bit creepy?” Jin asked, looking back to Yoongi, the members all snickering. “Power play?”

“You don’t need to air your kinks out like that, do you?” You added, Jungkook letting out a loud cackle across the room.

“What the fuck?” Yoongi mumbled in confusion, looking to the members for help, only to find them all laughing.

“Certified Cringe!” You yelled, Jin high fiving you.

“You know what,” you continued on, “speaking of airing out kinks, Taehyung,” you started in, Taehyung’s eyes popping open as he pointed to himself. “Driver roll up the partition, fast?” Taehyung stared at you blankly as you asked, “Do you like to call her Peaches when you get that nasty?”

Taehyung let out a laugh through his nose as Jin looked at you in confusion. “Wait, what?”

“Beyoncé,” you told him, your boyfriend letting out an ‘ohhhh’ in realization.

“Yeah, so cringe,” Jin told Taehyung. “And how cringe it is, Cherries?” Jin asked you, simultaneously parodying Tae’s pet name for his girlfriend.

“Um I’d say it’s certified,” you told him.

“Certified Cringe!” You yelled together, giving each other another high five.

Scanning the members, you locked eyes with Namjoon and his smile fell. “Daisy?”

“Five dollar romance novel vibes,” Jin suddenly said.

Raising an arm up, you pretended to drop a mic, saying, “boom.”

“Certified cringe!” Jin added, both of you high fiving before turning to your next victim as Namjoon looked around as if he had no idea where he even was.

“Oh Hobi,” you started, Jin shaking his head with a small smile. “Sweet Hobi.”

“Petal?” Jin posed, as you both shook your heads before looking at each other, waiting for the other to come up with something.

“Petal,” you repeated, inhaling as your mind tried to come up with a good burn. “Ok that’s actually really cute,” you admitted.

“Yeah it is,” Jin agreed as Hoseok beamed in amusement. “But it’s still cringe!”

“Yeah, certified cringe!” You yelled, high fiving your boyfriend once again.

“And you,” you shot a look at that bratty maknae who spent so very much of his time teasing you. “I wouldn’t be calling your girlfriend ‘Holly’ too much in public,” you started.

“Talk about airing your weird kinks out to everyone,” Jin added on. “Leave that to Yoongi.”

“Wait, what kink?” Jungkook asked, thoroughly confused.

“People might think you’re talking about Min Holly,” you informed him, Jungkook eyes going wide as he shot a look to Yoongi.

“Hey, hey, hey, leave my dog out of this shit,” he complained with a pout.

“I think it’s safe to say the name Holly is certified cringe!” Jin yelled out, ignoring Yoongi.

You high fived the man again before adding, “disgusting.”

With all of the members standing around looking from each other to you and your boyfriend, Jin simply tossed the contents of the frying pan into a bowl and grabbed your hand. “Come on, Poopsie, let’s go eat.”

You looked to the ground as you laughed at the ridiculous pet name, making a mental note to tell him to never call you Poopsie again as you followed him out of the kitchen to his bedroom, leaving the other six men standing there in silence.

“Did he just call her Poopsie?” Yoongi asked, Taehyung and Hoseok laughing amusedly.

“What’s wrong with Daisy?” Namjoon asked in utter confusion, as Jungkook stared off into space, surely rethinking Holly as a pet name.

“They’re going to criticize me for the name Kid when he’s calling her Poopsie?” Yoongi continued to complain.

Jimin stood up, looking at the empty frying pan before huffing. “They didn’t even leave any food,” he mumbled before heading out of the kitchen, the comment knocking Jungkook out of his daze.

“They didn’t?” He asked, stepping toward the stove to see the empty pan for himself. “That’s the whole reason I even came out here,” he pouted. The other guys looked at their youngest member for a moment before Namjoon and Taehyung left the room, leaving Yoongi, Jungkook, and Hoseok in the kitchen looking at each other.

“Well they said ‘Petal’ is cute,” Hoseok boasted with a grin.

Jungkook let out a sigh as Yoongi shook his head and opened the fridge. “Hobi,” Yoongi spoke as he looked for his leftovers. “Please shut up.”

My version of the Super Mario cast, but genderswap ^-^ I want to try and do it as accurately as possible, so I hope it turn out okay

Here’s some side notes if anyone is interested in them

Little disclaimer: I DIDN'T MAKE THIS TO CORRECT ANYONE OR MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEIR VERSION IS WRONG. THIS WAS MADE FOR FOR FUN AND I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO TAKE THIS IN THE WRONG WAY. (Just wanted to post this note her just in case I get comments about ^-^) Characters from left to right with notes: Toadette > Toad - I decided to just swap the names and body of Toad and Toadette, but keep the color palettes the same (because to be honest Toadette is just the female version of Toad and vise versa) Toad > Toadette - Same thing I said for Toadette Mario > Maria - Pretty simple name change. I wanted to keep the same iconic look, but without the mustache and thick eyebrows. (Some of the genderswap versions of Mario are either drawn a little thinner than his normal size or his nose is draw smaller, so I wanted to keep his iconic look without exaggerating the proportion to much) Luigi > Luisa - Same with Mario. Keep the same look without changing it to much. Wario > Waria - A little more challenging than Mario and Luigi, but I think his genderswap version turned out pretty okay. Waluigi > Waluisa - Funny thing is that it all started with him and Rosalina before I made the rest, so I already had a design look for his genderswap version and everything. However, as I started making the rest, I realized that the hair needed to be changed (because for Mario, Wario, and Luigi, I made their genderswap versions' hairstyle similar to the way their mustaches look).

- First design:

- Also if your wondering why I gave his genderswap version yellow and white stockings, its because I always imagine that Waluigi had stirpe socks like Luigi, but a different color. Rosalina > Rosalio - Like I said with Waluigi's genderswap version it all started with him and her, so I already had a designed planed and everything. I had to alter the hair a little, but I like how it turned out. Peach > Plum - This one was probably the hardest out of all of them because I wanted to keep the iconic look without over detailing it (because a lot of her genderswap versions are a little over detailed for my taste. I tried a couple of things here and there, but I feel like this one worked out the best.

- Genderswap Peach version:

- I had a difficult time with choosing a name too. At first I choose "Peak" because it sounds like "Peach", but I decided to go with Plum. Daisy > Daffodil - Kind of the same deal with Peach, but not as difficult because I was going based on her genderswap version to create Daisy's, so not much to say her. (I did try her version with a beard thou, so I thought I'd share that:

- I also had a diffcult time with the name and went with "Dais" at first, but it didn't make much sense to me and I just went with "Daffodil". (I can imagine him using "Daff" or "Dil" as a nickname lol) Pauline > Paul - The name change was easy, but deciding a design was pretty diffcult. I had to look up a few references, but it ended up working out in the end. Bowser > Bowsa - This one was pretty easy. I just had to darken the eyes a bit, add lips, and shape the body proportions a bit Bowser jr. > Bowsa jr. - Also pretty easy. I just added a bow and eye lashes

Having a summer job at a private Daycare is both a blessing and a curse. For one the paycheck every two weeks along with the children's laughter really brightens your day, but on the other hand, waking up at the butt crack of dawn and dealing with tantrum throwing toddlers is really nerve grating.

But in the end, you wouldn't have any other job.

"Hey, Y/N, I'm gonna go ahead and take my lunch break. You good to keep an eye on the babies for me, too?" Your co-worker asks. You glance up at Makenzie, energy already dwindling for the day while she still looks bright-eyed, but smile and nod nonetheless. "Thanks! I'll bring you back something sweet."

Fortunately for you, the wall separating the infants from the toddlers is about chest high and you can easily see into both rooms at the same time. The toddlers are currently down for their naps, but the two infants that the Daycare takes care of are set to wake up any moment now.

Any moment turns out to be ten minutes later, one baby waking up after the other. You do your best to make noises and keep them entertained while quickly changing their diapers and then you set them up on the matted floor for some tummy time.

The two baby boys spend a little over fifteen minutes swatting at plastic balls you roll towards them and practice trying to stay up on their hands and knees, but they get fussy early on. Then one by one, you manage to get them situated in the high chairs. They happily and messily eat pureed fruit, and you have no problem making silly faces or noises to keep them in such high spirits.

"Ahem." A throat clears, startling you and you turn around to find Jeff smiling at you in amusement. "Does the whole airplane noises really help you to feed them?"

"I would tell you blank off, but there are tiny ears around," you laugh, willing away your blush at having been caught making such silly noises. "That and I'm really happy you're here."

Jeff beams. "I got bored at home and missed you. Is it cool if I come around the counter?"

"Sure. Just make sure to wash up. I can use the extra pair of hands."

You're unbuckling Alec from his chair when Jeff comes around, his hands settling on your waist as he pulls you so your back's against his chest. "Aw. Cute," he coos.

He presses a kiss to your cheek from over your shoulder, chuckling by your ear as you giggle and walk Alec over to the changing tables to be cleaned up. "Mhm. Grab Sean and change him, will you? I gotta get Alec situated in his play station, so I can be ready when my toddlers wake up."

"Yes, ma'am."

You don't bother watching Jeff work because you know you'll only be distracted, but the delightful giggles from the little boy one changing table over warms your heart. Especially since you know it's your boyfriend making the baby laugh.

"Miss Y/L/N?" Small voices start calling out from the other room.

You sigh. "That's my cue. You good here with Alec and Sean, babe?"

"Yep. You go keep the other ankle biters from screaming."

"Thanks." You quickly walk over to Jeff, chastely kissing the corner of his mouth. "You're a lifesaver."

The small confused voices start getting louder and you hurry to go greet them before they explode into cries of terror.

After nap time the toddlers are granted a small snack before recess and you take the time to hydrate because you know just how much energy they have once set loose on the playground.

Hearing shrieks of laughter, you peer into the other room. Alec is happily swatting and kicking at toys hanging over him, but Sean.. Jeff is sitting on the floor nearest Alec with Sean in his lap, the baby smacking Jeff’s cheeks before attacking him with kisses when Jeff purses his lips at him.

"Jeff," you laugh. "Parents look down upon non-blood relatives kissing up on their babies. Stop it."

"I can't help it," he says. "He's just so.. chubby. He's irresistible."

Makenzie finally shows back up, cheesecake in hand. Hearing the baby's laughter, she peers into the room before looking back at you with raised eyebrows. "He belong to you?"

"Unfortunately."

Makenzie chuckles as you sheepishly grin. "Girl," she drawls. "A boy like that is enough to make anyone swoon, but throw in him being adorable with a baby and there will be ovaries exploding everywhere."

Surprised at her words, you cackle.

"I, uh, yeah," you then stammer. "We'll get out of your hair now. I'm gonna keep him around to run around with Anthony outside. That boy has too much energy for me."

"You do that. I'll just go put your cheesecake in the fridge."

"Thanks, Kenz."

"Don't mention it."

As the toddlers start shaking off the lingering effects of their nap and their voices start raising in excitement because they know what's coming next, you sigh and gesture Jeff over. "Come along, sugar plum. You're with me and my bunch outside next. Kenz is back to take over for Alec and Sean."

"Aw. So cute," Kenz coos at you and your boyfriend's pet name.

Jeff merely grins as he passes off Sean to Makenzie and you gather up all the little troops for recess time. They follow like little ducklings and Jeff can't help himself. He stands by the door, high-fiving each individual toddler and getting them even more hyped.

Dear lord, you mentally think to yourself as the children start screeching in excitement. This is either going to be the worst day of my life or the cutest.

The second each child passes through the door, they run off without a backwards glance and enjoy what little time they have before they're rounded up and taken back inside.

As the door shuts behind Jeff, he sidles up to your right and throws an arm around your shoulders. You glance at him through squinted eyes because of the too bright sun and he chuckles as he leans down to kiss you. But you quickly give him your cheek, laughing as he blows a raspberry in disappointment.

"Not while I'm at work," you say. "The kids hear and see everything, and I rather not get fired because I got seen making out with my boyfriend."

"Fair enough," he chuckles. "So what do you do now? Just watch and make sure no one starts a riot?"

"More or less. The problem child is Anthony, though. That little boy has too much energy and I'd rather have him run it off out here or else he'll just be a menace once we get back inside."

"Your wish.. is my command."

"Wait, what?"

You look on as Jeff strips out of his Letterman, he handing it over to you. "Which one is Anthony again?"

You gulp as you take in the muscles you can make out underneath his tan shirt. "Uh. The green one. I mean the one wearing the green glasses!" You quickly amend, shaking your head clear and scowling at Jeff as he finds amusement in your slip-up. "Just go," you huff as you push him away.

With a cheeky grin, Jeff leaves you to go seek out the group of children Anthony is with and you laugh as he somehow gets the whole bunch excited for a game of tag. Then with nothing really left to do, you set down Jeff's jacket on the bench and make your way towards a group of little girls and one boy who are sitting in a patch of shade and picking daisies.

"Mind if I join you?" You ask. The children eagerly show you the flowers they're picking and you take a seat with them. "Look," you say as you pick a few of your own. "If the stems are long enough and you twine them just so, you can make yourself a flower crown."

The children then demand their own crown and you get to work, occasionally glancing up to see the other children taking turns on Jeff's shoulders as he runs them around the playground. He was totally going to be tired by the end of the day, but by the shrieking and smiling children.. it was totally worth it.

By the time recess is coming to an end, you plus the entire group around you have flowers tucked in your hair. Jeff's group are happily tuckered out on the merry-go-round as Jeff slowly twirls them in circles and you can't help the happy smile that stretches across your lips.

"Miss Y/N," one of your girls say, tapping your shoulder. "Can you give this to your friend?"

One of the flower crowns they'd worked so hard to put together sits in her hands and you have to bite your bottom lip to keep from smiling so big. "Why don't you give it to him? I'm sure he'd really appreciate it." The little girl's eyes go wide as she nods excitedly. Then turning back towards Jeff, you whistle to grab his attention. "Hey, Jeffrey! Come here for a second."

Jeff gives you a thumb's up to let you know he heard you and then stops the merry-go-round, shooing the children off to the swings where they were least able to hurt themselves. He then jogs towards you with a smile on your face, but you smirk and step aside so little Alice is staring up at him with a crown of flowers in hand.

He quickly figures out what's going on and kneels before her. "Hello."

"Hi," she shyly smiles. "This is for you."

"Me?" He gasps in surprise. "Why thank you so much!" He bows his head as Alice giggles, he letting her situate the crown of daisies on his head. When she backs off, the others girls and little boy giggle as he stands. "Am I beautiful now?"

"Damn beautiful," one of them say.

And that's it. You and Jeff both lose it, laughing ridiculously hard and choosing not to reprimand the child for her vocabulary. In between bouts of laughter you manage to round up all the kids to form a line before heading back inside.

Jeff slings an arm around your shoulders, watching everyone scramble to form said line as he leans his head against yours with a wistful sigh. "They're kinda really cute. I think I might want one."

"The hell you do," you scoff. Jeff huffs a laugh in return and you wrap an arm around the small of his back. "Stick around once these are settled back inside. They get grumpy and impatient because they know it's almost time to head home, and they're anxious for their parents. Afterwards, if you still feel the way about them as you do right now, then we'll talk about future children."

Jeff just chuckles. "Whatever you say, darling."

Name + Nickname/s: My name is Holly and...people pretty much just call me Holly. My family occasionally calls me Watermelon (there’s kind of a long story behind that lol) or Holly Wolly. Which is why that’s my URL. It’s my oldest nickname. Zodiac sign: Virgo Height: Officially 5’3″ and 3/4 (the 3/4ths is important because it allows me to round up to 5′4″) Orientation: Straight Ethnicity: Caucasian Favorite fruit: Watermelon, pineapples, oranges, honeydew, grapes, strawberries, apples, cantaloupe, plums, peaches, and pretty much just like every fruit imaginable. I just really like fruit, okay? Favorite season: Since I grew up in Minnesota, I absolutely love Winter and snow and all things cold. Especially since we don’t ever get that sort of thing in Phoenix......Oh, Spring is also nice, though. As is Fall. Pretty much just not Summer. If you haven’t read it you totally should because the movie is soooo loosely based on it (not hating on the movie, I love it, too) but the book just has so much great stuff in it and every time I read it I end up wanting to draw a full-length comic series of the entire book I LOVE IT A LOT Favorite flower: White daisies! They’re just so cute, they make me very happy. Also forget-me-nots and bleeding hearts. Favorite scent: So, I actually have a very poor sense of smell and, while I can smell things, I can’t usually identify whether the smell is pleasant or not or even what it belongs to. There are a select few things I can identify and love, though. My favorite is probably the smell of everything just after it rains. I love, love, LOVE it. I don’t know what it is, but I love it.
