Dude, wait, Oliver said he doesn't really lean into the chemistry he has with Ryan any way, they just let it flow, right? WHAT THE FUCK IS GONNA LOOK LIKE IF THEY ARE LEANING INTO IT THEN?????????????????

Thinking thoughts about how Zoro was seen literally as the devil, a blood thirsty monster that terrorized the East Blue... in reality, he was just surviving, alone, hunting pirates instead of harming civilians, but no one saw past his reputation.
Except when Luffy crossed paths with him, and yes, he complimented his strength, but he also acknowledged Zoro was more than just violence. He told Zoro he was a good person. Something he had probably never heard.
And he was stunned someone saw his fighting spirit as ambition and the pursuit of a dream and a promise, not just as mindless violence and sadism.
Because that's what Luffy is, hope and comfort that you are good and your dreams are at the reach of your hand and the opinions of others don't matter if you live without regrets and in freedom.

natsu and lucy sparring post-war at the guild gym and they kinda gather an audience cause of how long they’ve been fighting. lucy’s hair is out of her ponytail and natsu’s bangs are in his eyes. they’ve gotten to the point where they’re playing dirty. consistently taunting each other and absolute foul play. at some point lucy pins natsu on his back with his hands above his head and natsu fuckin headbutts her to get outta it. there are faint scales around natsu’s eyes, the room feels like it’s 90 degrees. everytime lucy changes stardress its nearly blinding and it seems like there’s bits of stardust clinging to her.
the tension is fucking palpable. everyone feels it. people are wolf whistling whenever one of them pins the other down. natsu gets lucy in a headlock and whispers something in her ear and erza feels downright scandalized. she considers covering wendy’s poor eyes.

dimension 20 posting but i just have to say. i rlly don’t understand people still shipping fabian and riz, especially AFTER sophomore year. pre-sophomore year i understand because we don’t see riz’s like actual legitimate fear about being left behind because of his romance aversion but in sy we DO and it’s obviously not a “i don’t want romance became i’m attracted to the same gender”. dude literally makes up a fake s/o on the spot to feel included. you can’t just put aside a character’s aromanticness because you want to ship them with someone lol

I am so tired how Kristina brings Erik in every conversation with Wille, especially when it's to undermine him or compare them since Erik was "perfect"
Oh maybe that's also why Wille thought Erik was perfect? Cause his parents saw him that way too? Mmmmmm

knowing the spoiler led me do knowing more spoilers which i don't mind... and i'm half conviced afo is deku's father and that's not even what the spoilers are about... literally a fanfic led me to believing this concept and then the writer was like "yeah, i don't really believe this theory," all while managing to convince me... ugh, i just REALLY don't want it to be true, but afo is insaneeee like he totally would steal his own kid's quirk if given the opportunity... but also he believes in sibling supremacy and izu is an only child! so there is still hope, but also even if afo isn't his bio donor, it's still possible he took his quirk somehow... but i really like the idea of deku being quirkless naturally, sometimes were born different and that's okay

There are two types of ways a man can be attractive in the modern age; you can be masculine and submissive or feminine and dominant. Nothing will ever be quite as attractive as a massive hulking man with rugged good looks cowering at the feet of the woman he loves. Like these work sexually and romantically and they are universally true. Like he comes home from doing manly things and he just wants to get tied up and pegged by the woman he worships. Just a big strong guy that could do whatever he wants to you, but instead wants you to do whatever you want to him, turns into putty in your hands. Whimpers even. Whose dream is that not? But simultaneously, nothing will ever be quite as attractive as a man that is a slut in the way women are. Pretty and sultry, confident. Assured in themself and their femininity, and aware of their appeal. Taking the lead without this inherent anger masculine men take on when being dominating. Men who dominate with a softness, not void of passion or desire. they're beautiful in a delicate way, they make you feel special for them even being near you. That kind of dominating. I think I am god.

Okay, but I kinda wanna talk about the panic attack conversation with new context, because here's the thing, the wording of that conversation is very on purpose. And Buck is calling Eddie out in a very specific way because what Buck is saying is actually "if you love me you're not going to do that to her" but like, everything about that conversation is crazy. Buck is checking in in a way I feel he's very entitled to considering that he gets Chris if something happens to Eddie, so if Eddie is seeing cardiologists, something might be wrong and I think Eddie gave up the right to privacy about his health when he signed his will, but like, does Buck assume the problem is the shooting because he is still anxious about it? And like, Buck is assuming things are fine with Ana, we have no reason to believe things aren't fine with Taylor, but you don't talk about a relationship you want to be in as just fine, and Buck is talking about loving someone who doesn't love him enough to be all the way in and he's talking about Abby, but is he? The will reveal was a love confession. But halfway done. It was a shield. Eddie hiding behind Chris. "My kid loves her" "Is that enough?". Is Buck saying your kid loves me. You offered him to me. What does it mean? Is that all it takes? If that's all it takes then why aren't you all the way in with me? Why does all I get is a maybe under a condition I can't live with? "Somehow we became a ready made family and I don't know if I'm ready for that" Buck has been taking care of Chris since he found out Chris existed. Someone assumed Eddie, Chris and Buck were a family months into them knowing each other. Is Buck seeing that as Eddie being scared of any type of family? Is Buck seeing that as Eddie being scared of his place in Chris' life? Does he think Eddie would freak out if it was him? That's pretty much the only situation where we see Buck seem genuinely mad at Eddie. Eddie confessed his love hiding behind his child, now he's having all these feelings about someone assuming Ana's place in their life. Is Buck feeling as rejected there because he has no way of knowing if Eddie wouldn't react like that if someone assumed that about them? Because the will is a love confession but is one that Buck can't accept. In his head that is conditional. And the price is something he will never be willing to pay. "If you don't want to hurt Ana, you owe it to her to be honest" "come on, Eddie, if you're not gonna be honest with Frank, at least be honest with me", "look, man, you don't need to pretend with me" was Buck begging for clarification? Was Buck asking if he's allowed to want this? Has Buck been daring Eddie to say it again because he doesn't know if he read what happened right since Eddie didn't mention it again and he can't risk being wrong? Is the miscommunication of this situation even deeper than we imagined? Did Eddie assume Buck rejected what he offered while Buck assumed Eddie didn't love him enough to offer everything? Does Eddie understand that while he offered everything, he put a condition to it that Buck will never take because Buck needs him too much to even consider? Does Eddie understand that he offered Buck everything he ever wanted and put it just out of his reach in a place Buck would never dare to reach for anyway, because he thinks the only way he gets there is if Eddie dies and Eddie dying means he's not actually getting everything he wanted? I wrote in a fic once "I can't ask for more of you, Eddie" "everything is already yours", but do they even realize that that's what's going on? That they are imagining obstacles that could be solved if they were just honest with each other the way they keep begging the other to be? Do they even understand that the only thing between them is the way they keep assuming things and acting on that assumption instead of just asking for clarification? "You don't need to decide right now" does Buck think that Eddie not telling him again means he made a decision already? Are they just looking at each other thinking they can't reach for it????????
Are they just trapped in the moment that gun went off watching the other fall away and helpless to do anything about it??????

What's interesting about the Ineffable Bureaucracy relationship is that it's so sweet, it's almost wholesome with the song and the fly and the instant agreement to run away together. They should be the real enemies to lovers with the complications and the angst and the centuries to figure things out - they're the bosses! But they find themselves sort of on the same side once and a couple of years later they're running away to the stars together? How is that fair? How come they have it so easy?
From Crowley's perspective, watching all this happen and then being rejected by Aziraphale who wants to go back to Heaven, it looks so much like Gabriel loves Beez more than Aziraphale loves him, but it's not that at all. It's just that Gabriel is selfish. He doesn't care about Earth or humanity, he doesn't care about Heaven or the other angels, he doesn't even care about "good" or "evil" or balance or any of it. He cares about getting what he wants.
I also wonder if Muriel was introduced in this season specifically to show an angel (other than Aziraphale) that we can sympathise with. Not every angel in Heaven is Gabriel/Michael/Metatron - who's to say that after a book and a nice meal and a chat with some humans all the angels wouldn't start questioning the status quo? Who's to say Aziraphale is actually wrong about being able to change things in Heaven?
Heaven isn't just the archangels - a company is more than its board of directors. There are millions of angels in Heaven, you think all of them miss Gabriel? You think they all like Michael? You think they aren't curious about the angel who breathed hellfire at their dickhead boss and then shacked up with a demon? Lucifer was the originally angelic revolutionary but he got kicked out and took his mates down with him - what happens when the angel going "look its a bit shit this isn’t it?" has the majority standing behind him?

speaking of vox's hypnosis powers- his eye does the same spiral thing at valentino as it does at the journalists, but val seems to be entirely unaffected. i have to wonder if his eye doing that just doesn't automatically mean he's using his powers, or that valentino's eye sight is just so shit that it doesn't have any effect on him.
like, maybe direct eye contact with people physically present who can clearly see the ripples is what enables his hypnosis to work... otherwise, during 'stayed gone' why didn't he just hypnotise the people standing in front of his creens to pay attention to him, and only him?
