hilarious part of adhd is how you sometimes don't remember the things that are helpful to working around it. i have a writing program on my computer (stimuwrite) that lets you set goals and gives you a progress bar, and when you type it sends up little sparkle and thumbs up emojis along the side of the screen, and good lord is that just the extra dopamine I need to get productive. However for the past two weeks while I've been struggling through staying focused while writing I completely forgot it as an option. It was on my taskbar and everything.
