This is my new character who is yet to be properly named, I received him from a user on Instagram named KillerCarousel a while back, and I’ve been itching to draw him.

Decided to get experimental with this piece and use my new Ohuhu markers I bought, as well as using my colored pencils to enhance the shading. I’ve seen some people use colored pencils and markers together, and I thought it was an interesting technique so I decided to give it a shot. Really like how this turned out!

Merry christmas everyone! I originally wanted to make this piece a bit more detailed but i just simply dont have the time, so heres something a bit simple.

Figured i'd introduce you all to my mystic timbers character, its fitting cus that coaster is one of the only two open during christmas at kings island lol.

Spooktober day 31 - Halloween Party 🎃🦇👻

Happy uh, late Halloween! Wish I could’ve gotten this done on the day of, but oh well. Y’all know why I got everything done late. At least I’ve finally got this years spooktober finished! Which means I can finally rest and take a break

To celebrate the spooky season, I chose to draw my Victims of Science characters (Alice, Paul, and Cain) all dressed up for Halloween and having their own little party, cus I dont draw enough pictures of these guys being wholesome. can you guess who they’re all dressed up as?

But I’ll be honest, as much as I love doing spooktober, I think this year may be the last year I do it. For now, at least. I was naive and didn’t think I’d be so busy this year, but it seems like after I moved out my life got 10x busier. I really don’t want to go through that stress again next year with getting all those drawings done on time, and I just know next Halloween is sure to be packed with plans just like this year. And with me still being in college, I'm just extra busy. So, I’ll probably at least do a couple of art pieces for the spooky season next year, but I don’t think im going to do spooktober again for a while.

It was fun while it lasted, and though spooky season has already passed us by, I hope you all had a fun Halloween!

Spooktober day 28 - Curse ___

I originally wanted to avoid doing fan art for spooktober, but after seeing the fnaf movie i immediately decided I was going to draw springtrap since he fit the prompt so well. The fnaf movie is just sooo good man I can’t stop thinking about it

This is also my first time actually drawing springtrap, surprisingly I never drew him at all til now.

This one explains itself, not gonna lie this *was* inspired by the banshee coaster from KI, but I didn’t want to make it very obvious. And no, I don’t consider this banshee to be a character based on the rollercoaster, once I get around to designing that character (if I ever get to it, that is) it will definitely be different than what you see here.

Spooktober day 19 - werewolf 🐺

For this years spooktober I wanted to try and branch out a bit more instead of making every drawing an oc, so for this one i decided to draw one of my favorite Halloween critters, the werewolf. I always loved them since I was a kid, and I even dressed up as a werewolf one year! This werewolf in particular is actually inspired by the costume I wore way back when I was younger.

I picked a couple other miscellaneous monsters to draw for the next few prompts (that may have been loosely inspired by some kings island rollercoasters, but this time no rollercoasters will actually be shown, unlike in the previous alien drawing)

This prompt was actually a revisit of a drawing I did way back for goretober 2019 that also used the “alien” prompt, of course the main reason I decided to revisit that prompt is to have an excuse to debut my (concept) design for my flight of fear character! Come on I had to pick him for this one, he’s a spooky scary alien from a spooky themed coaster, so I have an excuse

It’s also my first time actually drawing a rollercoaster train, man it was a pain to draw all those details, but it was worth it (gotta get that practice for drawing things im not used to)

 day 13 - Hunted ____

Y’all finally get to see Cain and Alice again, really missed drawing these two. I still wish I would’ve been able to get this done on time since this prompt was on Friday the 13th, which you know, was the best time to make spooky art. Oh well, life happens.

It’s been months since Cain and Alice escaped Deltech for good, and Donovan took them to hide in a Cabin in the woods. Things seemed okay for them, until one day a creature shows up to their cabin and stalks them. It looks like shima…but there’s no way can it be her, right? Whatever it is, it does not have good intentions and appears to be after the two teens.

Spooktober day 10 - Carnival Ride 🎠 ____

I got this one done late as well, but i actually posted it to my other accounts way earlier and just completely forgot to upload this one and day 13 here. still working on getting caught up on days 16, 19, 22, 25, and 28. man, do i have a lot on my plate.

So anyway, for this prompt I chose to draw the carousel from my dinosaur amusement park story. since it’s a dino-themed park, it’s carousel would of course have dinos instead of the usual horses. A child is the lone rider on this carousel, and starts to get the feeling that there’s something watching him….or perhaps two things. And they definitely aren’t part of the carousel.

yeah i got this one done earlier but kept forgetting to post it, you might be wondering where the heck the other spooktober drawings are (day 10, 13, 16) and thats because ive been so busy that i haven't been able to get any of them done at a reasonable time. sorry about that.

anyway, i've been itching to draw some mystic Timbers themed art, and this prompt finally gave me an excuse to do so. I have a character i've (partially) designed based off of Mystic Timbers, I hope i can draw it someday.

Spooktober day 4 - obsession _____

I chose two characers I don’t normally draw a lot, Damian and sarla. If you dont know (or dont remember, if you follow me) Damian is the vulture with the skull on his head, and Sara is the pheasant lady. I chose them for this one because it ties into their story (that being “jackdaw hollow,” a horror story I’ve had sitting on the backburner). When Damian catches wind of Sarla coming through the small town, he becomes obsessed with her. But not in a romantic way (he’s not really capable of love), it’s in a more twisted and sadistic way. Because spoiler alert: Damian is a serial killer. The prompt also kinda fits Sarla too, since the entire reason she is in the town of Jackdaw Hollow is because she’s obsessed with figuring out the truth behind the towns urban legends. Hence why she’s seen here investigating a missing person poster found on a telephone pole.

Spooktober day 1 - Skeleton 🦴

Well, it sure has been a while huh? Some big life changes happened to me the past few months, which involved me moving to a new place and then resuming my college work. But im back from the dead, and im here to post some spooky art for my favorite time of the year!

I wasn’t sure if I could do spooktober this year given how busy I’ve been (and quite frankly I have a busy month ahead so I may get some of these done late), but I wanted to at least give it a try.

For day 1’s prompt, I chose to draw a spooooky carno skeleton (in reference to my carnotaurus character, Artemis)

Had this piece on the backburner for months, didn't have time to finish it earlier cus i jumped into jurassic june, so now that im done with that im able to get back to work on any pieces i started that i didn't finish.

So, what’s going on in this piece? Well, it was based off on an idea i had for part 2 of Victims of Science, where Cain and Alice would learn to defend themselves and go on missions to bust a string of sketchy operations by deltech. The second part is likely gonna end up being darker than the first. Don't wanna explain too many details cus you know, spoilers. I want to make these graphic novels so, gotta lay off on spoiling too much.

Jurassic June day 29 - Ultimasaurus

The final drawing for jurassic june is here, and its none other than the Ultimasaurus from the Jurassic Park: Chaos Effect toy line! I really wanted to draw a kenner chaos effect dinosaur for Jurassic June, and what better choice than the most infamous dinosaur of the line, the ultimasaurus? Hes pretty popular with fans but sadly was never produced as an actual toy, the chaos effect line was cancelled before the toy of this dinosaur was produced. all that exists of this toy is promotional images and prototypes.

actually, there was one toy of the ultimasaurus that was released, but it wasn't the bigger sized figure, it was a little hatchling version of it. This hatchling figure is pretty rare, and i actually happen to own one!

Anyway this jurassic june has been fun, even if it was stressful trying to get all the pieces done on time. Will i do it next year? i dunno, i mainly did it this year to celebrate JPs 30th anniversary so idk if i'll do it again. Nevertheless its been fun, and happy 30th anniversary to Jurassic Park!

You know, prior to this prompt i hadn't really drawn any pterosaurs, which is shocking for me cus they look so much like birds, and y'all know i like birds.
