apologies for this ridiculously long megathread, but i found a ton of these photographs of taylor from when before she was famous, around ages 14-16, and ooh boy, did they get me thinking…
sometimes i wonder if she just really lucked out with the mostly desexualized “innocent girl-next-door” persona becoming her brand throughout her early career, because it looks like things could have gone in a very different direction for her in another universe.
like you can literally see taylor being de-aged between her debut and fearless era as her public image cemented…the posing, the makeup, the hair, the clothing…it’s all very deliberate and sinister.
and now, all these years later, no one knows better than taylor herself that the most desirable thing a woman can be is not a woman, but a girl…a sexy baby, if you must.
her heart-shaped sunglasses, nothing new, the ten minute version of all too well, would’ve could’ve should’ve…she knows all about society’s sickness, its simultaneous fetishization and destruction of girlhood. she knows because she’s lived through it.

stories of children whose lives were taken by russians
1. Marharyta from Kharkiv region, 8 years old.
On June 21, cluster munitions fell in the yard of her family's house. Marharyta died instantly, her heart was pierced through. The girl's father, at the age of 36, has become completely gray. The mother cannot describe in words how she feels after losing her child.
2. Kyrylo from Kherson, 8 years old.
In April, the family evacuated from Kherson to Vinnytsia. On July 14, russia shelled the city, Kyrylo was in the car with his uncle. The boy died immediately from a fragment hitting his head, then an explosion occurred. The body was searched for several days. It was identified only through DNA analysis.
3. Daryna from Kharkiv region, 15 years old.
On March 13, a russian missile hit the family's house. When the father got to the hand of his dead daughter, he said: "Our Daryna is no more". She was buried in her native Dergachi. Mom recalls that the missiles flew over the people here and there. "Daryna, this is a farewell salute to you." said her father.
4. Polina, 8 years old.
On March 13, Polina and her mother wanted to evacuate Mariupol. As soon as they took a few steps outside, the russian military started shelling with mortars. Nadiya's mother died instantly. Both of Polina's legs and arms were broken. The girl was operated on in the city hospital. But on March 16, Polina's kidneys failed and she died. Polina was shooting videos on YouTube, dancing. She liked to change into different costumes and perform on stage.
5. Anna, 9 years old.
On March 19, an enemy shell hit near the house where Anna and her mother Yana were hiding. They went down to the basement. In the morning, slag began to fall from above. Several basement floor slabs fell on people. The mother rushed to help her daughter, but she could not pull her out from under the rubble on her own. Anya and other people remained buried in the basement. The girl liked to work with computers. Her mother promised that when Anya turned 10, she would enroll her in programming lessons. However...
6. Denys, 9 years old.
On September 3, the twins were walking in a park in Dnipropetrovs'k region. Suddenly, MLRS shells started flying. "I felt the space around me with my hand. He was at my feet. I went to him: "Danya, Danya ... ", but he was silent. Although they told me to lie down, I started crawling to my son. Ruslan was screaming next to me," the boy's mother recalls the shelling. On December 22, Denys was supposed to celebrate his birthday.
7. Oleksandr from Chernihiv, 13 years old.
On March 9, Sasha and his mother Tetyana decided to evacuate from Chernihiv. However, a shell exploded near the pedestrian column, and the boy was hit by many fragments. "He couldn't say anything, his eyes were closed, he was breathing heavily, he wheezed three times and died. He remained lying there," Sasha's mother recalls. In 2022, Sasha was an eighth grader. He was interested in the crypto market and dreamed of developing a YouTube channel for an english-speaking audience.

␥ list of things i’ve successfully manifested !
i discovered manifestation and the law around early 2022 and here's what i have manifested since then! this might not be much but this is to remind me that i am capable of anything and everything!
𖥻 1. clearer skin
i used to have a terrible breakout on the right side of my face + oily skin. now my skin is much better and less oily! i do not have acne anymore.
𖥻 2. weight loss ( 14 kgs )
i went from 69 kgs to 55 kgs in around two months with minimal exercise ( walking ) & a simple diet.
𖥻 3. height increase ( 11cm )
i used to be 150cm but not anymore lol. i got better proportions too!
𖥻 4. text messages & instant replies from people.
i also manifested message from a friend i was no longer in contact with.
𖥻 5. passing exams i thought i was going to fail
accountancy was my weakest subject but i manifested passing several tests and exams. i also manifested getting better in it!
𖥻 6. getting above average % board exams
board examinations are a big deal in my country and i, unfortunately, ended in a stream i was not interested in. i manifested getting ~80% in them despite getting way lesser in school examinations.
𖥻 7. food
one single thought turned into an assumption and i am having whatever i want for dinner!
𖥻 8. storage of my phone increasing
i only have 32gb of storage in my phone lol. so sometimes i have to clear app caches to make space, but not anymore.
𖥻 9. love confession
i simply wanted a love confession and i got it. as easy as it gets.
𖥻 10. an increament in my mom’s salary & money for myself
my mom really wanted an increament and i manifested it! she got increament of 5.5k! also manifested a bonus for her. + got gift money from my parents and relatives!
𖥻 11. letting go of & detaching from several people
i used to be attached some people that hurt me but not anymore. i have let go of them and it feels so much better.
𖥻 12. books & manga ( jjk )
my mom is not the type to let me spend money on buying books ( for leisure reading ), much less a comic book. but i manifested her allowing me to buy 4 books + 1 manga volume! she even paid for them.
𖥻 13. delaying the start of my college, teachers & professors taking leaves, not getting scolded for submitting assignments late
my college was supposed to start from early june but i manifested a delay and it started from mid-july. i have manifested both school teachers and college professors taking leaves on my desired days.
𖥻 14. nice aura + compliments
i have a magnetic aura, people feel comfort around me and i get so many compliments about literally everything i do!
𖥻 15. quick deliveries of my orders

𖥻 16. winning an elocution competition
i was really worried because i only found about it a day before and some other contestants had been trained by their professors. i was full of nerves but still won the first rank! the judges said my content was unique and everything i did was perfect.
𖥻 17. kitten type beauty
manifested myself big upturned eyes with pretty lashes & a v-shaped face with smooth skin!
𖥻 18. cats loving me
call me a cat whisperer the way cats love me! i can easily befriend any cat!!! ˃ᴗ˂
𖥻 19. desired skincare products for cheap
i really wanted vitamin c serum and face cleanser and sometime later i saw an ad with an offer to get both for 1 rupee! crazy right?
𖥻 20. entering the void on several occasions.
i have entered the void several times albeit unaware. recently i've started becoming aware before snapping out of it!

Hurrah!! I've made it FOUR YEARS OF UNINTERRUPTED FIC RECS every SINGLE Friday!! It's something I'm super proud of for this blog, and I couldn't do it without you guys!!
For anyone who is new to my blog, every SINGLE Friday I post up 5 fics recently added to either my Marked for Later list or my Bookmarks, or as a way to promote new fics suggested to me by authors as a Signal Boosted fic! I haven't missed a single Friday since its inception in 2019, and it's still going strong!! It's the ONLY guaranteed weekly list on this blog, since YOU GUYS provide me the content!! :D I love doing it, and it makes authors feel loved :)

The friendship between:
Saiwa and Jack
It's the oldest in The Boys friendships.
Saiwa and Jack met in the Lab when they both had been kidnapped and abused for these Cowplant Experiments.
And they hated each other when they first met ^^'
Jack was 16 then and Saiwa 17 (as I write this, they are 19 and 20).
That was also when Saiwa became their (reluctant) leader and Jack lit the mood with his Super Power: the Puppy Strategy.
Jack is the youngest of them and up for all kind of nonsense (and he can't keep his big snout shut).
Which drives Saiwa crazy because he (as the oldest of them and their leader) is responsible for all their deeds.
But even though they banter a lot, they never have a serious fight.
The experience in the Lab welded them together and they are like brothers. (Romance level: below zero)
Saiwa wasn't even mad at Jack when Jeb fell in love with him after Vlad's death and Jeb and Sai broke up.
They are both jealous of Jeb and Kiyoshi.
They often share a room/apartment since Jack can't sleep alone due to his disorders.
They are very different in character but Jack knows how much Saiwa loves him and he can rely on him.
Saiwa is the most important creature in Jack's life.
But Jack is like a puppy and nothing can keep him from his nonsense. And Saiwa is his main target because he's an easy one ^^' The others just laugh with Jack about his antics and don't get upset.
Once Sai found these photos with a note from Jack:
'Looks exactly like you! AWWW' (He has a point, though ;)
And Jack is the only one Saiwa can let off steam with. Jack knows that it's nothing personally. And when Sai says 'run' he just runs.
Even though it's not his fault. At least sometimes ^^'
(sometimes I think Jack pranks Sai on purpose to help him let off steam before he explodes from all the worries and sorrows he keeps locked inside.)
Even though they are so different they both love games. Not only video games, also board games.
They'd been Team Fangs (Home Economics and Sports) in the School Project/Last Christmas chapter, which was quite a challence since none of them could cook at this time nor was any good at sports ^^'
Adult Jack and Saiwa are still friends. Here they are in our 'Love Hurts' story where Jack's son Logan fell in love with Giga/Saiwa. (That was June 2018! My english was even worse then hahaha)
And here in 'The Family Business' June 2022. Adult Jack, 3 of his 4 kids and Lucy, the Au Pair (Dtui's Granddaughter),Guidry and Adult Giga/Saiwa. It was/is so amazing for me to learn how they became friends in the current story. I'm so glad I made them teenagers to follow them on their adventures.

The ȘOR Party [...] was a populist political party in Moldova.[13] Known from its foundation in 1998 until October 2016 as the Socio-Political Movement "Equality"[...],[14][15] the party held Eurosceptic and Russophilic stances.[16]
The party was closed down in 2023 having been declared unconstitutional.
The party was founded in 1998 by Moldovan politician Valerii Klimenco as the "Socio-Political Movement "Equality".[17][...]
In 2015, the party decided to nominate Ilan Shor for Mayor of the town of Orhei. [...] In October 2016, Shor was elected president of the party, which was renamed Șor Party. In June 2017, the party President, Ilan Shor was sentenced to 7.5 years in jail for fraud. He broke house arrest and fled the country in 2019 whilst appealing the sentence.[20] On 1 December 2018, the party joined the Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists in Europe.[21][...]
The party organized a Victory Day parade in Chișinău on 9 May 2019.[27][...]
The Șor Party was the main instigator of the 2022–2023 Moldovan protests.[28][...]
On 8 November 2022, the Moldovan government requested the constitutional court to initiate proceedings for the outlawing of the party in Moldova, due to it allegedly promoting the interests of a foreign state (Russia) and harming the independence and sovereignty of the country.[29][30]
On 13 April 2023, the appeal court doubled the sentence of party President Ilan Shor in a case linked to the theft of $1 billion in bank assets as well as money laundering, breach of trust, and fraud to 15 years in prison in absentia and froze his assets. Shor was living in Israel at the time of the court ruling after having fled Moldova in 2019.[31][...]
On 19 June 2023, the Șor Party was declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court of Moldova.[35][36][37] [...]
On 31 July, the Moldovan parliament voted in favour of banning the leaders of the dissolved Șor Party – including Ilan Shor – from standing in elections for a period of five years.[41] In October the Constitutional Court of Moldova ruled that Article 16 of the Electoral Code is unconstitutional and that former members of the Șor Party can stand for elections.[42][...]
The Party's 2019 programme introduced the following points:[46]
○ Free universal health care.
○ Free education including higher education.
Increasing the size and scope of disability benefits, maternity benefits and retirement pensions.
○ The creation of modernised collective farms to work alongside the private sector.
Active state intervention in the spheres of infrastructure, transport, energy, communications, housing, pharmaceuticals, etc.
○ The nationalization of foreign-owned energy companies.
○ A commitment to law and order including both reinstating the death penalty for particularly dangerous criminals and addressing the underlying socioeconomic issues that may cause crime.
○ A commitment to Moldovan independence and military neutrality.
The opening paragraphs of the party's 2008 election programme stated that it viewed the average person's quality of life as superior under the Soviet Union when compared to modern times. It further stated that it viewed Moldova's alleged socio-economic problems as relating to Moldova's negative relationship with the Russian Federation.[47]
