Hidden in heaven - AU concept

Exploring more of Heaven and the 7 Archangels in Hazbin Hotel 

This AU explores our concept and interpretation of heaven while still being connected to the canon story of Hazbin Hotel.

It roughly takes place currently time, roughly takes at the same time as season 1

HEAVEN

Our interpretation still follows what we've seen in the show, it's basically still the colorful paradise it's made out to be, with it's denizens still bliss fully un-aware of what's going on behind the scenes and down below,

however, now with the additions of our own ideas, with how it deals with its denizens and its main authorities, which is the 7 archangels and the elders, and how they run heaven.

we also added the idea of heavens history, from even before creation.

Eternal Serenity inc.

The Objective of this company the management of souls and the insurance of a paradise environment that Heaven promised. However for each ascended [soul] has their own slight idea of what ‘’paradise’’ is like, each department cater to that ideal accordingly.

the 7 archangels are responsible for running these departments

Elder Council

the elders are comprised of each species of angel in the first sphere and have existed since before existence itself. They were the direct caretakers of the 3 eldest children, however, despite technically being a rank lower than them in the hierarchy the council has a higher rulement over the siblings since they were the main authority and mentors to the siblings.

K SO I HAD A FUCKING IDEA-

Lets just say the cuphead show DOES get renewed.

One thing that I would give absolutely anything for would be to see what heaven/angels look like in this universe.

We all know that devil is very gifted with singing and dancing.

What if devil is going on like a REALLY bad rampage, and is stopped by one of the angels (possibly more) and devil makes a deal. 7 demons vs 7 angels in an epic sing and dance off (like in ms chalice and the devil)

we get to see the other 7 sins, (asmodeus, beezelbub, Satan, yada yada) AND we get to see the archangels too!

The best part about this though? Devil has one of the cuphead brother’s souls on the line. The other one has to side with the angels (and learn a lil devil backstory)

Dude what if one of the angels keeps flirting with dice and devil’s all like “gasp! You backstabber! D:<💔”

But then again, I highly doubt they would have the 7 sins in the show considering asmodeus (king of lust)

But instead of ending it in Rock Paper Scissors, it goes into an all out fucking fistfight, while the cup bros just slowly walk away and escape-

Archangel Castiel, the seventh heirarch!

Originally I planned for archangels to be a variant of actual angels, but I've changed the lore so that archangel is an inherited position only one has while six other angels inherit higher positions (principality, throne, etc). As Archangel, Cassie is the lowest of the bunch, but being an archangel still gives him a cool new form for official council business. He doesn't turn into it that much though

If you’re referring like fanart-wise, we don’t really have rules when it comes to their designs

But if you’re referring lore-wise [Also this is a reminder of a very important detail in case some didn’t know]

we have two types of Archangels,

Archangels: Referring to the type of angels

Archangels: Referring as a title, and this is where the siblings are, the ‘Archangels’ in their name is a title rather than referring to their species
