Banana brownie cake

Ingredients:

6 ripe bananas

240 grams of almond or peanut butter (1 cup)

1 table spoon of coconut oil

3 drops of vanilla extract

160 grams of cocoa powder (2/3 cup)

chocolate chips and/or thinly sliced almonds as sprinkles

1. heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 F

2. mix it all together in a bowl, first with a spoon to smoosh the bananas, then use a mixer for 2 minutes to get a nice, even consistency

3. put a baking sheet on a baking pan, pour the mix in

4. sprinkle chocolate chips and/or thinly sliced almonds on top before popping it in the oven for 25 minutes on 180 C or 350 F

5. wait for it to cool

I think I accidentally invented something that I've been saying should exist for years.

As a sensitive person with lots of pain problems who uses medical marijuana, I have always said they should make an Antibacterial Cream with THC to use on cuts and scrapes. The THC would help the pain aspects of the wound.

Some time ago I made a coconut oil THC salve with coconut oil infused with water-cured AVB. I just mixed it with organic beeswax so it would hold together.

As I've been working with coconut oil more to make edibles and such I have learned that coconut oil is naturally antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. In fact, studies suggest that coconut oil speeds up the healing process of skin abrasions.

So I have essentially made a homemade THC antibiotic ointment.

Next is to achieve a related dream invention of mine: antibiotic ointment that comes in a roll-on stick like a Chapstick. This should be very doable considering people use beeswax to make homemade lip balm. If I add more bees wax to the recipe and get some of those lip balm stick containers, I should be able to create an easy, portable, roll on thc ointment for pain and scrapes. You could probably put it in large Deodorant sticks to make it easy to apply to large areas.

Alexander Ashbourne was born into slavery circa 1820 in Philadelphia, and lived to be 95 years old. He moved to Oakland, California, in the 1880s to run his own grocery store. However, his greatest invention still lives on today.

Alexander Ashbourne is best known for his patents that made coconut oil accessible for domestic use. Mr. Ashbourne received a patent for treating coconut on Aug. 21, 1877. He received patent number 194,287 for his process. The process for refining the oil includes: filtration, bleaching, heated to a very high temperature, and it is hydrogenated to ensure that no unsaturated fatty acids are left in the oil. He also gained a patent for a process for preparing coconut oil on July 27, 1880. He started working on this refining process in 1875, and continued until 1880.

Mr. Ashbourne’s process is still used today and has been built upon by food companies worldwide. Thanks to his work, coconut oil is used in hair products, foods and scented products.

In addition to coconut refining, Mr. Ashbourne patented his biscuit cutter invention on May 11, 1875. Before the biscuit cutter, cooks had to shape biscuits by hand.
