Did anyone else have art teachers who’d periodically go off the rails and give a lecture about Blitzkrieg or the brutality of the Civil War or was that just me?

#distinctly remember a high school photo video teacher talking about German tanks for an hour #mainly because he pronounced every word so wrong #and then my graphic design prof in college spent a whole lecture on the battle of Gettysburg #my school was in Oklahoma 🤷🏻

#this is a very shit situation since im a studrnt living in the dorms i actually feel like i only have 1 day for the weekend #cuz my sunday centered around me travelling back to the dorms and when i get there i really dont feel like doing anything #but i still have to learn a whole german text for monday- i have to design an invitation card for my fucking class- #and still have to do two different kinds of graphic design homework #OH YEAH lets not forget about my 3 and half commissions #im fucking dead #clowning ∆

#going to collect arts degree/minors like im a gatherer #im majoring in graphic design and minoring in creative writing and theatre (which I just found out today that I can do both) #I got my schedule for next semester. I have no 8ams and im done by like 1 or 3 depending on the day #they r like. design/art classes and theatre classes. #and then German and a freshman class I have to take #im so fucking settt im so excited for next year dawg #im doing marching band so like.
