Not my art. It was drawn by genius artist Tony Fernandez on his Instagram profile last year on Mother’s Day. If anyone asks me why Daisy Duck and Donald's nephews, I will just say that to them, although an aunt, she is a very caring parent to them. Along with Donald and Grandma Duck, Daisy Duck is their best parent, though not biologically. That's it. Happy Mother's Day to everyone once again!

Della Duck and Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck - Happy Mother’s Day! (Quack Pack AU)

Although it is not something special, it is definitely related to Mother's Day, which in most countries of the world is celebrated every other Sunday in May. Now I’ve done a redraw from the drawings I did two years ago, but now a little better and more in my style as it should look.

While I prefer Donald and Daisy Duck to be real parents to Huey, Dewey and Louie, I don’t dispute their biological mother Della Duck either. I know most draw Della Duck from the Ducktales reboot, but this Della Duck I drew is quite different. This Della Duck is from Quack Pack AU (the way I imagine it) which is more like the comic book version of Della Duck. Yes, she is Donald's sister, she is a pilot and an astronaut, she was in space for several years (especially on the Moon and Mars) so that she could occasionally return home. She also knows how to make great cakes and is a good cleaner and housewife like any good mother. Something like Donald and her grandmother (Grandma Duck-Elvira Coot). Yes, she sometimes suffers from a serious illness, which I would not like to talk about, but she certainly loves her sons as well as her brother. This is my headcanon for Della Duck for Quack Pack AU (my version). Yes, Della Duck wears a dress, but sometimes she also wears pants, she wears blonde hair mostly ponytail style.

This is a redraw scene from the Quack Pack episode of "Ducky Dearest", where Donald hugs his nephews, only his sister Della Duck does instead. After all, I can't deny that Della Duck is not a good character, when she is, especially from the Donald Duck comics, where she took great care of her boys. And her version in Ducktales reboot is not bad.

I hope you like this idea and my drawing. I wish all mothers, aunts and grandmothers a happy Mother's Day!

P.S. No matter what, even though Della Duck is their mother, the real parents for Huey, Dewey and Louie are definitely Donald and Daisy Duck. I'm sorry, but that's my opinion.
