Out of all the changes bones has done to bsd I can tolerate most. I can tolerate the fish eye lenses, I can tolerate the turtle smiles, I can even reluctantly tolerate that they didn’t adapt important panels 1:1. What I cannot tolerate is how Yosano’s ability was sexualized for no reason at all in that one scene.

Murderbot is wandering around a dark space, the sound of its footsteps on the stone floor are audible. It walks in a straight line to the right until it hits a pillar with an audible 'thunk' noise and stops. A grumpy smiley face appears next to it.

It recalibrates, making little chirping calibrating sounds, then turns and moves towards the viewer until it seems to hit the camera (again with a 'thunk' noise and a little frowny smiley face next to it) and recalibrates again.

It turns its back to the viewer and starts walking again, this time seemingly hitting the wall in the back. It recalibrates again, then turns to the right and starts walking again. After a few seconds it stops briefly, two exclamation marks appear next to it along with a beeping noise, then it quickly walks out of frame.

how juvia was the one to ask makarov to go check on gajeel and see if he wanted to join fairy tail

and the fact that she never mentioned any of the other members from her old guild, only gajeel

was it because she knew they would be fine without help? or was it because she only cared abt gajeel?

i don't think any of them were close then

but maybe juvia recognized in gajeel her own loneliness

and once she met fairy tail she knew it would be a good place for him

and she really didn't have to do that. she was already trying to change her own reputation, adding in gajeel and his (at the time) unpleasant personality wasn't going to make people like her more

but she cared and worried for him. and she was right to, because he was literally living on ruins, completely alone

in his situation, it would've been so easy for him to turn to an even darker side. and i like to think that he knows that, and that he is grateful to juvia for being the first one to care abt him

thinking about Cam in BOE custody and holding so tightly onto Palamades' bones before she even knew for sure he was really in there, through BOE torture and electric shocks and Judith & Crown's... everything and how she didn't talk for weeks. "Cam was gone". hollowed out and gutted and razed to the fucking ground by grief. and she was grieving Palamades, of course, but how much of that grief was also for Dulcie, who Cam found out was dead maybe fifteen seconds after Palamades himself exploded?

im thinking about how she and Pal and Dulcie had been exchanging letters for over 10 years and Cam had saved every one. EVERY single one. sharing your whole life your whole self with two people that you love and then suddenly you're alone. two parts of her gone, one of them she didn't even notice until it was too late. she didn't notice. grief and guilt and destruction. she never got to say goodbye to either of them. what the fuck.
