Happy Halloween!
I feel like someone they all know dragged them to a more populated region to celebrate Halloween, idk.
But Jovi and Rui convinced Michael and Wes to dress up.
Also, first time drawing Jovi, Wes and Rui digitally!

what would the main cast be like on Haze? or on Jovi for that matter
To be clear, though we rag on Warne for being a stoner, Haze is not a hardcore drug, or even as intense as legal stuff can get. Haze is extremely popular among Warne's kind (the Blintz) because it has the most effect on them. It doesn't damage the lungs, brain or general body (another reason why the Blintz love it so much, being very concerned about their internal health), and it doesn't leave you acting like a giggly fool in public.
Its main pull is that, when smoked, it gives the feeling of weightlessness - sort of a sensation of floating a bit above the ground in a way that even being in space can't do. A heavy person, or one with physical problems that tend to make them stoop or drag themselves along at a slow limp, would get to have their weight and issues disappear, even if just for a couple minutes (at least as far as the lower-quality brands are concerned; the good stuff can last a few hours). It does sometimes serve as a pain reducer, but that's dependent on your race and health problems.
Jovi is another story. Banned in multiple cities and even an entire country, Jovi is a brilliant red flower resembling a geum that, while extremely pretty, has a pollen which, if not carefully removed when the flower is plucked, can be fatal when inhaled or otherwise ingested. This wasn't known when the flower first came into existence - in fact, it used to be a symbolic gift between couples of true devotion and pure love. It got to be common knowledge pretty quickly after a few people caught wind of the pollen from some obscure book and used the flowers to murder their significant others.
Unsurprisingly, the cities and towns where these murders happened immediately banned the selling, buying and owning of Jovi. One country (rather sensibly, I think) got ahead of the game and banned it across its landscape. There have luckily been no incidents since...but I wouldn't say that's because people found better ways to kill someone. That's simply not an issue these days.

messy doodles of a headcanon I have in which Jovi has been given responsibility of purifying Hordel's Togepi (she wants to help so Michael lets her tend to the least threatening shadow pokemon), but she ends up bonding with it before she has to hand it back.
She calls him Toto.
After he's purified and the time finally comes to hand him back, both Jovi and Toto are heartbroken. Hordel, seeing that they've bonded, let's her keep him - Toto's so happy he evolves!
