Your SpongeBob yandere headacanons has inspired into getting more yandere stuff and saw some ppl posting their headcanon so I wanted to post mine that are abt plankton

•I see plankton as kind of an manipulative yandere, he treats his darling like how he treats the secret formula in a way where he just constantly thinks about them, sometimes they just ignore what anyone is saying to him just to think about how he’ll win his darling’s heart with some kind of ridiculous

•And the darling would be kind of aware of this since plankton doesn’t exactly hide it.. uncomfortably aware of it

•plankton indulges in a whole lot of stalking, he mainly stalks them from the restraunt’s massive telescope or some kind of weird robot that has a camera in it, he just has the weirdest ways to make sure he can pay attention to his darling

•I think the darling probably has a lot of friends and plankton would be super jealous easily considering his hate for other people (or other fishes I guess?) and would constantly complain about them either to himself or to Karen, he usually complains about one of their friends not actually being good enough for their darling and how they don’t rlly need them all that much

•It’s kind of gone to a point where the darling hides in the krusty krab a lot since the krusty crew usually protects them especially SpongeBob and Mr krabs, which plankton isn’t exactly pleased about and sees it as krabs trying to steal their love from them considering him and krab’s history together

•I definitely don’t think squidward rlly cares all that much unlike with SpongeBob and krabs who go out of there way to make sure the reader is safe from plankton

•But still he’s very hard to escape from, He always finds a way to see you, and it’s very hard to know if he’s watching you or not, he could be in a cookie or in a Krabby patty or a bug on your shoulder who knows if he wanted to he could make a weird disguise or robot to keep tabs on you and there’s a chance you wouldn’t even know it’s there

•he also does indulge in kidnapping the reader as well, either from their home or from the krusty krab, you could be just casually be eating a krabby patty or sitting at home doing work and then out of nowhere you’re suddenly being kidnapped by a tiny green mad organism and sometimes his computer wife if she feels like actually helping

•he’s definitely a tad delusional honestly, he cannot grasp the idea of his darling not actually liking him or trying to avoid or just generally not fitting his ideal version of them in his head, And just blamed his darling not being around him on Mr krabs or any of the reader’s friends

•I definitely think in instances where plankton’s schemes work in his favor like in the SpongeBob square movie where he does genuinely take over the world he constantly keeps you by his side while being mind controlled by the hats, in-fact you we’re probably the first to be mind controlled, because you can’t exactly say no to his love when you’re being mind controlled

•he also constantly tries to impress his darling a lot mainly by flaunting his plans or showing himself off when he’s doing one of his schemes, tho telling the reader his plans usually doesn’t work out for him very well since the reader ends up telling Mr krabs ahead of time what plankton is planning today

I’m sorry if not a lot of these make a whole lot of sense I get nervous about writing sometimes and I’m mainly trying to improve a lot since English is not my first language, and also sorry for having a word choice like plankton 😭 I just really like the idea of him being a yandere considering his personality

Yandere Reactions: Platonic Yandere: Sheldon J. Plankton with a child who works at the Krusty Krab

He is not happy at all, and he knows Krabs only did it to spite him.

He would feel betrayed that his own child would get a job at his rival's restaurant.

And he will let his betrayal be known both before and after they had to work.

When he does go into the Krusty Krab trying to steal the formula he always takes his child with him.

He has tried to get them fired but most likely because of Mr. Krabs' stubbornness he won’t fire them just because it irritates plankton so much.

“Byakuya!”

The tall heir looked up from his breakfast, frowning deeply as you practically skipped over to him.

“Do you want to sit at the main table with the rest of us?” You asked hopefully. He didn’t know why you asked, when the answer was obvious. He never joined the large table with the rest of the students. He had no interest in doing so.

“No, now leave me alone. You’re disrupting my meal.” Byakuya snapped, eyes narrowing in annoyance.

You nodded, unfazed by his rudeness, “Okay, Byakuya. I’ll come sit by you in a little bit.”

Byakuya sighed loudly, “Please don’t.”

Despite his insistence, it tugged on his heart a little to see you sit at the main table with all the others, laughing and smiling at all they said and did. Even that plankton, Mondo, could earn your laughter.

After spending some time chatting with them, you went to sit by Toko, who picked nervously at her nails while sending looks Byakuya’s way. Disgusting. Why you would spend your time with that creature was beyond him.

But then it was his turn, and you took a seat at his table, excitedly smiling up at him. His lips curled downwards. Why did you insist on spending time with everyone? He couldn’t understand it.

“How are you doing, Byakuya?” You asked, trying to strike up a conversation. He kept quiet, refusing to answer your asinine question.

You pouted a little, trying to figure out how to get him to talk, “I saw you in the library earlier- what were you reading?”

Silence.

You leaned back in your chair. Byakuya found satisfaction in the fact that you no longer tried to converse with him, turning instead to your cereal.

In a way, he enjoyed the silence between you both. It was a comfortable kind of quiet, not awkward or tense at all. Sometimes, he felt like he could stay like this forever, just you and him sitting together.

But that was a stupid intrusive thought, one that he dismissed whenever it popped up.

He would never admit, not to you or anyone, that he secretly enjoyed his time with you.

“Byakuya!”

You poked your head through the library door, smiling brightly at him.

Byakuya peered at you over his book with narrowed eyes, biting back a sigh. There you were again, disturbing him.

“What are you reading?” You asked, slipping inside the room and approaching the stern male.

He felt a rush of annoyance, finally feeling himself snap, “Don’t you have anything else to do than be an annoyance, you insolent brat? Keep your nose out of my business and get lost!”

Your head snapped back as though you’d been slapped. An “oh” floated out of your mouth. Suddenly, your lip trembled and you hurried out of the room.

Byakuya lifted an eyebrow. You had never reacted like that to his retorts before.

He couldn’t ignore the sinking feeling in his stomach.

It drove him crazy to watch you converse with everyone else normally but refuse to visit his table. To watch you turn on your heels every time he tried to approach you.

Didn’t you realize it was safer to stick together during this killing game? There had already been two deaths, more were sure to come soon. You were in danger- he could protect you.

He couldn’t bring himself to say “sorry”, he’s not sure he’s ever said that word in his life. But it broke his heart to watch you drift further and further away from him.

Maybe he’d have to show you just how much you needed his protection in this killing game.

“Doctor Kujo… I hate to interrupt but I’ve been mulling over something for quite a while… and I need to ask you something personal if I'm ever going to reach a conclusion” (Y/n) said quietly, clearly trying to be respectful and apologetic for the fact she as probably disturbing him from something important. That couldn't have been further from the truth, the moment she had entered the room he had been distracted.

It was no fault of hers that she made him unable to focus on the plankton samples that were spread across his desk. Jotaro was… he was in love there was no other way to explain why his heart raced when (Y/n) smiled at him after he paid her a compliment for her hard work. No other way to explain why when she passed him a snorkel to use for a dive and their hands touched that his skin felt tingly and hot.

“Go ahead” he said, giving her a small nod to say what was on her mind. “Doctor Kujo, do you hate me?” (Y/n) said meekly, her eyes staring intently at the floor in front of her feet. It took Jotaro a moment to process what she had said. It was a good thing he wasn't holding any of the samples. If he had been holding one it probably would have shattered as his hand clenched into a fist and he turned his gaze towards (Y/n).

The young woman cowered under her boss’s gaze, wanting desperately to escape that soul-searing stare. “I guess that answers my question then” she said, struggling to keep the terror she felt coursing through her veins from being audible in her voice. “Then you’ll probably be excited to hear I got an offer from another professor to go work for him over in South America…” she added with a forced grin turning to leave the room.

“No” Jotaro said, the word only a fraction of what he really wanted to say as he rose to his feet and rushed forward to grab (Y/n)’s arm so she couldn't leave. His heartrate was elevated as he dragged the girl across the room over to his desk. “No… I don't hate you… I don't hate you at all” he said, trying to find the right words to make his assistant understand what he was feeling without much success.

“You don’t?” (Y/n) replied, stunned by this declaration and staring up at her boss like a bewildered doe in the middle of a busy road. “No I don't and I don't want you leaving to work with some other professor” Jotaro reaffirmed with a solemn face. “But why do you care Doctor Kujo? The young woman said, a bit relieved to know she wasn't hated but now confused by this new complication. “Because… you might not believe it yet… but I love you” Jotaro answered in a low tone. “Doctor Kujo you can't say such things! It’s inappropriate! I’m your employee!” (Y/n) said very flustered. “I don't care if you’re my employee... I think about you when I touch myself…” he confessed without an ounce of shame. “To be honest… I’m always thinking about you” he added feeling a weight lifting from his chest at admitting these things.

(Y/n) didn't think before doing what she did next. She reached up and slapped Jotaro across the face. The sudden strike caught the man off guard and he let go of her arm allowing her a chance to escape. Of course, that chance wasn't enough to get the young woman anywhere and she found herself being yanked backward before colliding against the doctor’s desk. Jotaro locked the office door before slowly turning to face (Y/n) who was clinging onto his desk to steady herself. He hadn’t planned on having to ever admit how he felt about her, much less admitting those feelings to her. However, there was no way to go back and undo the last ten minutes so he would make do.

“Doctor Kujo” (Y/n) whimpered, sending a pleasant shiver down Jotaro’s spine. “Call me Jotaro, it's just the two of us in here. I want you to say my name” the man said encroaching on the young woman. He felt a flame of lust starting to build in his gut and so he acted upon it by pushing (Y/n)’s face down onto his desk proper and flipping her skirt up. A moan slipped through his teeth as he pawed at her rear appreciatively.

“Doctor Ku-” the young woman began before a smack to her backside made her pause in her speech. “Jotaro” the man behind her reminded her firmly. “Jotaro…” (Y/n) said, the word feeling all kinds of wrong on her tongue. “Jotaro please don't do this!” she begged starting to struggle in earnest to try and stop the doctor from going any further with his desires for her.

“Yes… keep moaning my name like that” Jotaro purred continuing to manhandle the young woman beneath him. When he was done with his darling (Y/n), all thoughts of leaving his side would be wiped from her mind and she’d understand that the only person for her was him…

anasui rant 57

so, i admit i haven't finished stone ocean. i've only just now started the underworld arc. however, i'm still very annoyed by anasui and foo's death, and i think i may have come up with a genuine reason why: narrative potential.

one of araki's skills in character writing, i believe, is tying a group together. this is best illustrated in bucciarati's gang, but is present to some extent in prior parts. characters will have their own dynamics, own wishes, own goals to achieve that are often personal, but intertwined with the main one of the part. the main goals of part 6 are to defeat pucci and to escape gds, and all of the characters have had some miniature arc that includes this, save weather, which is probably coming up soon, and anasui. jolyne's is mostly survival, hermes's is to defeat the murder of her sister, and foo's is to live their own life and philosophy. weather's will likely circle around his connection to pucci and amnesia; emporio's is to escape as well. anasui, though, has only the motivation of marrying jolyne. this is iffy, and i really don't want to get into it due to how creepy and disgusting it is. the point is, anasui's whole motivation and a major part of his character is solely tied to another, leaving little potential to grow due to his entitlement (not the right word but whatever).

and THIS. THIS is why i hate how Foo Fighters died in his stead. Foo had an arc that, to be honest-but-hyperbolic, had the potential to fill its own novel. they grew from a very literal non-sentient creature to someone who would lay down their life for their friends. foo's status as plankton with memory access gave them a very unique philosphy and view of the world, which is shown even in their antagonist first appearance

this continues on in the form of curiosity once they reform, asking questions about various human/prison life facets, but also doing more philosophy, as in the memetic salmon-lunch lady interaction. even up to foo's death, they display their courage and love for jolyne, due to how she revitalized and revealed a whole new world to them.

whew. i probably got off track there. the point, though, is that foo fighters is unique among jojo characters, having a genuine philosophy and complex character. and with the later arcs focusing on pucci and dio's sons, who pucci also molded into tools? that could have led to some interesting exploration for foo's feelings on pucci as a whole!

as for anasui. anasui's backstory is quite clear. he has no ties to other prisoners, no mysteries connected to him; his only motivation is to pursue and get jolyne. that's it. in something like part 4, with yukako, a yandere works fine. admittedly yukako has weird girl swag, but she is introduced before the main plot; a weirdo freak character fits well. but anasui has no such potential. there is nothing motivating him, or keeping him around in story. it doesn't matter if he died in foo's stead; part 6 would likely have been MORE COMPLEX that way. for example, what if in the bohemian rhapsody arc, foo had been subjected to the fate of a character that atroe related to? there was really no use in keeping anasui around, and i view foo's death as a complete waste. this is probably badly written. lol.

I made so many plots of this au and still working on it. So like basically a random person visits in the town of bikini bottom. Offers the people some yummy cake just (take it as a nutshell) so everyone eats it. Except for pearl, larry, puff, krabs, plankton whatever others. Spongebob who woke up middle of the night had noticed the town gone crazy and decide to pack his things. So he's with the civilains crew now. Sandy cant lead so she takes a choice to give her leader role to Spongebob. Sb did take the job seriously and yeah he has been serious from now. And squidward isnt there he is on his own house living there and eating food to survive ehhh pretty much thats it. Squilliam is loyal and trustworthy as he has a scar on his eye, patrick and sandy are spongebob's follower.

Its an au where spongebob is in disguise as a non recogniced man so in that au squidward doesnt know that his partner is actually spongebob in disguise

Vampire au

Its an au where spongebob got bit by a vampire. He never wanted to hurt anyone while he's turning to one. It started just night. Squidward and spongebob are walking home. A vampire is about to attack squidward until spongebob stepped and took the hit just to save squidward.

The badass savage bob au

Actually this is his alter ego. Take the hatred words to him too far then you'll taste the dirt.

Future au

So spongebob and squidward are like married now. Um so like the ships i like are basically just dating and working successfuly on their jobs.

Changed au

Spongebob like- realize how much happiness he had and saw people on the other side that made him get it that. "You cant always be happy everyday" thats where he noticed that everyday he smiles the day he feels bored. So Squidward seeing how much Spongebob doesnt smile alot makes him miss it.

Yandere au

So this is like spongebob being a yandere squidward is his senpai and squilvia is like inlove with squidward so he cliche killed squilvia and says to squidward ohhh you're all mineeeeee

Spongebob is- softie. Such as everyone too

Forced family au

This contains abused bob

Its where his foster parents took a visist and saw how much he changed and was disgusted. They decided to change his style, his personality, and his life. So if he talks back to his parents in return they give him a bruise.

This is like flowerfell (its like from undertale but a flowerfell au where frisk got toxic flowers and sans the one who cries telling her not to disappear)

Agent au

Spongebob using his personality wisely he never tells everyone that he is really rich. He doesn't tell them that he has another job working as an agent.

Mermaid au

Spongebob is a mermaid, patrick is a mermaid too, squidward and sandy and also plankton are human pirates. So- plankton is the captain, sandra is the one who check maps and uses her telescope, and squidward is just the one who cleans up the boat floor, make food, and basically trying to catch fish on the net to eat. Meanwhile in the mermaids. Spongebob is a prince mermaid, patrick is a prince too (patrick and spongebob are both siblings in this au) so his father is the king ruler. The kind one ruler perhaps heheh. Patrick gets pretty bored and lazy but he plays the act of happy when he's around with the mermaids praising him. Spongebob on the other side. He feels sick of just smile wave and talk to the mermaids he just wants to explore, as he explores away and away from the ocean. He caught a glimpse of an anchor there he followed the chains up to the surface. And as he reached it, he saw people with feet and he was pretty shocked. His father never told him to be aware of humans. Plankton noticed him and takes the spear and tries to aim him. He got a small cut on his left cheek but it didnt matter. He almost fled until squidward pulls out the fishing net and throws it to the ocean. There spongebob was caught and it was too late. Above water. His fishtail transformed to human legs. And there he was scared of them. The three of them looked at spongebob stunned and puts him some clothes on. Squidward who felt like there was a light. Or atleast he thought it was nothing. Asks him his name. He says that his name is Robert Martin. Squidward looked at Spongebob with a cocked eyebrow and just told him that he'll start working to what's best that makes him feel interested. Spongebob says cooking and Squidward doesnt trust him. So his father king and his brother patrick is aware and wants to bring prince spongebob back.

The end of his

This is an au of Error Bob

Its where he fell asleep and woke up in a black void with fear and panic. In the town at reality they noticed Spongebob is missing for a week now. Squidward is worried sick. He falls asleep and was awoken by Spongebob's voice. He stands up seeing a complete empty black void and he met spongebob and the black void changed to white. Spongebob's eyes turned different colors and his body glitching since he had stayed to the void for tooo long.

The death of spongebob

This is Ghostbob! An au where i created his ghost form.

So squilliam rants to spongebob. Spongebob comforts him. They both say their goodbyes and also squilliam saying thank you. Spongebob stopped for a moment and saw a boatmobile speeding up and then he pushed squilliam aside and then he died. As he's dead now and so alone. A friendly angel gave him a task which could only do it by once. Its where to do their last wish and things they havent done before they go. So spongebob was upset that he knows he needs to confess his love for squidward. The angel told him that he only has up to 5 days. Spongebob accepts and gets put down back on the town. :D

This is the one au i've made since 2021 and i started it off as a thought and made their actual changed personalities in the future. This au is called "The other future AU" this au is where Squidward continues off his move with his friend Squilliam together at bass vegas. After one year, everything began to change. Sandy is with her girlfriend Karen, they both are in texas. Plankton and Krabs called a truce for both of them. Patrick and Mindy are married and both work for Patrick's show. Patrick is smart now yay. Spongebob owns the krusty krab, eugene quits the job and gives it to Spongebob because he's old. Spongebob changed into a mature young man. He works hard and always there for his friend Patrick. (He had grown hair he never cuts it so he makes a bun) Squidward on the other side is with Squilliam. They both got to know each other very well. Squidward changed into a better person (i kind person). Squilliam is a nice person now and a bit impatient. Squidward and Spongebob realise that they both cant do it without the ones they both missed. It's being together but they are both far away. (They both text but they both cant call) Three years later, Squidward decide to visit bikini bottom. Spongebob is taking a walk around bikini bottom, until the both of them met in person.

Extra ordinary AU 2003 (exact actual ages were calculated)

Just where Spongebob in his first freshman college. (Patrick and him are room mates. So they both have their friendship together for years.) He met Squidward at art class and tries to talk to him in music class. Mindy(the princess) is the principal's daughter. Sandy is on the other dorm and just close to spongebob's and Patrick's the three of them always hang out during breaktime. Karen (the computer wife) works as the one who deliver foods to the cafeteria seats. Plankton is the one who cooks, mr krabs is a janitor. His daughter pearl is on her 8th grade learning together with her friends.

Legendary au

(spongebob is the goddess of loyalty)he knew that he has powers when he was 4 so he played it carefully and not wanting anyone to see it but Patrick finds it out anyway but he doesnt tell anyone and he keeps it a secret too. Spongebob grew up and tried studying mythology until he found a dusty book that fell from the top of the bookshelf. He took more research in the book thats where he found one page that looks familiar. A symbol that matches on his left wrist. It took him just a moment and now that he found out that he is the goddess of loyalty, he couldnt believe it since the goddess of loyalty and the magic that the goddess had disappeared thousands of years ago and its supposed to be impossible since it is a myth. Spongebob believed it was true because it is possible, he has his powers that humans doesnt have. He kept the book and saw some news that people randomly disappear one by one the journalist perch says that it could be a new villain that everyone would fear. They all know that there is no hero and the hero doesnt exist spongebob certainly knows that he is the hero or aka chosen hero or whatev. Spongebob tells to patrick about this situation and he helps. So spongebob trained how much powers he has and abilities stamina or how much fast he can fight its like martial arts whatevs so ye. Bonus+ the villain of this au is mindy who is controlled by the goddess of evil Hecate

Stoned au

Spongebob is petrified ever since man ray shot him. Squidward's appearance are changed and like a new person. He and Sandy are trying to experiment to have a de-petrifying potion for Spongebob.

Those are the total i have in mind. Im kind of an au lore maker sooo. I might tell you if i have a new sb au coming up but still. Your jaw might drop because i have this many in my mind.

Wouldn’t It Be Nice. Yan Jotaro x Reader [COMM]

“We’re here.”

You let out a low hum of acknowledgement at Jotaro’s statement, lifting your head from its previous position of resting against the car window. It’s bright and early in the morning, the sun just starting to peak up over the clouds, bathing the world in a soft glow of warm colors. Jotaro turns the keys, the engine’s purring dying down into a final sputter. Throughout the drive from the hotel you’re staying in, you’ve been in and out of sleep, not used to being up bright and early. Normally your repetitive days blend together like watercolors, faint and indescribable from each other. This serves to be a new palette, an opportunity to see the world with your own eyes.

Ignoring the dull ache from your legs, you step onto solid ground and stretch. Jotaro’s preoccupied with opening the car trunk, gathering his equipment and the few items you wanted to bring along. An umbrella, beach chair, towel, and some books to read. You fiddle with hands, shifting your weight as silence encompasses you both. He doesn’t so much as struggle with all the heavy items in hand, but the part of you that feels polite feels inclined to offer assistance.

“Do you, uh, need any help with that…?” You inquire, taking a step forward and preparing to reach out should he agree. Aquamarine eyes flicker towards your clumsy proposal, searching for something unknown and coming up short. As you expect, he turns you down with a decisive shake of the head. It’s impossible to quell the curiosity of knowing what flashes through his mind, his body language hardly ever giving hints to his intentions, aside from taut muscles and grimaces.

“I’ve got it.”

His tone isn’t meant to sound harsh, it’s just how his voice naturally sounds. You still can’t control the natural reflex of shrinking away at his rebuttal, an uncomfortable silence drowning over you both. He pauses for a brief moment, staring you down, parting his lips before closing them. Time feels like it’s at a stand still, until his attention returns to the awaiting beach. Neither of you make any further attempts at conversation, you trailing a foot behind him as he walks onto the sand. The tension from before melts from your person at the sight of soothing ocean waves, the ground underneath you growing softer, nostalgia coming in full force.

He sets up your area before getting to work on his own tasks, steadying the umbrella in the sand and unfolding the beach chair. You mutter a quiet thank you as he places the finishing touches down, a cooler that had water and sandwiches for if you needed them. The details of this trip are still largely muddled, Jotaro never has been one to over indulge his business. All you managed to squeeze out of him is that he’s taking samples, something about plankton and checking on the local ecosystem. The jargon went over your head. What matters most is that, after being on your best behavior, you’ve earned a trip outside of your normally reclusive lifestyle. Anything is better than having to stare at the same four walls everyday, trying to reminisce on what your life was like before you met Jotaro Kujo.

“I won’t be too long.” Jotaro calls over to you, walking towards the receding waves and setting off to work. You nod your head, settling back into your seat. The beach you’ve arrived at has no other signs of life, aside from seagulls calling to one another and the occasional crab you spot. Human beings are out of the question, Jotaro likely having chosen this spot for the lack of them. He can’t always keep an eye on you, no matter how much he wants to. Having him stuck to your hip like glue has been suffocating, and you’re grateful for the break.

Staying within the confines of the shade the umbrella brings, your mind drifts into a land of daydreams. The world around you fades away, replaced with thoughts of better times. Where you didn’t have to constantly be on guard, around a man who claimed to care for you, despite rarely showcasing it. Your quality of life improved the slightest bit when you stopped acting combative towards him, taking a more passive approach to get through the days. Jotaro didn’t change his conduct around you much, aside from a few offerings to travel alongside him if his job required going to a secluded area. These opportunities are few and far between, and you always jump at the chance to see the world you were stolen from again.

Preoccupied with your thoughts, you’re unaware of a presence lingering over you, until something wet and slippery drops onto your leg. A startled gasp leaves your lips at the unexpected sensation, your body jolting up to identify the source of the feeling. Eyebrows furrowing together, you spot Jotaro wading in the ocean, bending over and observing different objects. So where did this come from…? Squinting, you continue searching around, before spotting Star Platinum staring at you expectantly.

Oh. So that’s what’s going on here.

Now having a better understanding of the situation, you realize the item on your thighs is a bunch of seaweed. Cold droplets of water fall onto your skin, causing a shiver to course throughout your body. He hovers above you, eyes almost doe-like as he excitedly searches for a positive response to his gift. Lazily rubbing away the sleepiness that threatens to consume you, you pluck the seaweed up to inspect it closer. You’re not sure what led the Stand to giving you this bizarre gift, but decide to thank him for the effort regardless. He’s never given a reason to earn your ire, a friendlier companion than his own User.

“Thank you,” you glance from his gift and then back to him, placing the seaweed by your side for safekeeping. “So, this is for me?”

He nods his head, offering a soft “ora!” in excited confirmation. Star Platinum doesn’t make any movements to disappear, and you can only assume Jotaro has no idea his Stand is wandering about on its own merit. The first -- and likely last -- time that you surprised Jotaro was when he realized you could see his Stand, having a Stand of your own. Ever since then, he’s made it a point not to allow Star Platinum around you, for whatever reasons. There’s no way to confirm the gnawing suspicion that it’s because he’s embarrassed by how enthusiastic the Stand is in your presence, though it’s the theory you go with.

You realize in the time spent searching for a plausible explanation, Star Platinum had been gathering more knick knacks. Settled in his muscular, phantom arms, are various objects that litter the beach. Seashells, sea glass, and a few colorful rocks. The one item that sticks out to you the most, is a very peeved looking hermit crab, its legs flailing in the air.

“Star, you have to put that little guy down. I think he’s wondering why he’s floating…” You sit up, pointing at the huffy hermit crab. The Stand blinks, considering your proposal, then concedes with your wishes. If only Jotaro were this agreeable, your life might be a bit better. With surprising care, he places the crab back onto the sand, then looks back to you. Is he hoping to be praised for following through with your request? Tilting your head to the side, he mimics the movement.

“What else did you find?” While you ask this, you cross your legs together, waving for the Stand to come closer. He does so without hesitation, dumping the treasures in front of you. You search through the combination of items, fixating on a pretty, amethyst sea glass. It feels coarse in your hands. You inspect it, a rougher side of it managing to nick your finger in the process. Dropping the item at the unexpected jolt of pain, a small curse leaves your lips. Star Platinum floats to your hand, frantically taking hold of your hand.

“It’s all good,” you reassure him with a sheepish smile. “Just a small cut. It won’t do too much damage.”

Star Platinum doesn’t appear convinced, fawning over your effected finger with great displeasure. This serves as further reinforcement that he’s Jotaro’s soul manifest, as they both worry over you the same amount. Star Platinum doesn’t look to be convinced by you. Larger, ghost-like hands envelope your own. It’s strange how a Stand so powerful is capable of showing a softer side, only for your eyes. You can’t help the fluttering of your heart at its potent concern, not used to being fussed over having physical touch accompanying it. Jotaro will chastise you should you ever do something to displease him, without laying a hand on you. Star Platinum is different in that regard, taking every opportunity he has to touch you.

“Here, how about this,” you grab into your bag, procuring a book that Jotaro bought at your behest. “I can still hold it, see? It’s not a big deal at all.”

Not wanting the Stand’s guilt to transfer over to the User, your mind searches for a way to mend the situation. This time without Jotaro breathing down your neck is to be relished, you won’t let it end earlier than it needs to. Opening back up to the page you left off on, you motion for Star Platinum to look over your shoulder.

“Do you want me to read for you?” You ask, taken aback by how swiftly he nods his head in confirmation. This wholehearted approach to life is so unlike Jotaro, you sometimes wonder how this can be his Stand. It’s in total contrast to the man’s stoic, seemingly dispassionate way of going throughout life. Maybe you’ll ask if you can interact with Star Platinum more often, with how eager he is to please you, it can be a bit addicting. Your own Stand is stirring within, though you don’t want to let it out in fear of how it may be interpreted. Revealing your Stand is often associated with trying to use it, and knowing Jotaro, would be taken as a sign of rebellion. Maintaining the delicate balance that consists of your turbulent relationship with Jotaro takes priority.

“Well, this story is about a girl who has a ghost, and lives in a town full of them. Unlike Stands though, her ghost is haunting her, and tells her people’s thoughts…”

Jotaro secures the final amount of samples required for testing, having just finished the checklist he was assigned. Wiping the sweat from his brow, he sets back to shore, thinking about the plans for the rest of the day. You’re probably going to be hungry by the time he gets back. Maybe a visit to a restaurant wouldn’t be so bad…? It’s been over half a year since you’ve made a fuss over your situation, and he hopes it stays that way. Jotaro is uncertain of what to do when you’re crying, overwhelmed by the tidal wave of emotions that came with your initial resistance. He decides that going around that many people is too much of a risk, you’ll both get room service when you’re back at the hotel.

He doesn’t notice anything out of the ordinary at first. That is, until he spots his own Stand hovering right by your side, bewitched by your every word. Jotaro clicks his tongue, calling Star Platinum back, pushing down his hat to hide the flush of his cheeks. When did his Stand come out, and how did he not notice? Internally, he prays that Star didn’t do anything unsightly in front of you. At his appearance by your side, you stop reading aloud your book, realizing that Jotaro must be the reason Star Platinum disappeared.

Frowning, you close the book. “He wasn’t doing anything wrong.”

“I finished up here,” he doesn’t want to talk about the flustering events from before, already bringing the umbrella down without asking if you’re ready to leave. “We can go get breakfast.”

At the mention of a solid meal, you shoot up, thinking of what you’re going to order. Jotaro’s grateful for how well he knows you, and how adept he’s grown at redirecting you. It’s a most useful skill, not that you ever seem interested in teasing him. Without thinking, he hands you the container that holds his samples, hoping it’ll serve to keep your attention.

It works like a charm, you asking about the nature of the water samples on the walk back to the car.
