you ever have a dream so unbelievably cool that when you wake up you just about screech in rage that it ended too early...

#my posts #that's me right now i'm going to explode #the first half of the dream leading up to the cool part SUCKED but the second half made up for it #imagine a theater performance except holograms actually work and are hyper-realistic. #it was this HUGE theater room with sections of seating and a large open floor and several screens #and like when it started it was like the screens were set up for the different groups right? #WRONG they showed different things as the show went on #it was like. a story about a cursed Disney cartoon but the wild part was like its story was kinda like the Ring #where if you watched the film things could come out of it. and you see where this is going!! #like it was subtle at first with just a character or two wandering past #but then there would be these meta bits where the entity would look at the audience through the screen #then vanish. and something seems like it's wrong with the equipment #and then it COMES OUT OF THE FLOOR #like you had this HUGE stretched out rubberhose entity that TOWERED over the audience #the room would go dark in those moments too so it'd be this BRIGHT black and white Thing #like i'm legitimately going insane over how cool it looked jesus christ #and there was some kind of a mystery going on; the entity Wanted something but we never found out what #...... oh my god i just figured out why it turned into Deltarune at the end i'm so mad #(the entity would always be accompanied by a cartoon 'ding dong' and my brain went #hehe wing dings i'm so mad. not even a cool twist but WHATEVER) #anyway it ended with visuals of a Deltarune AU with such cool designs I NEED TO DRAW IT. #i won't do it justice at all but by god it needs to exist somewhere other than my head holy heck #anyway. it was insane ok trust me

I think my favorite little parallel between Ascended vs Spawn Astarion has to be this little, probably even unintentional, detail in the epilogue:

AU where Jason went to the Titans Tower to beat the shit out of Robin, not kill him. Tim misunderstands and plans accordingly.

Tim thinks that Red Hood wants to kill him, full stop.

So when Red Hood shows up, the absolute second power gets cut, Tim swallows a slow acting little pill.

He gets into a fight with Red Hood, and just as Red Hood is about to take off his helmet to reveal...something, who cares what, the pill kicks in.

Tim's breathing and heartrate slow to practically nothing.

For all intents and purposes, he's very, very dead.

The pill had a medicine that creates a false state of death, capable of fooling almost anyone if they aren't a Super.

And Jason isn't a Super.

Jason, as far as he is concerned, is now kneeling over the corpse of the latest Robin. A corpse he made.

His biggest mistake.

So he tries to revive the kid, but nothing works. Nothing fucking works.

He knew that going into his Red Hood schtick he'd be turning into a killer, but this was not a death he wanted on his hands.

Then, he makes his second biggest mistake.

He stays too long, trying to revive the kid that stole his mantle.

Nightwing shows up.

Nightwing sees Red Hood, helmet off, crouched over the motionless, beaten body of Robin.

Red Hood gets a fight, alright.

Just not the one he wanted, and with an opponent that is actively attempting to murder him.

theo’s bedroom is slowly coming together

#river dipping #theodore doe #echthroi #ts4 #ts4 edit #after the save broke yesterday morning for the fourth! time i finally pulled up mod manager and started looking through the hundreds of #conflicts i apparently had and also deleted well over 500+ duplicates... my mods folder is SO rancid i'm sure i missed some conflicts #bc see those dark blue pillows on theo's bed? those are actually white :) but for some reason when i move the pillows near the wall they #change color depending on the time of day... it's not just those pillows some other objects do it too... just closing my eyes at it <3 #the bed and desk are where theo spends most of his time so i spent forever on them. his bed needed to be overwhelmed by stuff #there are... ten pillows i believe two large covers a sheet and a blanket. theo kind of just... burrows into the center and hides. #bunny boy behavior........ and yeah those are matthias's gloves on theo's desk <3 #i have to recolor the stuff on theo's walls later. i imagine his walls are mostly empty and it's just the floors in his apt. that're messy #but i wanted sticky notes to help him remember things and that back wall is going to have matthias's art and love letters #<- which theo definitely takes down and hides whenever matthias actually comes over lmaoooo #also i finally moved all of the pins from theo and matthias's boards over to @theodoredoe (mattodore was taken 😞) #i wanted a place just for my oc boards and i also wanted to be able to add sections to each oc's boards so! new acc! #yk how i mentioned theo's board looking so cluttered? yeah so. figured out it's bc over half of his board is just quotes #i made a section and threw all the 200+ quotes in there and will slowly put some of them in his main board #his board just looks so much better now like i'm so happy about it 🥰 it was definitely worth the time #OH ALSO!!!!
