how i get myself skinny
✨food rules✨
🦋 no breakfast
🦋before noon only unsweetened tea and ice cold water
🥤noon: now allowed to have coffee or 1 (!) zero calorie enery drink - it will curb appetite for another hour
🍼1 p.m. cottage cheese with veggies (max150)
🍒spread over the afternoon:
1 oat bar (max 80)
handful / 1 fruit (max. 100)
1 more coffee or energy drink
🌖 latest 6:30 dinner
lean meat or veggie meat / sausage (they have 0g animal fat which is amazing) (max. 200 cal) 🪐✨
a TON of veggies (max. 100) 🥬🥒🥦
MAX 1 tbsp of olive oil (120) for the meat & veggies. if possible prepare in a steamer 🌫
🕊workout rules🕊
🐙move your body 4x a week for at least 30'.
Make 2 days full cardio (for the dainty look🧚🏻)
and 2 days of strength (bc u don't want to be weakest in the room💪🏻)
Don't forget to rest - we're undereating. We want to get skinny and show off our bodies, not die before we can show them right? 💜
🌙🥂nights out rules🥂🌙
max 2 drinks (= glasses of wine, beers, cocktails -> if u do cocktails choose ZERO calorie mixers!) 🍸
dinner must be tiny or skipped before🦄
BUT u're allowed to snack on crisps or chocolate (whatever there is) - max. 200-300 calories (-> a handful of crisps or 1/2 a chocolate bar), bc u don't want people to ask stupid questions and u want to feel like u can enjoy yourself and have some fun 🌸✨
🔮not your usual ana tips🔮
DON't WAIT until you're skinny to get that hairstyle or that outfit. get it and wear it already now. Why? because if u're not skinny yet u will see the motivation to skip breakfast in every window, mirror and glass u pass. You remind yourself everyday what you're doing it for. 🐛🦋
Make your belt tighter. A lot. too tight. When u eat it will remind u to slow tf down and not eat sm 🐥
Do everything dancing and/or singing. brushing teeth? put music on, it will be more fun and u'll burn some calories dancing around.🤸🏼‍♀️💖
Epsom salt bathes. 🛀🏻 Once a week after dinner (it should be a low carb dinner). Add 1 cup of epsom salt to your bath and lay in there for at least an hour. Have a bottle of water next to u to stay hydrated 💦 It will take all the water weight from your body - I lost 1kg a night like this🥳

it really has come to it (that didnt take very long)... gonna start going for 30 minute runs in the morning before work. i would swim but covid 1 and point B. gyms with pools are pricey anyways, running outside is free and i don't have to take a bus to do it. unfortunately it is my best option for excercise
