Over the past few days I was foraging in the forest a bit, here and there, whenever I came across a Blueberry bush, Cranberries or Blackberries. I froze them in a little ziplock bag (they are sparse up here, so I have to wait and collect them bit by bit until I get a nice amount of berries) and finally the bag was full enough to make a crumble.

Frozen berries drizzled with honey and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon

The crumble dough is easy,

100 g Butter

100 g brown sugar

160 g flour

A pinch of salt, cinnamon and ground vanilla

So delicious! 🍓 It makes all the running around, dealing with the brambles and insects, totally worth it.

So pro tip, apparently if you follow a cream cheese frosting recipe almost correctly and put too much hot water with gelatin in it and then freeze it, you get gellato
