How often does he go back to that moment #How often has he imagined himself saying or doing something different? Something that would've resulted in them leaving that bunker togethe #Meanwhile Lunar lost the person who gave him a new life and a family that actually cares about him #And he was in Moon's head for months and saw first hand how much his regrets and trauma affected him #Both of which would eventually destroy him due to the cycle of self-loathing he was trapped in #How much does HE think about that?#Anyway sorry for not posting for nearly (checks watch) two years??#It'll likely happen again #1k

I want it complete and together.#Ruining the surprise a bit to say 'yeah its a digital art comic'#But its been tricky figuring out the style I want to use for it!#hence the swaths of MSpain(t) doodles that boil down to 'how would this look if I did X?'#I wanted to do a fully Black & White Ink style. But I scrapped it. Then I did small bits of colour. And scrapped it. Sigh.#This comic started out as just the first panel and then my brain went 'hold on. #we love a family with a storied history of loving women and committing mass murder #wolf is a couple years older than she was in her original comic but still just as smitten with red #i dont intend on making it a habit to connect my comics together into a shared universe #but i did make ash with the internal headcanon that she was the kid of red and wolf #if only to justify elements of her design #the gravity defying hair - the control over fire - the commitment to a black/white/red colour scheme #i wont be doing a backstory for snow btw since she's kind of just. a human being who grew up very entitled and spoiled #although maybe during her undead journey she unknowingly comes across her mothers-in-law in the mountains #(they like to live in remote snowy areas)#red would like her #thats all!#thank you for reading #sapphic art #comic art #stillindigo art #hearteaters #stillindigo comics
