Six Fanarts - Part 3: Astor
What better time is there to reveal the next part of my Six Fanarts than now, after the incredible trailer for “Tears of the Kingdom” has been revealed recently (have you seen it? And are you as excited as I am??).
“Age of Calamity” may not have been as heavily anticipated by most, but it sure left a big impression on me – and some disappointment, too. :’D Because there they went and introduced Astor, another potentially fascinating villain…And then he wasn’t even playable and there was so very little explanation regarding his backstory or motivations. ;_; I feel like poor Astor got the Vaati-treatment (who by the way, still happens to be my number one favorite LoZ villain, but sadly he wasn’t playable in the previous Hyrule warriors game, either. A crime!!), but I still like his design and voice acting a lot, sooo…I gave him the third spot in this drawing challenge.
I hope he has some fans who can appreciate this. ♥ And just so you know: YES, there will be more Zelda fanart from me in the future. XD

This is Bisan Owda (@wizard_bisan1 on IG), she's a young journalist who's been documenting the daily life in Gaza, Palestine since before October of last year and continues to do so now, as her and her family have been displaced by Israel, her home and workplace destroyed in the bombings. If you don't already follow her, I highly suggest to do so, as she takes interviews from the local people in the refugee camps and provides a fantastic insight into Palestinians as a nation, their culture and the horrors they face under the Israeli apartheid regime in their own land.🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

Six Fanarts - Part 1: Roland.
Last year, around the end of August I started joining the "Six Fanarts" challenge, but I'm always very slow to complete these. And as I am about to start painting the fourth one, I figured it's time to show what I have so far.
The first character I picked was from one of my obsessions at the time: Ni No Kuni II. It's such a fun game, with an adorable style and a fun cast of characters. Roland particularily caught my eye, so I just HAD to paint him. ♥
