I love Dragonflight because of all the Disney fun I got to have with cute animals and cutscenes, BUT (big but) why did we get the Kirin Tor against the Primalists instead of The Earthen Ring? Like the Primalists use elemental magic, they are shamans? Why not bring Shamans and have more neutral Horde groups instead of having Khadgar with 1% if his original personality be a stand in for the player and do nothing but wave his own death flags for next expansion?

I play an orc Shaman, Farseer even from Legion and it's baffling how everyone acted like my character would know nothing about fighting a group of elementalists.

I get that they needed the Kirin Tor for Kalecgos' arc and with it came Khadgar and they needed the druids for the Emerald Dream and they have the shamans for next expansion, but it's just so strange that there wasn't a questline that in any way included the Earthen Ring.

So, I don’t think this guy would be interesting to play, but I think he’d be a good NPC ally.

Morton Falk is a short, unassuming man. He doesn’t look like any kind of tough guy, and in fact, appears to be some kind of accountant or librarian. Claims to be an auditor, with a specific focus on the Universal Brotherhood.

This is because Morton is magically active.

Because Morton is an Anteater Shaman.

He is an insect spirit assassin, specializing in the hive-minded spirits like Ants, Bees or Termites.

Upon discovering a hive, Morton will raise an earth elemental as armor, looking like a stone anteater with giant claws. I’d imagine under the bulk sweater, he’s covered with magic foci, for armor and killing hands, etc.
