Alright, I saw some posts from people saying they didn’t enjoy Season 3 of The Umbrella Academy and although I think every one can have their own opinion, I’m here to tell you guys why you’re wrong (/j) and this is the best season yet and share how it made me like the first and second season. (all the spoilers, proceed with caution)

And I’ll start it by quoting dear Handler: Some things just don’t make sense... until they do.

She says that to Lila right after asking her to protect number Five. And like, I know her plan is all that “kill the higher ups, make shit for me and I’ll give you what you want”, but isn’t it funny how she lives for the Comission, she is the one to recruit Five and he is the founder of said Comission?

Time is already not linear before Five is saved by her, she saved him because she works for an organization he will found. We were living a paradox since the begining. That’s why I feel some people are confused about the third part of the series, But my time-travel-loving self is more than happy.

Everything is conected.

Do you remember when Reginald dies and Luther says that in his last call the old man said for him to pay attention to who he trusts? And how Luther than asks Klaus to speak with Reginald so they can ask him if he was murdered? And when Klaus dies trying to help Luther, his father tells him 1) he’s dead 2) Reggie killed Reggie. By the end of season three, finally someone betrays Luther and kills him. Who? Reginald. Klaus goes into the void and finds out Reginald killed Luther. How Klaus ends up in the void this time? He helped Reggie and died in the end. What was going to happen in season 3 has already been told to us by the first season. Klaus only realized he died in season 3, but Reggie had already told him that.

When Allison is worried about Ray, after the protest, Klaus tells her that she needs some menudo, which is what he eats with his mother when he is finally understanding himself and his powers(and it’s also the menudo that get’s him together with his father once again). At this point in season 2, Allison havent used her powers since Viktor and she is currently afraid os loosing everything by using it again, like an addict.

Klaus than tells her that fable of the frog and the scorpion. That is about someone’s way of being remaining the same even if it ends up fucking everyone up, including the scorpion. But it’s also about making a deal with someone who wants to use you. This is foreshadowing both of them being used by Reginald, but also Allison vilanization arc. “The point is: frogs are bitches and we do not negotiate with terrorists”. Both negotiate with Reggie lol Klaus for his love and Allison for her life.

Klaus goes from a real mess in season 1 to the one that’s dealing better with all this shit, while Allison goes from the person who had her shit together to the most unstable one. Allison lived her first life getting everything she wanted and when she looses her “things” she acts like the spoiled brat she’s always been(the scorpion). We know she got her husband, her carrer and control over her daughter by using her powers. Why are we really surprised that she’s doing anything to get it back?

In season 3 we understand why Reginald adopted 7 kids. In season one, they said that when Ben died, eveyone went their separate ways, so Reginald got him back, so he could unite the families, as he said he did to said Ben by the 10th episode of this season. If loosing a kid would fuck up his plans, he would’ve got more, but he didn’t did him?

And for those who wanted more of the sparrows this season, I must remind you that Reginald walks around with an umbrella, not with birds. Birds are nice, they are part of this scenary, but they’re not as useful as an umbrella. We see birds through all seasons and they are, indeed, important. But they are pieces to take the umbrellas where they need to go, to make the umbrellas do what they had to do, little pieces of Reginald’s game. And they “flew away” after doing what they needed to do.

first season we had Agnes, who loved birds. Second season has Harlan always holding a little wooden bird. And the third season has the sparrow academy. Every one of these “birds” came in handy by the next season. Hazel takes that video to Five because Agnes asked. Harlan saves them from Christopher. And I’m pretty sure Sparrow Ben (and probably Sloane too) are gonna be fundamental next season.

Specially since we kinda got that feeling that Season 1 was about Luther, with the moon and beins a leader, Season 2 was about Diego, being his own batman and saving the president (also seeking revenge from his father) and Season 3 with Allison’s need for control and for things to go her way. Next one is Klaus’s, who’s been preparing himself since the first season.

Now he’s lost everything again, right? Scoup after scoup after scoup. Like he’s menudo being eaten. Brother, Lover, Mother and Power, or even the Void, where he likes to be and where he believes is his place, his found home. And Ben, his best friend and possibly lover, is back but not really but yes. I’m pretty sure he will try to stick to Ben and this is gonna be fundamental by the end. Why? Because even though Ben “is with them” now, he is not, just like in season 1. And what saves them from those armed guys is Klaus and Ben working together. I’m sure this was foreshadowed there. in season 3 Klaus was again responsible for uniting them all by the end of the season.

I think the main point is understanding that everything they’ve been through was to make them go into Oblivion with Reggie. They had no other choice. Both previous seasons happened so the third could happen. Every little detail.

Luther died because he voted against going to Oblivion because he met sloane because he was kidnapped because Marcus went missing because they caused a paradox because they were never born because Viktor saved Harlan because he ended up in Sissy’s place because he lost his memorys because he destroyed the moon because Luther decided to attack him against Allison’s will because she lost her voice because she fount out about Harold Jenkings because Diego got info on him because he was friends with Patch who died because Cha-cha and Hazel kidnapped Klaus because he was high because that’s how he coped with his powers because Reginald trumatized him because he wanted to control him and because he needed to be helped out of the pills he took because Pogo left him because he wanted to get the kids to the oblivion because he wanted to reset the universe. And you can do this with everything in this fucking show. and this is only possible to notice when you’ve seen the three timelines.

It’ like Reginald set up all those domino pieces and every move they make happens exacly acording to his plan.

In first season when we see the flashback of the day Five got lost in time, there are two things to pay attention to: Reginald explains time travel in a way that would only make sense to those who had traveled already and he doesn’t even try getting up to go after him when he runs off. Five is the one sibling Reginald worked to have a high self steem, for him to disobey him and try time traveling, so he gets lost, so he comes back, so he guide his siblings to new 2019, so they go to oblivion. Old Five saying to little Five to not save the world is his way of trying to stop Reginald. The comission exists to try and kill little Five to stop Reginald. why? I don’t know lol Some things just don’t make sense... until they do.

My point being that 1st and 2nd seasons kinda end in themselves in a nice way, but the third opens the wound again and we can better understand things we understood on them.

Before I stop, I just wanted to point out that when Five meets Reginald in 1963, he recites Homer. Reginald reads it to Pogo: “ Sing in me, Muse, and through me tell the story of that man skilled in all ways of contending, the wanderer, harried for years on end-- “ and stops there. The wanderer is Reginald, who’s seen many universes colapsing (he tells that to Five by the Obsidian Hotel). The Muse is his wife. Ulisses leaves Ithaca to fight in Troy and keeps trying to get back home to Penelope, his wife, who’s patiantly waiting for him.

The poem says: “He saw the townlands/ and learned the minds of many distant men, /and weathered many bitter nights and days/ in his deep heart at sea, while he fought only/ to save his life, to bring his shipmates home.” , and just as much this could be about Reginald, this could also be about Five. Maybe especially about Five, since it continues:

“But not by will nor valor could he save them, / for their own recklessness destroyed them all “

When I finished the first season, I had exacly this image in my mind: Five was trying so hard to save his “shipmates”, but their impatience, lack of comunication, anger, recklessness destroyed the world.

The umbrellas are at this boat together, trying to navigate Reginald’s waters. At times they have to deal with sirens(Harold Jenkins, JFK, drugs), at times they have to be invisible to scape a ciclops(Dead Ben, Five blinking, Allison in 1963), at times they would get high in a strange magic island(the wedding, high luther, high klaus) or deal with their own delusional lust (Allison in wherever it is that she’s at). But they are just trying to get home. To rule their own life.

Anyway, I felt like this season gave me this feeling that even if we are watching it from afar, we don’t have the whole picture yet, for it’s four or even five dimensional.

Out of all characters in mcd, I'd say the one that changed the most for my rewrote would have to be garroth. Name change that I gave him aside, there is a lot I did to him.

>hey so, writting this after I finished this post, idk how many words is in this but I think it's over 3k maybe, I spent three days writing this, it's so much longer than I expected, but um if you want a sudden deep dive and entire life story of my rewrite Garroth, HERE IT FUCKING IS!!

I will also let you know, because some ppl will probably be confused about it; Claire was a character in Jess's FNAF roleplay series, she was Aphmau's sister and I am SO UPSET that she was not carried into mys, albeit her and Aphmau had a strained yet still close relationship, she should have been there. So, I include her in ever rewrite I do, including my mys one. But yeah, when you see her mentioned that's why and who she is ♡

Garroth was never happy in Ok'hasis. He never would have been. His whole life he stood there, staring at that damn statue.

A man, standing tall, clad in armor that made him seem so much bigger than he was. Sword, shethed into the stone beneath him, helmet in one hand, other rested on the hilt of the sword.

Esmund Ro'Meave.

Eveyone, Irene-damn everyone told him day in and day out that Garroth was his spitting image. His passion, his looks, his strength. When rumors of Divine Reincarnations murmured through Ru'aun, Garroth was put at the center of it. He was related to one by blood, he looked like him perfectly, so why wouldn't he be?

Garroth wanted nothing to do with that man. A self proclaimed hero, no matter the horrid things he did, the pain he left behind him to carve a path for the Divine in a world they weren't welcome. Were HE wasn't welcome.

Every day his father would drag him around the castle, day in day out, history lessons, fighting lessons, etiquette lessons, never a break.

That statue made him sick. Esmund, stood proud and tall in the court yard, one replica sitting in Ok'hasis's center. No where he went he was haunted by him. It was mocking him. HE was mocking him.

It took weeks of convincing, but eventually Jeffory had agreeded to help him do it, help him fake his death. The guard gained nothing from it. If anything he was putting his own life in more danger than he would ever know.

The first thing he did when he escaped was cut his hair. He couldn't stand it anymore. The bullshit Ok'hasian tradition of 'perfect' hair. His father's had been to the floor, his mother's close. The cute had been uneven, he had nicked himself a little, but the freedom he felt, the weight he felt lift from his chest when he gazed in the river, he nearly cried.

He ran. He knew the guard academy was always open to 'run aways'. Just give them a name and they'd let you in.

Garroth Ro'Meave didn't exist anymore.

Lucian Ciro was the newest trainee in the Ru'aunian Guard Academy.

The years passed like nothing. Finally he felt more than he had in so long. When he graduated, Lucian joined a band of travlers, acting as a guard for them for a while until they had been approached by an old woman one day. She had silver hair, and wore a purple headcovering.

She spoke with a wisdom Lucian only wished to ever know. She asked him for his services. To help her travel across Ru'aun as she was carrying a very important relic of sorts on her person and needed a personal guard.

It would have been dumb to say no, so of course Lucian joined her. The woman, Hyria quickly made her intentions known. She told him she knew who he was. The Lucian Ciro was never a Ru'aunian man, that Garroth Ro'Meave never died that day. Lucian had asked her what she intended to do with that information. She told him nothing, she had no reason to share it with anyone, but he deserved to know that someone understood, that someone knew his story.

After days on fhe road, Hyria told him she was a witch, a witch heavy beyond his years. That she had lived amongst the divine themselves. Lucian didn't believe her at first. She told him she had asked for him specifically to protect her through Ru'aun, that she knew he was meant to be someone important to Ru'aun history. That like her, his soul was closely tied to the Divine, yet not in the way he thought it was.

The Sacred Woods had scared him at first. Now a days Lucian could find his way through them blindfolded. Hyria had shown him the relic. That of Esmund the Divine King. She told him it was about that time. That the new reincarnation of Esmund come about.

A wave of relief had washed over Lucian in that moment. He wasn't that man, he wasn't what everyone egged him to be.

It was a clearing, Lucian would come to know this clearing well.

There were already some people there, gathered in some kind of semi circle.

A mountian of a man, long hair, body and face covered by a long cloak, wolf ears poking through the opening of it. A werewolf no doubt, Lucian had hear folk stories of them, but had never met on in the flesh, or, well, fur.

The man had two women with him, at least the first time Lucian had met them it was two, at some point it became three, he couldn't recall when it changed.

One was shorter, she had black hair and was dressed well. How he recalled many wives of lords dressed, but almost, more humble? There was something about her that was warm, and simple in the best ways.

Then there was the mifwa, with lavander hair and olive green eyes. She scared Lucian a little. She held herself quite strong, claws at the ready almost the whole time.

The third woman was a werewolf as well. She didn't seem too out of place, save for her starkingly contrasting clothing, all in blacks and reds.

He would learn this was Aaron Lucaine, decendent of Drae'lic (Shad), the Divine Destroyer, and the woman accompanying him were his wives.

There was a woman around Lucian's age. Her hair was like fire, billowing behind her even when it seemed there was no wind around them. Red eyes that stab right through him, but she smiled at him so nicely. Lucinda, Hyria's daughter, and a reincarnation of Menphina the Divine Protector.

An erie man who's hair and skin were white as snow, unnaturally so. Eyes a piercing green with large, purple and black horns sprouting from his head. His fingers were tipped with claws, his hands having a balck gradient to them, while his face was noteably covered by ever changing blobs of purple hued black staining. Travis Valkrum, decendent of Enki the Divine Keeper, and son to a demon. Apparently the man wanted little to do with the other's and the divine, but he had a ancestor to please.

And finally, a man who seemed, while not the tallest amongst all of them, something was off about how tall he was. Like he wasn't properly proportioned, his arms seemed to be too long, or maybe his torso. Half his body was covered in this large scaring that was completely black. Like a void. His eye on that side was burned shut, but it seemed like something below the eyelid was glowing. He was leaned against a tree, seemingly asleep somehow. Modzilla. A very, strange name for a man Lucian would think, but Hyria would simple joke that Modzilla was from very far away, a realm not of their own.

He would come to learn this ritual of sorts needed all the divine relics present, thus why those who possesed one had to be there.

Because of this, there became small treaties of peace between the people of Travis' group, Falcon Claw, the Witches of Ru'aun and what Modzilla refered to as 'Realm Hoppers'. Later, this treaty would extend to Phoenix Drop.

That night would change Lucian's life forever, in the best of ways. While Hyria infirmed him a divine could come from a relic at any age, for some reason Esmund's emerged as a baby, shocking almost all of those around the circle. Lucian was, astonished to say the least. Hyria told them she had assumptions as why the relic would chose to start from scratch, and to that Modzilla had simply scoffed out a laugh, Travis stating that Enki would find great amusment in this.

Lucian though, was stuck in amazment at the small child Hyria held. He had know of children born from magic, that it was something only very skilled witches were capable of, and those who wanted a magic born child had to pay a heafty amount for one. It was nearly a taboo, so of course this little one amazed him.

Hyria held him out, almost in offering, asking who wanted to take up the job of raising this one. Everyone was silent, looking down at the child nervously.

Aaron said they already had a child, but didn't want to be overwhelmed with a relic baby while trying to already raise a toddler.

Modzilla said he was busy with his research and own son, which Lucian would later learn was just a carbon clone of Modzilla.

Lucinda just laughed at her mother when Hyria, albeit jokingly, held the baby out to her.

Travis said it wouldn't be a great idea the raise another divine right in front of Enki himself. Unbeknownst to Lucian at the time, Enki in a way was still alive. Set in some kind of permenant stasis sleep on he Enki Warrior Tribe island, somewhere deep in the island and away from the usual common folk.

When Hyria sighed and was about to accept the idea of having to raise another little divine, Lucian spoke up, fumbling through his words but saying he could do it, or well, help. Hyria smiled at him, gebtly holding out the baby and handing it to him.

Lucian took him, unexperienced as he was, and looked down at the little one. He had a mop of these dull yet deep red curls, they already looked unruly.

He looked at Hyria, nervous but almost giddy in a way. He asked what the kid would be named and Hyria said he could name him whatever he wanted. Lucian asked if he wouldn't just be named Esmund, and Hyria laughed, asking if anyone in this circle was just named after their divine ancestor, and everyone seemed to take a humor to that.

Lucian thought for a moment, before nodding and looking down at the baby.

"Zenix. It was the name of a late friend of mine from the guard academy."

"Zenix, a nice name." Hyria said, taking a extra head covering from the bag Lucian wore, and wrapping the bab in it before handing him back to Lucian.

After that night, Lucian stuck with Hyria and Lucinda while they returned to the two's home just outside of Pikoro Village. He stayed there for a few years, slowly raising Zenix as he grew and acting as a guard for the two witches. In return, Hyria started teaching him magics. It started when Zenix, the rambunctious two year old he was, running around the cabin when he learned how to walk, had fallen over a table and got a good gnash on his leg from it. It started with simple healing magics, Hyria showing him how to on Zenix when the toddler got small injuries.

When Zenix was 7, Lucian decided it was time for them to leave. Lord Luke of Pikoro, on one of his many visits into the Sacred Forest, had informed them of a new town being established just across the coast of Bright Port that was looking for more prople, especially guards. Of course Hyria got defensive, asking her husband if he was trying to steal her guard from her, and Lord Luke joked that he would never, but he couldn't imagine Lucian was simply happy staying cooped in this cabin with a young child.

While he was upset to leave, Lucian promised both Zenix and Hyria that they would be back, they would visit when possible and Hyria would be more than welcome to visit them. Hyria told he'd have to come back at some point, since there was still one more relic to wake, and he would need to bring Zenix.

After their goodbyes, Lucian and Zenix set out for this little town. If he thought raising a 7 year old was tough, travling with one was worse. Lucian had done his fair share of travling, but Zenix made it more interesting, and stressful to say the least. Lucian had lost count of how many wild critters the child had picked up and begged his father to take with them.

Phoenix Drop was, small to say the least. Lord Malik welcomed them with open arms, and was even estatic when Lucian inquired about guard positions.

Years went by easy and calm for the most part. Lord Malik had announced his wife Matilda was pregnant and it was a whole celebration amongst the village.

The joy in the village was cut short only days later, as the village was attacked by a band of Shadow Knights. Lord Malik was slaughtered in the town center, Lady Matilda running away with the help of a few villagers by Lucian's orders.

While trying to calm and distribute the panicking villagers, a band of Shadow Knights had kidnapped Zenix, holding as some kind of ransome while demanding they be given Lady Matilda. When Lucian refused, the shadows killed Zenix, without a second thought. Lucian isn't proud of that night, but anyone who was there and saw what happened don't blame him.

All he had seen was red, and made a near massacre of the small army of Shadow Knights himself.

Lucian sat there, holding his son's body and he wept. He apologized, he prayed, he BEGGED, he did everything he could to plead with the powers abobe to bring his boy back. He was only 10, he was dreaming of joing the junior guard courses Dale had started. He told everyone in the village how he wanted to be jist like his dad.

The first time Lucian had ever been to the Nether was not a fun one. He had gone through a broken man, slaughtering and Shadow Knight that had stood in his path. He had heard some of them brag of how proud their lord was that they managed to snag a divine as a new sacrifices.

He searched that whole palace, leaving not a room unturned for his son. When he eventually found Zenix and a few other unlucky souls of those from Phoenix Drop who he couldn't have saved, he let them all out. He held Zenix the whole time, the young boy not letting his father go for a second.

Getting used to being Shadow Knights was, tough for Zenix and the others. Phoenix Drop became one of the only towns openly letting refugee Shadow Knights seek peace from the Nether.

When the time came to demolish Malik's house, it was a somber day. Lucian had Brendon and Dale assisting him, as Zenix was still recovering from his Nether-caused wounds. Breaking into the basement was not difficult, he had found a key burried by the roots of a young tree. What he found down there though astonished him.

Mailk's desk held a few journls and books, but next to it rested a perch of sorts, similar to the ones the falconry in Ok'hasis had, but atop the perch was not a falcon or owl, or any bird kept by anyone, but instead it was an elegant phoenix. Firey feathers emiting their own light, weakly chirping at Lucian as he approached it. He held his hand out nervously, and the bird rubbed against it. It was warm, but it didn't burn like Lucian thought it might. It was weak, no doubt from being stuck in a basement for weeks if not months at this point.

While it made little to no noise, it seemed to be talking to Lucian directly, a voice he couldn't describe speaking in his mind. It told him of it's agreement with Malik, asking where he was, which Lucian somberly informed the creature that he had been executed by a band of Shadow Knights. The bird said it made sense now why it was becoming weak. When one who made a pact with a phoenic, traversing to another realm breaks the pact, thus Malik's death and quick sacrifices into the Nether broke the tie the two had. The phoenix than began to basically beg Lucian to make one with it. Statong that without on the phoenix would not be able to stay in this realm, that it needed the anchor of a mortal to stay. Lucian asked what he would have to do in return for the phoenix, and the creatue told him that he simply needed to be a good man, to care for it and those around him and give it this tie to the realm.

The few years after the raid on Pjoenix Drop, Lucian stepped up from head guard to lord, quickly overachieving in his position and promise to the people of Phoenix Drop. Going to those anual lord councils was something else. Having to face his father for the first time in nearly 20 years almost made him sick. One the bright side, the man never seemed to recongnize him.

Meeting Laurence for the first time felt like a magical moment for him. His second year as lord, he met the man at the year's annual council. Being the Lord of Meteli's son, Laurence was invited to attend. When Lucian asked why he hadn't met him the year prior, Laurence said he simply hadn't wanted to come, but he was glad he did this year if he got to meet Lucian. Their relationship got pretty intense from there. While they only got to meet during lord meetings, they quickly took a liking to each other, sneaking away at times to be together. Not that it was forbidden or anything, but Laurence always said he'd be embarassed if his sister caught him messing around with the lord of another village. Plus it would start some rumors if others learned a lord's son was getting into it with another lord.

The summons from Hyria came just a few years later, Garroth was 31, Zenix was 15, and they were headed into the Sacred Forest with the special announcment that Irene's relic was finally ready. This was special to everyone. Irene was THE deal.

Everyone gave the same pleasantries, many of them fawning and cooing over the now teen Zenix as many had only seen him as a baby. Lily in particular, Aaron's first wife, took quite an adoration to him, giving him a long hug. Lucian cringed, knowing she had taken it quite rough when her own son had died.

The procedure happened just like Zenix's, yet, there was something strange about Irene's relic. The last time Lucian had seen it, it was albeit smaller than he had expected, but now it was fractured into three pieces. Hyria stated that that morning it had seemingly split on it's own, and she had no clue why.

When the relic formed into what they all assumed would be someone, it instead took three different forms, which shocked them all, more than a baby Zenix had.

All three of them were adults, yet one seemed older than the other two.

A woman with brown hair that looked almost greying with how dull it was, a shorter woman with jet black hair, and a man slightly taller than the second but shorter than the first with black hair as well but sporting a pair of wolf ears atop his head. All three wore these flowy white clothing, which Hyria would say was similar to what Irene would usually wear.

For a moment they all seemed unconscious, until they slowly woke up, dazed and confused by their sorroundings. Hyria walked up to the shorter woman, gently placing a headcovering around her hair and gingerly tieing it, muttering how Irene always seems to surprise her.

The shorter woman touched the cloth around her hair, seeming to accept it pretty easily. Hyria grimiced at the taller woman, saying sorry to her, that she didn't think there would be three of them and thus she didn't have another covering. The taller woman didn't seem to mind, but did nervously mess with her hair a little.

Hyria turned to the werewolf one, smiling at him, stating how he surprised her the most though.

The three nervously introduced themselves, already seeming to have names unlike Zenix. Hyria would later tell Lucian that it made sense since Zenix was a newborn, vs these three who were already fully grown adults.

The taller one was Claire, the werewolf was Ein and the shortest one was Aphmau, which Lucinda pointed out was a very strange name, which got her a jab in the side from her mother.

While Hyria thought of simply releasing them wherever they may please, the three instead decided on another divine to go with, at least for a small amount of time. Hyria told everyone the three would most likely not remember this, as none of the other divine did.

Claire opted with going with Travis, stating she didn't inted to stay with him long, she just felt in her heart that going to Gal'Ruk would help her get somewhere else she was meant to be.

Ein asked Aaron if he could tag along until they come across a dock, also saying he felt he needed to be somewhere else as well. Aaron and his wives reluctantly agreeded. Maybe Ein going with the only other werewolves was a good idea.

Aphmau though, seemed lost, looking at the other divine nervously. Her eyes lingered on Modzilla for a moment, but the man shook his head, glaring at her. So instead, Lucian cleared his throat and smiled at her. He offered for her to stay in Phoenix Drop for the time being, until she figured out what she wanted, or more so, needed to do.

Aphmau agreeded, and they all dispersed. Zenix took to talking her ear off almost immediately, saying it was nice to have another divine around, and saying how coold hid dad was and how much she would love Phoenix Drop.

In his bones, Lucian felt the phoenix flutter about. The voice in his head taking a happy tone to it, twlling him it was good to have Irene back. Under his breath, he whispered that Aphmau is not Irene, only part of what the goddess used to be in her mortal days. im sorry, but am i the only one who found willow insufferable in this episode? (for the future?) i actually liked her, and i was all for developing her (and gus to an extent) but nooo!! not like this! she was just so cringe in this episode IMO. first in the scene where she was trying to act all reliable and tough for eveyone. i understand why she would feel like she had to put up this facade for gus. he's younger and of course she doesnt want to see her best friend sad. but.. why with hunter and the rest? no one asked you to do that! Even Camila asked her about it.

second, in the scene where she showed hunter the photo of flapjack, and he got sad. girl, i know you had good intentions but of course, he's gonna get sad. he's not magically going to get happy again. his bird died like.. 2 hours ago? he was about to cry!! and instead of comforting him, or idk letting him grieve, she says "oh im sorry! i didn't mean to make this worse! i'll be right back" like.. girl??

and then she runs off! omfg, this scene pissed me off. and now you have hunter there, feeling even worse and now he feels bad about being sad and making the others sad. wow, great job. instead of comforting your sad friend, you made everyhting about yourself. she felt like a pick me. i believe the scene would have been better if it went somewhat like this. maybe willow could have given the photo to hunter and still have him be sad. she could be feeling guilty, but instead of saying "oh sorry i made things worse" or whatever, she could have come up with a shitty excuse to leave the room (maybe ask mattholemule where the restrooms are? idk) and then have hunter notice the vines or something.

and then when they find her again with the mess of the vines. that scene was cool but.. willow stop doing your magic! please! for the love of god!(tho i'll give her a pass for that because she clearly wasn't in the right mind but... aaaaaa) it just felt so stupid the whole thing, considering there are biggers issues at hand. (collector, BELOS!) and then hunters starts comforting her (like how she should have done for him) and telling her all these nice things yada yada yada.

and then having willow blush at hunter after this scene in small moments felt very weird. like, up until that point shes has never done that before! it just makes it seem that the only reason she is blushing at him now and likes him is because he said some nice things to her. it just seems ehhh... like i said before, a pick me!

*Sigh* i really had high hopes for this episode. but it felt like a filler rushed episode.

a i guess.. to sum this all up, i feel like this whole thing was out of place. this whole stress thing and the missing of her parents would have suited episode one better in my opinion. after all, they had just entered the human realm, everyone is sad about leaving their friends and family. it would have made more sense in that episode that willow notices that everyone is sad, and then she tries to act all fine and reliable. it could have been more developed and we could have had small signs of this. it just felt rushed, out of nowhere and out of place.

also side note i didnt really like how they portrayed bosha as willow's main bully? her main bully was amity, not boscha. but thats another post for another day.

So last night @midnight-corvid and I were discussing how if hopper actually died eveyone and they moms would be shipping Wayne and Joyce and

Now I need to post some munson-byers family head cannons

We all know Wayne has that southern gentleman charm. The absolute rizz. Joyce deserves it. 10/10. What a man.

When they first get together and start interacting with each others kids wayne is so relieved to see how kind joyce is to his boy. Because people in this town have always judged eddie so harshly, so unkindly, so unfairly. Especially now, after all this shit. And yet she doesn’t. She treats him just like she does her own three kiddos. She’s maternal and loving and supportive and takes an interest in his interests and hobby’s and truly gets to know him. One night Wayne comes home from work a little early (around 2 am, he was feeling a little under the weather) and comes in the door to find eddie and Joyce at the kitchen table talking softly over tea. Eddie had a nightmare from the memories of the upside down. Something Joyce is all too well versed with. Of corse, Joyce and Eddie are instantly turning their worried attention to him when he comes in. (“Honey? Why are you home so early? Oh my you look so pale sit down, Eddie go get the thermometer”) (“you okay unc? Did you get hurt again?”)

Wayne and Eddie are somewhat surprisingly good at fixing things around the house. Years of being unable to pay for repairmen and fixing the car and the van and the trailer left them forced to become very handy. That means eddie and Wayne were all to eager to help jonathan get his car up and running again (“boy, this isn’t even too bad. We coulda fixed this months ago if you’d ‘a just told me. Come out with us eds and I will show you how to fix this”). God knows the byers house has a million things wrong with it from the years of abuse by interdementional monsters. And a teenaged girl with telekinesis and mood swings has led to its own damage (“we’re not mad sweetheart, it’s okay, but how did you do this to the toaster? I just gotta replace the bulb but how I’m gods name?”). On the weekends they pick little house projects to tackle in the morning before the rest of the house wakes up. Patching up holes in the wall, sanding the nail marks out of the floor. It’s their little morning routine, just them.The munson boys are handy.

Both Joyce and Wayne share the same anxiety/mindset that “if they can’t accept my son being gay they can get the hell out”. You can imagine both their surprise when joyce is welcome Steve in the house with open arms “my fourth son! Look at this, now I can officially call you my son in law! Isn’t that something! You know Steve if I didn’t love you so much I’d have to give you a proper shovel talk now.” And Joyce watches with soft eyes as Wayne kisses Eddie’s forehead as Eddie heads out on his date, and reminds Steve “drive safe out there, you’ve got real precious cargo, you know” (“I know sir, I’ll have him back before you leave for work, I swear”). She knows that when wills ready to tell anyone but Jonathan (becuase Joyce knows he knows. She can see it in his eyes when mikes over, he knows something that they’ve all known for a long time) he’s gonna be okay with it all. Hell, his chief complaint about argyle isn’t anything about Jonathan fooling around with another boy but “Joyce, that boy smokes more weed than, no offense- both our idiots AND Steve combined. And that’s a high feet to reach”

Getting close to jonathan is weird for Wayne.

He keeps to himself so much, he’s so reserved even with his mom and will and el. Maybe the most outgoing with will.

And him and Eddie settled into a strange relationship, of smoking together and pretending they believe that no one knows. They bond quietly and slowly over months of hot boxing the van and getting to know each other slowly. And Wayne’s happy got that, truly. That they get on, Atleast. But he can’t seem to find his in. The boys a good kid, respectful, polite, protective and loving of his mom and siblings and Eddie too. But Wayne just can’t find his own in.

Then one day Lonnie’s back in town, bothered by news of Wayne’s presence (trailer trash, really joyce?”) and he comes in, throwing a shit fit. And Wayne doesn’t need to have met lonnie to dislike the bastard. He treated his Joyce like shit, didn’t appreciate his wonderful kids, had the gaul to put his hands on Jonathan. And Wayne doesn’t like men like that. Small men, bullies who like to push around their kids and women. He didn’t like his own blood, his good for nothing brother for the same damn reason. So when he’s faced with Lonnie’s presence he’s almost excited to give that man the what for. And Jonathan is ready to get into it with Lonnie (“get lost dad, I’m serious. We don’t want to see you.”) Wayne is all too happy to come out of left feild and knock that man on his ass. He may be small and wirey but he Damn well can fight. And that wins Jonathan’s favor.

Will doesn’t know what to do with Wayne at first. Bob was weird, sure but he was nice enough- so nice to him and Jonathan, and tried to connect with him over nerdy things. But Wayne is a quiet man, a kind one, who loves his mom and is so good to him and his siblings like they’re his own, but he’s not sure how to interact with him. But Wayne just treats will the same way he did a little Eddie when Eddie first came to live with him. This is all very familiar to him. One day he plops down next to will while he makes his campaign. “Eddie always thought he was too cool to teach me how to play this game you boys love so much. Could you maybe spare a few minutes and help me out?”. “You watching Star Trek? Oh, I loved Star Trek back in the day, mind if I join you?”

El is a different story. Els had it hard. Too many father figures who did her wrong or died on her. So she’s hesitant to let Wayne in. He gets it. That girls been through hell. And he’s got no idea how to raise a teenaged girl, but he had no idea how to raise a little boy either and despite what local losers say his boy turned out Damn fine. So he’s not gonna push, but he’s damn well gonna try his best. “Joyce, we’re out of syrup” el calls out one mourning with a wobbly lip and water fills eyes. Wayne has come to underrated that as strong as she is, she’s real sensitive to little breaks in her routine, and this is a very important part of her routine. Because she misses her dad, and these damn waffles remind her of him. And when the boys all flounder trying. To figure out what to do, tear apart the fridge and cabinets for a spare bottle the poor girls just getting worse, pulling at her hair now. This is his chance, no pressure. “Hey, hey now kiddo it’s gonna be okay, I know it’s scary now but it’s gonna be okay. We’re gonna go to the store after breakfast and fix this but right now it’s scary, huh?”. And el looks up with teary eyes and nods. “Can I give you a hug?”. She nods again, letting Wayne give her a hug. “Take slow, big breaths. That’s what I used to tell Eddie to do when he was a kid and would get like this, slow big breaths.” And when el calms down he’s got a proposition. “Hey, I know it ain’t Mrs buttersworth, but have ya ever tried peanut butter and chocolate chips on waffles?”. El looks up with shocked eyes. “Chocolate chips at brekfast… is that… allowed?”. “Corse it’s allowed! I offered it didn’t I? Whatta ya say? Give it a try just for today?”. Later that night, el invites Wayne to watch Miami vice with her and Joyce. The boys have never been allowed, understanding it’s how the girls cope, a fact Wayne respected. They’d been through a lot, all of em. But El let him inz

Jonathan and el and will getting Wayne a “#1 step dad” mug for Chanukah. He cried.

If you thought joyce was a wreck when she got her first Mother’s Day card from el? You should see her with Eddie’s. Wayne was just as much of a cry baby when Eddie gave him his first Father’s Day card too. She cries. It’s snotty. She just loves her kids so much.

When Jonathan and Eddie walk across the stage at graduation, the cheers are so loud from their 5 person personal cheering section (not including their friends of corse) that joyce and Wayne get glares from the other parents. She doesn’t care. She’s a proud mom! Wayne’s a proud dad! And el and will are so Damn proud of their big brothers. (Note: el holds max’s hand the whole time at that graduation becuase Billy should have been on that stage, too). Jonathan is used to the outpour of love from his family at school events. And he’s still appreciative of it, but he’s used to it. Eddies never really had a schools accomplishment or a big family before so this is a new experience for him. And he’s a bright red mess under everyone’s affection and attention. Joyce needs a million photos of the boys and Steve can’t stop fussing with his cap and gown (“to fix it” but really bc he’s just so in awe and proud that Eddie did it) and el and will are just smiling like idiots

No but seriously if Maeve wasn't planning on backstabbing Dawn and there was actual trust and a real friendship between them then the trio would be unstoppable, Dawn was already well on track to have the longest rule the kingdom's seen in a long time and Maeve & Ara would both be helping the whole way through. I imagine meefie's piles of pride and ambition would extend to her friends too in good meefie, she would want the best for them too and she is going to get the best for them. I don't think she would be any less intimidating- she would just be bluffing a lot more with the stuff she says (whereas in canon she means it) snd wouldn't actually go through with anything overly cruel she threatens to do.

In general personality-wise she wouldn't change much, just, again, wouldn't actually mean the stuff she says if she's trying to scare someone. And she would be slightly more openly friendly (genuinely, not the fake kind). Don't expect too much though. Oh and she would tolerate flowers in her hair now too, just for Dawn and Ara's sake.

Subsequently this would make literally anyone else that's currently suffering in canon happy too, I wasn't joking about the 'eveyone' part at the start. Zephyr only ever kills one person, it's an accident and he gets some jail time for it but is let go because accident + good behaviour. Harold might not meet his Zephy until later but he gets to spend a good while longer with him when they do meet, and it ends peacefully and bittersweetly since that skirmish never happens. Obviously Ara never has any problems ever and even the work she does is shared between the three of them, and especially between her and Maeve. Even if Meev complains about it she does actually do it. And the moths help out too, either by protecting everyone else in moth dude's case or by being a trusted advisor in moth lady's case.

Love, war and madness

Theo's kind and sweet and caring and loves easily but that seems to be it in the beginning of her story . The bases of a person barely anything their truly. Someone who loves to much and to easily. But Theo is monstrous and fake...at least that's what she thinks. In her other verses she faces a different dilemma when it comes to who she is and how she feels as a 'person'.

You know something that hit me really hard recently with Theo is how she thinks she's to broken to be human. How she is horrible for at one point wanting people to suffer just like she did. And after words she sobbed her heart out finding out the world did die.

And ill be honest at least once eveyone has had one negative thought about another be it envy or anger. And for a girl who's been abused her whole life ? With only glimpses of the sun and sky and who has no idea how to write her own danm name ? Who believed her own danm mother didn't care enough for her because she died and left her ? Who dosn't remember anyone saying her own name since she was six.

Yeah I'm surprised it took her thirteen years to get to that point.

Theo down to her core cares. She cares for others and cares for people who she's never truly meet. Cares for the timelines that are displaced and loves people not because shes good and not because she is a 'protagonist' but because shes understands pain and loneliness and wouldn't wish that on anyone. Because she understands, she lived through that loneliness. Because that loneliness was her only solitude and sanctuary from the pain. Because being alone meant she was safe. she understood how it could be comforting but also understands its negative effects. So she dose her best to love others and help them feel just a little less alone. Their are exceptions but no one wants to hear that know do they ?

And the fact that theo before chaldea barely even under stood and remembered what it meant to be loved kinda just hurts. The last time she was held was the day everything started and that was when she was five. At five kids should be learning the alphabet , sould be in school and crying about wanting candies and staying up just a little longer. Five year olds should not be covered in head to toe in bandages and in rags that barely count as clothes. Theo barely remembers what it was like to be loved. But she remembers what its like to love someone.

But Loveing someone or something isn't always a good thing.

Remember: Love is just as dangerous as hate, for it consumes you just the same. Love is not a gentle thing. Love is a all consuming and all encompassing thing.

Ive said time and time again theo loves to easily , cares to easily. She loves others. Other people's safety and wellness has always been something shes intoned to. Caring and loving someone has always been a driving force for theo in the nasu verse and has become a running theme in her other verse's

But just because she loves someone doesn't mean it'll fix everything ...no in fact it'll make a lot of Theo's problems worse. This is a girl who doesn't understand boundaries. This is a girl who has no view on her own self worth and doesn't understand what it means. This is a girl who will die if it made someone she loved happy.

Theo dose her best to be reliable and nice and the image the master of chaldea presents. But she can't. She's barely a person with the life she lived which was five years outside a hell hole. Everything she learns at chaldea is a first. Her first true look at love was rama's love and devotion to being with sita even if it was a futile endeavor. And then her first true look at the madness love can and dose bring is brynhilder....brynhilder who mistaken people slightly similar to her beloved seigird because of her sin's she committed in life.

The grand order is a one human war. The master of chaldea is the only one who will truly remember it and that's something theo agonizes over. All those people and memory's lost and just fixed like it was nothing.

Theo died in that war and relieved that war. Watched as her choices meant nothing, watched as a unbearable outcome took place and she moved forward to try and fix it. Because if she doesn't do it then someone else is suffering through this hell and she would hate that.

War ,loneliness , death and love shaped theo. It shaped her into something resembling a girl. And it's those aspects that theo hides. And its those aspects that Damocles was born from. She was 'born' from fire in a one man war agents the whole world and she was expected to win. The woman theo became died when Damocles was born.

She hides the hate and anger her war left her feeling. Hides the the apathy her loneliness and death has drilled into her over her own well being. Hides the madness her love will dive her into. She hides aspects of herself that are horrible because they don't befit a master of chaldea, nor dose it fit the counter guardian of humanity . She hides the bone crushing soul destroying sadness she feels as she tries so desperately to smile and be a piler of support she knows other's need. Not because she wants to be a hero but because she can't stand the idea of another person being alone. Because she was born alone and a world that was aflame and screaming for reprieve.

And this is why her loving someone hurts. Because if she loves someone she'll try more. She'll try and live. Try and be genuine, try and be open with what shes feeling even if she doesn't understand it. She'll try and shoulder her loves ones burdens with them.

Them loving someone means she'll stop trying to make everyone happy and try her best to make someone she cares for happy and sometimes that means she'll have to be better and improve herself. But that could also mean she would gladly be the match that burn the world down.

My boy! 😭😭😭 They did him so wrong. Eveyone was done so wrong. Like I only watched the 4 episodes and yet I still cried.

Firstly, I was so upset when skip died. Unfortunately, one the things that tends to happen a lot in media is that they tend to over masculinize black men and women as well as children. (Luckily, it is starting to happen less and less but this is still present in older media. So when I saw how Skip was portrayed I was so genuinely happy. He is being portrayed just like any other normal kid. I literally loved him so much. My roommate told me how she couldn't finish this anime because it was too said and I was thinking to myself "when does it get said", then Skip died. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Then later in the same episode we see the police officer showing Ash his own rape video during his cross examination or whatever its called. Like this has to be illegal. Literally the police officer is showing child pornagraphy to multiple people and Ash how is STILL UNDERAGE. I WAS STUNNED. LITERALLY STUNNED.

Just this show, ugh, I don't know how to describe it but the way its set up is similar to American horror story, where every twist is absolutely gut-renching. And when you think they will finally, finally get a happy ending, somebody random kills them.

I knew Ash was destined to die, but the thought of him bleeding out in the library rotting away slowly while everyone else around him simply is thinking he is asleep fills me with dread. Im the type of person who dwells on after the story ended and how events would play out after and in my mind. It would not be discovered that he was dead til so many hours later depending on when the library closes. I was bawling my eyes out

the moment i saw this picture, i cried.

ㅡ the story of my fangirling life.

when i was in middle school, i met max changmin and g-dragon. my fangirling journey began with them both. they were filled my school time back then. yeah, sometimes i also talked about boys. but i talked about them more often. like everytime and everywhere. because of them, i truly have a memorable youth. till i entered a college, g-dragon was still there. be my number #1 hype boy.

then, when my two ults on military duty. kang daniel came and filled the empty space they left. my college life was better with him. i smiled a lot. i laughed a lot. i cried a little. and he made me appreciate life more. i was really grateful by his existence.

when i graduated and was unemployed, suddenly a big boy came into my life, and he was kim mingyu. he was there with me. keeping me sane and once again, i had a reason to keep going in my horibble time of life.

yes, since 2009 when i met max changmin and g-dragon, and now, i have kang daniel and kim mingyu in 2023. they were the one who accompanied me, and became my emotional support system. even their existence seemed unreal, yet they were the one who were still here. and i'm not sure what my life would be, if they were not in a part of my life.

i know, we can't depend our happiness on person, so i didn't do that, again. i did rely on people i know before, it ended up in many heartbreaking disappointments. but when i put it on my boys, it was clear that i lived my life well, far from being called a sad and gloomy girl.

but i'm kinda sad, because once it was crossed in my mind, if eveyone already has their person, when will i be? why do still i depend my happiness on them instead of a real person? will i ever have that person to be my happiness beside them? will there ever be someone else who brings me more joy than they did?

i'm upset and feel bad, because i suddenly forgot that i was and still am happy because of them. they're enough for me.

during my school years. max changmin and gdragon was there. bring a color to my life. and created an unforgetable teenage life.

back in college, the one who made my day the moment he posted something, the one who was there when i was at my lowest point, the one who helped me forget the awful and traumatized things that 'a jerk' made? yes, the one, that person, was kang daniel. not other kang.

and now, living my kinda-forced independent work life. there was mingyu who brightened my day, who made me find a work motivation and didn't let me feel lonely even though i was alone. it was mingyu.

of course, i always have Allah with me. Allah has always been there for me, since forever. but i also knew that Allah sent the four of them, each at a different time, to save me.

they are not just a phase for me, they are God's way to save me.

speaking of a picture above, if someday they asked me that question, maybe, that was my answer as well.

Dating Jesse Kastopolis & Being Danny Tanners sister includes🎸:

First of all you've know Pamela ever since you were little

Even though she was older than you, you were still very close with her seeing as when you were younger she was your babysitter and tutor for a long time.

Even becoming older you both became closer and started more of a sister relationship

With that being said you were a big part to how Danny and Pamela met

She was like an older sister to you, so when Danny and her finally started to date everyone was so happy

With being very close to Danny eventually down the line when Danny and Pammy asked you to be the girls godmothers you were overjoyed

Even though you were close with Pammy you've never really met her brother Jesse, always just hearing from their mother how he was wild and free

The first time you actully met Jesse was a few week before Pamela and Danny got married

Pammys mom invited your whole family over before the "wedding day" plans to just have the whole family be together before the wedding

You wished you could of stayed longer but because of work you had to leave

While leaving their house you saw a motorcycle driving up the driveway, a once the helmet was off you knew you were in love

What's even better was when you got to walk down the aisle with him at there wedding, but sooner than later you found out he was a complete jerk.

After Pamela and Danny's Wedding they moved into the house together which is when they soon had DJ.

Because of Pamela and Danny's job they were always out late so you would look after DJ when you were free.

Then soon after Stephanie was born you moved in and become the soon babysitter to your nieces.

It was so nice living in a house with your brother, best friend, and nieces (and the occasional vists from Jesse).

Everything was going great until Michelle was born and soonly after Pammy died which left you and Danny to watch the girls alone.

It was so hard watching the girls lose there mother but soon after Jesse and Joey came to help out.

It was supposed to be a "temporary stay", but who would of known that was a lie.

The girls loved finally seeing their uncle Jesse and crazy uncle Joey, but what you loved was the fact that we could see Jesse everyday.

I have to admit that Jesse did come off as jerkish for a VERY long time but after awhile living in the house with the girls he fluffed out.

With that being said, you and Jesse became very close seeing as you lived in the same house together and it was very hard trying to keep your feelings a secret

Danny took a while seeing as he always saw Jesse as a bad boy, but once he saw that Jesse treated you good he was fine with it

But that being said the girls were so happy when you and Jesse started dating

Originally Stefanie and DJ were the ones trying to get the two of you together

There were always begging the both of you play games with all of them and then leave the room leaving you and Jesse to talk

But who would of known that the awkward silences was the start to something beautiful

From there it was always hard to go on dates seeing as when we got back home we were still together

So you two kept the dates to a minimum but trust me some friday night dates were needed after a crazy day in the house

With living in the house together and sleeping on the same floor as Danny, and the girls at first Danny had a strict no sneaking into rooms rules just in case the girls were to find out, but that rule was so only broken

It was the best lying in bed with Jesse because he was always so warm and his animal print blanket was always so fuzzy

Jesse always loved singing and writing songs about you and loves showing you off to eveyone saying your his

Your favorite dates between each other were the one where the two or you would go on a picnic date to the park across the street from the house, it was always so peaceful and close enough to the house in case of anything

Eventually down enough along the line you and Jesse got married (and dont worry he didnt get arrested)

It was a beautiful wedding at a church with all of your family and freinds with the girls being your bridesmaids and flowers girls

And at the end of the night when it was just you and Jesse you both swayed into each other arms (againts your defense) listening to Elivis Presely while Jesse sang "I cant help falling in love with you"

Tony Stark's thoughts described in the MCU books (part 1)

- Pepper

Tony always knew something was going to happen, during 6 years he has been preparing everything to protect everyone. When Thanos arrives he doesn't know what to do and chooses to get on Maw's ship to keep the danger away from Earth and the people he loves, ready to go into space and face his biggest fear. Pepper calls him and begs him not to get on the ship and to go home. We see Tony, who just wanted to stay with her and have a family, already on the ship, distraught and destroyed not knowing what to say.

In the "Infinity War novelization" we learn that at this very moment he's under a lot of stress. He hears in Pepper's voice that she's terrified and thinks about the worry he had felt a few seconds earlier for Peter when he saw him on that same ship. And it breaks his heart that Pepper is feeling the same thing right now.

- Tony and Peter during IW

We already know that Tony loves Peter and is afraid for him. He has always looked after him and done everything to protect him.

In the "Infinity War novelization" we see exactly what Tony is thinking throughout the journey. He's terrified for Peter.

Seeing him on the ship: "If Tony didn't act quickly, Peter Parker would die. And it would be all his fault."

Seeing him aboard the ship after doing everything to save him from it: "Peter was on this spaceship and that was that. So, he now had to save Strange and then get Peter Parker back on Earth safe and sound."

Seeing the Guardians threatening him: "But how ever much bravado Tony seemed to have, the dread of exactly this moment was laced in his words. He was terrified."

- Tony and Jimmy

Tony is so caring and has the biggest heart. He just always wants everyone to be safe and can't stand it when someone dies or gets hurt in front of his eyes. He always thinks he should have saved them, that's why he spends nights blaming himself for everything. That's why he always makes sure that people don't get hurt during or after the Avengers fights. That's why when he fights he never leaves anyone behind and always finds a way to save everyone.

And this from the very beginning. We already know that Tony was shocked to see innocent people killed at the very beginning of Iron Man 1. And in the "Iron Man novelization" we see especially the horror that Tony saw and experienced with the death of the soldiers and especially Jimmy and how it impacted him. He even noted the watch he was wearing. He care about every single person around him.

- Tony in India

In Homecoming we can see that Tony has been to India and that while he was there he was still watching over Peter, ready to intervene and save him if something happens to him.

In the "Homecoming junior novelization" we know exactly why he went there. He needed to get away from it all and refocus after what happened in Civil War. He lost the family and unity that the team had (and blames himself even though he was the one who fought so hard to keep everyone together). One of his best friend in whom he trusted lied to him and they all betrayed him, he has suffered so much and just.. needed a break.

He deserves so much more support, love, sincere people and serenity in his life.

- His biggest fear

At the end of Infinity War Tony's biggest fear, everything he's been trying to prevent for all these years, comes true. Tony who has always just wanted to keep everyone safe is totally destroyed by this moment. In the "Infinity War novelization" we know exactly what he's thinking.

When he sees Peter disappear: "No, Tony thought. Please, no. Not him. Tony rushed to Peter. "You're all right," Tony assured him, just like he'd done before. Look at me, kid. I'm calm. You're going to be okay, he thought. I'm right here. I'm right here. Just look at me. Tony grasped Peter's shoulder, his eyes locked on his as, with a tiny whisper, Peter turned to dust. "I'm sorry." Tony slammed his hand through where Peter once was. His hand now full of nothing but as hes. Tony willed it to be false. Willed the boy back. Willed another chance to save him. To be there for him. To protect him. To love him."

Here Tony is, alone with Nebula, his biggest fear has become reality and there was nothing he could do about it. The boy he sees as a son died in his arms. And he's stuck here not knowing if his loved ones, his friends, if the love of his life, has survived. "Pepper. Had Pepper survived? How much had he truly lost?"

It's horrible. We see him cry at this moment. Because, it's too much. As RDJ himself said, this event traumatized him to the point that he will never be the same anymore.

- I am Iron Man

At the end of Iron Man during the press conference and despite what the shield had asked him, Tony decides to reveal his identity. It's because he's proud to be Iron Man, to do something that helps the world. But that's not all.

We learn in the "Iron Man novelization" that his revelation is also to to people. He saw what happened with the secrets and lies with his company and decided to put an end to it. He doesn't want any more secrets that will lead to deaths. That's why he didn't keep his identity secret

"He thinks about how lying and deceit from others has brought him to this pass. He has sworn to put an end to that sort of thing".

Tony always takes care of everything and eveyone. To think that some people think it's out of arrogance.. He's always so misjudged and deserves so much better.

- The suit

In "Infinity War: the Hero's Journey", Tony spends time in the lab with Happy. And he describes him what it's like to wear the armor. He implies the emotional weight of all the suffering involved in being Iron Man.

"Happy smiled, then struggled to pull off the gauntlets. They didn't budge. Tony laughed and scooted his stool next to Happy. "Thanks," Happy said. "Don't mention it," Tony replied. "They were heavier than I thought they'd be," Happy said. Tony thought for a moment. "Yeah, they are," he said. His tone turned a touch graver than it had been a moment prior. "The whole suit's heavier than I thought it would be.."

In his life he's always only receiving pain, suffering and horrible traumas. Losses, ptsd, nightmares, insomnia, anxiety attacks, blames, betrayals, physical and psycological pain, health problems, he lost Peter, he got stabbed, he got stuck in space without food or water, he sacrificed everything for everyone even if nobody is there for him..

So few people realize how much he suffer..

Not gonna say that I like the actors or dislike them but the male characters other than brainy and jonn are completely irrelevant, so many great characters that could have come back, cat grant, Sam arias, even Maggie and they chose the shit shows, the guys, we all basically know that william is gonna be the one dying, so why put him in the show anyways? Kara could have easily not quit and pursued the super friends story without having to juggle.

Even in the farewell panel, I thought that dc understood women empowerment, there was absolutely no need for mehcad and Chris to be there, staz is fine he didn't talk much and he hasn't said anything in interviews that makes us not like him. I'm a little biased towards Jeremy as I absolutely adore Winn but seeing as he was the one who started that anti supercorp song in that interview "it's never gonna happen they're just friends" I don't think I like him that much. They should have made the panel longer given eveyone a small chance to speak, without anyone guest stars unless they were women.

Why the fuck did kara quit, I get that she needed time to balance everything but that could have been done by adding more episodes before the whole nyxly drama or during. Why does william have to be the one helping her, it's clear that they want to make it some william saved kara and then died a hero shit but that's only for viewers who ship karamel or basically kara with any man.

If you wanna give kara a partner, even if it's male than choose someone who just supports her not who she supports, but looking at it clearly a male love interest doesn't make sense, they would need to make a character who was willing to not be egoistic, and seeing as they can't and the only two they have made so are dad and brother figures, I don't see male companionship as an option.

It's too late to introduce a new character and too early to say that kara is happy without a partner to be honest, supercorp makes sense, a slow built up relationship with ups and downs nothing too quick nothing too slow. Them getting together is the best endgame the runners could give kara,

Karamel shippers think that "ohh they were so in loove" or "ohh kara isn't over him yet" like no, kara showed him that she doesn't want him, maybe you're forgetting that he's married, sure they fought but not as much as m-hell and kara, he acted like kara was weak like she couldn't handle herself, he constantly lied to her without reason and he wasn't a viable endgame seeing as he's an fucking shitfull asshole,

So anyways all I cared about in the new episode was Nia's first ever victorious solo (sort of) fight and her standing up to her sister, and ofcourse Lena's outfits, and Esme's drawings.

Okay fine we're doing this. I havent read the books and I'm probably not going to I've only seen the movies so I'm sorry if anything I say is contradictory or has already been stated.

So! Descendants 3 was kinda shit and I dont like it but especially because of the ending because everybody was like "oh yeah island is open and we're all happy with no worries or implications about free villains or people being spiteful about being imprisoned for years!" In fact if anything they joked about those things.

The island is basically its own culture, I can't say how long it's been around, long enough for some almost adult kids to be about and to develop a kind of community.

The Isle is a place of poverty, people are dirty and on the street, eveyone steals from each other and most people don't put much effort into appearance upkeep (personal or of the sourounding area) not because of laziness or being "evil" but because they clearly don't have time or luxury to do such things or possibly even the clean water. Does the Isle have clean water?? How to they get electricity??? Someone tell me!

Another thing that I've noticed is easy to see but is not much explicitly said is the unique style of those on the Isle. As previously stated they don't have much but those who have the most "power" and such on the Isle are the best example of this As they have the most colourful outfits. However these outfits are often made out of patches and ripped things put together, even salvaged things like nets and chains as we can see on thing like Uma and Harry's outfits in D3 they make the best of what they've got and they do fantastic because their outfits are intricate and detailed and just tell you everything you need to know about them. Which is why it's a damn s h a m e when the original VK's ajust their style to be more like Auradon's. That's not an improvement! Be proud of where you came from!! It's like they forgot what it was like being on the Isle in D3!

Moving on, here's something that was touched on in D2 but not enough. Equality. On the Isle there is basically equal opportunity as in saying everything is shit and nome cares what gender and presumably what sexuality you are as long as you can work. Sexism is shown to be almost casual in aurodon from the looks of it, Chad makes sexist comments and litterally none else says anything or seems to see anything wrong with it except Jay who caves to pressure from peers and expectations. He does redeem himself because he's from the isle and he knows you shouldn't give a shit about anyone's gender or anything. If they can do something and ask to be included you give them that opportunity. The sexism is also implied in the way that the rule book has men written specifically in the first place and that it has taken until then for anyone but boys to be allowed on any kind of sports team. We never see it! It seems to be the hetronormative veiw where the boys do sport and girls do cheerleeding and other genders? What other genders? Never heard of that? BAD AURADON!! I bet there's so many trans folk on the island just living their lives, thinking Aurodon is the better place and not knowing that it's a cis het filled nightmare.

Okay no I'm headcannoning now, if their are now a bunch of Isle kids at auradon prep they find it fucking aweful the way all these preppy royals are treating them and make the first LGBT club in Auradon. There is lots of pushback and they get bullied a fuck ton for making themselves the most prominent queer folk in the school until a fight breaks out and the club demand that they should be treated better, taking all the evidence to fairy godmother who is very hesitant because COME ON she's never been that great she is biased to Auradon kids and if putting away those in the Isle is brought up she is all on it, she is jelly spined about doing anything against the royal kids. So the kids are like "Fine, if you won't help us we'll take this to the King himself!" Well mainly the queer mom's of the group (you know the ones I'm talking about) who lead the others and protect the anxious queers as they storm to Ben at his fucking locker and demand an audience because they are being harassed and bullied and none is doing anything. Ben had no idea there was even a LGBT club (too busy ig) and is gassed there is one for a moment before he's like "wait people are harassing you?" So Bisexual King Ben gets his lovely Bi wife and they start coming to club meetings and investing in the pins and stuff the club makes. Most club members are pleased but the queer mom's are apprehensive that this will help until some assholes come to the club to do their usual bullying only to find King and Queen Beast themselves siting there with rainbow bracelets and bi pins and all trying to have a nice old time eating their fucking cupcakes what the fuck are yall doing? The bullying dies down quick once they realise it ain't gonna fly, the other OG VK's that hear about this become members and very protective over their queer children. Did I mention Dizzy and Ceila are a part of the club? They're girlfriend's. Celia is one of the queer moms. Harry becomes one of the biggest protectors over the group as the pan dad. He's been going around snogging everyone and anyone wholl snog him everyone already knew he was queer they just didn't have the balls to try and bully him over it as much as they bullied the lil club members. But now Harry can often be seen in jackets and shit with pan and general queer patches and pins and running around with his gay children yelling "MOVE WE'RE GAY!!" He totally calls them his queer crew. Anyway as a result lots of queer royals start coming out of the woodwork, obvs Lonnie is one of them, and the club eventually serves to bring members of Auradon and the Isle close together.

Where was I? Yada yada auradon expects girls to be pretty princesses and boys to be brave knights or dashing princes. It's shit and should stop being portrayed as good. Moving on!

Food! One of the things we'll established in all movies is that the food of the Isle is shit compared to food of Auradon. The Isle has no fresh fruit which likely means its almost impossible for things to grow there which is fair because again there doesn't seem to be much fresh water and there are always clouds overhead so no sun. Maybe there is some people trying really hard to grow stuff but the general attitude of the Isle seems to be "there is no time for that" and fruits are forgotten so much that the VK's litterally don't knownwhat they are when they come across them. That and anything containing sugar. Actually it's mention by Dizzy and Celia that they enjoy the fact that the cake dosent have dirt or flies so basically food there is terrible. We don't see much food on the Isle but what we do see seems to be beans, eggs, chips and shellfish. Basically protine and carbs that can be easily stored and produced. To be fair beans are kidna good for you but they're likely a sign that if they get any imports from the mainland it is canned stuff. Prison food. There's probably some chef villain that is trying their best to make good food out of the shit but honestly the Isle dwellers should be angry that they've been deprived of good food for so long not happy they're finally been given decency.

Moving on, music! Auradon dosent have nearly as many musical numbers it seems, the Isle songs have a distinct style, to them, the villains that basically "founded" the place were masters of the dramatic songs (with backup or solo) so banging music is basically ingrained in the music's culture, even for battle as we see with the fight between Mal and Uma in D3. Meanwhile Auradon seems to have mainly romance and "I want" songs. Even Audrey's villain song is basically an I want song.

Okay let's talk about the Villains. We've established that the VK's are not inherently bad. However not all of them can be totally good and there are legit OG Villains just kinda chillin on the Isle. They've obviously lost quite a bit of their power, motivation and sanity (isolation will do that to ya as they lost everything and the VKs know no different) but deadass? They were bad guys. You can try to rehabilitate them sure but you've basically just let them free roam, they could make a runner and you wouldn't get the chance. They were also shitty patents which is brushed over/joked about in the interaction between Carlos and...man I feel bad I forgot her name deadass their relationship seemed to come out of nowhere in the second film she didn't seem interested in them at all and friendzoned them multiple times I'm pretty sure Disney did that becaue queer kids were relating to Carlos and headcanoning them as queer (which they deffinatly are) but deadass their mom is an attempted animal murderer and has hurt her child as we can see from how they're afraid of her and her rhetoric and yet it's "haha I'm afraid to meet your ma!" "Me too cus im a dog! Lol!" Fuuuuck offfffff

I think I'm running out of thoughts so here's a last one for now; with the magical barrier down a bunch of magical Villains kids should be coming out for the woodwork. We know Mal has magic basically stored in her so it's is possible, she technically doesn't need the spellbook to do magic it is just inherent to her. So with the diverse range of people from the isle there are deffinatly magic folk in there. Actually if we're following Disney movie law I saw something mentioning Jay being half Genie and yeah! He should be half Genie! Jafar got turned into a Genie he's probably only human because of the barrier! Oh also Ben should be able to go beast on command as long as he had a better beast form than he did in the movies. And give him back the beard and fangs like fuck you he looked so much better
