Had the worst morning and I was SO brave about it. Did not trip facefirst down an abyss of viciously mean self-talk about ordinary human fuckups. Cleaned up the proverbial spilled milk and then went out and socialized instead of crawling back into bed and writing the day off as a loss.

anyways, if he somehow ended up pulled into the epic poly, how would dream feel? would he still be as hopelessly in love with him? or would nm have scared him into fearing pale?

I think it depends on what happens in the paledream au. I remember talking about how Dream probably wouldn't have been proposed to, and thus nightmare wouldn't have gotten upset. And because of that dream never would've met epic.

But let's say, for some reason cross and epic get involved in the whole "Prince Pale kidnaped Prince Dream" ordeal, like they're discreet enough that Pale wouldn't realize Nightmare snuck spies into Pale's kingdom. During that Dream would still be very in love with Pale. Cross and Epic would probably have to kidnap the kidnapped Dream. During that time epic would rizz Dream up. (Dream would be guilty cause he's a married man, but no one can resist the rizz.) Epic would then rizz up nightmare (no mtt or even ink would probably exist here). So then we would have these four in a relationship.

Pale would obviously get upset and go to RE-kidnap dream. But dream wouldn't want to go cause now he's got boyfriends. So he'd be like, "come be boyfriends w/ my boyfriends 🥺" and Pale would be like "meh, I still get dream so ig this is fine. Time to fake being in love with Epic"

Nightmare is obviously furious, he doesn't want his brother's KIDNAPPER in the polycule!!!

And then Epic "rizzes" Pale up. Pale acts like he fell in love, and so Nightmare allows it. (Nightmare will always keep a close eye on Pale though. Never fully trusting him. And also not letting him cuddle dream during the poly cuddle times)

#i did discover that the fresh produce was taking up a lot of PHYSICAL space #not a lot of financial space #only 12.3% of my total was fresh produce #frozen produce was an additional 9.5% #26% of my total was 'snacks' which is rough but.. i eat the snacks. i like the snacks. #i can bake some muffins to freeze and microwave as needed to supplant some of my snacks #but most of them are like instant pot au feu spicy ramen or taro root boba or pistachio ice cream #irreplaceable #i can just stop eating them completely #but i can't recreate even a pale imitation of them for a cheaper price #i do need to cook a lot more and cook from fresh ���� financially and health-wise too #that's great. i love expending mental and physical energy. #and testing the boundaries of my parosmia #adam talks too much
