It is pretty broken down. These planters will usually last about five seasons. Even though they break down & have to be replaced, I prefer them to the plastic pots that we have because they drain better:

One thing we can recommend is make sure you place them where you want them & don’t move them. We got this one at the same time as the other one & it has faired better because it hasn’t been moved:
