today I didn’t exercise and did laundry this morning instead. My dad walked into the living room pointed at me and said “im not proud of you today” well you wanna know what o am not proud of my dad for the first 14 years of my life he wasn’t around, and when he was he wasn’t that nice. He would yell at he to make me “tough” but really it’s only because I look exactly like him if he was a girl (he was a very very bad kid and he takes it out on me), he was drunk, or he was doing something overly nice so that he could say I might not have done that good but i took you here or I bought you that. Like wtf that is not how this is supposed to work. I just wanted a normal dad. Then I got a little sister and he treats her so much better because she doesn’t look like him, but she’s a thief, she bites, she disobeys so much. Also he feels bad about what he did to me, but he hasn’t changed towards me. I have had a knee problem for 4 years and all he said was “f that”, “stop being a baby”, “shut the f up”, and etc. like I deserve a day off because he takes days off whenever he wants but I still exercised most days in the last 4 years (I hate hate exercise with my whole being, but I did it for him). This isn’t even everything he did, there is more. I DESERVED today off, I have worked hard, I have put in the work, but no I’m the disappointment.
