author’s note: oh, don’t mind me, just writing some headcanons if saiki was ever a yandere.

• you and saiki first met in chūgakkō, junior high, but he didn’t fall in love with you until a few years later when you two were already in pk academy. maybe it’s all the accidentally bumping into him, dropping your papers and saiki being the one to help you pick them up, making awkward eye contact in class, hanging out with one another outside of school, or touching on the same snack you both are aiming for at either the vending machine or at the store... all the things somehow have you involved these recent days and saiki is less than impressed at first

• saiki has always stated time and time again that he personally does not think he will not fall in love, so he always watches others who are in love and help them if he can, but here he is…completely captivated by you of all people. he didn’t know why though, was the author just really that bored?

— however, since saiki was born with the uncontrollable ability to read the minds of all living creatures in a multiple-mile radius…he can read your mind, he knows all of your favorite things, what you dislike, your hobbies, and your address. he didn’t mean to at first, but he did find your thoughts and imagination fascinating. he even finds himself listening to you during class like you’re his favorite podcast

• saiki is crazily protective over you.

— there was a time where you nearly got mugged! and when i say ‘nearly’, well, let’s just say you should be grateful saiki was there to protect you. can’t you see that he’ll always be here for you in a time of need? he’ll keep you safe, but only if you see that for yourself…

• saiki doesn’t think he’s the jealous type, but he will stop any other man who has a crush on you by any means necessary by either relentlessly embarrassing them for the rest of the day or wiping you from their memory because only saiki can have you. no one else. he doesn’t care how many people he has to make forget you to become your boyfriend

• what’s that? you wish it was a sunny day in japan instead of a rainy one? don’t you worry about a thing! saiki will handle that for you!

• stalking you is almost child’s play to saiki since he has so many powers to ensure you don’t spot him — shapeshifting, teleportation, you name it! but this is a good thing because you don’t have to worry about him being an aggressive type of yandere

— if he is following behind you when you’re walking home, i do think saiki would change to his female self, so you would be less scared

• once the author made you bring coffee jelly to school and willingly give it up to saiki after seeing him light up at the sight of it, saiki knew that he just had to marry you

• he could, quite literally, turn the world upside down for you if it meant that you’ll be with him.

KUSOU SAIKI

• ok hear me out... minecraft.

• saiki likes the simplicity and how relaxing the game can be, he wears his germanium ring whilst playing so he can listen to the ingame music without being interrupted by voices in his vicinity.

• saiki managed to watch death note before he could get spoiled mentally. he guessed some of the plot before it happened but overall he really enjoyed it. his favourite character is L.

• very reluctantly watched attack on titan after kaidou found out he hadn't seen it (the entire plot got spoiled before he got a chance to watch it, why bother now?). despite knowing what would happen he actually enjoyed it. especially the animation. his favourite character is carla jeager because she reminds him of his mother.

• mindlessly watches documentaries. he's doing homework? there's a documentary playing in the background. cooking food? documentary playing on the tv. walking home from school? he's got headphones on and is listening to a documentary. NEVER nature documentaries though. he hates them.

SHUN KAIDOU

• no one on this earth could convince me that kaidou wouldn't be in a thousand and one fandoms.

• i'm talking warrior cats, undertale, my hero academia, five nights at freddy's, bottom of the barrel fandoms, THE cringiest fandoms and by proxy a cringe fanboy (he loves them though).

• he larps (live action role playing). probably founded a roleplay group in his area.

• plays overwatch and thinks he’s hot shit because he bought a diamond account.

• has an absolute temper tantrum when he actually plays on it and falls to bronze 2. tried to main reaper to further his jet black wings persona but got stuck on lucio when playing mystery heroes once and LOVED using him, so he decided to main him.

• AND HE CLIMBED TO SILVER 3!!! he’s getting out of the trenches.

AREN KUBOYASU

• aren would def play league of legends.

• and he gets TOXIC as hell. just says the most diabolical shit imaginable. he has multiple accounts because he gets banned all the time.

• aren is in a bunch of facebook groups about motorcycles. i think that’s the closest he’ll ever get to being in an actual fandom.

• i lied in the above text. he def plays final fantasy and keeps up with all the lore.

• oh and you just KNOW he’s into games like diablo 4, call of duty and gta. ESPECIALLY gta.

RIKI NENDOU

• nendou plays minecraft like as soon as he gets back from school.

• don't get me wrong nendou is a fucking moron -- but why can he build the most intricate builds ever??

• like actual mansions, castels, and manors... they're really good??????

• and yet at the same time he much prefers to create dirt huts and houses made out of pure diamond and gold blocks. whilst denying he went in creative.

• is a part of a lot of childrens cartoon fandoms. the amazing world of gumball, aspongebob sqaurepants, and my little pony (his favourite character is discord).

• still actively plays baldi's basics even though it died off years ago.

KINESHI HAIRO

• hairo isnt actually in many fandoms.

• i mean he's on the move all the time, he doesn't have time to be in fandoms.

• loved the first season of physical 100 so much that he applied to be on the second. (he got in?)

• plays fireboy and watergirl with nendou (hairo is wasd because nendou can only use the arrows).

• kind of still watches cartoons from his childhood (doraemon and wonderpets mostly)

• he does enjoy the occasional comedy movie from time to time - free guy, friday, deadpool, central intelligence, you get the picture.

• apart from that, yes not much.

KOKOMI TERUHASHI

• is one of those girls obsessed with the sims. spends more time in character creation and build mode then actually playing the game.

• has a THOUSAND mods installed, but she has a good pc (courtesy of her brother) so it still runs well.

• born to be a marvel girl, forced to play with barbie dolls.

• is really big on collecting monster high dolls. she scours bidding websites daily to check if a doll that she’s missing has been listed. also makes sure her profile is public on there, sometimes people recognise her and give it for a reduced price. or sometimes free! being the perfect pretty girl has its perks.

• owns all the monster high movies on dvd.

• her favourite character is cleo de nile. she wishes she could act like she does.

• plays love nikki religiously. owns a majority of the sets ingame and bases some of her irl outfits on clothes from it, it’s like her pinterest. she’s one of the richest players in her region.

• i actually don’t think i’ve mentioned this yet, but she really likes monster high.

MIKOTO AIURA

• aiura, when not reading fortunes, tends to spend her time playing horror games.

• she's really invested in scp lore and even created her own scp original character when she was twelve.

• HUGELY into true crime youtubers. buys those 'solve an unsolved murder' packages and discusses theories on reddit.

• used to watch judge judy as a child after food and it’s still ingrained into her routine. she invites yumehara over one night for a sleepover and basically forces a watch session on her:

“hm?” yumehara watches as aiura fluffs up two pillows on the floor in front of the television, “oh! are we going to watch a movie?”

aiura looks at her incredulously, mid-fluff on the second pillow, “no, chiyopipi. now we will watch judge judy. since i was so busy with work and school im a whole two seasons behind!”

yumehara squints at the elderly woman on screen, not at all looking forward to this, “how long is it?”

“oh a couple of hours at least!”

she’s lucky she brought plenty of snacks.

• obsessed with vampires and any media that’s vampire related, she thinks they’re the most attractive mythical creature. (objectively wrong, btw)

CHIYO YUMEHARA

• similarly to teruhashi, spends a lot of her time playing the sims. she enjoys puppeteering the sims so they do her bidding though... it gets weird.

• YANDERE SIMULATOR. was an OG player for SURE.

• used to be really popular in the gacha life community before she just lost all interest.

• flits from fixation to fixation, she never stays in one fandom for too long. it scares her to be still.

• yumehara is absolutely an anime girl. especially romance, but she also likes action anime’s.

• when she heard saiki and kaidou talking about attack on titan in class she decided to make an anime editing account on tiktok (it got successful) and she almost FAINTED when she saw kaidou showing the edit to saiki during class (he doesn’t know it’s her).

• saiki does though, he actually thinks she’s got nice editing skills. he’d rather lick a foot than tell her that though.

Saiki headcanons

Like i said (or did i say? I think i said) Kusuo doesnt do bugs. You know this, i know this, everyone KNOWS this, so like- man up and get that spider the fuck away from him what the fuck are youdoing? Whyare you so slow? What do you mean youre scared?! Hurry up- OHMYGODITSMOVINGKEBCDZKCBSS

An actual conversation youve had. He didnt talk to you for roughly 29 hours after (he only relented when you showed him the fancy coffee jelly you got him)

We know he has an aversion to physical touch, but i feel like a while he sort of just does it on autopilot. Like- a hand on your lower back to redirect you in a crowd so you dont bump into that man thats about to run past, a hand slipping into yours when he can hear you starting to get overwhelmed by the crowd (or juzt Teruhashi bc that girl is a whole mess). Maybe an absent minded side hug when he gets distracted by something stupid his (totally not) friends are doing. Just fleeting, light touches for a while, then he slowly relents and lets you cuddle him. (Cue him stiff as a board as you hug him from behind as you guys lay and watch his show)

He never forgets ANYTHING. At all. Anniversaries, birthdays, firsts, nothing slips past him. His mind is a steel trap for dates. He remembers the exact SHADE of your favorite color as you point to it in a fleeting moment while you two walk. He remembers the way you smile as you pass your favorite flowers in a shop window, he just knows. And he acts all 'oh i dont care', he cares. That hobby you mentioned that you wanted to try in passing like 2 months ago? He has the basic supplies wrapped and in a box, ready for your birthday in a week.

I feel like jealousy can go either way with him- a) totally chill because he can literally read your mind and he KNOWS you arent interested in that dufus or b) completely irrational

So- lets say scenario a.

Some guy or girl is flirting with you (bc you a baddie no matter your preference) and he's watching, tempted to be amused as he watches them fumble at your outright bored look, stuttering over their words, face flushing and you just standing there like '🤨 spit it out? I have better things to do? Dont you see me clinging to my scrumptious boyfriend? Shoo fly, dont bother me.' And he can hear your inner complaints and he actually mearly cracks a smile at it, turning his face away to hide the subtle smirk

However- scenario b is a different story. Imagine this person is pushier, maybe they got a little.... handsy.

Oh no. No way in HELL is that sliding, okay? Youre clearly uncomfortable and youve told this guy/girl no more than once. My man is seething. Okay? Furious. Who do they think they are? Who gave them the right to lay a single one of their twisted, grimy, heathen fingers on you-. It literally takes the feel of your hand on his to realize he had shattered the phone in his hand. Said person is now scrambling to leave, a totel mess as they eye your downright terrifying twink looking boyfriend with enough hidden strength to shatter a phone. (After this was the forst time you... yknow)

Fixed Gleaming Peak (Adult Saiki x Reader)

- After years of maintaining a steady relationship with you, not only imagining, Kusuo's already planning a proper life for the future.

- Making sure he and you both are ready for the next steps in store ahead, he's preparing to create the perfect proposal in a nice little surprise.

- Nothing extravagant, but still special. Kusuo is putting all his effort into it without depending on his powers. As prove he can do that much purely by himself at least.

- So there he does, inviting you over to a vacation trip of four with his family (as to prevent suspicion) given by his workplace's boss where a secluded island and a nice mansion there will be the destination (as to prevent his friends' disturbance)

- According to his plan, there will be a upcoming beautiful scenery on the clear sky near sunrise. As cheesy as it can get, he was searching for ideas from the internet as his friends couldn't be depended when they must all have weird ideas. So it'll be a combination of good memories and events he put up for the moment.

- Recreating the first date scenario, eating good food, enjoying quality time together by doing small activities while he's setting the mood you can feel to be different somehow. As if there's something big that's going to happen.

- Between all of those buildup, he secretly feels wary on how things are still following his expectations. Who knows what could be around the corner... Waiting to strike.

- As some special occassion he explain that since it will be the only time you both get to spend time in a big mansion, he offers you a dance in the ballroom which you accept.

It's on midnight when you slide across the floor in rythmic steps with him showing the slightest smile. But it stops when you feel Saiki jolts up for a second, asking him what's up.

“...nothing. Can we go to the rooftop for a moment? It'll be a good place to take fresh air.”

So you nod, you still feel too much excited to sleep anyway.

Kusuo grabs your hand quickly and lead you the way. Unbeknownst to you, he just received his friends thoughts of kidnapping you when you're in the bedroom alone so he can save you in an extraordinary way before proposing. He won't let that happen, it's too much of an ridiculous idea—Kusuo thought as he survey the surroundings and stealing glances at you while on the way.

- Since he already plans to have a picnic there with you, it's all prepared already right before the dance. Thankfully, the simple decoration based on your favorite theme and needed equipment are all untouched, on time he detects someone's escapade out of his sight.

- Now, he just hopes they didn't just tamper with anything especially the desserts he made for you...

- Overall you're bound to have a nice relaxing time, stargazing on a sky accompanied by a pretty moon along with it while you sit down with him when suddenly a shooting star pass by.

- Both of you caught it and you ask him what would be his wish upon it. If Kusuo would have one, it's no matter because it's already granted by having someone beside him up to this moment.

- Whether you decide to sleep or not, he will be keeping watch beside you and tells you that he'll need you to wake up at dawn for a bit.

When the sun is seeping through your bedroom window, you wake up to a smell of a bright yet soft scent with Kusuo sitting by your bed.

“Focus now, I'll just need to take your time for this.”

He pulls out a small box with a hand crank fitting his palm and gives it to you.

“It's a music box, play it.”

You turn the crank, taking three rotation before the box plays your favorite music and opens up...

To a couple dancing in a circle motion, but you notice a small button below the ledge of them.

“Before pressing that, turn the crank one more spin. This time; backwards.”

The couple sinks down soon before presenting a ring as they face towards you. He holds your hand gently, supporting your grip on the box. “If I have another wish, it would be this. You know what this is about. But, no matter what the end result, I'm committed to your wishes the most. So, will you spend the rest of your life in a vow with me from here onward?”

Seto Kaiba as a Dad

- First of all, just because he's a dad, he'll not let them have too much advantages from it. Instead, as KAIBA's child, they would have to be strong so they could stand on their own one day and earn what they want determinedly.

- His child will have it rough already from the early stages of infancy.

- Although, Kaiba's supporting in what his child are interested in, urging them to chase their own ambitions or whatever they want without ever giving them up.

- If his child is feeling down, Kaiba will have a duel (could apply to general activities) in which he have them do their very best so they could see for themself on how far their capabilities reach.

- (Feasibly, he would give away few chances for them to win and purposefully lose before allowing them to spend the time together on the attractions for a limited time if his child is behaving well up to his expectations)

- He'll hone on any of their potential, giving long rants advices on how it should be like this or that to have best results. Despite that, Kaiba's surprisingly patient with them and even may leave them to decide what they want to do in the end (if they have a clear goal in mind and better advices than him, but could they?).

- Kaiba really wants his child to have a successful future for them but also a satisfying childhood.

- He would raise his child accordingly, not forcing some of his own beliefs onto them and certainly not pushing all of his training methods at the same time on them so they could grow at their own pace, having them take steps forward at the proper time.

- He could be harsh sometimes, but even more so cruel to others who dares to lay a finger on his child he can easily make them life a living and agonizing hell. After that, he'll still scold his child for even letting that happen in the first place.

- Altogether, Kaira's a strict and nearing to extreme dad, not without reason. He wouldn't hurt his child, not when it could tarnish his image as their dad. He's also mostly forgiving towards most of their mistakes. When they have achievement or special occassions, those are the only times he seems rather gentle and bestowing a few priceless gifts (NOT WITHOUT SOME CHALLENGE AS A TEST)

In honor of the books I picked up today that I ordered a week ago (finally got more kimi ni todoke!!), what series of manga can you see some of our haikyuu favs reading? TENDOU SATORI

Okay so we know he used to collect shonen jump magazine when it was around in a physical form. I say he was a subscription owner who would get each issue.

He strikes me as the kind of guy who likes collecting things. Especially artsy types things like his movies. Especially in physical form so his shonen jumps are no different.

He's a constant but casual reader in terms of what he keeps up with in terms of series.

By that I mean he's not like 'OMG I NEED TO READ ALL OF ONE PIECE I'LL BE SO UPSET IF I MISS ONE CHAPTER.' Absolutley not. He's a casual One Piece fan. I know it seems like they don't exist because once you're in you're in BUT HE IS.

He enjoys reading it, don't get me wrong, it's just he's not tearing the issue open for the next chapter.

Tendou's an allrounder with his reading. Will try everything in the issue. Really liked The Disastrous Life of Saiki K the year it was published! He just vibed hard with it.

With Shonen Jump, he's collected it forever so he's read all the early 2000's classics like Naruto, Bleach and Death Note. He watches the anime too.

Outside of the shonen jump I feel like the only manga he would go out of his way to purchase and read would be something of the horror vein because he's a horror fan.

The first time he went into a manga store and saw the covers of the Junji Ito works he HAD to know what they were about. Started with one and ended up collecting them all.

Still prefers watching horror and thrillers over reading them. There's just something more satisfying about cinematic terrors BUT he does enjoy his small collection of manga too.

He just over all prefers reading manga to chill out. Which is why his go to is more the popular shonen series.

Tendou is pretty good with recs too! If you handed him a romance and told him it was the best series in the world and he had to read it he would. He doesn't care, you like it so why wouldn't he? It's just not something he would usually pick up for himself.

He's pretty good at recommending things too. If you're unsure he'll just hand you a shonen jump mag and tell you to go nuts. Just don't read the ads like Ushiwaka please, he can't handle another one. lmao.

Hanging out with Tendou as teens reading manga together would honestly be the best lowkey date every. Just vibing in each others company. Probably watching anime together after too.

TANAKA RYUUNOSUKE

I see Tanaka as more of a manga reader too over anything lengthy like novels. He just doesn't have the discipline to sit there and read for long periods of time.

This is why studying is so hard for him! He just gets bored! Would rather be doing something where he can move around.

Definitely doesn't mind picking up a manga every now and again though.

Now as for what he reads. Well. Here's the things. He's actually a real softy at heart and a sucker for romance.

How does he discover this? Totally by accident, he swears.

He went in to pick up a couple shonen series and the shonen jump issue (he doesn't have a subscription he just picks it up on occassion) and the cashier accidentally mixed up a shoujo series into the bag that was on the counter on the side.

Tanaka didn't realise until he got home and for some reason he just never bothered returning it. He had paid for it after all. He might as well read it.

The thing is once he did, he couldn't put it down! He had to read another and another. He was hooked. And what was this serious? Well guess what it was also Kimi ni Todoke!

That gets him hooked on Shoujo romances and has him going in buying more series. He buys one for every two shonen series he gets, hiding it under them at the casier mentally telling them 'They're totally for my sister.' as if they can read his mind.

Doesn't get too embarassed if you ask him about it though it's just an awkward flush of the cheeks and 'Yeah, I like them.' Because Tanaka is one to stay true to himself.

Okay but because he reads a lot of it he kind of gets real sappy ideas about romance and dating.

All those ideas about being a gentlemen? Carrying your bad, walking on the side of the sidewalk closest to the road, standing in front of you during confrontations? All further reinforced by reading those manga.

Has a cute little blushy face when he reads the confession scenes too. Hopes to be that cool when he confesses on day.

If you like manga he really likes sharing that with you. Going to bookstores together, he vibes on just watching you browse with a content look on your face.

Will buy you anything you want. Even if its a whole stack. Tanaka is slamming those bills down and paying. Anything to make you happy and see that smile on your face.

KENMA KOZUME

Kenma started reading and collecting manga when his parents forced him to have a hobby other than gaming. Something about resting his eyes from screens.

He did already sort of like reading manga anyway. Was into series like the legend of zelda because of the game. Also collects the standard shonen jump series like one piece, hunter x hunter and naruto too.

The thing about Kenma is he started out with the popular stuff and then he branched out and collected a bit of everything the more he read.

He has a bit of everything from each demographic. Has your Sailormoon, Fruits basket and NANA from your shoujo. Josei like Chihayafuru, shonen/seinin like JoJo's bizarre adventure, fullmetal alchemist, AOT, Gintama, Tokyo Ghoul.

As time goes on he'll collect ones like Given, I hear the sunspot and Blue Flag too.

Likes going to art stalls and places he can collect fan djs and art books too. Isn't really big on chit chat but will say a sweet 'I like your work.' Then pays and scurries off with a little happy face.

Like buying work of his favourite games and characters at the same time. Especially at conventions. Hates the crowds but finds this worth it.

Appreciates being able to do these things with you. Bonus if you like doing them too. If you simply go just to be with him he'll just swoon lol.

Back to the manga. He likes the anime adaptions too but doesn't always get a lot of time to watch them. Prefers games after all. If he does though he prefers to watch the anime after he's read the manga.

Loves watching the anime as a way to spend time with you though after you both have read the manga. Loves being able to compare and criticise it together. Just cuddling and vibing.

Saiki

I found him through looking up aroace compilations on youtube.

I’m not lying.

He showed up so much and I was intrigued so I click on a video and I’m instantly captivated by his personality and the entire comedy of the show.

I ended up figuring out the entire plot pretty quick by just watching some videos and Saiki became a fast favourite.

Naturally when I become interested in something, I read fanfic for it. Which leads me to my next blorbo

Bakugou

Like I’ve obviously heard of him and mha before so I had a rough idea of who he was and what he was like.

So I find some Saiki and mha crossover fic and the thing intrigued me and Bakugou was decently prominent.

I essentially liked is angry Pomeranian vibes.

He is very different from my normal blorbo types. Because of the anger and stuff but my goodness there are vibes.

There is also trauma but that’s a side dish to the blorbo.

I naturally, like every blorbo I headcanon him as aroace. Suffer horny Bakugou fans.

It’s kind of true but I kind of also headcanon him as a big nerd (I do have a type for blorbos they are nerds.)

The common headcanon about Bakugou needing to be constantly angry because of all the nitroglycerin is very neat and I love sciency headcanons so that’s inserted itself into my headspace as well.

Tokoyami

The bird guy? The emo bird guy?

Yes blorbo.

Literally just vibes. Funny little emo bird.

Aroace, definitely looks at dark academia posts, writes poetry and short horror stories.

If I were ever to write for mha. Something about the sports festival between these two.

Krel

I love him. My little nerd.

Also aroace and I enjoy the headcanon that Akaridions do not require any food or water, which really explains the weird stuff that Aja and Krel tried to eat when they first came to Earth.

I don’t know how common this is but the concept of the more often the Akaridions use their human forms the more human they become. Remember when Krel get the nose-bleed? Yeah I do.

Next blorbo!

Prince Lotor

First guy that would I end up considering as my first blorbo.

Ahhh March of 2021. What a fucking month. I watched like half an episode of season 3 waiting for the time to pass and saw Lotor and I went ‘you. Funky smart purple man.’

Voltron was the second anime adjacent/semi-animated-styled show I got into. After avatar of course.

Aroace. As I said it’s a common theme. And suffer as well horny Lotor fans.

Lotor just vibes with gender, he doesn’t mind what pronouns you use. Guess maybe agender or nonbianary. Demiboy? I’m not sure other than the fact that he is chill towards it and doesn’t mind he/him or other pronouns.

I adore the headcanon that he based his armour design off his cat.

And a few personal headcanons of mine are that he:

1. Is protective of kids because of his shitty childhood and knows of the consequences of war

2. Took in his generals when they are kids and kind of thinks of them as his younger siblings or kids.

A fic concept using those would be Lotor fighting the paladins manages to take off the helmet of one of them and went ‘oh shit you guys are kids’ gets all pissed and was like ‘how could the princess allow this’ joins them and realizes that Allura is also 19 and by extension of 10,000 year old Lotor logic he goes ‘aw shit you guys are all kids. Fine then I’m joining you’

And then they beat the shit out of Zarkon and everybody lives well no alternative colony blah blah blah.

Azula & Sokka

Would you be surprised that the first full episode of avatar that I watched was the beach episode?

Yeah. Not a good first impression but that episode managed to pique my interest and I finished season 3 and watched the whole thing.

At first Azula was like some odd side character to me. But by s2 ep1 she had caught me. I found her to be really cool!

Demi aro and ace. Lesbian.

Besties with Sokka.

Sokka. My boy. I was also very neutral with him at the beginning, but he grew on me pretty quick.

He’s like the only blorbo that I don’t headcanon as aro and/or ace. Bisexual and Demiboy with he/they pronouns.

I don’t have any big headcanons for them but they found their way into my heart either way.

once he almost succeeded in getting ur sleep schedule back to normal but then u had too much coffee and it went flip flop again

because of ur nocturnalness, saiki is used to getting messages from u at night, which he tries his best to answer

he knows that u tell him everything and it’s gonna be when ur actually awake

but it’s starting to feel like y’all are in different time zones hahahha

saiki himself has tried to stay awake with you by consuming a whole ton of coffee pudding he prolly used it as an excuse to eat his fav dessert but whatever😒

so y’all are just sitting there, looking like vampires, and playing video games

safe to say that u cuddled in bed the whole morning uwuhhwihfwuh

but he would only do this with you on weekends

in fact, it’s become a regular thing for u to do

L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

i firmly think saiki would want to confess, and he hopes you're able to pick up on his desire. he'd want to be the one to ask you out because he doesn't want to be put on the spot if you choose to confess first. even though he'll know it's coming, he still freaks out and would like to avoid being put on the spot. there's a reason he goes so ridgid whenever you make a dating-related joke towards him.

that being said, he'll only ask you out if he's absolutely 100% sure you like him. there's no "easier said than done", he'll know with certainty that you reciprocate his feelings. he intends to ask you out for a while, but he's just so unlucky that every opportunity he gets is compromised by a third party.

he plans on asking you after school since you and him were tasked with afterschool cleanup: hairo insists on helping. he plans on asking you out on a weekend: yuuta is at his front door and poor saiki has to babysit all day. worst of all, everytime you two are alone, it's at a really inappropirate time to ask.

but by a stroke of luck, he gets a perfect, picturesque moment alone with you- one he's been searching for for weeks, and in the silence, he'll just blurt out an awkward "i have feelings for you." he planned for it to be a bit more tactful, but in the moment he loses a smidge of his composure.

you whirl around totally shocked, and for a brief moment, he actually wonders if you'll reject him. he'll feel paralyzed with fear, ice running through his veins as he waits for your response.

"wait, romantic feelings? like you, like like me?"

he nods, warmth returning to his body and adrenaline settling when you smile at him, voice shaky as you say, "me too, i like you too."

he's not really sure what to do now. he's absolutely elated, and he's beaming, but his brows are also furrowed and his hands are shaking. you go in to hug him, and he reciprocates with awkwardly wrapping his arms around you. you walk home in near silence, but you're both smiling at each other.

his parents ask him what happened for him to look so perplexed. he says that nothing special happened. they know. they were young once too!

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

when saiki is in love, he's very intense. he's fairly obsessive, and he's not very discreet about it. i've already talked about it in previous headcanons, but he'll follow you around a lot. going to the library? he's behind you. going to a vending machine? right behind you. literally just existing in gym? he's matching your pace and you guessed it! he's right behind you. safe to say you're almost always on his mind.

of course he hangs out with you. you sit together at lunch with your friends and chat, but it's not uncommon for him to just be peering at you from a good few meters away. he's not going to spy on you with his clarivoyance, not because he feels bad about it, but because once he heard you think to yourself how you like your privacy and being left alone at home. curse you!

he doesn't like being super affectionate in public, he's a bit private about those things, but it's really obvious to everyone that he likes you. if they ask if you two are dating, he'll say yes, but if they ask him if he likes you, he'll say no. weird guy (but that's why you like him, isn't it).

he struggles with expressing himself, which is one reason why he likes to admire you from afar. it's easier for him to enjoy you when he's just watching because he doesn't have to be vulnerable. that being said, it'll take some time before he'll be openly affectionate with you- you're going to have to be patient. he's kinda like a clam.

he expresses his love for you by doing things for you. he'll make your life painfully easy and convinient, and you'll almost always get what you want. he kinda spoils you a bit too much, but he doesn't even realize it- he thinks he's doing what every normal person does. he just wants to make you feel secure and happy. however he'll do these things pretty quietly and out of your gaze.

as for how he expresses himself in ways you can see, he's very blatant about how you don't burn him out, and how he he doesn't want to be away from you. saiki simply likes spending time with you. he likes physical touch but he struggles initiating it in the beginning of the relationship. be bold! he's stiff but if you take his hand in your while you walk home he'll be hesitant to let go.

when he does make the first move and touch you, you can almost feel how much he adores you through his fingertips.

(Heyyyy! Saiki K is so popular today and this is my favourite anime so I think you three have excellent taste. I re watched some episodes yesterday and remembered why I love him so much. I try my hardest to write gender neutral alpha reader so that it can be reader either way. N-SFW under cut. Enjoy~)

Warnings:

Saiki is a very sweet omega but this isn’t obvious unless you’re close to him and you make an effort to notice his actions.

He expresses his affection in actions rather than in words and this is the most obvious when he’s in a relationship with an alpha.

His love language is acts of service.

He will help you with work, clean for you, stoically mother hen you when you’re sick etc.

And all he asks for in return is for you to take bugs outside for him.

Saiki doesn’t really like PDA in front of people he knows: his friends and parents are too nosy for him.

But if you’re out together in public, he’s happy to hold hands or have you rest your head on his shoulder.

Stay at home dates are Saiki’s favourite though. Watching old terrible films or playing video games, a blanket over both your laps is Saiki’s idea of an amazing date. A perfect date is much the same but ends with coffee jelly.

Saiki really likes the smell of both your scents mingling together but he’s too much of a tsundere to admit that and ask you to scent anything, which is why he always brings out a blanket when you hang out together.

He puts those blankets in the prime position in his nest.

As your relationship progresses, Saiki gets more confident initiating and accepting physical affection, but he’ll never ask for it verbally. He will simply start cuddling you, no words needed.

His favourite cuddling position is the half-spoon. He loves to rest his head on your chest, especially when he’s wearing his geranium ring. When he’s wearing it, he isn’t bombarded with the din of other peoples’ thoughts, and can rest while listening to your heartbeat.

He always feels less anxious when he’s wearing his geranium ring in your company. He trusts you to keep him safe (from his other friends mostly *cough*).

Kusuo has a very light florally scent. His scent isn’t normally very noticeable unless he’s feeling extremely strong emotions or he’s near or in heat.

His scent is very similar to his parents. His family’s scents are as follows:

Kuniharu (omega) - Very sweet flowers, almost like perfume. His scent is much more noticeable in comparison to his sons.

Kurumi (alpha) - Her scent is also a nature based one, but she smells like a forest after it’s been raining. She gets a lot of compliments on her scent.

Kusuke (omega) - His scent is very similar to Kusuo’s, but stronger. He always wears scent blockers though, so most people will never smell it.

Once you know about his powers, everytime your mind wonders you panic about whether Saiki heard you or not. He always gives the same little smile when he heard what you thought.

Saiki always finds it amusing when you get embarrassed after thinking dirty thoughts about him.

He doesn’t really like to use his powers too much, so he won’t like it if you ask him for things too much.

He loves to feel normal, and your relationship is the closest to normal he’s ever felt.

Dates like this were always so peaceful.

You and Saiki were wandering serenely around a nearby park, the chill of Winter clear in your visible breath. You watched some nearby children play in the snow with a gentle smile on your face. This was a lovely date.

You were staying with Saiki and his parents temporarily and Saiki demanded you both leave for a moment of peace. You couldn’t help but agree. His parents were lovely but you had to admit, the crying got a little much at times.

You were enjoying the comfortable silence with Saiki, even as you were slowly losing feeling in your hands. Jeez, it was cold.

“Here.”

You jumped at the sound of Saiki’s voice. He was holding out a hand for you to take, a light blush dusting his ears. He was the cutest.

You smiled and accepted the hand, basking in how warm he was.

‘Thank you.’ You thought, knowing he was listening to you.

He squeezed your hand tighter in response.

Silence was never uncomfortable with Saiki. That was one of the things you loved the most about him.

Aren Kuboyasu

He admires how bold you are

It makes him constantly brag about how "badass" his s/o is

Though sometimes he feels like he has to watch what you say because you've almost had your ass kicked too many times to count

I got seven different asks about the College AU so here are some headcanons I have about them! (imagine aiura is in the picture I couldn’t find a good one with all of them)

I definitely didn’t mean to make this so long but I can’t help it I love them all so much<3

→ marine!!!biology!!!major!!!!!!!!

→ doesn’t need to study but he still does bc he finds marine life so fascinating

→ read all of his textbooks on the first day bc he was so excited eeeek

→ always wears his germanium ring in class so he can stay hashtag focused

→ him and aiura have to bail toritsuka(didn’t go to college) out of jail once a month

→ speaking of aiura, she somehow has convinced him to go on a date on five different occasions

→ i think after high-school he realised he didn’t mind a kind of casual not-relationship with her

→ lets her hug him to greet him and sometimes he hugs back bc college boys stare a lot and he is just worried for her okay?

→ maybe I’m just projecting bc I kin aiura

→ does not go to parties unless he absolutely has to

→ if he does go to a party he’ll drink something quietly in a corner, just watching the crowd

→ a perv laced Teruhashi’s drink and almost lured her up the stairs so of fucking course Kusuo sprinted to help her, holding her on the way home bc men are drawn to her like bees to honey

Kaidou Shun

→ fine arts major you can NOT change my mind

→ doesn’t do good in theoretical subjects but mans can draw some good bowls of fruit

→ wears those stained from the paints t-shirts all the time bc ‘no they’re not dirty it’s art!’

→ him and aren have small designated spaces in their apartment so they can focus on their hobbies/studying

→ his corner at the living room has newspapers on the floor to protect it from the splattering paint, some canvases propped up on the wall and a lot of unfinished projects

→ hides all of them when Nendou comes over

→ can not cook or clean to save his life

→ so he calls his mum to help clean up when Aren is at work

→ got over his 8th grader syndrome at some point

→ still wears red bandages bc he’s edgy

→ volunteers at the neighborhood exhibit centre

→ got asked to showcase his own works for a night and hasn’t shut up about it since

→ goes to yumehara for relationship advice and braids her hair as a thank you

→ couples sleepovers with Yumehara and Teruhashi (yes they’re dating shut up)

→ always makes something for Aren at special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries etc)

→ at first he went back home every saturday bc he missed his family :(

→ Aren helps him get over it though!!!!

Nendou Riki

→ got in on a sports scholarship

→ we already know he couldn’t be accepted in a college otherwise

→ in the chiropractic major bc he wants to be one of those athlete doctors

→ has failed way too many exams and classes

→ Hairo helps him so much though!!!

→ the last one in the group to graduate but somehow gets a job first (excluding Saiki)

→ him and hairo get up at 5 am for jogging or to hit the gym

→ and then he goes and gets noodles bc ‘if noodles aren’t for breakfast why do shops open at 6 am?’

→ hasn’t stepped foot in class in months

→ he gets decent grades after failing the first semester and it’s totally not Saiki’s doing

→ he ends up signing up for way too many clubs

→ attends all of the meetings and has so many friends through them

→ I would be his friend too in college honestly

→ a fraternity wanted to get him bc he’s so good at sports

→ he declined bc he does not understand how fraternities even work

→ is the life of EVERY SINGLE PARTY change my mind you can’t

→ whatever you do don’t imagine nendo surprising his boyfriend with flowers after every practice

Kuboyasu Aren

Saiki K Christmas Headcanons

Kusuo Saiki

☆ as usual, Saiki will pretend not to care about the holidays at all

☆ yet despite “not caring,” he still ends up celebrating with you at a Christmas party

☆ for the most part, he’s in the corner drinking hot chocolate and watching everyone celebrate

☆ but when you guys put on a movie (and everyone shuts up lmao) he actually gets really invested

☆ i feel like he probably loves Christmas movies because they’re dumb and somewhat unpredictable, and there are so many of them so he won’t get spoilers

☆ he won’t admit this if you ask

☆ you don’t expect him to get you a gift, but despite everything he says, he really cares about you

☆ you don’t know how it gets there, but on Christmas day you find a present with your name on it under your tree

☆ he didn’t put his name on it, but it’s definitely from Saiki

☆ and it isn’t fancy or extravagant but it’s thoughtful and kind of perfect

Kaidou Shun

☆ he thinks about what he’s going to get you a long time before Christmas

☆ he wants it to be completely perfect so you know just how he feels about you

☆ (ask him though and he’ll say something about how Christmas is “just for mere mortals” or how he’s celebrating it to uphold his human identity lmao)

☆ he kind of short circuits when you say that, because he can’t believe you love him or that it’s separate from his money

☆ it’s one of the best he’s had in a long time

Hello, hope you’re doing well. Could I get headcanons with saiki and kuboyasu where they have a crush on kaidou’s best friend so kaidou finds out and then tries to wingman for them but he just sucks at it

I’m good, hope you’re fine! Okay so Kaidou being a terrible wingman is something I can definitely get down on.

Characters: Saiki Kusuo, Kuboyasu Aren

See, Kaidou isn’t an idiot. Saiki is his number 2, the other half to the crime-fighting duo that stops Dark Reunion from bringing havoc to this world (Saiki begs to differ).

Obviously Kaidou can notice when Saiki has a little-wittle crush on one of Kaidou’s other sidekicks – you. Kaidou can tell because Saiki doesn’t explicitly ignore you like everyone else.

Although Dark Reunion is always acting upon a heinous plot; it would be counterproductive for his number one ally against Dark Reunion, Saiki, to have his heads in the clouds. And like the kind, selfless person Kaidou is – he’s going to help Saiki and you get together! It’s super easy, he’ll get it done in no sweat!

Okay so maybe it’s harder than he thought but Kaidou isn’t going to give up. The first attempt involves convincing Saiki to go to the rooftop with you, for a cherry blossom confession that he’s seen in mangas. The first problem is Saiki does not want to go to the rooftop. Kaidou tries to hint that going to the rooftop is the only way Saiki is going to get you to like him back, but the glare Kaidou receives has his plans burning into smithereens.

So that might not have gone the way he expected. Kaidou was sulking on his desk from his failed plan when you storm in. You’re understandably pissed but he’s you’re best friend – Kaidou deserves some leeway 😫. You make it clear that you are not happy that Kaidou told you to go to the rooftop and never came.

“It was for Saiki!” The frown you send him (and by association, Saiki) has Kaidou feeling like his efforts were in vain. Saiki watches with annoyance as your relationship meter goes down.

It might’ve failed spectacularly, but Kaidou isn’t going to give up so easily! He’s fought Dark Reunion multiple times, surely getting you guys to date is easy!

You’re minding your own business, doing you when Kaidou slides by, suave as ever. He elbows you to grab your attention, before pointing at Saiki’s direction.

“The person there definitely thinks you’re good-looking! Attractive enough to scare Dark Reunion off with a smile alone!” He’s sure that’s going to make you fall in love with Saiki – but the frown on your face is obviously not a good sign.

Kaidou balks – suddenly Saiki is no longer there; actually, the place he’s pointing at is blank. “Come on Kaidou, I thought we grew past the ugly jokes. You saying I’m unattractive or something?”

Kaidou stumbles over his words to try and explain himself, croaking out a simple, “Saiki…”

“Oh, Saiki set you up to this? I see.” You leave in a much more annoyed mood than you were before. Kaidou doesn’t even have to think of a third plan – Saiki’s behind him, and clearly not happy.

“Saiki – uh, I can explain…”

Needless to say, Kaidou doesn’t get to explain anything.

This is the 4th time this week that Kuboyasu walked into a wall after you said “hi”. At first Kaidou had had suspicions that Kuboyasu was under some curse but it was only around you that this strange occurrence seemed to be happening—

Oh. Kuboyasu has a thing for you! Kaidou nearly fell out of his seat laughing at the thought, that a big scary delinquent had a crush on you. At first, Kaidou’s understandably worried (just a bit), giving glares when Kuboyasu isn’t looking. Kuboyasu looks back at him once and Kaidou nearly pisses himself.

And then he realizes that Kuboyasu can protect you! Not that Kaidou can’t protect you because as The Jet-Black Wings, he definitely can but what’s the issue with double protection?! Nothing! Ad your best friend, it is now his sworn duty to set you up with Kuboyasu.

Except, that doesn’t go the way he wants it to. At all.

His first idea is to show you how strong Kuboyasu is, so you can fawn over him and hopefully end up dating! It’s easy. Just push something mildly heavy in your direction while Kuboyasu passes by so he can save you, easy! Then you’ll see how amazing Kuboyasu is and save Kaidou the stress of pulling Kuboyasu out of the walls he faceplants into.

Kaidou calls you to a totally safe location in school where a conveniently placed box that totally won’t fall on you is. It’s a foolproof plan – and to add to your safety, even if you do get hit by the box it’s not that heavy. He called Kuboyasu here as well, under the lie that coming to “suspicious” places is something friends do!

His plan is set in motion, one small push sends the box falling and then Kuboyasu is hurtling towards you, intent on preventing your imminent death. And for all of Kaidou’s plans, he didn’t account for Saiki passing by and using his abilities to push the box back up.

Still, Kuboyasu is already in motion and collides with you. Except there was no danger, and instead of you falling for your geek charming it’s a bunch of annoyed complaints. Who enjoys getting pushed to the floor for seemingly no reason? Nobody.

Kuboyasu is too busy flushing to explain himself, so you walk away with a worse impression of Kuboyasu. So, that did not go well at all, but Kaidou isn’t one to give up! He’s going to get you too together by the end of the week!

This time he decides for a more direct approach! Straight up tell Kuboyasu that Kaidou is now his wingman for you. Kuboyasu takes it in stride, because Kaidou’s your best friend and he has to know almost everything about you!

Unfortunately, Kaidou doesn’t have much personal experience with dating, but after doing some late night research (and almost getting killed by his mom) he’s got the foolproof plan. Apparently, people like confident yet a bit assholey people? It seems to be attractive, someone who knows what they want and knows how to get it.

So he relays it to Kuboyasu. And it does not go as planned. Kuboyasu walks up to you and says, “Hey. You look terrible today. Want to go out sometime?”

Obviously, that does not go by well. You don’t take it happily, choosing to turn him down because who in the heck says something that rude?

Kaidou isn’t around to see the aftermath, too busy running away – before Kuboyasu can murder him.

Wow i was NOT expecting anyone to remember my love for The Disastrous life of Saiki K for this, thank you.

First impression

Saiki is one of the few times where the main character is actually one of my favorites kinda right off the bat tbh, i don’t really watch much anime but this series is pretty fun to watch if you’re into chill character driven comedies.

Saiki himself has this very dry humor in contrast with the rest of the cast who are all wild and crazy with their own personalities and humor. His reactions to literally everything just never really gets old and there’s something nice about seeing that saiki himself still loves and cares for these guys despite how much he’s annoyed by them.

Look, the entire premise of the show is an introvert with god powers who is showered with love and affection by a dozen extroverts and he won’t admit how much he cares about them and appreciates it.

He’s a animie protagonist, who knows he’s an anime protagonist, and does not like being one, it’s pretty great.

Impression now

After i finished i still feel mostly the same, though i do like that despite the show mainly being a comedy it has a lot of great character moments and somehow STILL made me cry at it’s finale. It’s kinda just...sweet seeing saiki slowly grow to admit he cares about his friends and how much he loves them.

The show’s mostly pretty feelgood.

I feel for saiki much of the time but i also admit i enjoy it when things don’t go his way either because tbh, sometimes he needs that.

i’m not sure i have one regarding him tbh, i feel most ppl are kinda on the same page with him.

I’m a little sad he (Spoilers) basically erased everyone’s minds at the end after then found out about his powers, because it was just all so sweet and they love him anyways and MMMMMM,

Dunno if that’s unpopular, i just would’ve found it interesting if they never reversed that and it all stuck, even if i know why he did it character wise.

Favorite relationship

The entire friendship dynamic he has with kaido and nendo is pretty funny in itself, like the friend group expands over time to the point they’re basically collecting new friends to annoy saiki but those three in itself is a trio of chaos.

Favorite headcanon

aro/ace saiki might as well be canon tbh, outside of a maybe crush on one guy he’s the most aro/ace without being directed stated character i’ve seen on a show.

i guess if you’re looking for that kinda rep, saiki is def a prime example of that in a main character.

no it’s not directly canonized but tbh, it might as well be.

Falling Fast

Kageyama was one of my first loves when I first watched haikyuu but I never got around to actually writing for him. I have a few more haikyuu boys coming your way, hope you guys will like it!

After haikyuu, I'll probs do a few saiki k ones.

"I can't move."

"Don't be dumb, kageyama! Just come out to the shrine with us!"

"No! I can't move, boke!"

"Why are you whispering?"

Kageyama hisses under his breath when you shift. A few minutes ago, you were watching a recorded match between the national team and Argentina. Somewhere along the way, you started to fall asleep. Now, Kageyama is frozen to his spot, with you sleeping on his lap, completely unaware of his inner turmoil.

A hesitant hand starts to stroke your hair and you let out a noise of appreciation. Kageyama's heart feels like it's about to burst.

"I'm busy," He eventually says into the phone, not even trying to sound as annoyed as he feels. "I'll go next time."

"Aaahhh but you always say 'next time' but you never actually go next time!" Hinata's voice is still at a decibel too loud for his taste but he takes a deep breath in order to not scream at him.

"I'm hanging up." Was his final warning before he pressed end call and gently placed his phone on his bedside table.

You shift again in your position and his fingers stop carding through your hair to just observe you. Your nose scrunched up every now and then, making you look like a bunny. And the tiniest snore escaped your slightly open mouth with each breath you took.

The volleyball match before him was completely forgotten as he watched you peacefully sleeping.

"I guess you were tired today," He whispers to you, moving a few strands of hair away from your face. You subconsciously nuzzle against his hand as he does so. Kageyama can't help the corners of his lips turning up into a small smile.

Kageyama has grown accustomed to noise. The cheering from the crowd, the cannon-like boom of a volleyball slamming into the floor, and the shouts of his teammates are just a routinely thing for him.

But when that gets too much, you're there, and the world goes silent. He can't hear anything but your steady breathing and your quiet heartbeat. He can't feel anything except your hair between his fingers and your soft skin pressed gently against his own.

He's so used to the chaos but he appreciates the serenity that is you.

So with a soft smile, he leans down to kiss you on the cheek and wishes for you to have sweet dreams with him in it.
