Okay one last ask, this time a bit more coherent. I was going to write about how disappointed I was with how hordak was handled, how much potential he had to show cult trauma (which was passed over to catra via the chipping episode) which could've paralleled Adora realising she's not a weapon but a person, to help the resistance thanks to his previously established extensive experience commanding Prime's fleet (but no, gotta have catra tap into the hive mind) and show that the clones were taught to be evil and didn't start out that way (but no, let's just introduce a nameless clone who's there mostly for comic relief) but I won't do that. Even though I'm salty that his defect was completely forgotten about and the villain we've had for 4 seasons spent most of season 5 offscreen.... I won't. It's an essay for another time.
Instead, I'll just point out the moments which, in hindsight, made me realise just how little SPOP cares about the original material or the story it was supposed to be telling:
One of the first eps of season 1 shows a multitude of silhouettes of different princesses. We only see a few of them (why tease them if they'll never show up on screen?)
Adora's friendship with Swift Wind is underutilised and he's mostly shoved to the sidelines
Sea Hawk
The war isn't being taken seriously (something which you've brilliantly discussed before)
Nate doesn't bother to explain what Gray Skull even IS until a brief moment in s5 where it turns out to be the name of Mara's rebellion cell or something. It was literally a second which I almost missed.
Adora's arc about finding her family and potential hinting at Adam and the extended MOTU universe is dropped.
The princesses don't act like processes and are barely even friends with each other.
The theme of "friendship conquers all" is quickly dropped as the princesses stop seeming sympathetic (cough, mermista and perfuma) and friendly with each other. At the end of s5 they had a great opportunity to parallel the s1 finale, but nah, gotta make it all about catra.
Micah, a former KING and magician of great power, spending s5 as either an awkward dad or chipped so that catra wouldn't face any consequences for killing Angella.
Sorry, who? Angella? Yknow, the one Catra killed in s3 and whose death haunted all of s4 and which was never discussed again in s5.
Entrapta getting more shit from the alliance than catra or scorpia put together despite being responsible for less bad stuff and the show still trying to gaslight us into thinking the princesses are her friends.
Worldbuilding? What worldbuilding?
^^ (i have nothing more to add)

Hi friend, today, we are gonna see how spop fans are seen vs how they actually are by analysing some stuff, let's go:
SPOP fans: " ew, you can't ship Entrapta x Hordack, that's pedophile "
also SPOP fans: * simps for a teenager knowing that some of them, not all, are adults and call her sexy and hot *
SPOP fans: " Catra changed, stop being mad at her. Adora would hate you for that// you are wasting your breath talking shit about her"
also SPOP fans: * sends death threads and attack us anti C//A shippers instead of bloking and mind their own business *
SPOP fans: " ugh, i hate Scorpia, she doesn't respect Catra's personal space and call her a bad friend after that !!"
also SPOP fans: * forgot complete C*tr* did the same to Adora and noone cares a shit because they hate the main character *
SPOP fans: " you cannot compare lumity to catradora because lumity are kids who goes to school and catradora are adults in a war "
also SPOP fans: * make draws of them, even after 2 seconds they compare both ships *
SPOP fans: " i hate anti C//A shippers for using the same argument, can they even shut their mouth ?!"
also SPOP fans: * waste their breath talking to us, send us dead theards, calling us rasist, lesphobic, homophobics, etc. Instead of being a normal person and respect the person why they hate C//A *
SPOP fans: " ugh why anti Catra's always critic her, like they are so obssesed with a pixel ?? !!"
also SPOP fans: * being obssesed with C*tr* and calling her milf and mommy *
well friend, yesterday i came to think about how spop fans want's to be seemed like good people when they are not, but well here are the questions: do you agree with me ? is there something missing ? would you like the spop fandom be more civil instead of being a 12 child sending dead threads ?
Exactly, spop fans are massive hypocrits, they'll say and condirdict anything as long as it means that they don't have to agree that their precious little meow meow is abusive and that their ship is a toxic incest ship. Entrapdak isn't even pedofilia what? Entrapta is an adult

Huge thanks to @maireadralph for organizing yet another Zine event, and for this art piece, it was made to tribute my first ever Entrapdak fic, made just after season 4 aired.
Since the fic in the link is user-restricted, here is also the c/p for enjoyment
Rebooting: LUVD

Summary:
Post Season 4 ending. Spoilers in effect! Entrapta rescued "Hordak", but is it him? Inspired by my favourite Wall-E ending scene
“Hor-DAK!!!”
Entrapta’s voice cracked on the last syllable as she stared at the clone’s blank eyes, hands on his arms.
Physically, it was him. She recovered him from Prime’s other clones, she and the others got him back to her lab. She single-handedly, --she alone!-- got his armor running smoothly, the crystal back in his armor, deep purple amid dark grey.
He’s awake.
But not the same person.
He didn’t even recognize Imp. The little one was on Emily, silently crying and staring at Entrapta.
The clone repeated again, “I am Horde Alpha 24601. I live and serve Horde Prime. Who are you.”
The scientist just laughed. Watery, fighting tears. “A scientist and a failure, that’s what I am. And I don’t give up. I shouldn’t give up.”
She looked at him, tears shining. “You were cast out for being less than perfect. You were my lab partner.”
Entrapta leaned her head on his chest, directly below the crystal. “You were my friend. I believed that. I believed that imperfections are beautiful. I still do.” She whispered the last part as she moved away. Her hands moved down his arms, slowly leaving them, then stopped.
She felt something grip them. The clone’s hands held her fingers, gently, and increasing pressure. He whispered something. Entrapta glanced at his face, her eyes alight.
“You…are not…a f-failure.” The clone blinked twice, breathed twice, ears flicking up and down. He blinked again. Saw Entrapta.
Saw. Her.
He gasped, ears down, eyes widened, a tinge of red seeping in. “Entrapta?” he whispered softly.
“Hordak.” Entrapta grinned, tears flowing. Normally she’d have her mask down, but she can’t look away at this miracle.
Science has yet to explain miracles, but for now, she’ll believe in it.
His legs buckled, and he started to kneel. Entrapta guided him down, with her hair as support.
Both of them on their knees, hands grasping each other, until finally they came together at a hug. Soft laughter, incredulous, tears flowing freely.
“I,” Hordak spoke hoarsely. “I don’t remember much before.”
“That’s okay,” Entrapta nuzzled, “The crystal acts as a backup and a power source. Ingenious First Ones tech. Only flaw is that it has to be connected to you for memory logging and such.”
“Thank you,” Hordak moved to look into her eyes, oh her eyes, how he missed them. Her. “Please, tell me everything.”
She held his hand to her face, leaning into his touch. “It will take a long time, lab partner. And I’ll make a better one.”
He shook his head, a claw touching the crystal. “Imperfections are beautiful. We have time. I want to spend time, with you. If you’ll have me.”
Entrapta nodded, leaning forward. “Yes. We’re lab partners.”
Imp and Emily came closer, and Hordak smiled at Imp. That gesture unleashed Imp as he bounded at Hordak, screeching and chittering and rubbing his head against him. Emily wobbled closer, beeping joyously.
None of them registered the group when they came into the area. Overlapping voices. Shouts of “Yay! WOAH! What the heck? HEY! Go! Go go go go go!”
“Wait, are they kissing?” That was Scorpia. “GUYS LET’S LEAVE THEM ALONE, THEY’RE KISSING.”
At the corner of his eye, Hordak saw one of them double back to watch them, only for a large red claw to yank the figure back.
He doesn’t care one bit. He’s too busy staring into Entrapta’s eyes, and sighing at the wonders of this feeling, of love.
He is loved. So much.

“By the Sea (Drown Me Already)” Fic Notes
By the Sea is done! It took a longer than I was expecting with everything that happened in my life, but it’s also longer than I was originally intending so that's to be expected lol.
Playlist:
This AU was purely vibes for a while, and thus the playlist was mostly vibe-based at first, but a few of these are very good fits.
GOOD GIRL ERA (SIDE A) — UPSAHL. FBL (SIDE B) — UPSAHL. WEEKEND — Betty Who. Silk Chiffon — MUNA (feat. Phoebe Bridgers) Bed — Niko Rubio. Love Seasons — Nina Nesbitt. Yellow — XANA. bad idea right? — Olivia Rodrigo. Casual — Chappell Roan. HOT TO GO! — Chappell Roan. Shy — K.Flay. Naked In Manhatten — Chappell Roan. Borderline — Sigrid. Minute — Kim Petras.
Epilogue Life:
I did more of a traditional epilogue than I usually do, so there’s not too much to say here, but they date working through their issues for six months before Catra officially moves in with Adora and not long after Scorpia, Entrapta, and Perfuma move in together. Catra does stay at the marina for a lot longer than she ever thought she would before eventually getting too fed up with the waves and getting an opportunity to work for one of the resorts instead.
Chapter 1:
⦁ This AU is heavily based on an area I used to visit as a kid, which sucked so much you can bet there was not a single resort there, but it was the basis of my beach experiences, so it inspired certain parts of this set up. I wanted to do a resort-type AU, but there are also some moral issues when it comes to resorts so I focused on the general vacation town angle.
⦁ I made a lot of jokes about not knowing jackshit about what I was writing, which is partially true, but I actually have Some experience related to the water parts of this fic, it’s just rather removed, and I don’t know the first thing about diving. I haven’t even been to a beach in seven years, but I dated a girl with a boat once and I leaned heavily on that experience lmao.
⦁ “Hot surfer chicks coming to the marina might make it a bit more bearable.” Catra, honey, you have Got to stop jinxing yourself.
⦁ Entrapta was right about Perfuma being anxious. She has so much experience trying to decipher emotions that are easily evident to others and picked up on the body language.
⦁ My POV for fics is always somewhat reactionary. If I do a fic that is primarily from one perspective (Adora POV in Roses & Thorns) it’s almost inevitable that the next fic (Catra POV in By The Sea) will swing the other way to balance it out. That’s not planned at all, it just happens a lot. My brain misses whatever girl it got to spend less time with lol.
Chapter 2:
⦁ Mermista’s dad owned the marina for several decades before he sold it to Netossa when he retired because Mermista wasn’t interested in running it and also in middle school. They get a free boat spot for life.
⦁ I mentioned this in a comment but couldn’t expand on it at the time: Adora and Catra’s relationship is very inspired by the setting. It’s a surprise reunion in an unexpected place, which works well with the vacation town vibes, but they’re both also worried about losing it, which matches with the transience of such a place.
Chapter 3:
⦁ Adora’s small talk was actually really important stuff for diving, that just didn’t have any relevance to the rest of the office, nor did Frosta care, and to Catra it just sounded like weather small talk.
Chapter 4:
⦁ Catra kept up most of their photos from high school. There’s one or two she had said something too glowing about Adora in the caption and thus deleted in a fit of spitefulness, but for the most part she couldn’t stand to lose them. Except that one. That one hurt so much every time she read it because it just seemed like lies, and when she was feeling generous enough to not view it was that, it was the ramblings of a best friend who only felt friendly. It was either lies, a goodbye, or a consolation prize to being “friendzoned.” She wiped it from her account and then quickly regretted it.
⦁ On Adora’s part, you can guess, but she wiped her social media in a low fit after her shoulder. The last thing she had posted was a photo taken by the training pool, gushing about how excited she was for the scouting. It hurt too much. Every photo from college did, and every photo from high school had for a while, but those were at least good memories. Now everything from college was tinged with regret and failure. She saved a lot of the old photos — mostly from high school — and even screenshotted some captions or comments — Catra-related, or even left by Catra herself — and then stuck all of that on her harddrive and pretended none of it existed. After she found a life again, she found herself occasionally going back to look at those high school photos, but she rarely revisited the few she saved from college. It took her months to feel like she could post again. It wasn’t until the next summer, when she hoped enough of her college friends had moved on or forgotten either her or what happened, that she felt comfortable doing it, and when she did she went public on her account, trying to open back up her life. Being public also felt like it gave her a layer of separation from those old high school/college followers even if all it really did was add more strangers to the pool.
⦁ I went back and forth on how to describe the age of the account and the timing of the incident, because they’re kind of halfway. Adora’s shoulder got injured at the end of sophomore year, and her social media existence started many months later, after healing time, so her account got remade roughly two-two and a half years ago and she got injured around three.
⦁ The post of Adora getting fancy dinner after the surfboard post was because her friends saw her anxiety and her overworking herself to get the money to get it fixed and knew she would never let them just pay for the repairs, so they took her to dinner instead and didn’t let her pay for the check. She needed a good time with her friends, and the free meal couldn’t hurt.
⦁ The line about crutches in Adora’s caption is actually something I said to my friend once when they were feeling ashamed of their aid. When you need them, you need them, and something being a “crutch” doesn’t mean it’s bad or unnecessary.
⦁ Adora’s injury was her “breaking the sword” moment in this universe.
⦁ It got cut because it was awkwardly shoehorned in the dinner conversation, but Adora’s Serenia bio says she has four years of experience because she actually tried diving while at college, but it was basically just some fun lessons she did that she never expected to go beyond that. It’s part of why Mara took her under her wing so hard, though. She recognized Adora’s trauma with water, but also how it was so tied to her identity and left her feeling like a shell after “failing” at swimming, so she found new ways for Adora to use those talents and find fun in them. And honestly she needed another hand with the town’s growth.
⦁ I’ll be honest: my knowledge of torn ligaments comes not from sports, but from my dog tearing her knee. I remember the vet told us some wild statistic like half of all dogs will have torn their other leg within a year of the first injury but we made all the lifestyle changes recommended while healing from surgery to mitigate risk factors and she never had any more problems! That was like six years ago now and she’s still super peppy. You’d have no idea she’s a senior dog with a knee surgery under her belt. Oh anyway that’s why I mention the injury lingering because yeah it can affect dogs at least so bad they fuck up their other leg the same way from compensation within months.
⦁ Adora talking about being happy in Bright Moon making her realize how much she missed Catra actually was a pretty big revelation for her. College was just hard the whole way through and Adora was distracting herself from her pain (emotional and physical when she overworked herself) by… overworking herself more. Taking a full load, spending too much energy at practice, working a part-time job after school, she had absolutely no room to breathe and honestly the only surprising thing is that it took her that long to get injured. She never had room to look up and see what was missing because she was explicitly avoiding doing that and pretty much everything was a pain point. Once she was healed and happy, the loss of Catra reared its head again and refused to be pushed aside, even if she was more prepared to process it. It was a lot less painful, but still present.
Chapter 5:
⦁ I think Bow 100% is the kind of guy who would enjoy being made into a sand castle but sand is so unpleasant in a lot of places and to get it out of your binder you’d have to take it off and then put it back on, which is kind of difficult on the go.
Chapter 6:
⦁ Okay so the “armor” from the title is Catra’s bravado combined with the emotional armor of making her wants and Adora’s lingering eyes all about desire instead of acknowledging the enormity of her feelings. Adora is doing a similar thing in her head, but she’s also trying to deny her desire too, so her head is a full on shitshow.
⦁ Originally the grocery store scene was going to be later in the fic when they were “Maybes” because I love the casual intimacy of grocery shopping together (romantically or platonically! It’s just fun), but I needed an Adora scene in this chapter to give a little more of a read on where she was at (denial) and the chapter was really short without it, so I decided to write it now.
⦁ I have actually seen a guy “rescue” a grocery store lobster and keep it as a pet for years on youtube. The transformation she went through under his care is insane.
⦁ Apparently cats and dogs aren’t really suppose to have nuts because it’s a big risk to them, but for the most part it has nothing to do with toxins and is just because they’re a choking hazard or at risk of being a blockage since cats and dogs don’t usually chew things up a lot. Anyway there are a few that are actual problems and that’s specifically raw cashews.
Chapter 7:
⦁ I actually wrote the scene with Mara talking about Adora surfing before chapter five, but it was too early in the fic for that and they needed to build more before something that important. The entire point of putting it early was Catra being surprised by how quickly Mara was willing to accept her and thus wondering what Adora had said about her in the past, but 1) it’s honestly still like that even being pushed back, and it’s more reasonable in that regard, 2) it was both too assuring and too insecure for the vibes I wanted.
⦁ Everything from chapter 8 was originally in chapter 7, but then all the swimming/hook up stuff got so long I had to separate them out, so CH7 ended up being mostly transition. I tell myself transitions are important when I just want to write angsty trash make outs lol.
Chapter 8:
⦁ The make out against the pool deck is like The Scene Lite™️ for this fic. It’s one of like two points I was building to early.
⦁ The original idea for the fic was that Adora would live in a house on Mara’s big property out of town, but when I went to write this scene Adora just said some stuff about living twenty-five minutes away and that got abandoned.
Chapter 9:
⦁ Honestly you can take your pick on whether Bow couldn’t arm wrestle Sea Hawk because it would make his arm too sore to drive or the losing penalty was taking shots. Both were ideas.
⦁ The closet scene is The Scene™️ for this fic. I think I wrote it before the first hookup scene in the first outline when things were more antagonistic (more on that later).
⦁ It’s so not relevant to the fic so I’m sticking it here, but Adora’s old swim coach was almost as bad as Weaver, but that actually worked out for her when it came to scouting. The swim coach wanted Adora to go pro for the glory to her team, and she knew Weaver wanted her to go to a local college, so when scouting started, the coach worked with Adora behind Weaver’s back to help her get seen and apply. This made it even easier to hide, and without it she probably would have needed Catra’s help to pull that off, thus assuring Catra actually knew about it and wasn’t totally blindsided. Adora’s coach actually helped her out and drove her to the airport for her flight out since Adora had a total blow-up with Weaver when she found out. It was something Adora needed, but it was still self-serving.
Chapter 10:
⦁ Their whole conversation here was supposed to be a quick joke and then it became the entire chapter somehow and that’s just the story of all my fics tbh. I really wanted it to be quick since I didn’t want people to think I was making light of IRL racial fetishes but I truly do think all of that would function very differently in any world with multiple species, especially the more diverse the species get and thus the less alike. It starts becoming increasingly harder for a human to be wired to find them attractive, and obviously the species in SPOP aren’t that different, but it’s a topic that always intrigued me in Mass Effect/sci-fi fic that there really is nothing like in our reality, so I was interested in at least brushing up against it and that’s how the joke happened. I’ve made some jokes about it before but they were always the quick jokes I meant for this one to be and obviously that didn’t end up happening here.
Chapter 11:
⦁ A lot of people clocked it but the musical song was Dead Girl Walking (not the reprise) from the Heathers musical (which is infinitely better than the movie, god, don’t watch that thing).
⦁ I went back and forth on if Catra would like the Ferris wheel, because on one hand, they have their secret place really high up and she doesn’t seem to be afraid of falling off the railing, but on the other hand, cats getting stuck in trees. Lol no but it is very different when you’re in something that feels as precarious as a dangling basket versus a solid building seemingly made from steel.
⦁ Okay so Bow’s whole thing here was actually written before I had the idea for Adora to ask Catra if she’s aromantic and I ended up turning this scene into that Seed Of Doubt instead of the single mention. It was another thing I meant to be a quick joke (well, Catra to be the joke where she managed to act unbothered so well — to Adora at least — that she screwed herself) but it ended up expanding into a full plot point. Also I should probably mention here I’m greyaro for the people who don’t follow me on Tumblr usually.
Chapter 12:
⦁ Let’s just say that Catra’s work day here is incredibly realistic.
⦁ I know I’ve mentioned this fic spiraling a few times, but the title “Surfboard at Midnight (I Just Might Swim)” was originally on… chapter 5. Okay, okay, it wasn’t that bad because I came up with the name before the chapter contents, but yeah, I was constantly kicking it back. The title belonged to chapter 5, and then 6, and then 8, and then like 10, and then 11, and 12, just constantly kicking it down the road as things leading up to the skinny dipping moment spiraled.
Chapter 13:
⦁ I originally said the POV for this fic was whoever because I wanted to leave the door open for having a scene from Scorfumtrapta’s perspective, but that was back when the fic didn’t have plot, and as the lesbians got increasingly dramatic, the focus on their relationship fell into the background. The main scene I was thinking of was what ended up being turned into the dinner scene. At the time, I just thought it was funny for Scorpia to realize months late that she was in a three-way relationship, but in the fic it turned into this thing about Catra feeling adrift and alone even with her friends, which wouldn’t have come through if I had used Scorpia’s perspective or something.
⦁ This chapter has a Secret Theme. So sometimes — quite often — I’ll write scenes in my head for a fic that I know have no place in it. Maybe it conflicts with the overall tone (in the fic, or just that portion of it) that I’m going for, sometimes it doesn’t super make sense, etc. Some of these things end up repurposed or I do find a way to integrate them, and that’s what this entire chapter is. When I was outlining Catra turning up at Adora’s in the middle of night for sleep cuddles, I wasn’t actually planning to put it in the fic, but then it was really sweet and I realized  fit with the transition of their relationship, so it became an unofficial part of the outline before being promoted to part of the story.
⦁ I did say this entire chapter was from scenes that weren’t supposed to be used, though, so what about the boat scenes? Well, the boat scenes were originally outlined… for Roses & Thorns. Yes, okay, I know. Let me explain. That fic wasn’t supposed to be nearly as horny as this one, but when I was writing the very end of it I had this vision of a scene with the two of them messing around backstage (being vague to avoid spoilers if you haven’t read it). It included some of the dialogue that ended up in the make out scene on the boat, but I knew it wouldn’t fit with the rest of the fic to suddenly have them getting hot and heavy on screen, so I just kind of saved the dialogue with the plan to implement it somewhere else down the line. As I was outlining this fic I had the idea for them to hook up in the storage room at the docks at one point, but I ended up moving it to the boat because that would have necessitated luring Netossa away first if they wanted to get away with it, which was less likely after the summer rush faded.
⦁ So I don’t know how all phones work but on iPhone you can set certain people to break through Do Not Disturb and Adora put Catra on that list because sometimes they would text past when hers activated for the night.
Chapter 14:
⦁ Kinds of chocolate according to Catra: White Dark Super Dark Baking Semi-sweet Sweet Milk Orange (wildcard)
⦁ The “there’s other ways to get these endorphins” thing really goes to show how little Adora understands what Catra is doing. Those kisses are “I love you”s and bids for assurance that Adora just isn’t getting and thus isn’t giving back because she’s so focused on not taking advantage of Catra and the such.
⦁ I’ll be honest I tried to get them together here and it didn’t work. Catra reacted too strongly, too fast. When I first outlined this scene I was thinking about another possible get together (that didn’t end up happening) and wondered how I would even get out of this scene without them getting together and then when it came time and the plan had changed I couldn’t MAKE them talk.
Chapter 15:
⦁ Samantha is dressed like a butch prince and I think that’s great. Also I pulled the name Samantha out of my ass because I didn’t feel like coming up with a reference like a week ago- psyche nevermind the song it's from literally just came on shuffle as I was posting this so it's actually from a Leah Kate song and I just forgot why I picked it.
⦁ This chapter easily could/should be split into two, but I like the flow of it all being together.
Original Outline:
So, this AU didn’t have an outline. It was pure vibes when I started it, with plot just taking vague shape in the back of my mind as I wrote. Pretty quickly I had a few big scenes — the make out at the pool, the closet scene — but I was building the rails as I drove at first. As such, I kept having ideas that pushed the few ideas I started with further out in a spiral.
When this AU was extremely nebulous, there were some different ideas for the concept where maybe Catra worked for the resort so she and Adora were closer to being coworkers, and then others where they all worked totally unrelated jobs on the pier but were hooking up in the “offices” when others weren’t looking, which is closer to what the final thing became, but these were all fleeting ideas before I really started writing. Originally the AU featured more antagonism between them at first too, with Catra denying even being her friend at first, but again, things just happened as I wrote and that didn’t materialize at all.
There was a draft with a very different final chapter/get together, but I honestly might use it in another AU where it fits a lot better (there’s a reason it was kicked) so I don’t want to say what it was lmao. Aside from that, this AU was something I wrote as the ideas came to me, which is fun to do sometimes.
Upcoming:
I’ve got a couple of one shots in the works and then we’ll see what AU takes me, but for now I’m playing around in canon universe (mostly).

SPOP cast's favorite video games
As a follow-up to my prior "SPOP cast's favorite drinks" post, here's what I think their favorite video games are: Adora: Doom. Big strong hero saves the world. Totally her speed.
Catra: Age of Empires 2, it's a good outlet for her strategic mind.
Glimmer: Stardew Valley when she wants something calm. Halo when she misses fighting.
Bow: Legend of Zelda (bows and gadgets galore!)
Perfuma: Gardening Simulator ('nuff said)
Mermista: Subnautica. She thinks the sea monsters are cute.
Sea Hawk: He found Catra playing Age of Empires 2 and discovered Fire Ships and Demolition ships and was sold. She beats him every time.
Scorpia: Taiko no Tatsujin (it's one of the only ones she can play with her claws)
Double Trouble: Hitman (they love the disguises)
Entrapta: Factorio (or Shenzen I/O)
Hordak: Minecraft (he finds it relaxing and also runs the server for everyone. Entrapta has a bed next to his because ofc she does)
Madame Razz: "I can't see this contraption! Mara!" Shadow Weaver: Pong. If it was good enough for her as a kid it's good enough now.
Frosta: Fortnite or Roblox or whatever the kids play these days.
Micah: Halo 1/2/3. He was sent to Beast Island in the mid-2000s so he's making up for lost time!

Conversation
the lie of childhood
Glimmer: Honestly I feel like all I wanted to do was grow up but now I'm an adult I just wish I knew what I had when I was a kid.
Adora: Yeah!! Like, it was way easier back then. It's all cool being an adult now but I kinda miss when we used to bunk together and only be in training, you didn't have to think about much! Right Catra?
Catra: HELL no. Absolutely not.
Adora: Whaaaaat?
Catra: I fucking HATED being a kid. You know what it's like to have an evil witch and sixteen Fright Zone officers counting the seconds every time you needed a toilet break?
Adora: Okay yeah but we used to race each other--
Catra: Adora, do you remember when Shadow Weaver used to electrocute me and say it was your fault?
Adora: Alright fine maybe you're right.
Catra: Anyway when you're an ADULT sure everything is terrifyingly stressful and sometimes you want to die--
Glimmer: Whoah HOLD ON a second there---
Catra: But at least you are living on YOUR OWN terms.
Scorpia: Hard agree! *flexes muscles* Yknow, way less people want to mess with me now that I'm big!
Adora: Scorpia didn't YOU miss goofing off in a squad as a kid--
Scorpia: Adora I don't think your experiences were universal
Bow: I love being an adult too! I get to join the rebellion and make my own friends and not have to worry about what anyone else thinks!
Glimmer: Bow you worry about that anyway
Bow: Shhh
Mermista: Childhood is a lie anyway. You know what it's like to deal with deadbeat parents when you have to clean up their mess? It sucks.
Bow: Childhood isn't so bad >:/ it just depends on how your parents are i guess
Entrapta, looking up from her repairs: Wait, what's childhood????
Adora and Glimmer: ???????
Bow: What? Didn't you have any parents?
Entrapta: they existed at some point probably before I was 8?
Bow: D:
Mermista: that's just about the saddest thing I ever heard get said
Catra: WHAT THE HELL? Speak for yourself!!! Entrapta, did you ever have a curfew? Did you have to go to school? Did you have to clean the toilets or hoard ration bars so the other kids wouldn't steal them???
Entrapta: oh no i made robots for all that stuff! sometimes i fell asleep while working! it was fun
Catra: SEE?? WTF??? HOW DOES SHE CONTINUE TO BE THE LUCKIEST PERSON ON THE PLANET--
Glimmer: I was TRYING to say something REALLY INSIGHTFUL AND PERSONAL and now you're GLORIFYING ORPHANS---
Catra: ID KILL MY OWN PARENTS IF IT MEANT I HAD NO CURFEW
Frosta in the corner: yeah im not getting involved in that
Micah: *pats her on the head*

Mermista centric fics!
Tumblr media
It's Mermista's birthday and I would love to say I'll make something new before the end of the day, but the autumn is really crazy for me so instead here is a highlight real of some of the Mermista-centric stuff I have made in the past! All but one are rated G or Teen.
In no particular order...
OK With This
(canon-verse, 1,758 words) Entrapta and Sea Hawk have become buddies during the restoration of Salineas, throwing Mermista and Hordak into an unwilling friendship.
Common Ground
(missing scene / angst, 765 words) Queen Angella pulls Mermista aside after the Battle of Bright Moon to share some memories of her late mother.
Summer Nights from Grease… but make it Seamista!
(Fluff / Comedy, 2447 words) I mean... pretty much what the title says.
You!
(fluff, 642 words) Mermista and Scorpia practice adding dramatic lightning effects to everyday conversation and prank Glimmer.
There Are Many Benefits to Being a Marine Biologist
(fluff, 920 words) Mermista is a marine biologist. Sea Hawk is a hazard to society who wants to hug a manatee.
Scars
(fluff, 369 words) Mermista is looking for a tattoo to cover up her scare from Prime's chip
Sharknado
(comedy / missing scene, 1604 words) Mermista and Spinnerella decide to combine their powers to show the Horde something they've never seen before.
Murder!
(canonverse fluff, 1,407) Mermista is hosting a murder mystery game with the whole gang, but winning is not going to be quite as easy as she thinks.
Captain Mermista
(Comedy / AU, 1,547 words) Retelling of The Sea Gate with Glimbow and Seamista swapped so Glimmer is lusting over pirate captain Mermista. It's funny, just go with it.
Parenting is an ADVENTURE!
(domestic parenting fluff, 1,285 words) My first ever seamista fic! Mermista watches Sea Hawk play with their kids and also nearly drowns.
Baby, It's Cold Outside
(winter fluff, 1667 words) The classic song but with Seamista!
Did Someone Say Seabowmista? <- the only one rated M but it's just for crude language
(comedy, 3,141 words) I wrote this as an April Fool's Day joke so adjust your expectations accordingly.

Hiiii there!!! I love your ask game idea for the Entraptdak positivity month! I'd like to ask question 3 and 24^^
Hi! Thank you so much for asking!
3. Of course I would have to add a scene about the holographic stars; it's a staple in the Entrapdak community. Also, for those who don't know, it is a concept that Hordak showed Entrapta a visual of the stars. It serves as an early Entrapdak scene that has them bond. I would also sprinkle more scenes to establish their relationship and the good buried deep within Hordak
Another idea I've always had was a "Zuko Alone" type episode where Hordak is the only main character featured. The episode would take us through life in the Galactic Horde and showcase parts of Hordak's and Horde Prime's characters. I think it would take place after Hordak finds the crystal.
More season five stuff would be scenes of Entrapta missing Hordak, her and Scorpia actually having a conversation, and actively working with the princesses instead of for them. Basically rewriting her character in season five because they did my girl so dirty there.
24. Their ideal date would probably be an activity they could do together followed by a restaurant where they could sit in a secluded section of a restaurant that serves tiny food.
Thank you so much again for asking! Also, I love your art; it's the highlight of my day!

There’s a post I’d like to make about literary analysis of themes in SPoP, but as I developed it I realized it depended upon my interpretation of certain character arcs.
And before I proceed, I want to get some opinions on if my interpretation of these arcs at least is supported in the text (that is, people can disagree with me, but recognize I at least am not making things up).
For the sake of sanity, I’m going to go with “The show tried to do this, and evidence exists” and not “The show succeeded,” because of the obvious elephant in the room.
SPoP and Redemption Character Arcs
My criteria make most sense when you see it in action, so let’s go.
Adora
Fulfills a Redemption Arc, secondary to related arc about Self-Sacrifice
Identifies behaviors that needs changing
Show has examples of attempts at applying behavior changes
Accompanied by a change in Self-Identity
Redemption Arc minimized by the fact her “redemption” is based on behaviors made under false information
Mara
Identical points as Adora
Catra
Fulfills a Redemption Arc
Identifies behaviors that need changing
Show has examples of attempts at applying behavior changes
Accompanied by a change in Self-Identity
Glimmer
Aborted Redemption Arc
Insufficient examples in Season 5 to support a completion of Behavior and Identity changes
Instead most closely resembles a reversion to previous characterization
Shadow Weaver
No Redemption Arc, but heavily open to character interpretation
No identification of behaviors that need changing on-screen, nor accompanying Identity change (latter open to character interpretation)
Show has examples of applying behavior change
Angella
No Redemption Arc, due to insufficient evidence shown on screen of need
Identifies behaviors that need changing
Show has examples of attempts at applying behavior change
Accompanied by an analysis of Self-Identity
Fails as an Arc because Angella’s perceived need for Redemption is a surprise to the audience; evidence shown on screen does not prepare audience for the interpretation “I need to redeem my inaction”
Light Hope
Fulfilled Redemption Arc
Analysis of Self-Identity
Show has examples of attempts at applying behavior change
Behavior changes are directly in response to behaviors being Redeemed
Redemption Arc minimized by the fact the “redemption” is in response to behaviors performed out of Light Hope’s control (due to programming)
Hordak
No Redemption Arc, completes a Quest for Identity Arc
Analysis and change of Self-Identity
No identification of behaviors that need changing regarding Redemption, nor behavior changes specific to that Arc
Scorpia
No Redemption Arc
Analysis of Self-Identity
No behavior change; performs similar acts of support to both groups allied with
Entrapta
Identical points as Scorpia
Horde Trio
Same points as Scorpia, but even less evidence
So, what are people’s thoughts about my analysis?
Where am I wrong, what evidence do I miss?
(The greater analysis includes a discussion on separating Self-Sacrifice from Redemption, and that discussion I feel helps to clarify the points I want to make for Queen Angella’s Arc, which I personally feel is unfinished and needs closure.)

Happy Halloween! As the grand finale for my Double Trouble Halloween costumes, I have a Hocus Pocus set for you all!
Catra is Winifred, Scorpia is Mary, Entrapta is Sarah, and DT is Billy Butcherson! I thought DT as Billy was especially funny, because imagine the scene where Billy cuts the stiches on his mouth, coughs up live moths, and proceeds to immediately insult Winnie. That, but with DT’s speech to Catra.
DT: *cuts open stitches, spits out moths, looks Catra dead in the eye* People have hurt you, haven’t they?
I do have another costume request that’s running late, but aside from that, this concludes my DT Halloween Costumes! I hope you all enjoyed this series. I had lots of fun with it. Let me know which costume was your favorite! They’re all tagged as “double trouble’s halloween costumes” in case there are any you missed.

The Portal and Perfect Worlds
(And kicking this out of my drafts because I don't feel like marking it up with screenshots. Um. Should be read as canon-compiant headcanon for the most part.)
When the portal machine is connected to the Sword and turned on, it taps into the pool of magic that has been accumulating in the Heart for the last 1000 years. But, since the proper channels have not been activated, that release is uncontrolled.
Or, well, mostly uncontrolled. Because the magic of Etheria is first and foremost tied to people; when the magical nuke is set off, and the world is wiped clean, the subconscious of the people most intimately tied to the Heart reflexively attempt to rebuild it, with varying levels of influence:
Madame Razz. ????? Seems to exist outside of portal!Etheria, and is able to manipulate it in ways even Adora can't. Has seen this before. [Kind of very worriesome, actually].
Adora. Bearer of the Sword, Key to the Heart, and Eye of the Storm Adora is linked to the Sword, and the Sword is the conduit between the Heart and the portal. She is the center of the storm, and most of the power is flowing through her. She is (nearly) the sole architect of the portal!Horde, and has a large degree of freedom to navigate and access other locations in the portal world.
Angela. Queen of Brightmoon, First Among Equals Angela is the most powerful of the "normal" Runestone Princesses, and is the primary creator of portal!Brightmoon, although her control and freedom of movement is less absolute than Adora's.
Frosta, Mermista, Perfuma. Lesser Stars We don't see them, but there's no reason not to believe the rest of the Runestone Princesses didn't have their own perfect worlds.
Glimmer. Princess in Training, Her Mother's Daughter Glimmer's Runestone connection is a gift from her mother, so it is unsurprising that she remains trapped in Angella's orbit, reshaped to fit her mother's fantasy. But because she does have a link to the Moonstone (and because being mommy/daddy's little girl forever is not what she wants), the fantasy's hold on her is incomplete. She sees the gaps in it, all the little places where it doesn't make sense, the ways it doesn't make her happy, even thought everyone says it should.
Scorpia. The Unawakened Scorpia's connection to the Heart is very thin - her bond with the Garnet is almost entirely dormant - but it is still there. She can't override or split Adora's vision of The Horde, but she can shape the small corners that Adora did not care to fill. She retains her dislike of Adora, but more interestingly - portal!Scorpia introduces herself. In the fantasy, she isn't the "Covered in Force Captain Orientation" Scorpion Princess; she isn't clingy or needy or overbearing. She's just a normal person, safe and included and unremarkable; confident and happy with her place in the world. (even if there's a nagging sense that something's missing).
Entrapta. Wild-Type Princess Entrapta isn't tied to the Heart, but she's still connected to Etheria's magic. That - and the fact she isn't close enough to any of the more powerful princesses to be drawn into their orbit - is enough to get her her one-room protective bubble of I Can't Fail At People If I Never Meet Them. (We can assume a similar tiny world for Spinnetossa and other wild-types.)
Micah, Bow, et all. Normies and Scrubs The little people don't get much say in the fantasies they find themselves entangled in, but they're none-the-less important, because the portal can't create fake people. It can drastically rewrite them - it can turn Shadow Weaver into a doting mentor - but there needs to be someone for the fantasy to latch onto (someone who will remember the dance they were puppeted through when all this is over).
Catra. Not Herself. Knows It. Of all the non-princesses seen in portal!Etheria, Catra is somewhat notable, if only for the violence with which she (once able) rejects the fantasy. So, first off - this is not because she has any special level of power over the portal world; All she did was complete a circuit. It no more granted her control over what happened next than hitting a light switch grants me divine control over photons. She's not even unique in having her true personality break through as Adora loses her grip on the fantasy/pulls attention to it's decomposition - Scorpia and Lonnie experience pretty much the same thing. The difference is purely in that, while the others are mostly frightened and confused, Catra is incandescently, burn-the-world-down furious. Because she knows this. She knows exactly what it is to be a prop in Adora's fantasies, to be forced to pretend that everything is fine("you said you didn't care about things like that."), everything is perfect, simple("I wish that things could be simple [again]."), even when the world is broken and coming down around their ears("The way they used to be."). Adora demands she help fix things, but has never confronted how they were broken. Is it any wonder that she is done with letting Adora control her? Letting Adora win?
Errata/Headcanons:
The show never explains wtf is actually going on with Razz, and I love that. She's an extremely weird, extremely powerful immortal, and that's all we're supposed to know.
Razz's aggressive prodding was 100% necessary to snap Adora out of the fantasy. Without someone else breaking the illusion - and providing the explicit goal of Fixing Things - Adora would have just kept doubling down as the world fell apart around her.
There was never a version of portal!Brightmoon that meaningfully accounted for the Horde(it wouldn't be Perfect if it did). Adora is being sincere when she says they don't remember it because it fell into the void; she just drew a reasonable but incorrect conclusion from the little she knew. (in the same way that Angela believing portal!Micah was fabrication was reasonable, but wrong.)
Portal!Brightmoon is as much a fantasy as the portal!Horde was. While it feels more like a want-of-a-nail alternate history, that's emergent from Angela being a more grounded person, who's fantasy is more could have been than should have been.
To repeat: Glimmer is not unhappy in portal!Brightmoon (because that would run counter to what Angella wants for her) - but it's not her perfect world. What Glimmer wants, more than anything else, is to escape her mother's shadow and her father's ghost, and become her own person. Being mommy and daddy's baby girl forever would be anathema to her full self.
Glimmer's reaction to Adora confirming Micah is 'gone' in the real world isn't sad - it's grim. She asked because she knows something's not right; that she doesn't actually know this man the world tells her to adore.
I'd say Glimmer is responsible for Bow being in portal!Brightmoon, but Angela is responsible for casting him as the "good boy" his dads wanted him to be.
(This implies that Angela knows about his dads and their expectations! My preferred head-canon is when a random kid showed up at Brightmoon she, you know, did some digging, and knows about his family. She's a good enough person to not out him to his folks...but maybe not quite good enough not to wish that her daughter's bestie was the safe, controllable person his dads thought he was.)
Catra is the most explicitly angry about it, but Lonnie's discomfort/disgust when the portal world is brought up is probably pretty typical of folks who got cast as 'extras' - having your self-identity sublimated into what someone else wanted you to be is ... it's not going to be a super fun experience for most folks.

okay one more tonight
Which according to netflix is s3 ep1 but ehhhhh it's really a continuation of s2 imho
The Price of Power
(ominous)
I told myself I'd make this post shorter than the last few and I'm 99% I completely failed lol but this one had a LOT of lore and shit
Tumblr media
AAAUGH
Tumblr media
Angella's protectiveness is usually annoying but tbh I would feel the same way here in her situation, anyway Glimmer got it from somewhere lol
Tumblr media
low blow, Shadow Weaver
Tumblr media
I couldn't figure out why she woke up gasping so hard even though I just watched the last episode like three hours ago lol (Hordak had cut off her air until she passed out, and this is where she woke up, poor thing)
Catra: "It doesn't matter what I do. I don't get to win." :( but also "winning" should not be the objective of your life and you will spend the next season and a half being forced to learn that
Once again Scorpia's obvious one-sided love is painful to watch.
Tumblr media
I hate that she's not entirely wrong!!! Like given her life up to this point of course she'd come to this conclusion. D:
Glimmer: The Horde is evil, and EVIL PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE Adora: I'm standing right here. Like you're literally talking to me.
(Okay but it's often true in the case of abusers, especially in romantic relationships. If you haven't read "Why Does He Do That" you should. Majority of abusers don't change for long--he talks about the circumstances under which they do, but repeatedly notes that it's very very rare and that a lot of them are good at faking improvement just for the amount of time it takes to get you under their control again. In any case that's why if people believe your partner is abusing you, the universal advice is "you need to leave.")
Tumblr media
uggggh and the worst part is, she's actually right about a number of people in the Horde! I always knew it was a matter of time before Scorpia left the Horde, for instance.
But Shadow Weaver? Adora wants to believe this because Shadow Weaver was her mom, basically.
Tumblr media
that's not how it works!!!
Tumblr media
NOT REALLY.
I know I'm going to end up referencing this post again later, but it's worth a read:
"You think Shadow Weaver should have had a redemption arc? From her perspective, she DID." It also compares her arc to Catra's.
(spoilers for the rest of the show obv)
Anyway Bow and Glimmer offer to go with her, which is a good thing to do if you're ever going to try to talk things out with your abuser, because 1. they behave better in front of witnesses, generally speaking 2. other people are more likely to spot manipulative bullshit
Tumblr media
yeeeurgh the way she says it is so icky
seriously she lays it on thick "oh I've missed you my child" eat dirt. Even after Adora's like "lol nice try" she's still like "oooh, so clever, I always knew you were smarter than everyone else" like you're still doing it.
"I was special only as long as I obeyed you" damn right
Tumblr media
Compassionate to a fault as always, but also, I know there's still that bit of hope in there, the same one Catra had, of making her happy and finally getting loved. Adora has a huge advantage Catra didn't, though; which is that she has a great deal of love in her life from other sources. :(
Tumblr media
Hordak: I am Evil and Scary!!! And I want Catra GONE. Entrapta: Yeah, okay. So anyway like I was saying, Catra's improved everything, but also, we need her to get us this thing!!! Hordak: No. Go away. Entrapta: :( k but I'll leave the info here for you to read on your own
Tumblr media
The sad thing is, Shadow Weaver can be a good teacher.
Tumblr media
ngl that's cool
also ugh. Shadow Weaver is in fact honest here: she's got nowhere to go, she wants revenge, helping Adora's the best way to do that.
plotty stuff I want to remember later: Hordak's goal is opening a portal into space to get Horde's armies through and defeat Etheria forever--and this is the first time a bunch of characters find out the Horde is bigger than one army on Etheria, and the reason he's close to getting that portal now is that Entrapta is helping him, and that once upon a time Hordak did succeed in opening a portal for a moment, and Adora was the result--she wasn't born on Etheria.
Glimmer: you're a fuckin' liar Shadow Weaver: I mean usually yeah lol. But like, why would I bother this time, what would I get out of it?
Tumblr media
has anyone written an essay/post/paper about Adora as a bit of a Jesus figure
(I mean a LOT of people treat She-Ra like she's a messiah equivalent? But uhhhh that's also just how The Chosen One trope tends to go. Plus Jesus didn't resurrect himself so he could kiss a girl--though he did choose to show himself post-resurrection to Mary Magdalene first, so interpret that as you will.)
Anyway Adora kinda flips out at this information (she knows in her bones that Shadow Weaver is telling the truth) and bolts from the room
Tumblr media
airbrush THAT on the side of a van lol
The way she screams "answer me!" at Light Hope is so good
Tumblr media
Adora: babies don't remember shit????? Light Hope: oh.
Tumblr media
There's a "vaginas are portals to another dimension bc childbirth" joke in there somewhere.
plot plot the First Ones came from beyond the stars, the sword is made to only respond to "one of their own kind," congrats Adora you're literally a different kind of person than every other person on Etheria.
(the timelines on this are confusing to me, I can't remember if Mara taking Etheria into another dimension also fucked with time passing, OH HEY I FOUND A FAN-MADE TIMELINE no idea how accurate it is tho especially considering the number of typos/misspellings, also elsewhere someone said each season of the show is apparently meant to be a whole YEAR?? I was thinking a few months at most??? I need to find if that's Word of God anywhere)
Tumblr media
Theoretically yes but Netflix doesn't have the rights to any of the He-Man stuff, sorry
When Mara cut Etheria off from the rest of the universe she destroyed the portal capabilities. If you open a portal now bad shit will go down
(uh oh)
Adora: omg Mara's from the same place as me???
Tumblr media
LIAR
Light Hope: being She-Ra is an honor!
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Oh look it's one of the major themes of the show! Being The Chosen One sucks, actually!!
Tumblr media
GEE, REALLY??? you think maybe people like getting to fuckin' cHOOSE
Adora: man I am tired of people not telling me shit!! Fuck this I'm gonna see what I can actually figure out on my own
She wants to know why Mara stranded Etheria. Remember that constellation being over part of the Crimson Waste that was in the whole "Mara portal Serenia" message bullshit? That's where she's going
Glimmer and Bow: road trip! road trip!
Tumblr media
i'd be pissing myself in fear ngl
Hordak: this bitch is a failure!!! Catra: no u
Tumblr media
everyone's reaction to that is priceless omg
Tumblr media
LOL SHE'S RIGHT THO does Hordak want to spend his day looking at files listing how many bits of armor they need
Tumblr media
I was gonna make an Entrapta joke but the next line is "and that's why you can't defeat a group of teenagers" and damn she's got a POINT
Tumblr media
BAAAHAHAHAH
Tumblr media
"My girlfriend doesn't want to do stacks of paperwork and shit either, it turns out; anyway you're going to get us some old spare parts First Ones' tech from the Pick-n-Pull Crimson Waste"
(I just realized people might not know what a Pick-n-Pull is--it's like a junkyard of cars where you can go and just take parts off of things for cheap. You have to find and take the parts off yourself.)
Catra: dude nothing lives in the Crimson Waste??? Hordak: heh heh I know :)
AAAND END OF EPISODE
Sadly I have the energy for another one but my headphones are killing me and I can't do it in the bedroom without headphones because Daci is trying to sleep. Which is a shame because the next episode is Huntara!!
ALSO y'know that timeline I linked way earlier in the post? parts of it are kinda iffy but I'm lol'ing because good lord as bananas as the lore can sometimes be, I'm still thinking that one for Steven Universe would be even wilder (and we know Rebecca Sugar actually had one, written out on paper, with a ton of color-coding). But also this summary of Adora's first convo with Light Hope is WILD because IT'S NOT WRONG (hardcore spoilers ahoy? but also if that's an issue you shouldn't be reading these posts lol):
Adora encounters Light Hope and is given the quest to "balance the planet". Light Hope attempts to isolate Adora from her friends my saying that balancing the planet requires her to let go of her attachments to her friends. This bears remarkable similarity to cult-psychology isolation tactics. It is especially worrying once you know that Light Hope is a Paperclip Maximizer and "Balance the Planet" is a euphemism for "rebuild and rearm the Weapon of Universal Genocide".
And if you've never heard of "paperclip maximizers" the wikipedia page about them is awesome but also I once wrote a post about the gems from Steven Universe also being paperclip maximizers. Here's a quote from the wikipedia page:
Suppose we have an AI whose only goal is to make as many paper clips as possible. The AI will realize quickly that it would be much better if there were no humans because humans might decide to switch it off. Because if humans do so, there would be fewer paper clips. Also, human bodies contain a lot of atoms that could be made into paper clips. The future that the AI would be trying to gear towards would be one in which there were a lot of paper clips but no humans. (Nick Bostrom, “Ethical Issues in Advanced Artificial Intelligence”, 2003)

She-Ra What If? - What If Glimmer sacrificed herself instead of her mother?
Never really done this before here, but I figured I might as well share one of my new She-Ra AU outlines here. Not sure if I’ll make it into a fic at some point, but hey, I had fun doing this.
Okay so this AU is more or less exactly the same as the canon She-Ra timeline right up until the Portal incident. In this universe, Glimmer, after regaining her memory of the real timeline, isn’t erased with Bow, instead staying with Adora, but her mother and father are erased by the destroying reality.
After learning that Adora’s sword is holding the portal world together, Adora attempts to sacrifice herself after stopping corrupted Catra with Glimmer’s help, but Glimmer, realising that Etheria wouldn’t have any hope without She-Ra, uses her last teleport to jump up to the sword and pull it free of the anomaly, closing the portal.
Everything happens as it did in the regular timeline, with reality being restored… only without Glimmer, as she is forever lost between dimensions.
There is a memorial service held in Brightmoon for its lost Princess, Angella grieving the loss of her only child. Bow in particular becomes very distant, since Glimmer was his oldest and best friend. Adora is a lot more angrier in this universe, especially at Catra for all she has done. In the main universe, Adora was close to Angella yes, but Glimmer was closer to her and as such, that pain hurts deeper.
Not long after the memorial, Angella reveals to Adora that before Micah and her were consumed by the destroying timeline, he revealed to her that he was still alive, but she doesn’t know where. Nevertheless, Adora decides to aid Angella in bringing Micah home, mainly as her way of making up for letting Glimmer be lost.
Angella isn’t like Glimmer was in the main timeline after the portal, though she does become a bit more desperate at times to finally win the war against the Horde. Season 4 kinda sort of happens as it did in the main universe for a while, Mara’s ship getting recovered and Double Trouble infiltrating the rebellion disguised as Flutterina.
Meanwhile, Catra has started to feel pretty crappy, possibly even more than she did during canon. Part of her is sort of happy Glimmer is gone, as Catra partly blamed Glimmer on stealing Adora away from her… but another part of her misses her, since she took a sense of joy out of fighting her and calling her sparkles and whatnot.
At the same time, Shadow Weaver tries to make herself into Angella’s good graces, revealing to her that King Micah was sent to Beast Island. Angella is furious that Weaver didn’t reveal this sooner, but Shadow Weaver said she didn’t feel the need since she assumed Micah had died on Beast island years ago.
And so, Adora, Angella and Bow use Mara’s ship to mount a rescue mission to Beast island, which more or less goes as it did with canon, only much earlier in the timeline. They rescue Entrapta as well and learn from the computer’s on Beast Island about the Heart of Etheria.
At the same time, Double Trouble reports to Catra that Angella and Adora are no longer in Brightmoon, so she and Hordak change their plans and launch an all out assault on Brightmoon, laying siege to the kingdom and destroying it. The Princesses make their escape, but Catra fights Shadow Weaver and kills her, however, Scorpia, this point sick of the endless conflict, deserts the Horde.
Adora and friends return from Beast Island, gathering their allies in the whispering woods similar to the camp, Scorpia finds them and reunites with Entrapta. Adora, knowing danger of the Heart of Etheria, asks Micah if he knows a way of potentially stopping it, to which he reveals about the Failsafe. They travel to Mystacor together, where Adora bonds with the failsafe.
Meanwhile, Catra and the Horde find the Crystal castle, Catra meeting Light Hope. Light Hope, realising that Adora has found the failsafe, manipulates Catra into gaining control of the Heart of Etheria, taking advantage of her own self-destructive tendencies. Hordak goes along with this, thinking he can present the weapon as a gift to Horde Prime when he eventually arrives.
Catra and her forces stumble onto the rebel camp after Double Trouble reveals themselves and the Princesses and Angella are captured. Catra brings her hostages back to the Fright Zone, as well as the first one’s ship, and forces Scorpia to connect to the black garnet. The weapon begins charging, but Adora, Micah eventually make their way to the Heart and Adora is able to use the failsafe to stop the heart of Etheria, but at the cost of her sword getting destroyed.
The planet is still teleported into regular space again, and Horde Prime, spying the planet, uses his transporter beam to abduct Hordak, Catra and the hostages onto his ship, everyone save for Double Trouble, who betrayed Catra to Hordak as a means to cover their own escape.
Without the Heart of Etheria, Horde Prime sees very little value in Etheria, but Catra manages to convince him to use the Princesses they’ve captured as weapons, powerful soldiers for his army, to which Prime agrees, but he still plans to destroy the planet.
Over the next few months, Prime’s fleet bombards Etheria, stripping the planet of its resources, but devastating its kingdoms. What remains of the rebellion and Etherian Horde have fallen under Micah and Adora’s leadership, but Adora knows that it's a losing battle and Etheria is doomed.
To that end, she’s had Huntara’s gangs capture a few Horde ships to use as escape ships for the remaining Etherian refugees and soon, thanks to Castaspella and the other sorcerers sacrificing themselves to divert Prime’s fleet, Adora and the remaining Etherians blast off into space as the planet is destroyed.
Adora and her friends soon land on a barren planet, picking up the Star Siblings, who agree to help guide them to the territory of some of the other rebel groups trying to fight Horde Prime across the galaxy.
However, while flying through an asteroid field, Adora, in her first one’s ship, is brought down by enemy fire and makes a crash landing on a nearby planet. Her attackers, none other than the chipped Catra, Angella, Bow, Scorpia, Mermista, Perfuma, Netossa and Spinnerella. Adora manages to fight off the chipped princesses’ but unfortunately she is beaten and captured by Horde Prime.
Taken aboard Prime’s flagship, the tyrant gloats to Adora that he is planning to create his own Heart of Etheria style doomsday weapon, using the First One’s homeworld. With Entrapta under his control, he has enough knowledge of the first one’s technology to recreate the weapon, especially since his forces salvaged the Etherian runestones before the planet was destroyed.
However, out of all his hostages, Prime has the least use for Catra and so pits her against Adora in a fight to the death for his own amusement. Adora is still angry at Catra for the loss of Glimmer, but even she knows that if she is to kill Catra, this isn’t the way and does her best to try and break Catra free… only for Prime to seemingly kill Catra.
Enraged at Catra’s death, Adora transforms into her new She-Ra form and takes Catra’s limp body, using her new powers to commandeer one of Horde Prime’s fighters and make an escape. Using her magic, she is able to revive Catra and the two of them agree to form a truce long enough to stop Horde Prime from destroying the universe.
As the two of them drift through space together, they argue and bicker, coming to full on fights numerous times while trying to survive against Prime’s forces. Eventually, their travels bring them to a barren planet named Krytis. There, Adora and Catra have their worst fight with Catra eventually storming off on her own, wanting to get as far away from Adora as possible… until the two of them have a run in with an alien named Melog, who bonds with Catra and forces the two to confront how they feel about everything.
Adora and Catra eventually realise their anger at one another is pointless now. Etheria is gone, their friends are chipped, the woman who abused them is dead, all they have left is each other… and even Adora admits she isn’t sure Glimmer would want her to be this angry, even at Catra. The two finally make amends and make peace with each other, and with Melog’s help, repair their ship and remove the control chip on Catra’s neck.
Micah soon finds Adora and Catra sometime later, he and Huntara, as well as the star siblings having allied a large contingent of rebel cells together in a large alliance for an attack on Horde Prime, who has now transformed the barren husk of the First One’s homeworld into a new Heart of Etheria, information provided to the rebels thanks to a mole in Prime’s forces.
The plan is simple, Adora still has the Failsafe as part of her, so it should be able to disable Prime’s weapon if its designed the same way. It’s practically a suicide mission, but Adora knows its the only way to stop Prime’s weapon for good, especially since she knows now that Magic is Prime’s weakness.
Catra joins the rebel fleet as a pilot, as they attack Horde Prime’s flagship in orbit so Adora and Micah can sneak down to the planet below. However, as Adora arrives she’s chased by the chipped squad again, now led by Netossa. Angella and Micah fight one another and Micah is able to damage Angella’s chip.
Meanwhile, the mole in Prime’s forces is revealed to be none other than Hordak, who's been slowly regaining his independence from Horde Prime, especially after seeing how he has treated the chipped entrapta Entrapta. During the heat of the battle, Hordak betrays Horde Prime and seemingly kills him, deactivating the shields enough for Catra’s fighters to move in and destroy the fleet, breaking the control signal for the chips and freeing the princesses.
However, at the last moment, Prime jumps into Hordak’s body and attempts to use his superweapon, but it has already been dealt with. Catra arrives as Adora destroys prime’s consciousness from his body, freeing Hordak. Then, at the end of it all, Catra professes her love for Adora and the two kiss, the universe being saved.
With her magic, Adora restores the First One’s homeworld from a barren wasteland to a beautiful, magical filled paradise, which the Etherians soon dub, New Etheria. Angella and Micah lead the survivors in building a new civilisation on the planet, aided by refugees from other parts of the galaxy.
As for Adora and Catra, they settled down, the long war their lives had been finally over. Years later, the two of them are blessed with their first child, a daughter… who they named Glimmer.

How come catra is so nice in hurricane adora
she constantly makes fun of her what are you talking about lol. it's pretty much their usual dynamic when they aren't actively fighting. which. they aren't.
if you mean why she's not like... more mad at her about high school i guess? then it's because they never had a big fight or breakup, just "grew apart" (even if neither wanted it) and it's been five years. when she left for college she met scorpia and entrapta and quickly had support, so she's in a pretty good place. she and adora both did their best to let each other go when they went off for college and thought they'd never see each other again, an effort that neither of them usually makes in my AUs lol but they weren't so codependent when things fell apart in the first place. that's helped by the fact that she and adora both got into pretty decent foster homes (lonnie's family and hope) when they were fairly young (middle school ish), so they're a little less broken in the first place. if adora hadn't said all that shit the night before catra would be more pissy because she wouldn't yet have any reason to think adora feels bad about it, but it's pretty clear adora didn't want to just drop her. at this point catra has a pretty sweet life going and pretty much the only thing that could be missing from it is adora, and pretty much the same could be said for adora.

Talk To Me| Catra x Reader| Angst w/ Hopeful End
tw: semi graphic depictions of self-harm, Catra isn't in a healthy mindset at all, this is an old old draft so my depictions of mental health may not have been written as well as I would've hoped, they flirt and it gets a wee bit suggestive at the end, but it's mostly just Catra being a tease and reader being awkward. Lol
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You walked passed the cadet dorm rooms, the heels of your boots clicking on the floor. Your hands were filled with old history books of Brightmoon and Scorpia's kingdom, you also had multiple maps in hand, and used your magic to float your spell book in front of your face.
Seeing how crowded the halls of the dorms were, you were desperate to get to your force captain's room quicker. With Scorpia and Entrapta gone from the Horde it was just you and Catra left and with a half of your friend group missing, you weren't really in the mood to make new ones.
So you had busied yourself with learning about Scorpia's old kingdom. After all, you found it beyond odd that two powerful queens would just give up their home and all that lived in it, and even if it was true, where were the rulers? Where are their subjects? You've never seen someone like Scorpia, and sadly, you knew you never would.
You had to tell Catra what happened to Scorpia's family, to her kingdom, and maybe it would convince Catra to help you find her, to bring her back home.
You continued to ponder as Catra's individual room came into focus, before you shifted the weight of all the stuff to your other arm. Grunting from all the weight now on one side of you, you quickly knocked on her door, "Catra? It's me, y/n, can I please come in?"
You heard rustling from the inside and a hoarse, broken, "Give me a minute!"
You groaned inwardly, the weight of the smelly old books, and protected maps starting to get to you. Now you were by no means weak, but come on! You're not a knight, infact, you're usually the one scaring the knights! Brain over brawn that's how you did things...though in this moment you wished you had a bit more brawn.
You knocked again, "please hurry, this stuff is heavy!"
"I said give me a minute," she snapped from behind the door. "shit, why won't it stop?"
Too preoccupied with the girl keeping you waiting behind a door, you didn't notice two rowdy cadets running up behind you. Seemingly on purpose one of them shoved you up against Catra's door by their shoulder before they ran off with their friend.
You managed to keep all your items in your arms, but in the panic you lost focus on your spell book and dropped it. With no spellbook you had no weight lifting spell, and with no weight lifting spell all the stuff in your hands was twice as heavy.
Knowing you would be dead meat if Hordak found out that not only had you stolen restricted information but also damaged them if you dropped them, you made the executive decision to just invite yourself inside.
As you swung the door open you rambled out, "Sorry kitten but this stuff is really heavy and you were taking too long!"
It was only when you sat the stuff down on the floor did you noticed soft sniffling from behind you. You quickly spun around and the sight that met you put a large lump in your throat and a pit in your stomach.
Catra sat on her bed with her head hung low, what you could see of her face looked tired and marked with tear tracks. Her room was also trashed, her blankets ripped to shreds, and her walls clawed.
"Oh kitten..." You whispered and took a step forward only to immediately step back and run to get your spell book from off the floor and run back.
You grabbed her bloody arm that you had only just noticed she was trying to hide from you. She had a small white towel that was now stained with her blood in her other hand, the red liquid leaking from between her fingers onto her hand.
"Its- it's so deep, wha-?" You hesitated, almost not wanting to ask since you were so sure you knew the answer. "What happened?"
"Nothing, it's nothing," her voice was now not only hoarse, but slurred. You nervously placed your hand on her heart and her pulse only to feel a panicked rhythm.
You cursed between your teeth and looked for something to create a tourniquet with before your eyes landed back on her. "Can I take your belt off?"
You felt bad for not waiting for her answer, but you were scared for her, and she was taking too long to respond, though you didn't blame her.
You tied the belt tightly above the wounds on her forearm. Tears brimmed at your eyes, "Catra...why? This??" You shook your head, trying to stay strong.
You swung her good arm over your shoulder and carefully walked her into her bathroom and sat her down on the toilet seat while you searched for a clean towel and disinfectant to clean the wound.
"I'm fine," Catra slurred and from the corner of your eyes you saw her get up from her seat only to try and take a wobbly step toward you, "I don't need your-"
"Sit your ass back down right now or I swear I'll tie you to that seat, you understand me?" The glow in your eyes suggesting that you weren't playing around, though Catra would never give up easily, even if she was slowly bleeding out.
"You can not talk to me like that," she slurred with an accusatory finger pointed to your face. "I am your force captain."
"No you're not! Right now, you're my friend Catra, who's bleeding to death, and I'll be damned before I let you leave me too!" You yelled, a few small panicked tears leaving your eyes.
Her ears pulled back as she gently grazed her fingertips over her wound before she let out a defeated sigh and sat back down on the toilet seat.
As soon as she was seated you rushed up to her and kneeled as you took her arm in your hands. You poured a bit of the disinfectant onto the towel and held it about an inch from the cut.
"I won't lie to you, this is gonna hurt like a bitch." You laughed nervously.
Without saying anything Catra nodded her consent and braced herself for when you pressed the cold towel on her flesh. Despite trying to handle herself she hissed loudly as soon as you made contact with the wound.
"I know, I'm so sorry, but we can't let this get infected, especially with it being so..." Your heart sank as you noticed something that proved what you didn't want to be true. "...clean."
The cut was so clean, no regular knife, scrape, or sword could do this, you only knew of one other thing that could make this clean of a slash.
"You did this to yourself, didn't you?" The words on your tounge felt like swallowing alcohol, and your eyes burned with more tears, though when you looked back up she wouldn't even look at you.
"C-catra?" Your voice croaked as you tried to clear away the obvious worry and pain that laced it. "Why?"
She remained silent as you shook your head and took the now blood soaked towel to the sink and grabbed your book from the counter. You flipped to the strongest healing incantation you had before going to wash your hands thoroughly of any blood or grime that remained on them.
When you came back you quickly wiped your tears on your sleeve before putting your cold hands on the deep scratch marks making her jump.
You closed your eyes and took a deep breath before opening them back up to revel their brilliant gold, and a light disembodied whistling around you. "With this spell I beg of thee, spilt the pain from them to me, with this spell I say to thee, their hurt is enough to make hearts bleed, with this spell I promise thee, ask it and it shall be received."
As the spell was completed and the whistling died down you felt a light stinging on your arm, but you were far more worried about Catra. You placed your hand lightly on her thigh as she examined her arm that was now far into it's healing now that the blood had clotted.
When Catra lowered her arm from view she was met with your concerned face. Your nose and cheeks were red from crying, though in that regard Catra didn't look any better, and your lips were pursed tightly in worry.
"Thanks..." She muttered solemnly, seemingly still embarrassed she was caught.
Without hesitation you assured her it was no problem and offered your hand. "Help you to bed?"
Catra hissed and lightly swatted your hand away, "thank you for your help, but I'm good, you can leave now- HEY!"
While Catra was being...well Catra... You swung her good arm around your shoulder once more and slowly walked her to bed being careful to not go too fast or make her dizzy.
When you two were about a foot from the bed you leaned her up against her small dresser, repaired her sheets with a spell, and pulled them back before you turned to her, "Do you have any pajamas or something comfortable you could wear?"
She scoffed, "What's wrong with you? Why can't you just leave me alone?"
Your eyes widened in shock, "Excuse me?"
"I'm not a child you don't need to baby me!" She hissed and lightly pushed you back.
You clenched your jaw your frustration starting to build in you, "I never said you were one, I just wanted to help-"
"All you're doing is embarrassing me,"
Now was your turn to scoff, "look I might be new to the horde, but where I come from, asking for help isn't embarrassing, it's how you stay alive! And in case you forgot because you were, ya know, bleeding out; you almost died!"
"I would've been fine, I've been through worse!"
"Yeah I know you have, but that doesn't mean I'm just gonna sit and watch you suffer for stupid ass reasons!"
"Don't talk to me like you know what I'm going through, you don't!"
"You're not the only one who lost friends Catra, I did too! It's just you and me here now, and I can't fucking do this alone! Okay!?" The hot tears now fell freely down your face, and the more you tried to wipe them away, the faster they seemed to come.
"You scared me, Catra..." Your voice was so quiet, and so soft that if it weren't for Catra's hightend hearing it would have been unlikely for her to hear you. "Your heart was beating so so fast, I wasn't sure if I would be able to..."
You shook your head, "Why didn't you just talk to me? Why did you have to hurt yourself like this? We couldve lost you...I could've lost you..."
With the mood of the room falling fast from agitated to somber, Catra scooted further onto her small twin sized bed and pulled her legs in.
"So what? You'd probably be better off...everyone else seems to be..."
"Stop it." Your stern yet still gentle voice caught her a bit of guard. She wasn't sure what she thought you would say but it wasn't that. "Stop saying things like that, stop lying to yourself. If I didn't want you in my life, I wouldn't be here right now."
You moved to sit down next to her and placed a hand on her knee. "I'm here because I care about you, Catra, and unfortunately for you, I'm not very easy to scare away."
"I scared Adora and Scorpia away..."
You sighed and thought for a bit before scooting closer to Catra and slowly resting your head on her shoulder. "What happened with Adora? That wasn't your fault, sometimes people just...grow apart, and there's nothing we can do about it. That's why it's so important to cherish people while we have 'em, you know?"
Catra didn't answer for awhile and you did nothing to break the silence until she was ready.
"Do you think Scorpia hates me now? I mean...I wouldn't blame-"
"Can you honestly look me in the eyes and tell me that Scorpia is capable of hating anyone, much less someone she cares so much for?"
Once again she fell into a silence before signing in defeat and stretching her long legs out. "I hate it when you're right."
You laughed and softly caressed the side of her face, "Sorry kitten, I'm not as stupid as I first appear."
Catra looked between you and your hand, with what you at first mistook as anger, but was more bewilderment. "I-I'm sorry, that was weird wasn't it? Just uh...tell me what you want to wear, I'll get it for you and then I'll be out of your hair alright?"
"I uh-" she cleared her throat of the nervous edge that was so uncharacteristic for her. "I have a sports bra and uh...boxers...you know what? I'll just get them."
She went to get up but you quickly stood infront of her. "No, you need to rest, you lost a lot of blood and you need time to recover, just tell me where they are and I'll get them."
Catra groaned a bit in annoyance before pointing back to her small drawer, "Top shelf..."
You walked over to it and opened it up to find very few outfits, the full red suit you first met her in, a few socks that had large holes in the toes area, and a handful of boxers and a few bras.
"Is this all you have?" You questioned. "What about if you get cold or something?"
"I have a jacket hanging up in the bathroom along with my suit."
"oh well...if you ever need anything, all you have to do is ask. Where I come from when it got cold it got cold, so I still have sweaters and jackets to spare."
You grabbed her a black pair of bras and boxers and gently handed them to her. She stared at you for about a minute before it finally clicked, "I should go get you some water!"
Catra laughed lightly as you made your way back into her bathroom while she got undressed. While you waited for her, you cleaned out a drinking glass still left out on her sink and filled it with tap water, before pulling out your spell book and flipping to a page with small seeds embedded within the paper.
You trailed your finger down your messy handwritten notes, muttering as you went along. "Sea holly, no... benzoin, maybe? Probably not though, uh...juniper?? Why not?"
You swirled your hand around the seed and raised it until the plant was fully grown. With one hand magically warming the glass and the other picking the ingredients needed for some nice tea for the stubborn girl in the other room, you got to work on your mini witches brew.
In hardly anytime at all you knocked on the bathroom door, "Catra? Can I come out now?"
You heard a stout laugh before she said, "Yeah sure."
You carefully opened the door still nervous even though you'd been given permission, but when you saw her it felt like all the blood in your veins ignited, you always knew Catra was gorgeous, but...wow.
She laughed at your clearly flustered expression, "Like what you see?"
Shes gonna kill me, you thought to yourself, but still you smiled, and walked up to her. "You mean you clearly feeling better since you're teasing me?"
"Teasing you? What's there to tease, princess?"
You stood still for a minute feeling like she had trapped you before shoving the warm cup infront of her face. "I made you some warm tea!"
"How the-?" Her playful smirk had fallen into genuine confusion. "How did you possibly make tea in the bathroom?"
You laughed softly before holding up your spellbook, "Magic?"
She scoffed and shook her head, "are you sure it's not poison, princess?"
The events of today had weighed so heavily on you that you would do anything to keep the light heartedness flowing.
"I don't know," You mused with a finger resting on your cheek, "let me check."
You gently slipped the cup from her hands and took a small sip, the warm liquid warming you from the inside out, making this quaint moment with the girl of your dreams all the more relaxing.
You passed the cup back to her and with an innocent tone, "Don't worry, kitten, I think it's safe for you."
Catra turned the cup slowly until the side you took a sip of was facing her as she brought it to her lips in an indirect kiss. Your eyes widened, wondering if Catra knew what she was doing, or if it was just some innocent coincidence.
But when it came to Catra, she was always one step a head, so there was absolutely no way this was an accident. As she finished her first sip, she hummed, "Thank you...really...for everything."
You smiled and nodded, "Anytime Catra...I uh..." you took a deep breath. "I love you a lot, really I do and I'm always here if you need me. Trust me, not even death himself could keep me from being at your side."
Catra took another sip of her tea before musing, "Is that like witch flirting? Challenging death?"
You leaned in a bit whispering softly, "We witches do not kneel to false Lords or worship arrogant gods, Etheria and her love is our goddess, we only kneel to those with her thorns on their tounge."
"So does that mean you want me to kneel, princess?"
"No over course not," You playfully dismissed with a wave of your hand. "Why would a goddess kneel to her disciple?"
Catra's ears folded back once more, her pupils dilated, and rose dust on her cheeks. "I-Im not a goddess."
"You're not?!" You feigned surprise before gently pulling her eyes to face yours, "well you sure had me fooled."
For a moment you felt her body vibrate with a delicate purr but as quickly as it came it went. She shook her head free of your hand and hissed, "What are you doing? Not only is this incredibly inappropriate because you're my cadet, but after all you've seen me do? You still compare me too your goddess."
"Not compare, you are not the Goddess, and none of us could ever hope to be, but-" you smiled and held her hand. "If it's true that the Goddess created us all in her image, I'm simply suggesting that she took her time with you. That she made you rough enough to withstand any storm, yet soft enough to let in a little bit of warmth."
You crawled on the bed so you were now directly infront of her, and slowly went to caress her face again, giving her ample time to move away. But when she didn't you allowed your hand to graze her soft skin as you traced every curve of her face with your fingertips and tried to memories each small scar and freckles.
"If you want I'll back off and we can just stay as we are," You moved closer to her. "But I love you Catra, and wether you like it or not I'll always be there for you if you need me."
You smirked and moved your hand to trace the curve of her jaw, "Death is afraid of people like you, kitten, do you know why?"
Seemingly enamored by your forwardness, she remained silent as she shook her head, no.
You laughed softly, "because you don't need to cast a single spell, no trickery or manipulation, people just give themselves to you because they believe in you and believe that you're worth it, and death is afraid of that. Because even when our bodies become one with the Goddess, if you can make someone love you -truly love you- you can never really die."
You felt her gulp under your fingertips and smiled, "Are you just going to keep talking in riddles or are you going to kiss me?"
Though the question initially caught you by surprise you wasted no time in fulfilling her request. Taking things slowly, giving her a passionate and loving kiss, something you had felt she was lacking. Shadow Weaver, Adora, and Hordak made her believe she had no love left to give, you wanted to show her differently. You wanted to fill her cup until it overflowed with your love for her.
But that would have to wait, as you slowed down the deepened kiss, "You still need to rest kitten, but promise me," you placed a small kiss to the corner of her mouth, "promise me, if you ever feel like this again, you'll come talk to me?"
You mindlessly found a strip of her hair and played with it, "I love you, Catra, and I don't ever want to lose you."
This time Catra placed a soft kiss on your lips, "You won't," she assured you with a smirk, "after all, death is afraid of you~"
