I walked into a bar the other night and literally made a man’s jaw drop, I guess my glow up has been successful 😂😂
But also I had been lowkey manifesting for that guy specifically to be into me. I don’t know him and don’t really have an attachment but I see him around sometimes and thought he was cute.

How to Manifest Your Desires (4 Step Guide)
Hey there!
When it comes to manifesting, there are hundreds of manifestation methods out there and it can be super overwhelming at times, especially if you don’t know where to start; but manifesting your dreams into your life doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, it shouldn’t be! It’s an easy process, really.
Despite their many differences, all manifestation methods follow a certain number of steps in order to manifest. Regardless of what manifestation method you use, from the 3-6-9 method to the 17 second method, there are 4 steps that need to happen when manifesting a desire.
Step One
Set the intention for what you would like to manifest. Try to see your desire as clearly as you can in your mind and do your best to describe in detail what it is you really want.
Step Two
Give it momentum. Your intentions are set! But now it’s time to give them energy and momentum. You can do this by visualizing, affirming or feeling gratitude for your desires.
Step Three
Let it go. Manifestation is a partnership between you and the universe which means once you’ve given your intentions momentum, it’s time to let the universe do its work. Let go of the need for your desires and try to feel the emotions of already having it. If you had what you wanted already, how would you feel? Happy? Grateful? Successful? Chances are, you’d feel really good!
Step Four
Receive. This is the last step. It sounds simple but it can sometimes be the most difficult. We can sometimes subconsciously block out manifestations with negative thoughts and beliefs, so make sure you’re ready to receive your desires by keeping your mind filled with positivity thinking.
And there you go! Some manifestations might take a bit longer than others but it’s important to trust in the universe. 
When waiting for your desires, a helpful habit to have is “acting as if”. This means showing up to the world with the mentality that you already have what you want. Because you attract based on your energetic state, if you are in the state of having, then the universe will respond to that by delivering your manifestations to you.

Gratefulness and using the 3d to your advantage
"I live in this big house with a beautiful yard and I have all the yummy food I could want, all of these clothes and soft blankets, wow I must be rich"
"I am such a kind person, I treat myself and others so well, I'm funny and smart and lovely, I must have tons of admirers, my friends and family must love me soo much, I must have an amazing partner, why wouldn't I?"
These statements are evident to me in the 3d right now. All I did was look at my life through a stranger's eyes- If I didn't know myself, I would assume my life was amazing.
All that was keeping it from being amazing was a lack mindset, and telling myself old stories like "healthy relationships are hard to find" why would they be? When I'm already a great person? Why can someone else with a similar personality have a beautiful relationship, but I struggle?
Stop looking at yourself from the lens of the old story. Start romanticizing and being grateful for whatever you have, realize you are no different than the person who has it all. You are it.
