Anons

After reading some posts today from an account that was answering “asks” from Anons, I’ve come to a conclusion.

Many Anons are like invisible bullies.

Yeah. They are just bullies. They hide behind the “Anon” and they harass and spew negativity that does not belong on this platform nor in the Bangtan fandom.

I personally think that the “Anon” option needs to be removed from Tumblr. Most of those bullies are too fearful to come forward with their hate and negativity, with their actuall account name/handle. They are too afraid to take full responsibility for their words, and the energy that they put into this platform and the fandom.

Something has happened with the expanding presence of social media over the last 10 years, and it’s becoming more and more problematic. People think nothing of saying hateful things to total strangers. It’s all over Twitter, we’ve seen it on FB, IG, and it’s here. It’s that mentality that people think it’s okay, and they don’t think anything about the ramifications. If every human really understood energy and could see it, they would immediately stop producing the negativity and hate. Those who spew the energy are completely clueless as to what they are doing and how it ADDS to the overall global energy.

Honestly, it is hard to bear Witness to.

We need to work on clearing up the energy here, in the fandom, and also on a much greater scale, every day. The planet and all life is struggling enough, without people intentionally adding their version of muck to the Collective. (Just imagine what their energy field looks like.)

So...yeah. Take away the “Anon” option and see where all those hateful people go.

This is just my 2 cents worth..... (after reading yet another annoying, passive-agressive, and harrassing “ask”)

It’s time for people to take responsibility for the way that they contribute to the platform, to the fandom/ARMY, and to the world in general. If each person did so, and made an effort to be better Humans, we would see a miraculous change that would benefit everyone.

The Wallpaper of My Sister's Laptop and My Mother's Desktop

One of my American friends posted her computer's wallpaper a few days ago, the wallpaper is the photo of blackhole. I told her that I want to post my wallpapers too so here they are.

The wallpaper of my sister's laptop is the photo of skyline of New York City before September 11 Attacks, early 2000s I guess, of course with the twin towers of the World Trade Center.

I like New York and I miss the twin towers, such as a marvel of architecture. I will go to New York someday and visit 9/11 Memorial & Museum and visit One World Trade Center.

The wallpaper of my mother's desktop is Soviet propaganda poster for peace from 1980s. The poster only depicts Earth in the middle of the void of space plus a picture of a house roof above the Earth.

Actually there is writing in the lower right corner of the poster in Russian but it doesn't appear on the screen, it says "другого дома нет" means "there is no other home". Yes, we only have one home, Earth.

People against piracy fail to realize that no, I can’t just ‘buy it.’ They stopped making DVDs and Blu-Rays. They’re barely offering digital copies for download. I am not spending money I could use for food or bills to pay for a subscription service just so I can always have access to a beloved piece of media. Especially not when the service will remove media on a whim without concern for how the loss of access to that piece will make its artistic conservation nigh impossible.

For example, I recently learned that Disney+ had an original film called Crater. It’s scifi, family friendly, and seems cool - I would love to buy it as a holiday gift for my little brother! But: it’s exclusive to D+ and THEY REMOVED IT LITERALLY MONTHS AFTER ITS RELEASE.

The ONLY way I can directly access this film is through piracy. The ONLY available ‘copies’ of this film are hosted on piracy websites. Disney will NEVER release it in theaters, or as something to buy, and it may NEVER return to the streaming service. It will be LOST because we aren’t allowed to purchase it for personal viewing. If I can’t pay to own it, I won’t pay for the privilege of losing it when corporate decides to put it in a vault.

So yes, I’m going to pirate and support piracy.

just found out my cousin (who lives in England) is in the art department of a bunch of shows??? And she worked oN DOCTOR WHO? AND HAD LUNCH WITH DAVID TENNANT???? and she just told me so casually because she's interested in the art, not the show? I mean, excuse me? She worked on SHERLOCK???? FOR A WHOLE SEASON?? She worked on Peaky Blinders and Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones??? And probably other things because she has a shitty memory and according to her everything is a blur?? AND AT ONE POINT SHE WAS LIKE: "oh and have you ever heard of Neil Gaiman?" And I was trying not to scream, because yes, of course I've heard of Neil, he's only my favorite author, I've only read like all of his books multiple times, and if you say you worked on Good Omens or the Sandman I'm going to lose it completely. So I said "yeah I've read a couple of his books," -you know, like a liar- "what about him?" and she goes "well I worked on one of his shows and he's brilliant i just can't remember which one" and i go "w-what do you mean he's brilliant? You're.. you're talking about his writing... his writing is brilliant, right?" And she cheerfully says "oh no I don't read books, I ment he was really nice and brilliant when I talked to him" and i go "WHAT DID YOU TALK ABOUT WHAT DID YOU TALK ABOUT" and she thinks for a moment and goes "oh! BRICKS" WHAT IN THE WORLD YES NO THAT MAKES SENSE YOU GET TO WORK AND TALK WITH NEIL FUCKING GAIMAN AND YOU TALK ABOUT BRICKS? NO THAT'S TOTALLY NORMAL I'M NOT MAD ".... it was what I was designing at the time, I needed to know what vibe the bricks should have. We will never stop talking about world peace as long as there are still wars occurring wherever they are. Wanting world peace is always relevant and always justifiable. War has existed since the beginning of human history but that does not mean that war will always exist as long as humans exist.

Our history is mostly about war and a little of our history is not about war, we can increase the part of our history that is not about war. It is possible for humanity to go further without wars. We can end all wars, world peace is attainable. I am for peace. ☮️
