//uh hi everyone! sorry about earlier there. that was really stupid. but anyways. i kind of want to do something on here? i did this earlier on a friend’s server but i want to make a gem for you! it’s just for fun and you get to keep the design, obviously. so!

Chapter 7 - False Sense of Protection

Garnet was looking over the pink human.

"She didn't even touch me, Garnet. I'm really okay." Said (Y/n). They were trying assure Garnet but it all fell deaf to the fusion.

"She could have-. Why did you even go willing?!" Said/yelled Garnet. "Pink is a tyrant."

"She did-!" (Y/n) started but was interrupted by the warp pad, that showed Rose.

"Rose!" Said Pearl. "(Y/n) is back, they seem okay."

Rose looked at the human before rushing to hug them.

"I'm so happy that your alive! I was looking everywhere for you." Said Rose, having tears in her eyes and (Y/n) patted her on the shoulder.

"As you can tell I am fine." They said trying to calm her.

"Garnet, does this mean that they should be going to battle with us?" Questioned Pearl

"Hey! This just means I need a new weapon and try to stay up with you." Said (Y/n) quick to defend theirself.

"(Y/n), we can't keep having you being taken in the middle of a battle." Said Rose, getting them to face her. Garnet shook her head Yes to notify this would be best for (Y/n).

"But-."

"Listen! You've meet two Diamonds and other gems will be after you if they think of you as Pink's." Said Rose, no one noticed that they didn't tell her about that yet.

(Y/n) sighed as they knew even if they gave a good reason, the Gems will not let them fight again.

"Very Well." Said (Y/n), they had barely even fought. What were they suppose to do? Stay in their little camp forever with the roses.

Garnet sighed, knowing what (Y/n) was most likely to do now.

"Thank you." Said Rose, kissing their forehead. "You'll understand one day."

Like hell they will.

(Y/n) left the three gems to join Onyx and the others and they noticed (Y/n)'a soured mood.

"Human? Are you alright?" Asked an Amethyst with a Ruby beside her, (Y/n) had only groaned in response.

"They decided to not let me fight anymore." They said.

"But you only fought in one battle!" Said Ruby. "We've seen you train so hard to help us in the war."

"Yeah, they might have passion about but (Y/n) is still human." Said Amethyst, looking at Ruby and then (Y/n). "Look, we are more durable than you, I'm not gonna lie. You have nothing to protect you in battle than your weapon and Rose with her healing tears."

"She can heal by crying?" Asked (Y/n). "Strangely useful but I see their reason now, thanks. I just get bored of being here because its usually always the same."

"Why don't you go back to your human place?" Asked Onyx, giving (Y/n) their answer.

"I do miss my friends but I'm not sure what remains of my home, last I saw it was a disaster." Said (Y/n).

"I'll come with you if you want me too." Said Onyx. "It's better safe than sorry."

"That would be great but Rose and the others will say no definently." Complained (Y/n) with a long sigh.

"Just not tell them." Said Amethyst. "They're not in charge of you. This isn't Homeworld." She said and (Y/n) looked up at her with stars in their eyes.

"Of Course!"
