Crunchy Chocolate Cluster
Chef’s Note: Okay, these are so tasty. The crunch from the pretzels, saltiness, and sweetness.
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup sour cream (substitute coconut cream)
3/4 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp pine nuts
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
(opt.) 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
sea salt
Instructions
1. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips in 20 seconds increments, stirring after each increment, until melted and smooth.
2. To the chocolate, add the sour cream, pretzels, raisins, pine nuts, cinnamon, and coffee granules. in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
3. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
I just used my soup spoon, made a large scoop, and pushed it off the spoon onto the paper.
4. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
5. Put in the freezer until set, about 15 to 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the freezer
