Ah, True Soul Nere. I’m glad to hear that many people have killed him, and in many different ways LOL During my battle with him he cast Shield of Screams, a spell unique to him that inflicts psychic damage when you hit him with melee, so I just stood like 10 feet away and shot him from there

DP x DC prompt where Jason becomes a fully-fledged halfa when he’s revived by the Lazarus Pit, but he willfully ignores every sign that something is different.

Like he’s phasing through things, turning invisible, floating-- and Jason chocks it all up to pit madness. He’s fully convinced it’s all in his mind.

Jason gets control over his powers enough to avoid most mishaps, but he slips up every once in awhile when his emotions are running high. Jason will see his hand phase through a table and start reeling, trying to get his mind back under control. He feels like something inside him snapped when he was resurrected, and the strange thrumming sensation in his chest is a constant reminder that he came back wrong. 

Jason’s anger is so volatile, and it’s mostly because he’s pushing down a part of himself and not allowing his core to exert any energy. Jason hasn't transformed since he revived-- he doesn’t know how or that he even can. The memory of looking in the mirror and seeing his colors inverted is just another thing chocked up to hallucinations. 

Jason’s hesitant to get close to his family again and let them know what the Pit did to his mind. His family is more persistent, however. 

One day Dick grabs Jason’s arm and he phases out of his grip. To Jason’s immense surprise, Dick acknowledges it. It’s his first time looking at the mishaps as something actually happening. 

Everything feels a little more real and a whole lot more confusing after that.
