Another traditional-to-digital attempt featuring a very annoyed Arti! This one came out a lot better than my last already, both due to the better-quality photo and the new rendering style I tried out! I'll have to get my ideas clearer and establish what I want my main rendering style to become, but for now, I'm definitely improving!

Also, Arti is such a fun character to draw! In my imagination, her personality has similar appeal as Five Pebbles in that they're both generally pessimistic to an almost comical degree, and everyone else has a tendency to poke fun at them for it. I should really draw them together soon!

Also also, when it comes to ideas of the main slugcats interacting, am I the only one who imagines Arti and Riv having a bit of a rivalry, or at least tension? I kinda draw on their associations (y'know, fire vs. water) but it also comes from how I imagine each of their personalities. I think I'll expand on this dynamic more someday...
