- the art is so detailed and amazing

- the charercters are just so unique

- THE MC ISNT BASIC AND BORING

- she doesn't change for the characters (to gain favourabilty of the charecters it's more like increasing your interactions with them and while there is diffrent options for charecter's likeability the mc's charecter doesn't change that much except preference and such which is supposed to be picked by us <3)

YESSS this game deserves so much more recognition than it gets! The characters are just so well done and every one has a different personality… ugh it’s just *chefs kiss* the bins between them too - it’s so beautiful. He gave up so much for Mir 🥺 which is why I have no doubt that out of all the characters, he’s be the best one for her. Sure the other characters definitely love her but William… he just knows her like the back of his hand you know! Ugh he deserves to be happy 😭😭😭

Omg YES they deserve more popularity! If not more famous than MysMes, at least have a similar kind of popularity. Both are executed so well, but I feel like Unholyc was executed a bit better. Especially when it comes to the depth of the characters and the MC.

Pls! The Mystic Messenger MC is SO bland like??? And I love how the Unholyc MC doesn’t change for any of the characters like she does in Mystic Messenger and she’s willing to call out bullshit when she sees it. She makes it clear she’s staying the way she is and I feel like if she did become like the MysMes MC, William would not be having any of it. He would either remind Mir of her worth or he would take it out on her partner 😳 Plus the way he keeps reminding Mir she’s “better” than the boys is just so funny but sweet 😭 he cares die her so much ugh.

I feel like if Mir was in Mystic Messenger, she’d end up calling out

Yoosung for his obsession with Rika and him constantly comparing MC to her. It’s not cool yoosung… and it’s weird.

Jumin for being an obsessive asshole - as much as I love him, I hated sticking up for him in the chat in order to get his good end. Especially when he was being unreasonable. MC was practically his prisoner, there’s no other way to look at it.

Zen for being so narcissistic. I’m not gonna lie his route is one of my favourites because he genuinely shows he cares - at least more than the other characters - but his narcissism did get annoying after a while. Loving yourself is okay, but there’s a limit 😭😭 I wish they gave him more depth than just problems with his family and narcissism.

7… my boy has no flaws 😡. The only thing I hate is doing different routes ever since Cheritz said he is in love with MC in every route 🥲 …. I can’t stop flirting with him.

V… gtfoh. We get it, you loved her… but you need to let go 😒 losing your sight over a cult leader isn’t worth it, boy.

Because I did one for mysme some time back. Spoilers for season 2 and images (not related to the spoilers) ahead, tread with care

Lucifer

First Impression: Jumin Han, but make him a demon

Season 1: *after the attempts on MC's life, and over all ambiguity of his feelings and thoughts on MC* proceed with caution

Season 2: *after Arcadia, Luci being a smug lil shit but such a sweet heart when MC returns to Devildom, the amnesia situation, and willingness to sacrifice himself for MC and his brothers* LUCI, LISTEN TO ME LOVE I WOULD DIE FOR YOU WITHOUT HESITATION BABE

Overall thoughts: listen, I tend to like subs but Luci bae you got me like 💋👀❤👀❤👀💋

Mammon

First Impression: He kinda reminds me of the guys that used to bully me when I was a kid

Season 1: *always protecting MC and caring for them, being basically attached to their hip* You're the only bitch in the house i ever respected.

Overall thoughts: *Asmo getting cheated out of screen time and MC's love by Solmare* where are my cuddles, where are my kisses? MC, is... evil? MC is unyielding? MC is incapable of love? I am running away. I am packing my rusack and going out to explore the world like a lone vagabond. I can no longer thrive in this house hold.

First Impression: kinda scarey... 😟

Season 1: *after the whole Luke situation* I think we're married? But I don't remember a wedding. We might have adopted Luke too, sooo...? I like him, tho, so it's all Gucci with me tbh A REALLY SWEET DEMON MAN

Season 2: Puppy! Gigantic puppy man! BEELzeBABE sweetie I love you, baby! You're doing amazing sweetheart

Overall thoughts: I've had Beel for two seasons now and if anything ever happened to him, I would kill everyone and then myself

First Impression: ❤👀 Hey there Miss New Booty 👀❤

Season 1: *after he kills MC and there's no development or elaboration on their relationship*

Season 2: (+ Devilgrams) Listen, everyone gets at least one homicidal psychopathic bad boy, and I've chosen him.

Overall thoughts: Hello, fellow gremlin should we duel to the death for title of "ultimate sarcastic bastard"

Diavolo

First Impression: *Looks down at Diavolo's chest and then quickly back at him* I am looking respectfully 👀👀👀 *internally though vvvv*

Season 1: He's cute, it's a shame we didn't see more of him 😔💔

Season 2: *towards the end, when Diavolo keeps trying to get MC alone* oooooooooh, bet? 😏

Overall thoughts: This man brings out the bottom in me like I have never experienced before

First Impression: I know we just met, and I know I hardly know anything about you but do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?

Season 1: Listen, you can't give me a man that insanely HOT and then only sprinkle him every here and there in the game!!! That's not right! Gimme the whole slice Solmare!

Season 2: Barbatos, mon cher, they continue to keep us apart, don't they love? But fret not, fate shall not keep us a part for long, I know you'll come for me and I promise I shall be ready for when that day comes

Overall thoughts: He knows how to bake and cook!? Sold, I'm sold! Get me a white dress and him a suit~

Solomon

First impression: He radiates pure bastatd energy, he just looks so pleased with himself... I feel like he's hiding something... I like him tho, I'd be his friend.

Season 1: *when the fandom theorized he was evil and shady* "STOP SAYING HE IS EVIL AND SHADY, you don't have all the facts!!!" and those are? "I LOVE HIM 🥺😭"

Season 2: *revealing he's been working hard to come up with a solution to MC's and the 3 realms problems, being protective of MC in Lesson 38* I KNEW IT, I KNEW YOU WEREN'T GOING TO BE EVIL 🥺😭☺️ THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE U ❤❤❤

Overall thoughts: I would die for u tbh

Simeon

First Impression: Oh dreamweaver~ 💕❤💗💘💓💖👌💍🥺😏😚

Season 1: oh holy shoulders give me strength for I know he is a forbidden man, but rather than give me strength you only seem to test my resilience to reach for the forbidden fruit and test my already crumbling sanity

Season 2: *Simeon alluding to feelings for MC with subtle actions and text messages* *high pitched shrieking only audible to dogs*

Overall thoughts: Have you ever seen a man so perfect you cry? Like, God, his beauty is unbelievable!!!

Luke

First impression: Yes, operator? I would like the custody of child forms... yeah, I'll hold 💅

Season 1: *when Luke is obviously still afraid and uncomfortable of being in Devildom, and any demon looks at him funny. Especially that one lesson when Lucifer tries to attack him in that catacombs looking place*

Season 2: *watching Luke get more comfortable and even miss Devildom, watching his relationship with Barbatos and Solomon develop* that's growth

Overall thoughts: *after Luke accepted being MC's guardian Angel*

Lilith

First Impression: I know she's supposed to be good... but what if she turns out to be like Rika??? I'm sorry but I can't go through this again, dude

During Season 1: *towards the end when Lilith reveals all the truth to MC* I AM SO SORRY FOR EVER DOUBTING U MAMA LILITH 😭😭😭 U DIDN'T DESERVE THAT I'M SO SORRY

Oh my gosh she would definitely refuse to acccept her and Saeyoung being similar. Because as much as they would get along in some aspects, she's also very hotheaded and sometimes Saeyoung would definitely remind her of one her coworkers (who i came up with like two weeks before i got into mysme, so when i saw how Seven was i was like :0)

Jeth-TEN is similar only to Saeyoung's mischievious/sadistic side; Jeth doesn't have some depressing backstory, and its not a mask (though that's not to say he cant be serious or that he's shallow... i think u get what i mean). Jeth is also a lot more... shark-like, if you will. That's how I like to describe his grin, at least; whilst with Saeyoung, I prefer "wolfish." Jeth is bit more intense and pushy with his antics, still a bit of a prankster but mostly just likes to mess with people verbally. He isn't Rigby's typical partner, but they pair up here and there and, well, he has a reputation.

As does she. A reputation at her agency for excelling. She also has a rep for being serious, because she is a bit more serious at her job. And, amongst the medical staff, a reputation for refusing treatment, but i'll touch on that later. She even dresses semi-formal whenever she goes in and isn't doing action-based field work or training. But its reminiscent of Suit Saeran's style; ya know, the chain? Formal suits (you'll never see her in a dress, skirt, or heels) with an edgy flare.

Her agency's primary goal is assisting those with powers. Her sector focuses more on the youth. Soemtimes, they have to remove the kid(s) from their home situation -- which can be for a few reasons, such as the family is abusive, or the child's power is too out of control -- and stay in the care center of the agency, where they are well taken care of and trained to control their powers and utilize them efficiently and safely.

Vasyl and Amara both went through this, and they both ended up under the care of Rigby's parents.

Rigby is, as Hughes, another coworker, likes to call her, a "jack of all trades." She hates that term, but it's kinda true. When she was young, her parents weren't only training her to control her powers, but they also taught her the basics for pretty much everything they knew, and then at a certain age, she was allowed to pick a few favourites, which they then focused more on, although they still gave occasional lessons on other skills (such as dancing, but there's no way in hell she's ever telling anyone that she knows how to dance lmao). They wanted her to have a lot of options when she got older.

Hacking/info gathering, general investigation (which is when she gets paired with Jeth), infiltration (including undercover), rescue, and when needed, trainer. Her main/"official" ones tho are the hacking and rescue.

Also, hardly anyone uses their real names there. She smushed her last name to get "Nova."

Hdbdhsvsj the dynamic between Vasyl and Rigby is adorable, but i also love the dynamic between Jeth and Nova. Like- look at this:

"A gut feeling, huh? Are you sure it's not just the tacos?"

"I don't eat tacos."

Jeth gasped loudly, as thought she had offended some revered figure. "You've never had a taco?" he exclaimed.

"I've had a couple. But I don't like them." She parked the car along the curb.

"You're insane! How can you not like tacos?"

"How can you not like ice cream?"

"Ice cream is f--king disgusting."

"Oh, my days." Nova unbuckled and opened the door. "I- I refuse to hear such blasphemy."

Also, insults:

She shook her head. "Are you sure you weren't dropped as a baby?"

He opened his mouth, but Nova continued.

"Oh, wait, we already established that when you decided mixing strawberries and barbecue sauce was the best thing ever."

He grinned. "You should try it~. It's delicious!"

"Not for a million USD." They stopped before a door. "Something definitely went wrong during the development of your tastebuds. And your brain."

"Agent Nova, why must you be so cruel?"

"Because your presence is a truth serum."

I live for banter tbh lmao.

Oh, and about her brother. She does her best to make sure he doesnt adopt that self-sacrificing behaviour -- call her a hypocrite; she's well aware. Alfhough, she's only that way with certain people, but still.

I am thriving on this banter. It's made me laugh so hard. It's about the chaos all the time. I think that's kind of hilarious that you struck gold and then found that another game struck gold. You can't go in the wrong direction when it comes to some wild cat.

These are just screaming what we all want in a friendship. Someone to call you out and bop you on the head for being a little shit. It's simply as it should be. Just a little something about chaos mixed in with the rationality can be really fun to play around with. You said tacos. Now you gotta sing the Jaehee Spicy Taco song.

I do love a woman with a flare for style and that's WHAT WE'RE THRIVING ON. I would like to be her friend the more that I learn about her and her universe, NGL.

It's good that the two of them have a sibling relationship where they can be honest with each other about this sort of thing and have a good laugh about it... or a playful shove to the shoulder as a reminder to lighten up and work on how hard and intense one is. It's good to want to care about your family but always remember that you can put yourself first sometimes! Easier said than it is done... that girl is asking for trouble but she's thriving. My condolences to her brother who deals with that daily.

As a reminder/clarification for people who were waiting for the inbox to be open/a heads-up for new people who may be interested in sending something in:

I do headcanon/imagine type scenarios, as well as matchups, for Obey Me!, The Arcana, and Mystic Messenger!

You can send in as many asks as you want to clarify/describe your request, all I ask is you a) number them in order, and b) use some kind of marker so that I know they all belong together.

If you want your request answered privately or anonymously, let me know and I’ll answer it privately (if you’re off anon) or make a post omitting your username.

I get a lot of matchup requests, so I’ll add this: I pair you with a character based solely on 3 things: what you tell me about yourself, the information I know from canon, and my personal headcanons about the characters. I only know what you choose to tell me, and what I’ve seen in canon. If I contradict canon by mistake, I apologize.

(If I do it on purpose, it’s usually because I think canon is stupid, or bc I think having a whole dating sim turn out to be Star Wars level incest is fucking ridiculous SOLMARE WHY DID YOU THINK THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA-)

Since all the fandoms I currently write for are dating sims, I’ll also point out that I only pull from the canon potential love interests for matchups. For headcanons and the like I don’t mind writing them occasionally, but in a lot of cases with them I’m not too sure of their personalities and how to go about writing them, so I don’t know how to match them very well either.

(This means for Obey Me! I only do matchups with the seven brothers, the Arcana it’s the main six, and mysme is Seven, Jaehee, Jumin, Yoosung, Zen, V, and Saeran.)

Hello, I recently started following you and I apologize if this was already asked. But in all honesty did you like V's after ending? I regret so much playing it, I feel like it tainted the whole game to me. Plot wise after story was ok for me, but I hate how we are forced to forgive Rika and her actions.

I was mostly disappointed tbh. Now mind you, this is completely 100% my personal opinion, so if you enjoyed his after end and disagree with me, that’s valid. To each their own.

My opinions under the cut since it is going to be a little long.

What I liked:

I’ll go over the parts I did like first. I did like the moment with 707 and Vanderwood, was happy that Saeran was alive and the CGs were really pretty.

What I disliked:

1) Lack of Nuance

I sort of expected them to try to redeem Rika, but I did not expect it to be executed like that. The judge ending was incredibly condescending, and I hate how the options had no balance and were either “Rika was mentally ill. She did nothing wrong UwU” or “Rika needs to be burnt by a thousand suns and receive the death penalty”. It’s much more nuanced than that, and Cheritz seems so quick to dismiss the feelings of Yoosung, Saeyong and Jumin for not forgiving her immediately. Look, I understand Rika is mentally unstable and was raised under terrible circumstances, but letting her get off without any consequences considering the harm she’s done just because she had some encounter with God doesn’t make sense. That law does not work that way, and mind you, it’s not like I want a Rika torture porn (Like Cheritz would categories us), But she at least should be sent to a psychiatric ward/ Rehabilitation center under court law, and maybe in there, she might turn over a new leaf. It essentially boils down to “cool motive, still murder”

2) Glaring Plot holes

Now I’m not going to act like the plot of Mysme didn’t have plot holes from the start and fictional stuff like Zen’s psychic dreams, but some of them were really apparent in V’s after end. I’m relieved that saeran is alive, but how the heck did V even find him on time and ship him to Alaska? Mind you, at the time Ray blew up Mint Eye, V had not only been drugged but stabbed.

And as Rika calling out the Prime Minister is framed as a redemption arc, I honestly doubt that it would actually do anything. An easy rebuttal is that Rika has already been televised by the media to be 1) Mentally unstable, 2) a leader of a frickin cult 3) a manipulator, so i doubt Rika’s little TED talk would have convinced the public to impeach the PM. Mysme had plot inaccuracies from the get go (the whole timeline is kind of wonky) but the after end just magnified it by 10x.

Also Rika’s character in general? In the another story routes, even when you try to be understanding to her, she mocks you for trying to woobify her, telling you coldly that “she is not some sad girl to be saved” and seems to be aware of the harm her actions do, but does them anyway. And her saying she wanted to be a mother to Saeran, but in his route, it’s obvious she never liked him and saw him as second best compared to Saeyong, and thus treated him like absolute shit and destroying his self esteem. It seems Cheritz just changes Rika’s personality just to fit the plot

3) V’s Screen time

And not to mention how little V was in his own after end. I’m not made Rika is in it, since Rika is part of V’s backstory, like how they would not exclude Saeran from Saeyong’s after end/secret endings, but it is so weird how Rika essentially hijacked his after end. There was so many things to give closure for V’s route, such as repairing the trust between V and the RFA members from holding secrets, and possibly developing V and MC’s relationship (Given it wasn’t developed much in his own route) Halfway through, I almost thought it was Rika’s DLC.

4) It’s all due to mental illness!

Now, I’ve played a fair deal of otome/VN, and most of the time, Mental illness is not portrayed accurately or is used as a trope. I’m not looking at Cheritz for a webMD definition of mental illness, and that’s how I wasn’t super mad over the portrayal of BPD in Ray;s route. I’m sort of used to wonky interpretations of mental illnesses, but wow the “Mental illness was completely to blame” stance just grinds my gears. Rika’s actions included things such as starting a cult, brainwashing a child, and stabbing people. Saying that “She couldn’t help to do those things because of her mental illness” portrays people with mental illnesses as a ticking time bomb, that they are inherently dangerous as they can do such abhorrent things out of their control. There are many posts talking about this in depth, so I’ll just end this here. Tldr: I enjoyed bits of the after end, but overall I was just disappointed. Instead of being satisfied, I just felt more empty and confused.

For MysMe, it’s probably Yoosung. I truly love and adore V but I was surprised that I found it a little easier and more comfortable to write Yoosung. When I first decided to write for the fandom, I expected to write more about V tbh haha. But here I am with more fics for Yoosungie. 💚

Also, from an old fandom, I always loved writing APH Spain. It comes with being able to roleplay fem!Spain so I adored writing their characters and if I probably had more patience back then to learn so much more about the country, its history and culture, I may have written more about the character. \o I have so many feelings for angsty Spain/Portugal stories and Spain/Austria romance friggin’ fight me.;;

9. What, if anything, do you do for inspiration?

I can’t say there’s just one thing because this can be anything? Although listening to music really does help let the motivation and inspiration flow in and I watch tv shows or movies to gather possible ideas. I have a Zen/MC fic idea that involves g h o s t s sort of haha because of certain movie plots I’ve seen/read about. I look at artworks, too! They help a LOT. 💕

I believe in the power of ‘24/7 lofi hip hop radio - beats to relax/study to’.

23. Any obscure life experiences that you feel have helped your writing?

Ahhh, I don’t think so. I’m more like ‘observe other people’s life experiences’ and I think that actually helps me instead lol. I don’t have a lot of exciting things happening to me tbvh. ):

25. Copy/paste a few sentences or a short paragraph that you’re particularly proud of

I was wondering if I should have taken an excerpt from an old fandom or something but decided against it. I’m still too into MysMe haha. Idk I liked this:

“So today, with the soft drumbeats of the rain overhead, you watched as Saeran continued to rest. You woke up first and realized once more that it would be extremely against your mind and your heart to leave him alone, simply because you could not get enough of him. Your index finger gently traced the outline of his cheek, carefully moving down to his chin where you gave a couple of taps, making sure he was still sound asleep. The moment reminded you of the first time you two managed to talk like this in bed, wrapped in a tangled mess of soft blankets and fighting for who gets the softest pillow for the night. Saeran gave you the pillow and told you that if there was ever anything you’d need, anything you’d want, you should feel free to say so and he’ll provide it. He always did that: making a fun situation turn sweet without you even noticing it immediately. Saeran was too smooth for you but he never noticed it himself. He praised you then and reminded you that sometimes, you can be selfish, too, be it for things, for people, for him…

So it made you wonder why, up until now, did Saeran not apply that to himself?”

But then Connor signs your cast and he’s pouting

Waving Through A Window —gets goosebumps when everybody steps up on stage and backs you up

Connor…killed himself?

Oh my God he’s already crying

For Forever —he’s biting his lip because the way you sang about your friendship is beautiful and he’s really touched and sad okay

You can bet he’ll take you out on that perfect day after the musical

Sincerely, Me is waaaay better and he finds himself laughing and even blushing when the guy playing Connor acts out what Jared is typing

If I Could Tell Her —your eyes slide to his in the middle of the song and he’s blushing because he knows you’re thinking of him when you’re singing it

When you kiss Zoe though, he has to remind himself that it’s only a musical ;A;

He knows you only have eyes for him though ❤️

Disappear — why is Connor touching you?? the lyrics are beautiful though and Yoosung finds himself smiling when your character proposes the Connor Project

And then Zoe kisses you and yandere Yoosung comes out

He feels sad when you and Jared fight though; he knows Jared considered you a real friend despite saying you were only “family friends”

And then Evan’s mom is at the Murphy’s and he’s frozen, dreading the scene that about the unfold

Good for You —he’s scared of Mrs Hansen now ;;; and he’s shocked when your character talks back to his mom

Your harmony is so cool though and he can’t tear his eyes away

Words Fail —nooooo Yoosung is crying so hard

He’s biting his lip but the RFA members next to him can hear him sniffling

He will give you a huge hug after the show ;A;

And tbh he’ll probably want a hug too ;A;

So Big/So Small —he misses his mom now

And he’s crying even harder because he sees his mother in Heidi

That no matter how much he screws up, she will be there for him

She only wants the best for him and he promises to call her after the show

He’s still teary-eyed as the show comes to an end but he’s the first on his feet, clapping and cheering for you and wiping his tears away, grinning

He’s so proud of you and he loves the musical so much

Backstage, he will give you the big hug mentioned above, making sure to hold you longer than usual so Zoe and Connor would know you’re his

And he will give you a bouquet with a cute teddy bear, gushing over how good you were that you made him cry a lot

Would probably ask you to sing to him when you guys are home, he loves listening to your voice and he really likes the lyrics of the songs

He makes it a point to call his mom more and makes sure his parents know he loves them

Zen

He’s so excited to see you up on stage

He hasn’t seen or heard anything about the musical yet so he’s really excited to see what’s going to happen

You nail the mannerisms and habits of the character so much that he leans forward in his seat and watches your every move

He’s actually learning from you

Waving Through A Window — he is hooked. You sing so well and with so much emotion

The smooth transition from your natural voice to your falsetto turns him on so much makes him puff out his chest with pride

That’s his MC up there

Sincerely, Me —he’s laughing at how adorable you are and he really hates himself for not auditioning for Connor

“…the only man that I love is my dad!”

That’s not what you were saying last night ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

For Forever —your voice is beautiful and he just wants to listen to it for forever

If I Could Tell Her —he loves this song; you play the part of the guy who’s telling his crush how he feels but not letting her know it’s really him speaking really well

He’s not worried about Zoe at all, because he already knows you love him

Connor is another story ;;;

Because look at the guy playing Connor’s ripped body okay Zen is a little threatened

Disappear —yep, he’s so angry at himself for not being Connor

You Will Be Found —he’s so amazed and proud of you; he thought that last line that you sang, so soft and heartfelt after the crescendo of the cast was amazing that he felt shivers go down his spine

You are that good

Words Fail — His words have failed him. He wants nothing more than to run to you and hold you tight and promise you that everything will be okay. He’s so immersed in your performance and when you start crying —oh man, Zenny’s crying too

So Big/ So Small —Oh man, he’s crying even more because he’s wishing his mom was like Heidi; someone who didn’t resent him for having good looks and being interested in performing

“And I knew there would be moments I’d miss, And I knew there would be space I couldn’t fill, And I knew I’d come up short in a billion different ways, And I did, And I do, And I will.” —these words will stay with him

Because his family thought he was a failure for not “being successful” like his brother and for pursuing something that’s not “normal” or considered a “good job” by his family

And he feels like he let them down somehow but Zen still pursued his dream regardless; he’s not perfect and he knows he’ll disappoint his family one way or another but he also hopes they see what he’s achieved and one day be proud of him instead

He loves the ending though and he’s so proud of you

He’s cheering and whistling and he rushes backstage and pulls you into his arms

“Babe! That was amazing!”

He is your number 1 fan and he makes sure to post a selfie with you right after the show

“Giving my MC some much needed love after his breathtaking performance! Everybody check out Dear Evan Hansen and support my love~!”

He really wishes he could have been your Connor but he’ll memorize Connor’s parts nonetheless and will sing it with you at home

Late that night at home, you wake up and realize Zen’s not in bed

You tiptoe to the door and hear him tapping his foot impatiently on the floor

And then you hear his voice

“Hey mom…sorry, I know it’s late. Hm? Oh, yeah, I’m okay. No I just wanted to call and check if everyone’s alright…Yes, I’m fine…Yes, I’m still doing musicals…Oh? He said that?…When are you guys free then? I’ll book you the best seats in the house!”

You go back to bed grinning, happy for your man

Bonus: For your anniversary, he sings his own version of If I Could Tell Her with lyrics meant specifically for you

Jumin

He’s confused as to why you keep fiddling with the end of your shirt or act all awkward

But then he understands that Evan Hansen has anxiety and he watches with rapt attention at everything you do, making mental notes and learning about your character as much as he could through your actions

Anybody Have A Map? —wow, being a parent must be so hard. Makes a mental note to read up about parenthood because he wishes to have a family with you someday

Waving Through A Window —he’s so focused on you that he doesn’t even hear Saeyoung and Yoosung whispering about how good you are

But he understands how it feels like to be alone and to have no one truly understand you

That is, until you came into his life

For Forever —he vows to give you loads of perfect days to sing about

Of course, he doesn’t wish to just be “buddies” with you

But he doesn’t really approve lying about being friends with that Connor boy when your characters were obviously not friends

Sincerely, Me —creating fake emails about your relationship? He’s not sure supports what your character is doing

But for your sake he tries to be understanding and watches quietly, smiling at the friendship you and Jared seemed to have

If I Could Tell Her —he’s smiling to himself at how goofy and awkward your character is; honestly, he thinks you can be awkward like Evan, especially when he goes sweet on you and you become flustered

You Will Be Found —he truly thinks that what you’re doing for Connor is wonderful but Jumin knows things built on lies don’t last forever

He admires your voice though and he closes his eyes unconsciously sometimes, wanting to focus on your voice, the emotions behind your words

He wants your voice and only your voice filling his mind

To Break in a Glove —his heart melts at the song because it reminds him of his relationship with his father

Jumin really values family and he’s sad that your character doesn’t have a father figure but he’s glad you were given an opportunity to bond with Connor’s dad as though he was your own father

Makes a note to ask Assistant Kang to schedule a dinner with his father

“You do the hard thing ‘cause that’s the right thing.” —he already knows this is a foreshadowing ;;;

He’s afraid of the ending now; he doesn’t want everything to come crashing down on you

Only Us —a romantic song between you and the female lead? Lol he’s just chill because he knows you’re not interested in her romantically

Ah, your mother gets invited to dinner with the Murphy’s…this will not end well ;;;

He winces during Good for You

He doesn’t like family fighting and he feels bad for your character but he also sees things from the mother’s perspective

And then the Murphys find out you had lied to them ;;;

Words Fail —he sucks in his breath and he’s blown away by the raw emotion you’re showing on stage

He’s crying inside

This man loves you so much and he would never do anything to hurt you precisely because he doesn’t want to see you get hurt

But now you’re showing him how you would sound —how you would look with tears streaming down your face as you sing

His heart is breaking

So Big/So Small —he’s smiling now because he’s happy at the mother’s reaction

He’s a firm believer that at the end, your family is the one who will truly support you and love you and accept you; they are the people you can lean on and who will love you unconditionally

He can’t wait until you two start a family together

He’s happy with how the play ends; Zoe forgiving you and you moving on, trying to get to know Connor in your own way

He goes backstage to congratulate your wonderful performance when he sees the actor playing Connor is congratulating you

Big mistake

Jumin strides over to you, bouquet in hand

“MC.”

You turn to him and your eyes go wide when he pulls you to him and kisses you in front of the actor

Lol Jumin please calm down ;;;

Juju she’s into women ;;;

MC he’s not listening hahaha

He finally pulls away and hands you a large bouquet of red roses, lolol they are the same color as your face

“The show was truly beautiful and I’m very proud to have you as my partner, MC.”

He would try his best to watch your shows because he absolutely loves watching you do what you love

Saeyoung

Note: This happens after the whole Mint Eye so Saeran is with him in the audience.

Dear Evan Hansen, huh?

A lot of people have been saying Zen should play Connor on Tripter so Saeyoung has heard about the musical a little

When the curtains open to reveal you sitting on the bed he’s clapping and cheering the loudest

“We’re family friends.” He’s laughing so hard in his seat

It’s a good thing you reserved the balcony for him and the RFA ;;;;

Waving Through a Window —he’s quiet because he can actually relate to the song and your character

He’s a secret agent so he doesn’t have any lasting relationships apart from the RFA, Saeran, Mary Vanderwood the 3rd and of course, you

“When you’re falling in a forest and there’s nobody around. Do you ever really crash, or even make a sound? Did I even make a sound? It’s like I never made a sound. Will I ever make a sound?” —this line really gets to him because he doesn’t “exist” in this world

So if he disappears…will anyone even know?

But he looks at you singing your heart out on the stage and he smiles, glad that you chose to love him

For Forever —uh oh. Did your character just lie? Oh boy, he already knows where this is heading ;;;

He loves the imagery of For Forever though and his eyes slide to Saeran, who’s sitting beside him and he can’t help but wish he could have that perfect day with his brother as well

He cracks up during Sincerely, Me though

Makes a mental note to look for Zoe’s costume so he can wear it at home~

Disappear —Saeran could swear he saw tears in his brother’s eyes but Saeyoung’s gaze never leaves you

And when you turn to him during the song, he bites his lip so hard that he tasted blood, to keep himself from crying

But when the Connor Project is mentioned he clears his throat and hastily wipes away his tears

You Will Be Found —he thinks you sang it perfectly and he’s up on his feet the moment it ends, clapping and cheering

He disappears the moment the lights come on though but Saeran tells the rest of the members not to worry; he has an idea where his brother is and he knows Saeyoung just needs to be alone

He returns just as the lights are dimming for Act II and he’s fine for a while

Until Momma Hansen comes into the picture

Uh-oh

He’s cringing because he knows the consequences of lies and he cringes even more when he sees your character flustering on stage during the dinner with the Murphys and your mom

Good For You —whoa there, Momma Hansen is getting riled up and he’s honestly scared for you ;;;

Words Fail — …oh my God. He’s speechless. He wants to run to you so bad Saeran scrambled to pull him back when he stood up and started climbing the railing

He hates seeing you sad and the sight of you singing there, the anguish laced in your voice —Saeyoung is heartbroken

So Big/So Small —the twins are crying

They’re not even hiding it anymore, their friends know their story

The rest of the members give them a group hug, yes even Jumin, because these boys have been through a lot and they had the roughest childhood with no one to support them —no one was even allowed to know they exist; it’s worse because their mother was the one making them suffer

His eyes are puffy at the Finale but he’s happy that Zoe forgives Evan and he’s screaming your name during the curtain call, clapping loudly

He nervously meets you backstage and you notice his red rimmed eyes and you smile at him

He knows the poster is of you in a cast so he hands you his gift: a robot cat with a cast on its leg —and Saeyoung’s name on the cast

At home you’ll hear him humming the songs to himself sometimes, and when you come back from shows (and he doesn’t realize you’re home yet) you hear the songs blasting through the speakers and he’s singing along with it

I couldn’t do V’s because I haven’t played his route and I saw some photos of his mom floating around tumblr somewhere so my interpretation might be inaccurate ;A; Sorry! 😔

Mystic Messenger scenario (SFW)

{{ six months of inactivity followed by a mysme post? me in a nutshell. }}

RFA (main five) x gentlemanly fem!S/O.

Yoosung

It takes him a while to notice, tbh.

Even though he’s obsessed with being the ‘guy’ in the relationship.

You remind him of shoujo manga love interests but he can’t put his finger on why.

You often give him compliments and offer to help him carry things, but it’s not until he’s gushing to his guildmates about what a sweetheart you are that someone questions who wears the pants in the relationship. He’s so shocked that he calls you on the spot to ask if you were making fun of him.

He was worried he wasn’t manly enough for you, but once you assure him your gender has nothing to do with courtesy (and that he’s plenty masculine), he becomes even more enamoured. No amount of teasing can get him off cloud nine.

It’s super cute that you buy each other flowers. Sometimes you even get the same type!

If you help get rid of cockroaches, he’ll love you for forever and a day.

Zen / Hyun

Zen’s all about being a gentleman, so after one of his theatre practices, he’s surprised to see you beat him to the door and hold it open for him.

- “Babe, that’s supposed to be my job!” - “Too late,” you shrug and wiggle the door a bit, teasingly adding, “Come on, don’t keep a lady waiting.”

When you make it to the transportation home, he makes sure to give up his seat for you and smiles when you accept. He lowkey feels his masculinity was compromised but he quickly gets over himself once he realises you were just being polite. Your mannerisms take a little getting used to but he grows to like them.

A friendly rivalry soon develops: Zen will volunteer his arm to help you past a puddle, you’ll kiss his knuckles in thanks, etc etc. It’s not a contest of one-upmanship so much as a demonstration of how much you care for one another.

...But sometimes it does get a little competitive lololol.

The rest of the RFA act exasperated with your shenanigans but agree that you’re perfect for each other.

Jaehee

It starts with little things, like you giving her foot rubs after a long day or making her coffee when you know she’s running low on energy. She’s very thankful for those gestures but it’s not until later that the extent of her appreciation hits:

One night when she’s doing a research project late, you offer to drive her to C&R in the morning so she can squeeze in a nap before work and still get to the office in time. She initially turns you down, but you insist it’s for her own well-being, so she agrees to some shuteye. You show up later with breakfast in hand and she can’t resist kissing you on the cheek.

Then you help her put on her blazer.

Blushing faintly, she gives her thanks and follows you to your car. She doesn’t know how to bring up your gentlewoman-ness but she’s flattered by it.

The evening of your first fancy dinner together, she practically weeps with gratitude when you tell her you’d already handled the reservations. Her job means she’s gotten used to sorting out such things so it’s heartwarming to have you think ahead like that.

She truly feels like a princess.

Jumin

It’s a little harder to be gentlemanly towards Jumin since he arranges all meals, takes charge in social settings and is so rich there’s little you can treat him to. That’s why you decide to give him an experience.

On his next day off, you propose you take him out on a date. You know he likes the grape farm so you invite him to a famous park with equally gorgeous scenery.

After a while the pair of you stop at the peak of a hill to enjoy the view. He chuckles when you open your picnic basket and withdraw a bottle of wine and two glasses.

That’s when the sky splits open with heavy rain.

Thankfully there’s cover nearby, but by the time you reach it, Jumin’s shirt is half-soaked and partially see-through. You’d avoided that fate since you were wearing two layers, so you shed your coat and offer it to him. He thinks you’re joking at first and only puts it on to humour you, but you smile with such contentment that he can’t bring himself to take it back off.

He lets you buy an umbrella from the on-site store and hold it on the way out of the park. He wasn’t carrying change small enough to purchase it himself calls Driver Kim afterwards, but you’re satisfied with what you accomplished.

707 / Luciel

The two of you are wrapping up a dinner date and the waiter comes over to ask if you want to be charged together or separately. Just as Seven starts reaching for his wallet, you whip out your card and tell the server you’re paying for everything. Seven blinks owlishly but you smile, unfazed;

"Tonight’s on me.”

He whines that you’re trying to show him up, which warrants a giggle.

It’s starting to get dark so you and Seven leave the restaurant and call it a day. Conversation flows effortlessly between you as you start heading home, but you’re halfway to Seven’s house when he stops and points out that you’re taking the ‘wrong’ turn.

When you tell him you were walking him home, he shakes his head and steers you down the path towards your place, saying something about how you’re too cool for him. He appreciates the thought but wants to see you get home safely.

One time when you’re at his house, a box of Honey Buddha falls off his desk with a bang and he jokingly yelps and leaps towards you. Imagine his surprise when you actually hold him close and try to shield him from the supposed danger! He’s slack-jawed and staring at you with so much silent awe that you think he’s crashed.
