Tools Needed:

🌱 Blue Candle

🌱 Spearmint Oil

🌱 Your Favorite Shampoo

To put an ex-lover behind you once and for all, do this spell first thing in the morning, when you get ready to take your shower. Light the candle and say:

It is time to heal, it is time to mend, it is time to move on.

Add a few drops of the spearmint oil into your shampoo, and swirl it in a clockwise direction to blend it. Get in the shower, with the water as warm as you like, and wash your hair. As you scrub your hair and scalp with the shampoo, say:

I have healed, I have mended, I have moved on. You no longer haunt my heart and soul, as I have washed you away.

Rinse the shampoo, watch it go down the drain, and move on with your life.
