The 212th batallion was taking cover on the battlefield, it looked good for them.

Cody was next to his general, Obi Wan Kenobi, shooting the enemy droids, Obi Wan reflecting light bolts from them.

Everything works out perfectly fine until Obi Wan gets shot down.

Cody sees everything in slow motion, shooting the enemy down that shot Obi Wan and rushing over to him.

Cody asked for medical help and Obi Wan gets taken to the medic.

Cody is worried to death, but he needs to do his job and take the lead in this battle.

After the battle Cody sneaks into the medical tent, sitting next to Obi Wan, waiting for him to wake up.

When Kenobi wakes up a couple of hours later, Cody sits next to him, holding his hand. When he noticed that Kenobi is awake, Cody's smiles softly down at him.

"Hey, my dear, how do you feel" Cody says in a soft voice.

Obi Wan smiles, when he sees his lover.

"Hi, I'm in pain, but I'll survive." Kenobi says, his voice is still a bit groggy from being unconscious and only waking up a minute ago.

Cody feels sorry for his boyfriend, knowing the pain he has and he caresses Kenobis cheek. Obi Wan leans into his touch and asks: "how long was I out for?"

Cody thinks for a moment before answering: "for around three hours, but you shouldn't worry about that. Rather worry about getting rest, so the wound can heal faster."

"Don't worry, beautiful. I'll heal just fine and I'm gonna be back on the battlefield in no time." Obi Wan says.

Cody kisses his knuckles and chuckled slightly at Obi Wans optimism.

Obi Wan smiles, "now I want a real kiss" he says, giving Cody puppy eyes.

Cody chuckles again, leaning down and kissing Obi Wan, the kiss is passionate Kenobi pulls his boyfriend closer to him.

"Now rest, my love. You'll need some sleep." Cody says softly and Obi Wan falls asleep shortly after.

I do see the setup and it is to eliminate the rest of them and hit thiere bases, and I requested the way out of it and he said don't let the morlok get you and laughed hartily. So I can frankly see what he's saying it's impossible but the empire wants you to do a job for them and I have been refusing. I know what it takes and I certainly don't have that. Here's a severe cut on his head and we have not seen sand with that and we don't know who it is it looks at these Star wars history and couldn't figure it out so I asked James Hartman, and I probably gave him the the title formally star wars historian. He looked at me confused and says why am I the historian of Star wars because you care and are very into it he said I can't accept this, that's why I even said he didn't know enough he said he can find stuff out and he said good. Since vader who's this one in the same one as the other one is that character a real soon after if it's mac because it's not fully healed at all, and I mean very soon after and that means the starter came first which means it makes sense because he would be trying to stop bja or huk. So this kind of displays worth it gold or wait in gold. And he said that last paragraph and we're both smiling we said we need to know who that is.... And I said desperately but now that we've got to that possible conclusion and need to write down like a timeline you're almost burned in the starkiller incident I mean she may have tampered with it to cause a malfunction and shut down or other and you may would try and burn him. So we went to work on the mystery and so far it's been well worth it and James did what you said put it in a series and put the identity on there then he said we can do that too wars and see why and put some old ones. We set it up and it all looks really cool and it's done well and since the timeline and we have scribes writing the history down so we do ones that have happened.

I bought The Lightning Thief at my school's last book fair back in like... 5th grade around 2006. Never opened it. Never read it, but saw the movies in 7th and 8th grade. I thought they were cool, from the effects and stuff but never really go into it.

Fast forward to July 2022, and I find this guy doing YouTibe shorts on mythology and his channel did hilarious break-downs of all rhe inconsistencies in the movies. So, a week later, I'm scrolling through Audible to find something to listen to during my hour long drive to work after finishing the 2017 Thrawn novel, and I find Percy Jackson in my suggestions. I had some book credits saved up so I start The Lightning Thief....

It is now nearly October 2022 and I am about to start the last Trials of Apollo book. The only other series I have ever felt this enthralled by have either been Young Justice cartoon and Star Wars: The Clone Wars!! I love these characters! I love these stories! I am 26 years old and can't wait to see 12 year olds nearly die taking on demon chicken math teachers when the new show starts in 2023/4!!

So I was talking about Star Wars (Yes, again) but as we were talking I was they brought up how all the villains we end up having empathy for don't die before getting some kind of redemption arc. Not just in star wars but in general which is true if you think about it

but I digress

They brought up a character we saw a good amount in the clone wars that I hadn't really thought about.

He was actually one of my favorite characters and they brought up the fact that he was one of the few people that we see that moved on from the republic navy to the imperial one and they brought up the question of why he stayed.

Like i know he stayed on with the navy and they changed over to the ISB later one before dying in the Death Star but my main thing is why did he stay on for so long?

Like he was a pretty moral person from what I can remember and he didn't come off as the type to want power or play in the dynamics that make up most of the fleet in the empire.

It just seems to me that out of the people who would have made the transfer he should have been one of the last ones to do so. Especially after seeing what the empire did to many peaceful worlds who had anything they needed.

So that makes me wonder why did he stay after rhe change? What compelled a person like him to serve the empire at for as long as he did??

Random thought I know but still I am curious about it....

Forget Disney, I’m making my own Star Wars canon. The ST is just a horrible remake of the OT, but the novels with the Solo/Skywalker kids, Mara Jade & the Yuuzhan Vong were legit. So was KOTOR. I also think Han’s backstory in Legends was better than Solo. But I also like Disney stuff like RO, Rebels, JFO, & The Mandalorian. I love the special editions of TESB & ROTJ but I prefer the original ANH over the other one. I’ll just make my own timeline including all the things I like, ignore the rest.

cancelling the EU was their biggest mistake and its been downhill since. Rogue One and Mando are the only live-action canon SW content to me. Thankfully, the EU is never cancelled in the heart. 💓 Disney can die mad about it.

So. I wanted to try and draw a Mikkian and decided that I don’t want to draw one again (damn those head-tendrils). Then I went on to doodle the Nautolan, because reasons.

Suddenly I started to think of hybrids (whether they are plausible or not is up to debate) and the Togruta/Nautolan happened. Pretty fun trying to make it work (@constellation-cat I’m gonna think of ‘em as “Swamp monster” thanks to you haha). Then I decided on the wonderful (not) idea to try and mix Mikkian and Nautolan. The result ended up looking cuter than intended, but… mission accomplished regardless? The head-tendrils were still a pain in the arse to draw.
