I went to see the new Batman movie today and I am very excited. I’m gonna just bullet point stuff down below, so go forward with caution.
Potential spoilers ahead, you have been warned
Holy mother of Maple the suit is accurate???? Like, not necessarily comic book accurate, but to the real world. You can see the break lines where cowl turns to cape, turns to suit, turns to boots!!!
That beginning monologue was kinda funny. Like, it obviously wasn’t mean to be, but it was just angsty enough to toe the line, and it made me snicker a little.
Speaking of, there were little moments all through out that were just… so ignored, that it’s obviously a common enough occurrence, but it was just a little funny.
I know I’m not the first to say this, but holy moley, this Bruce Wayne would realistically be willing and able to take in children, and he’d actually cope on a level that previous incarnations of the character wouldn’t have.
The route the writers took with Martha Wayne’s family being the Arkhams, rather than the Kanes, may cause issues with bringing in Kate and Bette to the family (should they choose to bring them into the story) but, ultimately, if Arkham Asylum is still run by the family, it gives Bruce a potential connection to pretty much all of the rogues, but most prominently Harley Quinn and Scarecrow.
They managed to make the Riddler a problem. Like, this may just be the type of exposure I’ve had to the Riddler, but he’s always had this goofy, eccentric feel to him (not a bad thing!!!). This wasn’t that. You could see exactly why Riddler would be a flipping problem if he ever broke out of Arkham. The problem is it didn’t feel like just the Riddler, it felt like a combination, but dang it if I know who the other person/people are!
Carmine Falcone. Carmine Falcone was the slimiest damn person on screen at any given point in time, and it was beautifully done.
The Penguin, holy cripes, the performance was so good, and he was sassy and angry and hahaaaaa- It was a very nice performance.
I could go for daaaays about Selina Kyle. She was funny, she was sassy, she didn’t take any of Bruce’s bullshit, and when the opportunity came up? She had to be held back from murdering the heck out of Falcone!
Selina and Bruce had the vibe of ‘this will be the recurring love interest that will maintain a love-hate relationship with the audience because she and Bruce are just never going to get together in any way that she would stay in Gotham long term.
If (and it is, at this point, a big if) the Robins/Batgirls/Batkids are going to be a thing, then come Jason’s death, Bruce is gonna be a heckling disaster. Like, Tim Drake will become a necessary continuation of that story line, if they wanna keep Batman around. And then, Jason comes back a few years later (and I have theories for how they could fill in some of the gaps) and turns around and goes “why the fuck wouldn’t you kill the Joker?! Did you not love me enough???” And everyone would lose it.
Selina would make Red Robin jokes. Tim would snap that “it’s not my fault, I was kinda in a rush!” And Selina would turn to Dick and go, “Yeah, we need to talk about that” and Dick, who’s already gotten it from Alfred, Jason, Steph, Cass, Commissioner Gordon (which, how the fuck??), Babs, any one who has any way of finding out has had a go at him for it, just groans and goes, “yup, sure Selina, whenever you want.”
Wayne Manor (which I think got turned into an orphanage?) has the potential to become the biggest running gag, whether it’s just among the kids, or it’s Gothamites in general. Like “hey, what happened to the old Gotham orphanage? Like, after the Riddler, what did the family do with it?” “Oh, it’s still an orphanage.” “But how? I thought the Wayne family lived there.” “Exactly.”
Bruce: you’re not my father, Alfred
Me, in the middle of the theatre: Bitch, he helped raise you, shut the fuck up.
The Batmobile was so cool!! This tires could be jacked by a starved eleven-twelve year old boy.
It most definitely has an intimidation button. Any one who Bruce let’s into the car just begs to press the button. The answer is always no. They press it anyway. Yes, even if the person is well into their twenties.
There are more, but they lean into where I want them to take the series, rather than things I noticed and thought were cool (or things I think would happen that have no plot relevance)

batfam au |  to kill a bird headcanon
after jason's death when bruce goes off the rails, he doesn’t accept from dick or alfred, who both come back to help. tim still comes to wayne manor but he’s not accepted as robin. he makes a presence for himself in the cave though, getting along with dick, alfred, and ace and instant-messaging babs. bruce likes him as well as a grieving man can and trains him a little in boxing and medicine just because he asks. bruce eventually dies in an explosion set by scarecrow in cape carmine. joker goes catatonic soon after (actually canon). dick becomes batman and makes tim his robin because he thinks tim needs it and because he doesn't think he can be batman alone. steph and tim meet and become close friends (and maybe date) but she isn't brought into anything. during no man's land, cass is made batgirl by babs and adopted by dick, gaining a brother-sister relationship with tim. around this time, steph is also brought into things and the group get a lot closer to babs, helena bertinelli, dinah lance, and selina kyle. when jason comes back just after no man's land, this is the line-up:
dick grayson-wayne as batman, member of the jla
tim drake as robin, member of the teen titans
cass cain as batgirl
steph brown as spoiler, member of the teen titans
barbara gordon as oracle, leader of the birds of prey and member of the jla
helena bertinelli as huntress, member of the birds of prey
dinah lance as black canary, member of the jla and the birds of prey
selina kyle as catwoman
the under the red hood arc goes very differently, mostly because rose wilson decided to move to gotham (thanks to being friends with tim and being trained by dick and thinking they need help because of the whole no man's land thing) and she honestly doesn't Give A Fuck and just, decides immediately that jason Needs To Die. cass and steph both only care about jason’s activities because he hurt tim.
he joins the family again a lot sooner, is what i'm trying to say.
when damian comes, he gets very attached to dick, as par for course, but every single member of the batfam is very fucking clear on the whole Don't Kill Tim thing. people actually believe tim when he says mordecai is bruce and he doesn't go through all that pain and suffering alone. the ric grayson and cass'-not-to-be-named-arc do not happen. tim gives up robin to damian amiably and cass is now black bat and steph batgirl. duke Exists despite the lack of ric grayson. the line-up now goes like this:
dick grayson-wayne as batman, member of the jla
damian wayne-grayson as robin, member of the teen titans
cass wayne* as black bat, member of the birds of prey
steph brown as batgirl, member of the teen titans and the birds of prey
barbara gordon as oracle, leader of the birds of prey and member of the jla
helena bertinelli as huntress, member of the birds of prey
dinah lance as black canary, member of the jla and the birds of prey
selina kyle as catwoman
tim grayson-drake as nightwing, member of the teen titans
jason todd-wayne as red hood
duke thomas** as spoiler, member of the teen titans and the birds of prey
*note: note the last names changes among the characters
**duke thomas eventually becomes duke thomas-grayson
possible ships to include (feel free to make it gen or write ships not on the list): jaydick, selina/dinah, duke/tim, timcass, timstephcass, timsteph, dickbabs, helena/babs

Talia is currently head of the League of Assassins, as Ra’s is dead (time, age and reason for death unspecified).
Ages: Bruce is 46; Alfred is 71; Dick is 33; Babs is 35; Jason is 28; Tim is 25; Steph is 26; Cass is 28; Kate is 44; Julia is 46; Charlie is 22; Bette is 26; Damian is 17; Sasha is 18; Harper is 23; Cullen is 17; Luke is 24; Duke is 20; Claire is 19; Helena is 24; Carrie is 18; Alina is 12; Tiff is 15; Nell is 12. ‘Alice’ is 44;  David is 40; Tam is 26; Atha is 17; Mara is 15; Timothy is 11; Heretic is 8 (~20); Tallant is 7; Mar’i is 7; Jake is 2. (2 years)
*Events: Minor time skip. The White Ghost attacks Damian, revealing Ra’s had transferred consciousness to a new, destabilizing host, and planned to use Damian as his new host. The Batfamily protects Damian, and the White Ghost, actually Dusan al Ghul, offers his body as Ra’s al Ghul’s new host. Ra’s succeeds, but a part of Dusan’s consciousness stays with him. The Batgirls finish training when they are respectively 19, 17, and 15, being known as “Neon Batgirl (Carrie)”, “Pink Batgirl (Tiffany)” and “Little Batgirl (Nell)”. Nell works mostly as Steph’s sidekick. At some point, Damian becomes Flamebird, both solo hero and partner to Nightwing (who can either be Dick or Steph at this point). Mar’i eventually becomes a superhero named Nightstar. Timothy joins a gang and takes on the alias Vulture. Jake starts training to become a Robin.
Ages: Bruce is 53; Alfred is 78; Dick is 40; Babs is 42; Jason is 35; Tim is 32; Steph is 33; Cass is 35; Kate is 51; Julia is 53; Charlie is 29; Bette is 33; Damian is 24; Sasha is 25; Harper is 30; Cullen is 24; Luke is 31; Duke is 27; Claire is 26; Helena is 31; Carrie is 25; Alina is 19; Tiff is 22, Nell is 19; Mar’i is 14. ‘Alice’ is 51; David is 37; Tam is 33; Atha is 24; Mara is 24; Timothy is 18; Heretic is 15 (~20); Tallant is 14; Jake is 9. (7 years)
Events: Ra’s takes over the League from Talia. He takes over Gotham with an army of Batmen, wanting to police the citizens. Talia has Heretic and Tallant go undercover as Batmen, with Athanasia and Mara’s support as well. They overthrow and permanently kill Ra’s for good. Talia, Heretic, Tallant, Athanasia and Mara lead the League of Assassins, becoming more allies to the Batfamily, but still a group of deadly, death cult-ish assassins, although now they function on more neutrality than evil. Bruce passes down the mantle of Batman to Damian, who makes Jake his Robin at age 13. Kate passes on the mantle of Batwoman to Carrie. Terry McGinnis is born.

(4 years)
Events: Alfred passes peacefully in his sleep. Many slow years pass, many tragedies, with many good days and bad days. Other deaths, retirings and births may have occurred that are not listed. Jake resigns being Robin at age 19, preferring to start a more ‘normal’ life. Damian eventually gives up being Batman at age 34, feeling as though what he always wanted when he was younger was no longer wanted, no longer needed. Bruce picks up the mantle again, although he is not out frequently as Batman due to old age. The need for Batman seems to pass, although Jokerz gangs are beginning to rise after the Joker’s apparent death a while back.
Ages: Bruce is 63; Dick is 50; Babs is 52; Jason is 45; Tim is 42; Steph is 43; Cass is 45; Kate is 61; Julia is 63; Charlie is 39; Bette is 43; Damian is 34; Sasha is 35; Harper is 40; Cullen is 34; Luke is 41; Duke is 37; Claire is 36; Helena is 41; Carrie is 35; Alina is 29; Tiff is 32; Nell is 29; Mar’i is 24; Jake is 19. ‘Alice’ is 61; David is 57; Tam is 43; Atha is 34; Mara is 34; Timothy is 28; Heretic is 25 (~20); Tallant is 24; Terry is 6. (6 years)
**Events: Matt McGinnis is born. Bruce officially retires as Batman at age 68. Terry’s father is killed when he is 18 and when Bruce is 75. This leads Terry to become Batman. Batman Beyond events occur, which may lead to the death/retirement/birth of some characters listed or not listed.
Ages: Bruce is 76; Dick is 63; Babs is 65; Jason is 58; Tim is 55; Steph is 56; Cass is 58; Kate is 74; Julia is 76; Charlie is 52; Bette is 56; Damian is 47; Sasha is 48; Harper is 53; Cullen is 47; Luke is 54; Duke is 50; Claire is 49; Helena is 54; Carrie is 48; Alina is 42; Tiff is 45; Nell is 42; Mar’i is 37; Jake is 32; Terry is 19. ‘Alice’ is 74; David is 70; Tam is 56; Atha is 47; Mara is 47; Timothy is 41; Heretic is 38 (~20); Tallant is 37; Matt is 11. (13 years)
Events: Matt becomes Robin when he is 15. Comic book Batman Beyond events occur, which may lead to the death/retirement/birth of some characters listed or not listed.
Ages: Bruce is 81; Dick is 68; Babs is 70; Jason is 63; Tim is 60; Steph is 61; Cass is 63; Kate is 79; Julia is 81; Charlie is 57; Bette is 61; Damian is 52; Sasha is 53; Harper is 58; Cullen is 52; Luke is 59; Duke is 55; Claire is 54; Helena is 59; Carrie is 53; Alina is 47; Tiff is 50; Nell is 47; Mar’i is 42; Jake is 37; Terry is 24; Matt is 16. ‘Alice’ is 79; David is 75; Tam is 61; Atha is 52; Mara is 52; Timothy is 46; Heretic is 43 (~20); Tallant is 42. (5 years)
*NOTE – Past this mark, some characters may have children not listed, may die but still be listed, retired but still listed, changed names (real, superhero, or code) but the name change isn’t stated, or new characters may have joined the Batfamily but aren’t listed. Events and ages past this mark are rough and general. This becomes more fanon-ized than previous events and ages, taking events from Elseworlds timeline.
**NOTE – The events of Batman Beyond might happen minorly or majorly altered in this fanon universe of events from the actual animated and comic series of Batman Beyond. This is both due to the timeline of event changes, and because I, personally, like to imagine Terry and Matt are able to go back to the past, or at least, this universe’s past, slightly different from their own, where people like Tallant and Carrie and Alina and Mar’i that don’t seem to exist in their own universe’s future exist here. Why do I do this? Because I like to imagine what it’d be like for Terry and Matt to exist at their ages, with their backstories intact, at the same time as when Alfred is alive, and Dick is like 20-30, and Damian is 10-17, because it’s fun. That’s why.
***NOTE – Jason’s resurrection can go one of two ways. 1) He crawls out of his grave and is catatonic for two years due to that timeline alteration stuff, taken in by the League of Assassins during that, and then Talia fully resurrects him via the Lazarus Pit at age 18. OR. 2) Ra’s and Talia take him out of his grave and put him in the Lazarus Pit shortly after his death, therefore he is resurrected at age 16. He trains with the League until he is 18-19.
Apologies for any screw-ups! This takes events and ages from the main continuity of canon, Injustice, The Dark Knight Returns continuity, Dark Prince continuity, Elseworlds, DCAMU, Batman Beyond, Teen Titans, Young Justice, etc., and general fanon!
Again, likes, notes, comments, reblogs- appreciated!

The Next Generations view
My name is Nathan Wayne Grayson
My name has a meaning for it in all 3 pieces. Nathan after my maternal great grandfather, Wayne for my Adoptive Paternal grandfather and Grayson my dad's last name. I am the next generation of the legendary ”Flying Grayson’s”
The nickname the press has given me since I was an infant is ”The Prince Of Gotham” I despise my nickname, I don't want to be looked at like that. I just want to be looked at as a regular 14-year-old boy. I suppose the nickname spans from who my parents are Dick and Barbara Grayson-formally Gordon. The adoptive son of Bruce Wayne and the police commissioner daughter. As much as I’d like to be normal my life is anything but normal. Ignoring the fact of WHO my family is it’s WHAT we are that makes us abnormal. I am the protege to the Dark Night, the legendary Robin. I followed in my father’s and Uncles footsteps. I started my training at age 10 and officially became Robin at age 11. My abilities include acrobatics and extraneous computer skills plus all the other skills it takes to be accepted as a Bat.
Want a rundown of what makes up my family? Here it is,
Dick Grayson, my father AKA Nightwing. I don’t always patrol with Batman, I’ll occasionally patrol my hometown of Bludhaven with him. I love him and look up to him but people often compare me to him because of our resemblance and sometimes that makes for a lot of pressure. But I can't be all that much like him, from what I've been told my dad was quite the ladies man. I can't flirt worth anything, the only girls I can talk to I'm either rated to or are my friend. Otherwise, I turn into a klutzy, stuttering mess My dad is super overbearing though, he coddles my sister and me to no end. Mom says when my sister was a baby she arrived back from patrol one night to find him rocking her and singing ”I’ll be watching you” which isn't creepy at all (note the sarcasm). And he will randomly just hug me and kiss my cheeks, even when we’re being Robin and Nightwing.....I’m almost 15 that's gotta stop.
Barbara Grayson- My mother, we’re really close. I will secretly admit that I’m a “mamas boy” but I can’t help that we have a really great bond. Maybe it spans from the fact that for the first 8 weeks of my life it was just her and I. Long story short they thought my dad was dead but he was actually undercover and had no clue my mom was even pregnant. She thinks I’m innocent and her “precious baby boy” like I said, I’m almost 15 my parents gotta accept that I’m growing up. My mom used to be Batgirl then when I was 4 she was shot by the Joker and became paralyzed from the waist down which transitioned her to Oracle. When I was 10 she had a chip inserted on her spine that made her regain the use of her legs. She now alternates between going out as Batgirl and Oracle stuff but mainly does Oracle now.
Leah Grayson: My 10-year-old younger sister. She looks like my mom, red hair and all. She wants to become a vigilante but Dad’s against it. My mom seems to be on the fence though and if she decides it’s okay she’ll convince my dad to let her. She’s -spunky for lack of a better word. My dad says she reminds him of my Uncle Jason when he was young which might be why he doesn’t want her to be a vigilante. It also explains why she’s Uncle Jay’s favorite
Tim Drake, My Uncle Tim is the vigilante known as Red Robin, he’s cool and understands my love for tech, he's kinda over obsessed with everything. He likes to research everything to the max and is always prepared for the situation ahead of everyone else ,whatever it may be.
Stephanie Drake, AKA Spoiler. My sister is my Uncle Jason’s favorite and I’m my Aunt Steph’s favorite. For as long as I can remember she’s loved me. We have a good bond and she spoils me (no pun intended)
Juliet Drake- My baby cousin, she’s 1 and is my little princess. She has me wrapped around her little finger. She has dirty blonde hair and big blue eyes, I love spending time with her and can’t wait to see what she becomes.
Jason Todd AKA Red Hood, my Uncle Jason and I have a -I guess you would call it a normal relationship. We aren’t close but we aren’t .....not close. I know he’d kill someone if they ever messed with me in other words. He sure doe’s spoil my sister though, in his eyes she can do no wrong.
Cassandra Cain AKA Black Bat, Aunt Cass is cool cause she helps me sneak behind my parent's backs and get away with stuff. I should’ve mentioned my Uncle Jay does too occassionally.
Damian Wayne, AKA NightGoul Uncle Dami is....interesting. We’re only 13 years apart so he hates it when I call him “Uncle” even though he only refers to me as “Nephew” seriously I think he’s only ever called me by name a handful of times. I like to call him Uncle Damian just yo annoy him.  Dad says he’s calmed down a lot since when he first met him. I can’t imagine how emotionless he used to be cause he’s pretty emotionless now. But he’s also one of the main ones who trained me to be Robin so I owe him that
Helena Wayne: AKA the new Huntress shes technically my aunt but  she’s only 2 years older then me and I have never called her “aunt” she’s more of the older sibling I’ll never have but she’s fun and I’m sure as I get older we’ll have some good times.
Selina Kyle-Wayne, Aka Catwoman I called her Grandma once when I was 5 and she gave me a death glare that gave me nightmares for a week so I never did it again. We kinda do our own thing. She has started to socialize with me more now that I’m older.
Bruce Wayne, Aka Batman Everyone thinks he’s so tough but he’s not. Supposedly he’s completely different with me then he was with my dad and uncles. We’re close, how can we not be? He’s Batman and I’m Robin. He literally buys me anything I want so when I turn 16 it’s going to be epic.
Mark and Melanie West- They aren't family but they are my best friends. They’re twins and we’re the same age. We’re in 9th grade at Gotham Academy. Our dads (mainly my dad) like to call us the ‘Big 3’. Mark is an Archer he’s the protege to the Green Arrow. He’s my best friend and basically the brother I’ll never have, we literally share everything with each other and keep no secrets. Melanie inherited her fathers abilities and is a speedster she is the protege to The Flash. She’s one of my best friends too. We actually kissed a few months back. It wasn’t anything romantic, she did it more as a favor for me, it’s a long story and we swore never to speak of it-I kinda want to talk about it though.
So there you have it, a little run down of my crazy family from my perspective. I also have a load of ”honorary” Aunts and Uncles. Like Wally, Artemis, and Roy who has a daughter named Lian that is like an older cousin to me. There's also my dad's childhood friend Donna, my moms best friend Dinah my grandpa's ”frenemie” Uncle Clark. His son Jon  is my Uncle Dami’s really good companion they go on alot of missions together. I could go on and on. It's probably not what most would consider a normal family buts its mine and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Hello Blu!!! Blu, I'd like to ask you, what if exist a flashpoint like in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (in your mind/your point of view), for ex: What if Jason had been saved by Bruce, what would have change in this flashpoint paradox? What other things/people would have changed? What do you think of this? Sorry just a random question that came to me ^^ and i'd like to know your opinion! ^^
Hello,
In a flashpoint where Jason lives instead of dying… Alright, well, I’ve thought a lot about this. I even have a story on the parameters of if Jason had lived rather than dying, but that’s a bit closer to the Arkham Knight AU for what happened to Jay.
Anyways, B would save Jason, he wasn’t late, but Jason’s still in critical. I HC that B managed to save Jason but couldn’t save Shelia so that bitch dies in the very explosion she was meant to die in (a moment of silence as we mourn the bitch… okay back to business).
Jason is rushed into a hospital, coma, rehab, years of work to come back; because he’s not magic. Dick is now growing the fuck up and pulling his head out of his ass and trying to be a big brother to Jason as Jason struggles through PT. Alfred forces the family to see a shrink (JL or other), traumas are addressed rather than manifesting unhealthily. Alfred finally just had enough of this shit and said they would see a shrink; all because Jason’s brush with death scared decades off him, and B, and they both see the value now in maybe growing up and addressing the traumas. Also, B doesn’t blame Jay, especially not after he finds out about Sheila.
They address Jason’s trust issues, inferiority feelings, how he felt when they isolated him and were going to take Robin away from him. Dick gets to talk about his needs to grow up, spread his wings, be himself, and address his anger issues and maybe they’ll also talk about his relationship with and his feelings about Jason and how Jason IS NOT his replacement. B never develops his god complex, because God Knows That Man Is Merely A Man! It’s fucking annoying too, B feels that.
I think that Dick and Jay work on becoming brothers through Jay’s PT, movie nights, Titans actually properly meet Jay, books, books, more books, and Jay might even get to go to that school dance he wanted to go to. Even if he’s pushed into the dance in a wheelchair. Dick’s Titans, Garth, Roy, Donna, Lilith, and Wally completely support Jason’s role as Robin now. Yes, Jason still is crushing on Donna, but she’s out of his league and she finds it sweet.
In that time, I think Tim finds the Waynes, and I think Tim and Jay bond; tight and fast, Dick’s actually stepping up to be a big brother. Tim becomes Robin, Jason focuses on PT; resentments about that situation are addressed and Jason doesn’t have that festering wound of being replaced.
Tim is now the baby brother, and Dick and Jay adore him. They like teasing Tim, and drawing Tim out of his shell, maybe even doing normal brother shit, like beating up Tim’s bullies, rough housing with him, and even possibly formally telling Jack Drake to fuck off, Tim’s their baby brother. I think with that in mind, B legally goes about adopting Tim, and Tim is shocked at this news. They have a huge family dinner to make the announcement, and Tim cries like a baby in joy (No one will ever say anything about that, because Tim’s family).
Stephanie comes barrelling into the family (Jay’s starting to go back into the field; possibly under a different name, Red Bird, or Bluejay or something). Dick and Jason torture Tim about his crush on Stephanie, and they adore Stephanie. B tolerates her still, and maybe tries hard. Stephanie never becomes Robin, staying Spoiler, and she practically lives at the mansion. She trains with the boys, plays with them, and is never adopted because of Tim’s feelings for her, also B might like her but she’s so not his kid. Babs takes a real liking to Stephanie, and takes Steph under her wing, even presenting Batgirl to Stephanie when she’s older.
Yes, we still find Cass, or better Cass finds them, and she’s adopted by them. Babs is still Oracle. The Batfamily; whilst dysfunctional in different ways, is functioning, and they are recovering. B adores her; obviously and she’s his favorite child; the boys all know this and they adore her. The boys are also painfully aware that Cass can do no wrong in B’s eyes, and could probably get away with murder, they can never get away with anything.
Jason never clashes with Joker; and Joker is a quadriplegic, blind and mute after B is done with him. [I Know There are ways to incapacitate Joker without killing the fucker, so B can stay on his ‘No Kill’ rule and Joker is fucking gone from the depths of nightmares and on a painful trip to Hell]. Joker dwindles into nothing more than a nightmarish memory on Gotham’s psyche.
Jay and Roy become BFFs during his PT and Roy’s recovery, and get into a shit ton of antics still. Jason never makes that first kill, but is still reckless, he even acquires the All-Blades; though no one knows how he accomplished that. Alfred is the one who teaches Jay to shoot, it’s a coping mechanism to make Jay feel some form of control and safety. No, he does not use guns on his patrols, opting to stick to B’s methods and the swords.
Jason becomes a Titan, on a team with Raven, Eddie Bloomberg, Conner Hawk, Kyle Rayner and Koriand’r on his team. Jason torments Dick about this when Kori crashes here and Dick’s tripping over his tongue and feet around her. Tim just finds it hilarious too.
Dick and Babs never work out, but they stay friends, and Dick eventually marries Kori. Babs and Kori are great friends, and have a girls weekend once a month (Babs is Mar’i and Jake’s aunt, Raven’s still their godmother and Wally their godfather).
B and Talia never get back together, instead their fall out is of epic proportions when B finds out about Damian. The Bats take Dami in without questions.
Damian still clashes violently with Tim, Jason beats Damian up though and Dick comforts Damian. Damian still bonds closest to Dick, while Tim and Jay both leave the demon spawn to Dick. Tim will never admit this but he totally slept in Jason’s room for the first year after Damian moved in; after that first night and he was violently woken up by Damian’s attempt to murder him. Jason is Tim’s favorite brother at that point.
They adopt Duke a year after Damian, Dick and Jason actually insist on this; with Cass’ help, and Duke is dragged into the lunacy of the Bats.
Cass and Stephanie are BFFs, and they work closely with Oracle, they are Orphan and Batgirl, and together all of Gotham’s criminals fear purple glitter bombs, and ass-kickings. The girls are the ones who stumble over Harper Row and her brother, Cullen, and they quickly accumulate Harper and Cullen into their little group. B has no idea what to think about this, but everyone knows he’ll never say no to Cass.
Tim becomes a Titan, on a team with Kon, Bart, Cassandra Sandsmark, Zachary Zatara, Tanya Spears.
Kate joins their ranks, but is not permitted her firearms, in fact, she is the biggest clashing force in the Bats with B. But B, and the family are firm on their No Killing policy and their No Fire Arms. In fact, this is almost a fall out for Kate and B until the Bats have to save Kate, and they kind of make it clear that if she’s in she’s all in exactly how they want. If not, she’s no Bat.
Luke joins into the Bats too, though that’s completely accidental as he’s only interested in saving his father at the time. But he kind of falls hard for Babs, and sticks around. He’s also the buffer for Tim when it comes to keeping his secret as Red Robin from Tammy, though Luke vastly disapproves of tihs. But neither of them want Tammy in the Batfamily world; it’s dangerous. Luke and Tim also save Tammy from Bane’s venom, with the aid of Stephanie when that rolls around.
B marries Cat. No heartache or heart break there, they are married, almost a year after what happened to Jason because they realize: Life Is Too Fucking Short.
Jason gets into Princeton, he’s always at the top of his class and involved with athletics and vigilant life. He’s not a lady’s man like Dick was before Kori, but he’s good with the ladies, and has a lot of girls who are his friends. He’s not Mr. Popular but the world has finally stopped comparing him to Dick. Jason’s time in Princeton is huge! The family is extremely proud of Jay and they are vocal in their pride, even being the dorky family cheering at his graduation. Jason did punch Dick for that, and caught Tim in a headlock as Stephanie glitter bombed them both for having a banner there. Cass has the photographic evidence of this. Damian just clicked his tongue in disapproval before Dick glitter  bombed him too. Duke was Cass’s perch for the glitter bombing so, he was safe from all glitter bombs. Over all though, it’s good times.
Jason later goes to Harvard to study medicine, which he’s really excelling at. He wants to be an ER doc, to help people shortly after their trauma, knowing the importance of quick actions after extensive damage.
Tim and Tammy get engaged. Tammy is furious when she finds out she engaged a Bat, but she’s mostly upset he didn’t trust her enough to say something.
Cass does become a ballerina, and still takes acting classes from Clayface.
Babs and Luke eloped; a weekend in Atlantic City neither of them really remember.
Tim and Tammy break up though when Tim moves to San Francisco to be with the Titans more.
Duke goes to Princeton after Jay, and meets Claire, they start dating.
Damian becomes a Titan, he’s on a team with Kaldur’ahm, Garfield, Wallace West, Jon Kent (for whom he is falling for almost painfully), Djinn and Emiko Queen.
Helena was born at some point, she’s adored and the center of the family’s eyes, even Damian fell for her. He’s also a sucker for Mar’i and Jake (though he’d soon eat glass than say that).
Jason finds Terry and Matt, by accident after they lost their parents in a wreck and were at the hospital Jay. The DNA testing showed Terry and Matt were B’s kids, so he kind of brings them home. B goes off on Waller for this violation, and the using of his DNA to create the boys.
Babs and Luke adopt Carrie Kelley and Nell Little, bringing them into the Bats when they can’t keep Carrie out of it.
Life continues on though, and they keep going. They are a family. They aren’t perfect, the Bats are far from perfect, they still have epic blow outs, and fights, also huge feuds but they are a family. They banned together after Jay’s near brush with death and didn’t travel down that morbid rabbit hole of self destruction and god complexes of inadequacy.

GO ON 👀👀👀👀👀
I've gone on a silly little ramble on it before but basically
Bruce get stupidly overprotective of Jason after the Incident (Dick and Alfred too, but they're not as overbearing) to the point that it hinders a lot of proper vigilante work because even the idea of Jason being hurt sends him panicking a little which is bad because on the field he needs to be focused. It is so much of a Problem (TM) that Jason eventually lays off most of the crime-fighting and becomes more of a healer vigilante (spurred by Leslie and Alfred's suggestions).
Steph becomes Spoiler as per the story, but with Jason alive, it changes Bruce a lot (obviously) and Jason would definitely relate to and want to help Spoiler. She gets brought into the folds and becomes Robin. Jason does miss crime-fighting proper and after Steph joins, they sneak out for patrol together with Cass and sometimes with Dick too (although he is still a bit overbearing sometimes). All three of them are also involved in the Titans, Jason in mostly a healer capacity and Steph as a leader of a junior team.
Jason later transitions into a bit of a social worker vigilante as well (instead of actively seeking to stop crime, he's actively seeking people who need help and working out the best way to support them, medically or otherwise), but it worries Bruce, like occasionally they (Batman Bruce and Robin Steph) are just tailing Jason instead of going anywhere else or doing anything else some nights, until eventually they compromise by pairing Jason with Cass when he does these work.
Eventually Steph passes Robin on to Damian. She either creates a new identity (like Nightwing does) or becomes Spoiler upgraded, but I do like the idea of Spoiler becoming a legacy of its own and the idea of Sasha (Scarlet) becoming the second Spoiler (but red version). Spoiler is the OG born of the people of Gotham to me, it's an identity entirely separate from the Bats in a way, and I just think that someone else could very easily stumble along and be like "I want to be a hero of my people too".
Jason wants to go to college, but this freaks Bruce out still (because this man does not ever deal with his own traumas properly) so Jason compromises and agrees to go to Gotham U, but Dick finds out and is like ARE YOU LIMITING YOUR SON YOU STUPID PRICK so he does a joint Gotham-Princeton degree (still in Jersey at least).
Kyle meanwhile decides to continue college after he dropped out because his mom thinks a degree gives more security plus he really doesn't have that much to clear. He also saw some courses and professors he liked at Gotham and it's not too far from New York so he transfers to Gotham U's art program.
Prior to meeting in college, Kyle flirted with Jason when he was badly injured and delirious before and they sometimes flirt around Titans Tower (when Dick isn't around of course), but they don't see each other much and didn't keep track of the other's identity. They later meet at some literature class and are partnered and they're UGH about each other because they kind of want each other's vibes. Kyle wants the cool bad boy vibe Jason has going on (he looks too tame and nice, he wants to be invited to the cool badass college parties dammit) and Jason who until recently is used to being and wants to be the good kid in class but had a sudden growth spurt that gave him this bad boy vibes is soooo annoyed by it because everyone has weird Expectations (TM) about him, which the Waynes' reputation just makes worse.
Some other stuff that I've thought of since
Steph should also be in college at the same time so she can join in on the fun (Kyle definitely say "even the med student has time for parties, you definitely have time for parties, come onnnn" to Jason at some point)
Bruce considered quitting vigilantism entirely after the Incident because it nearly got his son killed which is just unacceptable. It also would be fitting (?) in a way, that the death of his parents started this and the near-death of his son nearly ended it. Jason convinces him not to because he thinks the people of Gotham need Batman. Or possibly the appearance of Spoiler suddenly entirely tosses things up and changed his mind.
Jason and Kyle's project should be about classism in literature because I said so
Kyle: What's the point of college if you don't got to parties? Jason: ???? Learning?!?!?! Kyle: Pshhh Steph: Pshhhhhhh
Bruce pays for Steph's college
Steph also doesn't die actually, I haven't read the War Games arc yet to determine how I want it to go, but she should get rescued. No death. Death is banned in this story /hj
Steph joins multiple music clubs in the university and picks up some new instruments and occasionally even accompanies the university's orchestra. She also studies music therapy and maybe does her thesis on that.

Also i mean i am going to take forever before i do this anyway because i also need to reed steph's early run and connor's early run and at least some of eddie and rose but i so want to write (1) steph connor kyle jason eddie rose team terra (because they're all humans get it, although like some of them don't stay humans lol but it has a nice ring and i got attached to the name) in a jason doesn't die au or they save him obviously. I think it would be fun to make Steph the one to start the team too because I think she is one of the more "active" type of character and I can totally see her instigating it i mean she launched her own vigilante career why not her own team and i think if she's friendly with connor she can encourage him to help her with it and it snowballs into this little team (ideas for later additions: cass jennie-lynn tara?) (2) for some reason or another, kyle's mother maura decides to or is forced to make the decision to move and they move to gotham. She picks up a job washing dishes for a restaurant that jason's mother happens to be a waitress at, and kyle and jason becomes friends~ this can go in so many directions i'm not sure if i want catherine to get enough support to start recovering or if i want maura to take jason in after catherine dies or other possibilities and i know i want to involve steph and possibly duke somehow. Steph becomes spoiler with a tiny background team consisting of jason and kyle lolol but eventually jason still becomes robin (so i guess catherine still has to die T.T) (3) just catherine having her little boy ripped away from her in heaven bcos he got resurrected :) probably also her devastation at meeting him so soon (before he was put back into the world of the living that is)
