So, I decided that I didn't like the other lineart I used for my drawings and decided to change it. With that change came others and my style was much closer to what I wanted to achieve, and I decided to try it with my favorite OP female character, my beautiful Perona❤ and that's how it turned out! What do you think? (I loved making the little bats btw) (a Gekko Moriah keychain just because)

So…We All Saw Jeremy’s Halloween Costume Right? Because Uh…😮‍💨
I Had Absolutely No Idea This Man Was A Fan Of One Piece! Then To See Him Dressed As Ace, To See Finn The Human/Reggie Peters/Lance McClain DRESSED AS ACE. I- Man Went From Running Errands With His Mom And Building Towers Into Space To Being Whitebeard’s Second Division Commander. I Know He’s Not Gonna Be But If Jeremy Played Ace In The Live Action I’d Stop Breathing. Like My Soul Would Leave My Body And Ascend. I’d Be So Hooked (Even More Than I Already Am).
Sidenote/Fun Fact That Everyone Knows: He’s Hot. Like Seriously Hot. Volcanic Lava Hot. Kind Of Ironic Considering The Cosplay…
When I Say Vol, You Say Tron. Vol! Vol…tron?

“You know, they’re a lot hotter in person.”
“Shut your mouth, waiter, or I’ll skewer it closed,” he mutters with palpable distaste. Another swig of rum burns down his throat and, for the first time that the crew can remember, Zoro seemed nervous. It wasn’t obvious, but they’d sailed long enough to know that he never stopped surveying a room for threats, no matter how familiar he was with it. Today, though, the only thing that took his attention was the rim of his glass and he was subtly avoiding the eyes of the crew’s target. “This is the dumbest idea you’ve had in a long time.”
“Thank you for your input, Zoro. I will, however, be belaying it,” his captain replies brightly, unfazed by the blank expression of his first mate. The uneasy faces of his crew only makes him beam more, giddily excited for the anticipated challenge. “C’mon, guys. We’ll be fine. They just need to see how awesome we are and they’ll totally give us a new sail!”
“Loud, loud, too loud,” Zoro warns in response to the increasing volume of Luffy’s voice. They were already causing enough of a scene, as is, and he damn sure didn’t want other guests looking in their direction. To make matters worse, the amount of alcohol in the table’s bottle was dwindling too quickly for comfort.
“Hey, if we’re lucky,” Usopp offers, “we might just get a whole ship. You know, maybe one that Captain Usopp can command as the second ship in the Straw Hat fleet.”
“You think we’ll get a whole fleet?”
“Hell yeah. Maybe, we can all captain our own ships–”
“Alright, let’s get our heads out of the clouds,” Nami cuts in. “We still need to figure out how we’re going to get over there, in the first place. And just for the record, I’m with Zoro on this one.”
“First time for everything,” he deadpans. She smartly elects to ignore his sarcasm and continues to argue why the plan is a bad idea. The call from Zeff came at an opportune time and during an unfortunate situation when the Merry sailed straight into a torrential thunderstorm that ripped the main sail clean down the middle. Despite their best efforts to patch it up, it was beyond repair; with the Marines constantly on their tail, having a working sail was a matter of survival. Zeff’s reluctant summons for Sanji to cook for a special guest provided a means to buy a new sail and have a little extra spending money. But, in his wildest dreams, Zoro could not have predicted that the special guest was you. The smug look on the chef’s face snaps him out of his thoughts. “Shouldn’t you be in the kitchen, waiter?”
“Shouldn’t you be downing the rest of this bottle, drunk?”
“I’ll smash this damn bottle on your head, I swear–”
“No, no. Zoro has a point,” Luffy agrees. Sanji gives him an odd look and he quickly realizes what his statement insinuated. “Not about smashing the bottle on your head. We need you to bring them your food so then I can go over and talk with them.”
“You don’t think I can charm them on my own?”
“Don’t look so aghast, blondie,” Zoro answers and receives a knife-sharp glare in response. “This is not someone who will entertain your theatrics.”
“How would you know anything about them, hmm? I believe you’re a little too dead inside for their liking,” Sanji baits and Zoro’s on the verge of biting before Nami steps in again.
“Sanji, get in the kitchen. Let’s just get the money and get out of here.” Zoro silently thanks her in his head for effectively ridding the chef of the table for the time being. His gratitude turns into a grimace when she turns to him expectantly. “You’re gonna hate me for asking–”
“Then don’t ask,” he finishes. She doesn’t relent.
“How do you know them? It seems like you’re nervous about being here, but we’ve never met them before as a crew.” Hitting the damn nail on the head. “So, you must’ve met them when you were still hunting down pirates. Am I right?” He grumbles an unreadable response, but the slightly pink shade of his face tells the table everything they need to know. “You’re terrible at covering up secrets.”
“I don’t remember asking.”
“Ah, you’ve got him on the run, now. He’s deflecting,” Usopp chuckles, immediately shutting up when Zoro shoots him a deadly scowl. He hated that all of them were right and would never admit it to save his life. After all this time, seeing you still made his heart rate skyrocket and cause his hands to clam up with boyish nervousness. You were just as beautiful as the last time he saw you, instances that were too few and far between for his own liking. Your father would have a fit if he saw you in such an unregulated environment as Baratie, but he knew that you were safe. As long as you breathed the same oxygen, he vowed no harm would come to you.
“I met them when I first started hunting,” he admits and the words felt wrong on his tongue. Every nerve in his body was telling him to stop revealing his relationship to you. It didn’t matter if he’d almost died surrounded by his crew; his connection to you was sacred and something he was going to take to his grave. It was mostly for your safety, the late-night sneaking out and stolen displays of affection. In another life, he wouldn’t have to hide you from other hunters that wanted to see him fall. “Their father is a captain in the Marines. When I first met them, they were training with Mihawk. Their father wanted them to be the most feared Marine in the seas.” The jaws of his friends fell to the table and he knew how wild it sounded, a legacy Marine trained by a pirate lord. “But, Mihawk taught them more tricks than just swordfighting and their father fired him on the spot.”
“He taught them sympathy for pirates,” Nami concludes and he nods. “Why are you so shifty around them?” He shrugs half-heartedly and tries to make it look like his face wasn’t on fire.
“Just haven’t seen them in a while,” he states, zeroing in on the blonde asshole waltzing to you with a plate. Your surrounding guards stiffen, hands flying to the weapons at their belts. You, however, roll your eyes and tell them to stand down. He knew you hated going out with security because they were always watching, watching, watching. “Eyes up. The waiter’s making a move.”
A strange sense of nausea washes over him as he watches you smile politely at Sanji, laughing softly at his jokes and kindly nodding as he explains the dish to you. You trust them, Zoro keeps telling himself. That waiter doesn’t stand a fucking chance. All the reassurances don’t stop his gut from churning when Sanji does his signature lean-down-and-whisper-suggestively into your ear. To his surprise, however, you don’t immediately meet the chef’s eyes. Your attention flicks to Zoro, instead, with a look that he knows all too well.
Please get me out of this.
Despite the protests of the table, he’s standing in an instant and walking with his hands on his swords like your guards didn’t even exist. His sight becomes tunnel-vision on nothing but you and he bypasses your guards with ease. Your shoulders relax when he stations himself protectively behind you, much to the confusion of the chef in front of you. As subtle as he can, he rests his hand on the back of your chair, inching closer until he’s just barely touching your shoulder. It’s small, but speaks wonders for his presence.
“Zoro,” you murmur without looking up, your fingertips brushing against his knuckles. Your touch on his skin after so much time away feels electric.
“Hey, sweetheart.” Sanji stiffens at the term of endearment so easily leaving Zoro’s mouth and you can sense the boost it does for his ego. “Whatcha got there?”
“My new friend was just telling me about the dish he made. He said he crafted it especially for me, with his own hands,” you inform him with a sly sparkle in your eye. His jaw clenches unconsciously. You knew exactly what was going on in Zoro’s mind and he knew it, too. “Apparently, he can work wonders with his hands,” you remark casually and you can hear the chair crack under the force of the swordsman’s hand gripping it. To your delight, Sanji’s face has also taken on a slightly darker shade of red at how crassly you echo his suggestion. And in front of his rival, no less.
“Was he, now?” His tone is lethal and it sends goosebumps up your arms. “Well, it best be time for him to get back in the kitchen, no?”
“Mmm, but he said he had a proposal for me–”
“I had one for you too, though I did ask you in a much finer establishment than this one.” You can’t help the smirk that spreads on your face and you have to look to the side to keep from laughing aloud. Zoro’s jealousy was rearing a very indignant head; you’d be lying if you said you didn’t find it a little hot. “Got that stone on your left hand to prove it.” Sanji’s eyes darted to the band wrapped around your finger, a ring that looked suspiciously like the one hanging from a chain around Zoro’s neck. “Give us some time alone, yeah?” His question becomes rhetorical as he pulls out a chair next to you and tugs your seat closer until you can cross your leg across his. His palm rests possessively over your thigh and the chef gapes for a few moments more before turning back to the kitchen.
“That goes for all of you, please,” you order your guards without looking at them, absentmindedly tracing Zoro’s jawline with the back of your pointer finger. “Take my bag and buy however many drinks you want. I’m safe,” you state with absolute certainty. Once they’re gone, all you see, feel, and know is him.
“Hi,” he breathes.
“Hi,” you smile just as softly. “What’re you doing in a place like this?”
“I can ask you the same question, pretty.” His eyes shine with nothing but adoration. You forgot just how much you missed him.
“Took a detour to prolong my time at sea. I didn’t want to go home just yet.”
“Your old man’s being an ass again?”
“You know how he is,” you reply. “Why are you here?”
“Believe it or not, that blonde shithead is my crewmate. We’re here to get some extra Berry for a new sail.”
“Sail, hmm? I always knew you had a little pirate in you,” you tease and he sticks his tongue out immaturely. “Heard you fought my esteemed mentor. I don’t know what the hell you were thinking.”
“You don’t think I can beat him?”
“I don’t think I can fathom what will happen if you don’t,” you say quietly, swallowing a lump in your throat. “Don’t do any dumb shit, okay?”
“You’re acting as if I’m already leaving you again.”
“Aren’t you?” Your smile is sad and it makes his chest ache. When he beat Mihawk and killed your bastard father, he was going to give you the life that you deserved.
“Not yet,” he promises. “I don’t wanna go yet.”
“I don’t want you to go, either. How much do you need for that sail?” He gives you a number and you don’t even blink. You just nod and reach into your coin purse, fishing around and deciding to just give him the entire pouch. “Will that cover it?”
“Doll–”
“It’s a yes or no question, husband,” you say with lighthearted sternness. He shakes his head in exasperation but can’t hide the grin painting his features.
“Yes, lover. It’s more than enough.” He presses a kiss to your forehead and you hum in contentment. “Thank you, sweetheart.”
“Of course. D’you mind introducing me to the rest of your crew besides the flirty waiter?”

Imagine Law finding you asleep and wrapped in his coat…
Part 1 | Part 2
The temperature plummeted. A valve had gotten loose and Shachi was working with Bepo to remedy the sudden shift. Given that the crew spent most of their time underwater, it didn't bother them too much.
Law was walking through the corridor when he noticed a sleeping figure pressed uncomfortably against some pipes. But what surprised him was what they were wearing - it was his blue feather-coloured coat.
He thought he had left that particular piece in his quarters. Apparently not.
Taking a step closer, his heart fell into his stomach when he realised that it was wrapped up around the shoulders of his temporary guest.
Clicking his tongue, sudden temperature change in the Polar Tang was exactly why he insisted on his crew wearing the boiler suits.
You refused and were now suffering quietly.
Law was about to wake your sleeping form with a small fright - his form of punishment for your disobedience - but he held back when he saw a shiver ghost over your skin.
An odd feeling bloomed in his chest. It wasn’t unwelcome, just strange.
The doctor in him noted that your sleeping position was awful at its current angle. He contemplated just shifting you but the way you were leaning against the metal beams, you were bound to wake bruised.
With another soft click of his tongue, Law made a quick decision to remedy the situation - and to not receive an angry call from the Strawhats' raccoon-dog, Chopper.
Law moved quietly and very carefully swept you into his arms with the coat. He was also accurately aware of the warmth you were radiating from being wrapped up.
Unconsciously, you hummed and nestled into his chest in an attempt to be closer.
Law stilled for a few seconds. The blooming in his chest exploded and forced him to feel emotions that he had otherwise cut out.
Thankful that the space was empty, Law summoned a ‘room’ and spoke ‘shambles’, easily transporting both into his personal quarters. It was the only place that he figured wouldn’t raise questions as the crew weren’t about and it was his private space.
He walked you to the edge of the made up bed and paused. With every intention to set you down, Law made the mistake of glancing at your sleeping form in his arms.
Fuck. You were perfect despite all the attempts to rile and defy him. And now, you were so peaceful in his embrace, silently clutching the man - wanting him and nothing else.
Gently, Law squeezed you against his chest. Not enough to wake you but just enough for him to get lost in this feeling. Then he bent down and placed you on the relatively-soft mattress. It was an improvement to the metal pipes from moments ago.
He absentmindedly pushed a stray hair from your face. Then you stirred which made him freeze entirely. Luck was on his side when you merely curled against yourself and let his coat do its work. Law watched your breathing even out and then returned to standing.
If this is how it would play out when you got cold and refused the uniforms during your stay, he didn’t mind.

———————
You didn’t really know the rhyme or reason for your gift. It was just always something you had and having grown up being able to see and speak with spirits you’d never felt the need to investigate it. Besides even if you were to learn the reason for your unique talent, it wasn’t like you were ever going to seek out a way to get rid of it. As far as you were concerned it was a part of you and it brought comfort to a lot of people once they got over their shock and in some cases heavy skepticism that you were playing a cruel prank on them.
When you first set foot on the Thousand Sunny you had to suppress the shiver that ran up your spine as you were hit with an intense feeling that those on the crew were connected to a lost one and the weight of their grief was still heavy on their shoulders even if they didn’t realise it themselves. So you decided to keep your ability to yourself for now and help when the occasion to do so arose. As you set yourself up in your quarters you smiled softly, seeing that you truly were brought onto the crew for a reason. Idly you wondered who in the crew would be the first you would help.
SANJI
Tumblr media
Sanji turned out to be the first. You entered the kitchen and smiled in greeting to the ship’s cook only your gaze to drift behind his shoulder. Your smile fell slightly and you stepped further into the room, peering at Sanji with intent concern. “What’s wrong?” You asked, taking the chef by surprise as his own smile faltered.
“Nothing, now that you’re here.” He insisted, adopting his charming smile once more  but you firmly shook your head, refusing to be convinced by his outward demeanour. Sanji became nervous and let his gaze fall away from you stare, finding it easier to maintain his pretence. Quickly he turned back to his chopping board and continued to prepare food for the evening meal. “What on earth would make you think something was wrong?” He asked, trying to keep his voice level.
“Your mother only ever shows this clearly when you’re deeply upset about something.” Your voice was soft but it was enough to make Sanji drop his knife against the block with a dull thud. He felt like laughing at the ludicrous statement at the same time he felt like shouting at you for the weird joke. Yet he couldn’t do either. You didn’t know anything about him or his family and he knew it wasn’t in you to say something so heartless. Thankfully he didn’t need to demand you explain yourself because you proved your honesty immediately. “You have her eyes and smile, kind and comforting. She worries when you get like this, hiding how you truly feel.”
Sanji looked over his shoulder to see you smiling fondly at something or rather someone beside him. Desperately he wished he could see what you saw, to see her again but if this was as close as he could get then he would take it a hundred times over. “I don’t want anyone to worry, least of all her.”
“Sanji we all have bad days and hiding that from the people we care about isn’t the way to do it.” You told him, finally looking at his face again, reaching out to lightly push some of the hair from his eyes. “We have emotions for a reason and no-one expects you to suppress them. I’m always here to listen, okay?” You weren’t surprised to be brought into a tight hug by Sanji and returned the embrace, letting him hold you for as long as he needed.
ZORO
Tumblr media
It took some time for you to finally see the spirit attached to Zoro’s heart with enough clarity to take in her appearance and hear her. It didn’t surprise you that this one took longer, Zoro’s personality never came across as being someone who clung to the past and let it cloud his vision but on a day like this it was clear even Zoro wasn’t invulnerable to the deepest of connections that you could now see had been cut far too soon.
You’d wandered up to the Crow’s Nest to both take a break from the chaotic noise of Luffy, Franky, Chopper and Usopp and also settle in for your evening watch. This wasn’t anything new so Zoro only gave you a brief glance in greeting before going back to training against one of the reinforced training dummies Franky had made to withstand his attacks enough for a worthwhile practice. However he wasn’t moving the way he wanted, something was wrong with his movements. “You’re forgetting the fundamentals.”
Your voice came from the seating and Zoro looked over his shoulder to see you were casually leaning against the edge, looking out at the ocean. He cocked his head to the side and arched an eyebrow at you. You weren’t even watching him, how would you know what he was apparently doing wrong? As if feeling his stare, you turned your head to look at him. “You’re getting too stuck in your head, just take a breath and keep it simple.”
Zoro had to scoff at the advice. Yes, you were a fighter but not a swordsman so to be told what was wrong stung his ego slightly. It’d be like if he tried to tell Franky how to fix the ship. You seemed to read the offence on his face and it surprised him to see you laugh and hold up your hands lightly in defence. “That’s not coming from me, it’s coming from Kuina.”
Kuina? Now Zoro found himself glaring and tensing out of a fear of his private life being pried into. Where had you heard that name? Who told you about her? Not that he confided in many about his childhood friend. You sighed sadly and got to your feet. This wasn’t the first time you’d seen this kind of reaction and it wasn’t surprising that Zoro fell back onto the defensive and become distrustful. You stopped in front of the swordsman and glanced briefly at the spirit at his side.
“She’s happy to see you’ve come so far but your name hasn’t quite reached the heavens yet. You still have a long way to go and she believes in you.” You smiled and lightly punched Zoro’s arm when you saw the belief and shock appear in his no longer skeptical gaze. “Keep getting stronger but don’t forget her father’s teachings okay?”
“I won’t let her down. I made a promise.” Zoro affirmed strongly and you grinned, turning to go back to your seat when he quickly caught your arm, surprising you. You turned and looked at him questioningly. “If she’s still here do you…do you think you can help me speak to her?”
LUFFY
Tumblr media
It wasn’t much of a surprise to you that Luffy was the one to seek you out. He’d caught some talk from the crew about the things you just seemed to know things about their past or about someone they knew that had passed away. His suspicions were confirmed when you’d all stopped on an island for supplies and you’d helped a grieving family in a way no-one else could. You’d managed to ease their pain and reassure them that their loved one was still with them and had no regrets. When you were back on the Sunny he appeared beside you on the railings, grinning widely and already bouncing with excitement. “You see ghosts right?”
“Yeah, I see them. Not at will though.” You clarified, with Luffy being well Luffy you didn’t want to disappoint him by making him think that what you could was as easily controlled as a Devil Fruit ability which this was not. Still though your statement didn’t deflate him, if anything he only got more excited and he leaned in closer and set his hands on your shoulders.
“What about me? Is someone with me?” Despite how excited he was you could sense a faint desperation coming from Luffy and you wanted to be able to help but as you’d already told him this wasn’t something that you could manipulate and command freely whenever you wanted. You looked at Luffy carefully and then around him in search of a presence connected to him. Suddenly you felt a warmth and made out the outline of a man standing behind your Captain and you couldn’t help but smile.
“Ace.” You felt like you were saying it in greeting. You’d known about Luffy’s brother but never had the pleasure of actually getting to meet him. It was almost eerie how both Luffy and Ace grinned so happily and in sync but it was also so infectious. Luffy seemed pleased but then seemed to be eager for more.
“Is it just Ace? Is anyone else with him? Maybe younger?” He asked and you slowly shook your head with a small frown.
“Sorry Luffy, just Ace.” You said, disappointed that you couldn’t give Luffy what he wanted and seeing him sigh slightly and lower his gaze briefly made you feel guilty even though you knew it wasn’t your fault. Still though you couldn’t help but look to Ace, silently pleading for assistance on his part. However the brother only smirked knowingly and you began to suspect that Ace knew something you and Luffy didn’t. Thankfully that was all you needed to cheer Luffy up. “Just because I don’t see them doesn’t mean they’re not with you though Luffy. Maybe next time whoever it is you’re thinking about will be there instead?”
“Yeah you’re right!” Luffy grinned while leaping up onto the railing, his previous excited energy returning instantly. Before you could speak any more, Law’s voice called for Luffy wanting to go over the plan for when you all would be reaching Dressrosa in just a couple days time.

hi so can you do a fic where The straw hats thought we died but when they retuned to scabaody we also come back?
Like the straw hats are like
WAIT YOUR NOT DEAD? HUH
─Strawhats x reader
─Summary: Everything seems to fall apart before their eyes when you die, only to find out that you were enjoying yourself in Sabaody and not in your grave.
─Warnings: none
lmao this was fun to write for no reason 😭🤌🏻
Tumblr media
The loss of a loved one is a difficult battle, everyone on this crew has experienced at least one death of a family member or someone close to them to call them family, they hoped that pain would not damage their hearts again, unfortunately, you shattered their hearts when they found your limp body on Sky Island when you decided to go your own way.
With their hearts in their throats and their eyes red, they had to say goodbye to you bitterly, burying your body in a cluster of soft clouds, they were silent for a minute until Luffy was the first to give the signal to leave, he knew you would have liked that they were not so sad and that their adventures had not yet ended like yours.
They lamented your lack of presence, you always made everything a little more enjoyable with your nonsense, you managed to fit in perfectly with each of them and although you were not the smartest, most cunning or powerful on the team, they did not expect your early departure.
It was when they arrived at Sabaody for the first time that they thought they were going crazy, thinking that they had gotten over your loss, someone strangely like you seemed to be hanging around that island.
Luffy could clearly see how you were riding some attractions, Nami was confused when she saw you trip over a huge root, Chopper thought that the smell of disinfectant had made him hallucinate and see you eating cotton candy, Usopp simply thought he saw a ghost, Brook thought you came back from the dead to exact revenge when he saw you beating up a couple of guys who seemed to bother you, Franky could only catch your laugh, but it was so similar that he thought his brain was playing tricks on him, Zoro and Sanji bumped into you, but neither you nor they were paying attention as something bigger was catching everyone's attention and practically everyone was jostling each other.
While, oblivious to all the suffering, pain and coping that your companions had to do, you woke up buried in clouds a while ago, managing to get down and reach Sabaody miraculously like a stowaway on another pirate ship, you had planned to look for them and scold them a little for thinking you were dead, but your plans were thwarted when you found the island too much interesting, well, you had been 'dead' for a while, it was okay if you enjoyed a little time at the attractions before looking for your companions.
The thing is that you got so distracted and forgot to find them, if it weren't for the fact that, coincidentally, Jinbe ─who you didn't know since you didn't get to know him─ recognized you from the brief conversations they had with him about you, he was waiting in the queue to buy something and you were just behind, you started a chat to kill time.
"You look terribly like a person who died in the crew I'm part of now, I mean, because of the descriptions they made."
"Oh…"
The blood on your face disappeared at his words, remembering now that you had a crew to return to, and that in fact you were that supposedly dead person, you laughed nervously, wanting to resume your search, although there was no need.
"Hey, Jinbe, here! We were looking for you."
You blinked like an owl as you saw Luffy greet him with his characteristic smile, calming down as you saw the others walking a little further behind calmly, you smiled fondly when you saw them, making eye contact for a second with your captain as you sipped the drink you had gotten before, he casually greeted you by saying your name and you waved back, focused on finishing your drink.
"Wait a moment, you…" he narrowed his eyes looking at you again, drawing the attention of the others "Are you the twin of our dead comrade!?"
You choked on your own drink, Chopper patting you on the back.
"No uh- in fact it's me, the original, only and loved-"
"WEREN'T YOU DEAD!?"
You covered your ears when you heard Nami's scream, your tongue went dry and your body seemed to get smaller when you saw her gaze, everyone had different emotions reflected ─Luffy and Zoro were still a little confused because they really thought you have a twin─ but Nami was the most furious, she started hitting and pushing you.
"GIVE ME BACK THE TEARS I SHED FOR YOU!"
"AW, OH, SORRY!? YOU LEFT ME FOR DEAD!"
You ran in circles avoiding the navigator, protecting your head from her light blows while you apologized for not having warned that you 'rose from the dead'.
"Well, who knows, maybe it's a zombie."
"Robin, you're not helping me."
You whimpered, hiding behind Sanji and Franky, waiting for Nami to calm down, it wasn't a reunion like you planned ─you didn't plan anything─ but everyone felt a little relieved, leaving behind the bitterness of losing a partner and enjoying your company now that you were with them again.

Akward Morning Luffy x reader
Tumblr media
Nickname included is Je, which you can replace. Crazy strawhats being crazy. Enjoy.
Part 2 ----> Here
Tumblr media
Morning dawned over the horizon, the Straw Hat Pirates waking up from their slumber. Luffy was snoring away, sprawled like a starfish across your bed, you also still sleeping, an arm over his waist, and head on his shoulder.
Loud knocking woke your boyfriend up, as he heard Usopp saying something. Yawning and stretching, he stood up and tapped to the door, hand in his hair as he opened it. "Usopp? What´s wrong?" "Ah! You´re here! I thought you-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!", his best friend began to talk but drifted off, screaming loudly at him.
"Why are you screaming?", asked Luffy. " YOU´RE NAKED!!!!". Silence came over them as Luffy looked down. "Oh, no wonder that I feel so cold" "Luffy! You-" "mmh", Usopp got interrupted by your voice, Luffy looking over with a grin. "Je is currently waking up. What is-USOPP!!", Luffy saw his best friend pale as a ghost.
Slaaming the door in his face, Luffy was confused but turned around. "He´s weird today" "Who is?", you spoke, finally up, stretching yourself. "Usopp! I guess Sanji put something in his food, or Chopper tested some medicine on him...pants pants", he said and looked around for his pants.
"Morning everyone!", shouted Luffy as you both arrived in the kitchen. Sanji looked something in between mad and sad. "Why, you lucky bastard?!" "Hm?" "Why do you slept by our Goddess again?! I want to be the one next to her" "Sanji I told you my room is always open for anyone", you admitted with a soft smile.
"But my Goddess! I mean sleeping by your side! Not that rubber idiot!!! Waking up next to you would be a blessing for my heart and soul, to see you the first thing in the morning!", he began to swoon around you.
During breakfast, Usopp poked in his food before pushing it away. "Usopp? Are you ok? Not eating?", Franky asked. "Are you sick?!". Chopper was worried. "Oi, you better eat it long nose"
"No. I can´t", he said, hands in a prayer, his index fingers touching his lips. "A stomachache?", asked Robin. "That would be better than what I saw!", he admitted. "A monster?" "Sea King?" "Your face in the mirror?", asked Zoro. "You bastard! No!!! THESE TWO!", he pointed to you and Luffy.
"Eh, did we do something wrong?", you asked. "Not that I remember", said Luffy and took his best friends plate. "Don´t you play with me! My innocence is gone!!!" "You? And innocent?", Nami was more than doubtful. "Yes! Before it clicked on them!"
"What did you do, Luffy?", asked Robin. "Nothing! He knocked and I opened and then he screamed", admitted your boyfriend before you feed him, making him shine.
"YOU WERE BUTT ASS NAKED!!!", the sniper yelled so loudly that his voice cracked, "AND SHE WAS STILL IN BED! YOUR CLOTHES WERE EVERYWHERE! YOU TWO FUCKED!!!"
Silence. "Yohohohoho, Usopp-san, I think you were still dreaming", laughed Brook. "Ah, no. He was right. Je and I slept together", grinned Lu widely, while you blushed bright red.
"WHAAAAAAAAA?!", Nami, Sanji and Chopper screamed. The rest was too shocked to speak. "Luffy! What did you do?!", Nami was about to attack him. "What? I didn´t put a baby in Je" "How the hell do you know how that works?!", Sanji was having a meltdown. "Of course I know how sex works. I´m not dumb!", protested your captain.
"HAHAHAHAHA!!! Our captain is more man than you, hentai-brow!", laughed Zoro. "Fu fu fu, was it fun?" "Robin!" "Yes! With Je it is always fun. We laugh and have fun, and kiss us a lot" "Wait...always?", asked Franky.
"Yeah, we did it a couple times already", beamed Luffy with innocence and you could vanish. Usopp stood up. "Usopp?", asked Chopper. "It was nice meeting you all, I sacrifice myself to the Sea" "USOPP NO!!!", Chopper cried. "I´m traumatized for life! Luffy and ...THIS! Is something that I never thought would happen" "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Luffy-kun, you are a real man now!", laughed Jinbe, everyone completely ignoring Sanji and Zoro fighting outside.
"Yohohoho, Luffy-san?" "Yes brook?" Brook bend down to him. "What color are her panties today?", he asked, awaiting as your boyfriend closed his eyes. "mmmh...ah! Blue like the sky" "Yohohohohoho", Brook dripped blood from his nose. "YOU PERVERT!", Nami kicked him full force outside.
You finally stood up. "Je?" "I shoot myself to the sun", you admitted, face high red as you walked out, the chaos continued.

I was thinking about the themes of One Piece, and what differentiated out characters we see as good versus bad, especially in a work that takes a really accepting view of different moral standpoints and values (Coby and SWORDS's justice is very different from Sabo and the RA's justice but they are both presented as good guys we'd want to root for).
So like, why do we root for Luffy following his dream to be Pirate King, but not Teach?
What about hating Crocodile who wanted to create an ideal society free of the WG but not the RA who want something similar for whole the world?
Big Mom who wants to create a place where all sentient are equal and get along versus Koala and/or Otohime who dream of that same thing for humans and fishmen?
I mean the obvious answer is that protagonists and their allies tend to be likeable - they are usually drawn prettier, have less kick the dog moments, and we get more time with them as an audience. They have to be on some level, or no one would read the manga.
But from an in-story perspective, I think its a an under looked facet of Luffy's character, for him chasing his dream is more important than obtaining it. It's why he turns down Rayleigh straight up offering to tell him where Laugh Tale is, and what is on it. What is important to Luffy isn't so much becoming Pirate King, it is being free, having fun, sailing with his friends on the journey to be Pirate King.
It's why he helps Vivi in Alabasta, Cricket in Skypiea, Shirahoshi in Fishmen Island, and the Wano crew in uhh Wano (the journey wouldn't be fun if he'd abandoned his friends to do it)
It's why he takes dangerous detours to places like Little Garden or Sky Island or Punk Hazard(the journey wouldn't be fun if he didn't get to explore)
It's why he risks his life against Arlong for Nami and declares the entire world his enemy for Robin and literally threatens to starve to death to get Sanji back ( the journey wouldn't be fun if he can't do it with his crew by his side)
All of this is why, Luffy isn't afraid of dying either. He can die at any point on his journey to being Pirate King, and feel no regret because the journey itself was the important part.
Compare this to two other D.'s Law and Blackbeard.
Law's also relentlessly pursuing his dream when we meet him (stop Doflamingo to avenge Cora), and he is miserable.
Law in trying to achieve his dream whatever the cost keeps putting himself in situations he hates.
He leaves his beloved crew behind because the mission is basically a suicide run. He cozies up to the Government he hates and hands his heart over to a morally bankrupt mad scientist he's obviously disgusted by. He plans to get Doflamingo in trouble with Kaido, which mean 1) he likely won't get to punch out Mingo himself, 2) there is a high probability of civilians getting caught in the crossfire/dying horribly.
This journey sucks. If Law had died during any point of this he would have been the world's most pissed off ghost.
It's Luffy and the Strawhats busting in and transforming that journey that puts Law on the path to success with his dream and with not being so goddamn miserable.
Like screw Caesar, let;s have Luffy kick his ass and then you fix the children he was experimenting on. Screw playing nice with the government, do what you want and call us your allies instead. Screw Doflamingo, you and Luffy go beat him up and the rest of us will pull his government/crime family down around his ears.
And it works! Law's grumpy and annoyed and cursing Luffy out, but he tells Mingo he believes Luffy can pull out a miracle and looks more at peace watching Doflamingo and Luffy brawl - knowing that he'll die or succeed with his ally/friend - than he ever did with his fool-proof plan.
The journey before destination thing is also why Blackbeard feels like a special type of evil in OP despite there being technically worse/more evil villains, because Blackbeard always prioritizes his dream over how he gets it.
He'll stay in the shadows for 20 years to increase his chances of success (wouldn't it have been more fun to be a captain like he obviously wants?)
He'll kill his crewmate, turn his commander in for a reward, then kill his captain (wouldn't it have been more fun to stay friends, he never indicates he hates/dislikes them?)
He invites strong people - and strong seems to be the only criteria - to join his crew, though tbh their personalities often suck. I don't recall any panel of his crew just hanging out or joking around which even Baroque Works, Buggy's crew, and Kaido's Beast Pirates get (wouldn't it have been more fun to recruit people he can befriend, not just people he can use)
Like obviously Blackbeard feels like the antithesis of Luffy - even though they are both all about chasing their dreams. Luffy's all about the chasing, and Blackbeard only cares about the results.

You Kissed the Clown? Part 2
Hello everyone! I wasn't thinking about making a part 2 to this story, but I'm now thinking about adding a little more. Part one is here:
Part 1
Part 2 is a little more banter with the Strawhat crew, a little bit of reflection on the actions of part 1 and a little bit more into the type of background the reader are in this insert. Future chapters will likely be a bit of Cap Kuro, Baratie and of course our favourite decapitated head
Anyways, onto part 2, taking place OPLA S1E2.
Tumblr media
“I have four lockpicks, they only found three,” Nami quipped at the green-haired swordsman. They had been bickering for a short while whereas you were attempting to utilise your newly acquired throwing knife to cut through your bonds. Unfortunately, you had not managed to get an appropriate hold on the knife to cut through the rope on your wrists, as their bonds were tight; successfully immobilising your hands.
“What?” Zoro snapped at Nami, annoyance ringing in his tone.
“This is my life now,” she rolled her eyes and continued to pick the lock confiding her in her dangling cage.
“You want to trade places?” Zoro suggested.
You shook your head and maneuvered your body to press you back against the post you were tied to, breaking your sights from their forms. You knitted your brows together and strained against your ropes.
“Someone’s coming,” Zoro whispered. You spun your head to face him momentarily before frantically spinning the knife in your fingertips.
“I need more time. Keep them talking,” Nami snapped back.
“I don’t talk, I hit things,” Zoro curtly responded before turning his head towards you.
“Why don’t you give this one a kiss too, hm? Maybe that’d distract them,” Zoro quipped at you with a small smirk.
“To quote a very skilled swordsman I have come to hold a certain fondness for: I kind of have my own thing going on right now,” you whispered in a slight jesting tone. You gestured to the knife in your hands and wiggled them to demonstrate how restrictive your hand movement had become within the bonds of the rope. Zoro sighed and thumped his head backwards against the wheel he was strung from.
“Put your mouth to good use again then,” he whispered at you, nodding his head to the blade. The curtains suddenly flung open and revealed a unicycle using individual who became immediately fixated on Zoro.
You knit your brows together and turned your body away from Zoro, Nami and the new individual as you reached your mouth down and clasped the bound woven end of the throwing knife between your teeth. You began to rake the bonds against the sharp tip of the knife as you contemplated the circumstances you journeyed through to be exactly in this present moment.
You closed your eyes and focussed on breathing through your nose as you used subtle movements of your head as to not bring attention to yourself while Zoro was distracting ‘Cabaji’, as he introduced himself. Behind your eyelids, you became haunted by the ice-shrouded lenses belonging to the leader of this troop. You shuddered slightly as the ghost of the kiss you shared so tenderly relayed over your memories. You bit down harder on the material covering the small blade and hardened your resolve to free yourself from your bonds.
Zoro taunted Cabaji to keep his sights fixated on the swordsman to distract from both your and Nami’s attempt to free yourselves from your entrapments. Cabaji threw a circular ended knife at Zoro in response to his taunts and continued to monologue about his brother who’s life was taken at the hands of Zoro.
You flinched at the sound of the sharp blade hitting the rounded pallet, but continued to attempt to slice through your bonds at a hastened pace.
“Let’s see if you can keep your head,” Cabaji threatened before you heard the circular board begin to rotate while holding Zoro in place.
You managed to successfully cut through two of the finer woven whisps of rope trapping your hands, which then enabled you to cut through others with more ease. You found the bonds beginning to become looser and giving your fingers more freedom in their movements – not enough to truly utilise them but enough to aid your mouth in cutting through the remainder of the rope.
Knife after knife was thrown against the board behind Zoro, who you noticed did not seem to make a noise to indicate he was harmed in any way by the blades. Finally as you bit down harder on the hilt of the knife, you managed to free your dominant hand from the bonds and take the knife from between your teeth into it to cut the rope binding your other hand.
“As soon as Captain Buggy is finished with you, you’re mine,” threatened Cabaji after a final blade was thrown against the board.
“As tempting as that sounds, I’m not sticking around,” Zoro replied in response to his threat in a nonchalant manner. You freed your other hand and turned your head to meet the gaze of Nami as she clicked the lock and managed to pull the bolt from the lock and lace it through the gated door. You smiled at her and waved your free hand at her, prompting her to smirk in response and unlatch the gate from the hilt to swing it wide enough for her to squeeze her body through.
“Really? Got somewhere else to be?” Cabaji retorted with a quip of his head.
“I didn’t use to think so,” Zoro replied, “But Luffy changed all of that.”
You took the knife between your fingers and held it out in a defensive manner, although you truly had no idea how to correctly use it to protect yourself against a skilled fighter. Nami managed to sneak up behind Cabaji and perfectly timed a kick with Zoro a way to successfully immobilize Cabaji with one swift move. Zoro held him in the crook of his elbow and rendered him unconscious through a minor strangulation. Nami took one of the throwing knives off the board and freed Zoro’s right hand from it’s bounds before they reequipped their weapons.
“What’s the plan?” Zoro asked Nami as he strapped his swords to his righthand side, “you do have a plan, right? That’s your thing, plans.”
Nami sighs and cracks her neck slightly.
“I say, we beat the hell out of every clown we see,” she smirked in response, prompting Zoro to chuckle slightly at the suggestion. Nami turned to you slightly and formed her lips into a thin line and furrowed her brows slightly at you. You quirked your eyebrow up at her expression before she handed you a small rag she took from one of the vanities in the green room.
“For your face,” she cringed out slightly through a tightly grit smile.
“For my face?” you questioned while taking the rag from her outstretched hand. You sauntered slightly over to one of the vanities and noticed how truly horrendous you looked with blue, red and white facial paint smeared all over the lower half of your face. Your cheeks began to glow red like an iron poker you used in your jewellery making practices as you frantically began to scrub your face.
“And none of you said a damn thing,” you uttered as you scrubbed, wiped and patted the paint on your face, successfully removing it partially – leaving only your lips stained with the memory of the passionate embrace you shared with the clown captain.
“Yeah well, we were a little tied up,” Zoro retorted with a smirk. You turned your head to scowl at him before throwing the rag at the mirror. Nami let out a small chuckle at the comment before she made her way out of the tent curtain into the main area.
You attempted to follow her but felt a firm arm on your shoulder. You turned to face your swordsman companion as he held you momentarily.
“I don’t think you can kiss your way out of this one,” he commented at you, causing you to frown at him.
“What are you talking about?” you responded, shrugging his hand from your shoulder.
“What I mean is, you’re not a skilled fighter. You are a jeweller,” he commented moving his body in front of yours and beginning to exit the curtain door, “just keep your head down, stay behind me and try not to get in the way.”
You scoffed and reluctantly followed the orders of the former bounty hunter turned first mate. You kept your head down and followed the path of the two skilled reconnaissance fighters as they began to immobilise one by one the members of the circus troop, keeping their administrations silent and stealthy as they did so. As each member of the crew fell, you felt a small amount of pity for not only them, but the leader of their troop.
You remember feeling the waves of true loneliness coming from his body as he unashamedly cradled you into himself. His need for acceptance, hunger for dominion and desire for an intimate connection was expressed through his embrace. You could admit to only yourself that the kiss, although started as a way for you to stealthily collect a knife from your captor’s breast pocket, was truly one of the few moments you yourself had truly felt craved by someone else. Sure, men had wanted you in the past – some even seeking your father’s permission to begin a courtship with you; but the amount of yearning you felt falling off the pirate clown in unbridled waves of pure and utter desire for you and only you felt unakin to any other single moment you had shared with another individual.
And you had yet to utter a single word to him.
As Nami and Zoro successfully rendered the last of Buggy’s ‘insane clown posse’ unconscious, Zoro directed you to a place behind the bleachers and sat you down atop a small barrel.
“We’re gonna go in and grab Luffy,” Zoro fixated his gaze on you as he removed a small black bandana from his left upper arm, “you wait here until we’re done.”
“Wait here?” you angrily whispered at him, prompting him to scoff while he placed the bandana against his forehead.
“Again,” he whispered back, “you can’t fight. You could try, but all I can see is you likely getting yourself or one of us hurt in the process. It’s dangerous, stick to the plan.”
“And what is the plan?” you whispered in response, keeping your hushed tone as low as you could.
“Run and get a boat ready for us, we may need to sprint to get out of here,” Nami whisper-called to you as she prepared her retractable staff in the best way she could before rushing in to rescue your self-appointed Captain.
Zoro stalked into the circus ring with two of his blades drawn in a slow and intimidating manner as Nami flung her staff at what appeared to be a large glass container full of sea-water.
“Where are my freaks?!” You heard the clown captain call. The desperation in his voice pulled slightly at your heart, prompting you to halt your actions slightly. You closed your eyes, listening to Zoro’s retort.
“They’re not coming,” he stated monotonously. The sound of glass shattering within the circus arena echoed throughout the large white and red tent, breaking you from your momentary trance and prompting you to begin your sprint into the desolate town.
You almost shrieked at the sight, noticing buildings reduced to rubble on the harsh gravel floor beneath your feet. Tears sprung to the corners of your eyes as you gathered your skirts into your hands and ran throughout the area, franticly searching the forsaken town for anything resembling a dock. Stones, dirt and mud was flung beneath your feet as you sprinted towards the sea, finally fixating your eyes on your small, abandoned rigging.
You noticed it was not tied to the dock, but slowly setting sail, unmanned, out onto the open sea. Without a moments hesitation, you ran to the end of the dock and dove into the deep water below and began to swim out to meet the small vessel. Although you were not competent in the art of hand to hand combat, you were more than an adequate swimmer. Being in the upper working class in your hometown, you had the luxury of being granted education in sea-bearing survival. Swimming was one of the few physical recreations you adored, and swiftly became prominent in the skill. Sailing was another aspect that came along with commencing trade as a finery merchant, often travelling alongside your father on his many routes.
Paying no heed to the weight of your dampened clothes, you continued an unrelenting pace of diving beneath choppy waves and wading above the smaller ones before you made swift work of the distance between the dock and your sailing vessel. You found a small rope hanging from the side of the vessel and wrapped your hand around the fibrous material and tested the weight of it before pulling yourself up and over the polished wooden panel of the ship.
As your feet found the hard floor of the boat, you finally felt the weight of your drenched attire – your skirts weighing you down the most. You pushed the material over your hips and pooled them at your feet; leaving you in your undershorts as you quickly sprinted to the helm and maneuvered it to turn the vessel back to make port at the end of the dock. You noticed the sailing sheets began to listen to your guidance and the wind appeared to be on your side as you made the vessel bend to your will; riding the waves back into town.
You fixed your eyes on the tent containing your travelling companions and your eyes widened at noticing what you could only assume to be Luffy’s fists exit the tent and a small object being flung into the sky. You could not tell from this distance what the object was, but you felt a small amount of relief at the knowledge your companions were still alive within the shrouded materials of the large tent.
After successfully navigating the boat back to the dock, you flung a rope and captured a small post with the looped end. You pulled the rope and docked the boat before the icky feeling of heavy seawater in your clothes began to notify you of the imbalance of weight you were bearing.
You pondered momentarily about using your time alone to strip you of your wet clothes and change into some dry ones you kept in your quarters before your companions made their way back to you, hopefully unscathed. Before you could hold that thought further, you noticed your companions making their way towards you, along with the freed townspeople behind them. You smiled warmly and waved to them, prompting your captain to wave in response.
Zoro and Nami made their way down the dock to your position on the boat, Zoro noticing first your soaked body before looking onto the deck and locating your drenched skirt splayed onto the floor.
“What happened?” he furrowed his brows at you, “fancied a swim while we did all the hard work?”
You rolled your eyes and playfully nudged his shoulder before helping Nami to step onto the deck.
“The boat was attempting to get away from me,” you replied, “fortunately for us all, I’m confident in my swimming abilities.”
Zoro hummed slightly in response, using his foot to nudge your skirt on the floor, “you gonna clean this up?”
“Yes,” you responded bluntly, jumping down onto the deck and picking up your soaked skirt. You flung it over one of the ropes holding the sail and held it in place with a small clamp. You looked over to Nami, noticing she was holding Luffy’s straw hat in her hands and repairing it with a sewing needle. You walked over to the place Zoro was leaning on and leant your body next to his.
“What happened?” you asked him, nodding your chin to your captain and navigator.
“The clown cut his hat up a little,” he responded, also looking to the two of them. You fixed your eyes to the floor and used your shoulder to nudge the swordsman slightly.
“Thank you,” you murmured slightly. The swordsman hummed in response, raising his eyebrow to you.
“For stopping me from doing something stupid,” you further clarified, still looking down on the floor. He chuckled slightly in response.
“I dunno,” he taunted you, “you kissed the clown all on your own.”
Your eyes widened at the mention and the red tinge returned to your cheeks, upper ears and your central most point in your chest.
“I meant with the fighting, asshole,” you said through gritted teeth. This caused Zoro to let out a full, unrestrained belly-laugh at your retort. Once he had his fill of laughter, he stifled it off into a small teetered chuckle.
“We need to do something about that,” he mentioned slightly with a small amount of determined warmth in his eyes.
“What? With kissing?” you spat slightly, prompting him to chuckle again.
“No, idiot,” he responded and nudged his shoulder against yours, “fighting.”
“Why, are you offering to train me in the art of martial combat are you?” you asked him, fixing your gaze on the navigator and captain once more.
“In a way, yes I am,” he responded, causing you to snap your head to meet his gaze as his eyes softened slightly before you saw a mischevious glint appear behind them, “can’t have you kissing every enemy we come to face.”
You groaned in response and hung your head again, causing him to chuckle.
“I will never live that down, will I?” you questioned him, bringing your right hand to cradle your forehead in shame.
“As long as we’re apart of the same crew?” Zoro quipped back, “absolutely not.”
You peaked through your fingers and noticed Nami was no longer above the deck and Luffy was hanging from the ropes containing the sail sheets to get a better angle on the path ahead.
“What happened to him? The clown?” you asked Zoro suddenly. Zoro sighed and turned around to face the open ocean, resting his forearms against the wooden railing and stretching his back slightly.
“He had devil-fruit powers, you know. Chop-Chop fruit,” he mentioned. This had your eyes wide as you turned to face the swordsman fully, “I couldn’t slice him up.”
You hummed and placed your own hands on the wooden railing. You reminisced the expression Buggy held as you broke from the kiss replaying in your mind. The way his eyes searched your own for some hidden agenda, only to find your own eyes looking half-lidded through your eyelashes. The way his lips were smeared with his face-paint, knowing he had transported some of the tint to your own skin in your administrations. His eyes holding apprehensive, bitter-sweet desperation as his need for you to fulfill some sort of void surpassed shame at the public display of affection.
“We removed pieces of him and put him into individual barrels,” Zoro’s voice brought you out of his thoughts, causing you to choke on the air you sucked into your mouth quickly.
“Don’t worry,” he smirked, “he’s still alive. Just really, really small.”
Zoro chuckled, looking down at the waves colliding with the base of the ship.
“You’re drenched,” Zoro commented, gesturing to your clothes, “go get dry and change into something other than a skirt. Your combat training starts now.”

Established Acesan in Warlord!Sanji would be so funny lmao
Like Ace is telling Jinbei all about his boyfriend and brother and Jinbei is processing the fact that he's Sanji's boyfriend and his little brother is Sanji's captain. And then Ace is taken for his execution and not long after Luffy is there with an army of their Impel Down escapees.
He fills Crocodile in on the way to Marineford and the hooked man looks so disappointed that their kid is dating a commander of the pirate who kicked his rookie ass. Like Crocodile is going to get shit for this so hard. Jinbei is already giving him a look that says it's the first thing he's going to do if they survive.
Crocodile blocking Doffy's foot from kicking him just looks up at his coparent and goes "Fire Fist is Sanji's boyfriend." And Doffy just pushes off his hook to fly at the admirals on the execution platform. Mihawk who is fighting Vista looks as Doffy strings a bunch of marines up and then sends them crashing into each other.
"The hell is going on!?" Mihawk yells.
"He's Sanji's boyfriend!" Doffy calls back while laughing which make Mihawk rip Yoru away from blocking Vista and slice several marines in an instant. The Whitebeard fleet becomes confused as Mihawk and Doffy start helping in their fight to save and free Ace and get him and Luffy to safety.
They succeed and Jinbei gets the brothers out as the other four stay to fight. The Warlords keep it hidden, even after Jinbei joins the crew because he sees how smitten Ace is with his kid. After Wano the crew is docked at an uninhabited island Jinbei just tells everyone he has some friends stopping by as well. And then the warlords show up. Two of which Luffy has beaten to smithereens and all of them are gearing up for a fight, except Sanji who looks angry and Jinbei who's smiling.
"Friendly! We're friendly!" Doffy laughs as Boa groans and kicks him off. Mihawk and Crocodile jump off the other.
"Listen, thanks for help at my execution but we have a warlord." Ace warns them.
"That's part of the problem, unfortunately." Crocodile says as he looks at Jinbei. "She has several of your bones to break on her list."
"I have done nothing." Jinbei smiles.
"Wrong, you've kept my child from me." Boa hisses.
"Wait, hold on." Usopp says.
"You have a kid?" Luffy asks Boa.
"Adopted." Boa smiles and as she goes to swoon she's strung up in Doflamingo's strings.
"Are we giving a shovel talk or not, there are more important things to be doing." Mihawk demands.
"Sure, shovel talk. Now Fire Fist-" Boa starts which makes the Strawhat crew start screaming questions, "we understand Sanji can set himself on fire-"
"Wait-" Crocodile interrupts.
"So just to make it very clear we will come after you if you hurt our son, got it?" Boa presses on with a sweet smile.
"Hey, Sanji-kun, what the fuck is going on?" Nami asks.
"These are the people I consider my parents, unfortunately for everyone involved." Sanji sighs.
"You good, Ace?" Luffy asks as he looks at Ace who is in a fighting stance but staring at the ground wide eyed with weak flames lapping at his body.
"No, I just had four warlords threaten me." Ace answers.
"I'm sorry I didn't think this would be how you found out, I thought you already knew. How did you not know?" Sanji says to Ace and then looks at Zoro.
"Well ghost girl was there-"
"Perona and I came to an agreement not to tell him unless he brought it up." Mihawk cuts him which makes Sanji yell in frustration and set his legs on fire.
"Oh, I see." Crocodile says. "Anna is going to love that."
