Well, if this isn’t a pleasant twist of irony. How often was it that things played out so easily in your favor? Still, this meant that your new source had provided accurate intel. Movement of two camps of Fatui, expected to be meeting for some grander plan had encountered another foe before you were able to give them a proper welcome. Your sword, crimson and burning, would still find its use however. There was still one guest left from the party.

“Leaving so soon?” The flames of your vision erupt around you as your rush concludes and the furry cuff of the twisted villain is trapped in your grip. Trying to escape, of course. They were a cowardly race that relied on fear and underhanded tactics. In a frontal assault they faltered like ash and shuddered before dawn’s light. Small creatures that regardless carried with them a frightening power over elements that could test even a fierce adventurer wielding a vision themselves.

All the more reason they should be eradicated. Removed from this world before they could do anything else to the people of Mondstadt, your home. It couldn’t be left to the knights, so it would be taken up yourself. That way, the people you cared about wouldn’t have to be hurt.

“You’re going to answer some questions for me. About what happened here.”

Another thing about Abyss Mages, was they had such awful screams.

Pheeewwww... man. This comic took waaaayyy too long to make. As I'm posting this, I'm already over half way to 21,000.

This took me several weeks for sure. Life kept getting in the way and other projects were of more importance. But it's finally done. I'm so glad its done so I can go back to drawing other things <XDD

Also, this journey on Tumblr has been a crazy one for sure. And I probably didn't have to make this HUGE comic to celebrate.. But I wanted to. I wanted to make a big comic that shows how big this milestone is for me. How much it means to me. I always say in these milestone posts "WOW I never thought I'd get this far!! :DDD" But I really do mean it. When I first joined Tumblr I really didn't think I'd get this big. I was shocked when I made it to 1,000! <XD

You guys have really brought so much substance to my life. And really give me this drive to draw and create. You guys make me want to improve my artwork. To bring it to a higher quality. To make more of it. I cant thank you guys enough for sticking around and reading my goofy comics. Your support has taken me a lot further than I thought I'd go. And now with Cici and Gerald? My journey to reach 30,000 is going to be a lot more chaotic than I originally thought <XDD

I had this cute thought in my head, basically Gregory’s getting ready for bed but recently he’s been having trouble sleeping, so Vanessa decides to tell him a story she made up, when she ends the story she gives Gregory a forehead kiss, Gregory a bit shocked at first then says he loves Vanessa and she says she loves him too, meanwhile Freddy is just listening and is so heart melted.

Soap's much older sister driving him somewhere after a bad break-up: FUCK MEN Young, impressionable teen!Soap: Uh- I mean if you say so...

I just had this thought and it was such a funny mental image. He says that out loud and she just whacks him. Not cause she just realized her little bro is gay, no because he's being a smartass and she's angry

Years later, he brings his first boyfriend home (someone he dated in the early years of his military career). His sister knew since that night he's gay, or at least into men, but hasn't said anything cause it isn't her place. She wonders if he remembers the interaction...

They don't talk about it, especially not when Soap comes home a few months later saying "it wasn't going to work out, anyways" when asked where his partner was. Soap and his sis don't bring that up for years again.

Not until Soap proudly shows off one Simon Riley.

Soap standing next to his sister and being like "Fuck men, am I right?"

And she just looses it. And of course hits him for good measure.

Eve MacTavish had bad luck when it came to dating, and often enough her little brother would be the one to hear her rant.

He was a good listener and Eve knew if she tried talking to their parents about it… they mean well but they could be very protective. Carol actually has a good relationship and Eve didn’t want to bother her with the woes of her failed relationships. And Andy? Don’t get her started on the youngest sister.

So the youngest of the MacTavish family seemed to be the only person she could turn to. Eve hoped that she would be able to make him at least a good boyfriend for whatever girl that ended up with him. Hoped that she could help make him a respectable young man. But years would go by without Johnny even mentioning liking a girl.

Then-

“This is Simon. He’s, uh, my boyfriend,” Johnny nervously introduced the young man who Eve would recognize to live across the street from them.

Their parents loved him. Later that night, after their parents would be bombarding Simon with embarrassing pictures and silly stories of Johnny, Johnny pulled Eve aside and muttered to her.

“You said fuck men, right?”

Eve couldn’t help but laugh, Johnny looking at her with a small smirk.

“Not what I meant!”

Johnny giggles, “It’s what I meant, though.”

Headcanon, theory, prediction, whatever you want to call it,

but I think the reason that the universe Miquel hijacked collapsed, and not Miles, despite them both being “anomalies” is because Miquel was trying to change someone else’s story, as opposed to Miles who inspires other people to change their own stories.

Like, Miquel tried to force himself into a universe that wasn’t his. He took the place of his counterpart and pretended to be him, he was playing a part that wasn’t meant for him, he was changing a story that wasn’t his. And the universe rejected that.

Whereas Miles inspires people to change their own stories. His universe didn’t collapse because that’s HIS universe. It’s HIS story to tell, and sure the plot changed along the way, but he’s still telling it.

The same with 42-Miles. His story was drastically changed because he wasn’t bitten by that spider, but his universe isn’t collapsing because he’s the one still telling the story. He’s still shaping his own future.

And like how Miles inspired Peter B to have Mayday at all. Without Miles, Peter wouldn’t have gone back to his and he wouldn’t have had Mayday. But his universe isn’t collapsing because that’s a decision PETER made. No one forced him to make up with MJ and have Mayday. But Miles gave him faith and inspired him to go back and give life another try. (Don’t even get me started how Peter would have literally DIED if not for Miles. He was going to stay in Miles dimension. He was fully ready to deteriorate. He literally would have died if not for Miles saying “NO BITCH YOU GOTTA GO HOME” much less inspiring him to have Mayday, I’m just saying I’m just saying.)

And the thing is I don’t think Miquel realizes that. He’s so caught up in his grief and anger that he’s completely consumed with following canon and my never disrupting ANYTHING. He doesn’t realize that that universe collapsed because he tried to change someone ELSES story. He tried to become someone else to live their story. He didn’t try to make his own and that’s not how it works.

Elrond and Elros did not go with Maedhros and Maglor quietly. They didn't cower in fear and simply hold still while they were scooped up. They were scared for sure. Terrified. But they didn't go quietly. Elros kicked Maedhros in the shin and bit him when Maedhros tried to scoop him up to get a better look, and when Maedhros dropped him in surprise he scrambled for the door as fast as his little legs could carry him. And Elrond would've clawed Maglor's eyes out if it weren't for his helm. They spit and they kicked and they screamed because they knew who these guys were and they'd heard the stories about their uncles and they absolutely thought they were about to die.

And man does it make me absolutely feral. I think all headcannons about Sirion are valid and I love reading everybody else's interpretations, but the idea that Elrond and Elros fought with every inch of their tiny bodies against the last sons of Feanor and actually landed a few hits? That Maedhros got a new scar from Elros that day? I have art planned and in the draft stage for it right and now and someday I will manage to write my own version of kidnap fam, but in my head they didn't go quietly. They thought they were going to die and also even in their young minds they understood that there was an implication that, if the sons of Feanor were here dragging them out of their hiding place -- and their mother hadn't come for them? There was absolutely the understanding that they'd murdered her (even if, in actuality, that's not what happened) and these little six-seven year olds would not stand for it. That's their mom, and they will avenge her, and also? They'll avenge themselves. If the sons of Feanor want to kidnap them or kill them, Elros and Elrond were gonna make it difficult every inch of the way.
