Breakthrough!

Today wasn't about her usual fanfare, of trying to make some new potion or filling orders. She already let her customers know there may be a delay. She after all had to allot time for research and development! and today's little experiment was at the top of her to do list! She was looking for a way to transform her bulky potions into something more manageable! She'd spent hours looking for the right formula and, keeping the potency. Because they'd be consuming less she had to increase the effectiveness of the potion thus she needed to know just the right amount to give. Which was mostly alot of math thus her chalkboard was full of it. If Carol walked in she'd probably have a headache from just looking at all the fractions! and Algebra!

Funny for all her powers, and abilities this was probably her strongest skill. The power of her mind, born with an innate knowledge of MATH and GEOMETRY and the ever loathed TRIGONOMETRY! As well as many other sciences. She always knew how it worked, it was just part of her identity. Like walking she knew it all so well, but only the basics! Other aspects she had to learn on her own---just like she was doing today!

She poured her healing potion into the bowel and added a gelatin compound she'd created. Then she poured the potion into her molds and covered it with the lid. Taking out a crystal she placed it on top of mold and frosty energy mitted from it chilling her little creation in what would normally take hours in mere moments. She pulled on her glove and removed the gem and opened her mold!

From it she pulled a little red GUMMY dog from the mold and grinned to herself!

" EUREKA!?! I'VE DONE IT! NOW MY POTIONS ARE NOW FOXTROTTING ADORABLE! "

" oppsie... i sad a bad... no one heard that right? "

ai generated images make me increasingly sad and tired the more i see them in more and more casual contexts. i dont know how to explain, but it just fills the world with a bunch of nothing. no matter how visually stunning the pictures might be, there's nothing behind it for me. no dedication, no emotions, no feelings, no hard work or creativity, nothing i can truly think about, admire or enjoy. i dont think thats how art is supposed to be

Sure have! #I forgot how long it takes for Chimera Falin to come into play. #I still really love my 'better drawn' art of her - unfortunately it was several weeks too early for the anime only folks. #Slowly getting the hang of drawing Laios. I don't know why I struggle so much but I am getting...somewhere. #Meta time: God damn I love how the chimera shows off the expertise and gap between Kabru and Laios. #The truth is: they are both *right* and they are both *wrong*. #This creature is a combination of monster and human and they only have the skillset to deal with one of those. #Kabru goes for all the human vitals - but she isn't human. #Laios tries to approach her as a monster and is struck down by the humanity he sees in her. #She is something new that defies what they *both* understand about the world. And that makes her such a perfect antagonist. #The damsel was the dragon all along! #...She is really so cute though. Terrifying! But adorable. I am so excited to see the boom of fanart for her.
