Okay! So after many many months, I have rewatched 'That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime' so that I can finally write and post this ask. If I'm being completely honest I'm pretty sure Guy wouldn't be too affected by flirting. Diablo too, probably. I'm sorry this took so long, I hope you like this, I did my best.

👹 Well aren't you easy on the eyes. Consider this Primordial Demon Lord very interested. Guy can't help but wonder how in the world you're so muscular. He himself is quite physically fit, but you? Give him some tips will you, maybe you can work out together. Guy definitely won't mind the meal his eyes will be feasting on during that endeavor. Huh? Leon who? Not important at the moment, he's too busy getting an eye full of this hot ass man in front of him.

👹 Guy certainly noticed that you aren't the sharpest sword in the armory and he finds it kind of hot. Don't get him wrong, he likes having intelligent conversation with people, but the way that you look at him when you have absolutely no idea what he's staying just does things to him. Guy can't really explain it too well, but having a handsome empty-headed boyfriend to go to in his free time is wonderful way to take a break.

👹 Your lack of intellect also has him assuming that you don't actually mean the words that you say in they way that he interprets them. Guy doesn't think that you understand quite how much he's holding himself back from doing as he pleases with you. Usually he just watches you in amusement as you "tease" him, chuckling at how truly bold you were to behave in this way towards Guy of all people.

👹 I don't believe that Guy is the flirting type. He's a strait foreword guy so even if a wild himbo appears and starts to flirt, he would get his message across pretty easily, no flirting needed. If he's interested, which in this case he would be, you would definitely know. To be honest, Guy wouldn't be fazed... Like, at all; considering how direct he is with Leon about how he's down to fuck. He would be really happy that someone that he thought was interesting was reciprocating for once, though.

👹 You want to do him favors? Why? Guy has maids and underlings for something like that. However, he just chalks it up to being your love language and just let's you do simple things that he could easily do on his own. Like getting him something to eat or grabbing him that book off the shelf over there. Your his boyfriend, Guy's not really keen on sending you away to deal with anything major, he'll do that on his own.

🦇 Ah? Why hello there, handsome sir. Aren't you a sight for this primordial demon lord's eyes. Give him a little twirl so he can get a better look at you. Diablo really can't keep his gaze away no matter how hard he fights it. So forgive him, okay?

He doesn't want you to strain yourself. Just let him serve you as he does Lord Rimuru.

🦇 Now, Diablo knows he's handsome. It's not hard to understand considering the lingering gazes he gets from many people on the daily. However, this poor primordial demon lord was not prepared when the handsome man he had his eyes on started to flirt with him. Diablo couldn't help but be flustered; it was you who was showering him with compliments and innuendos instead of the other way around, after all.

🦇 While Diablo is a gentleman, he can certainly lay it on thick with the words of affirmation and occasional innuendos, but only when it comes to you. I like to think that he'd only return the favor in a private setting, he has an image to uphold. Such uncouth behavior is unbecoming of a butler like himself. But in all honesty, Diablo can let loose some raunchy shit when the time is right; the shit that comes out of this man's mouth could make even Guy Crimson blush a little.

🦇 No. He will not allow you to do any tasks or favors for him, that's his job; Diablo lives to serve and serving you is no exception. However, he will let do a few of the smaller tasks with him if you continue to insist. Acts of service are his love language so he prefer to do everything on his own, but if you sit him down and explain it to him Diablo will give you very small and simple things to do whenever he can.

Rimuru Tempest is confident in a number of different things. Lords are not without their pride; Rimuru undergoes significant evolution-literally and figuratively-as a monster and as an individual playing his role as King of Monsters.

But marriage sure ain't one of them!

Can't tell the first thing about it, not diddly squat.

Not all hope is lost, however. You're a team in this, together till the end. Sworn by hearts, promised in bonds. Tethered by fated rings, by your fingers. Even with his face in the ground, glued in the sand, you're dedicated as ever, stubborn in the face of conflict. By his side forevermore, inspiring. He just has to get back on track, stand again, puff his chest to swallow some big boy pills; boost his esteem, maintain faith and confidence. Lovers help each other, so prop up! Words cannot describe his appreciation, his respect. And it's not just you, he isn't as alone as he thinks he is, never. A whole kingdom of monsters is watching your backs, a little too eager to lend a hand in serenading you both.

Rimuru isn't that stupid! There's a groom and bride with a bunch of lovely dovely flowers and shit, literally all he knows. His previous lifetime was kind of pathetic and unromantic. Pretty depressing in entirety, sad in truth. He never married or attended weddings in his lost world, let alone the current one. Is marriage even the same here as it is in Japan? For all Rimuru knows, marriage kisses ass and costs butt loads of unnecessary money.

So fucking clueless, tree stumped.

Rimuru is a slime, but a Demon Lord slime, not to be looked down upon. Power, wealth and a whole kingdom by his side! He can learn to husband, no sweat! He can do this! And do you.

Something he always does is dot on you like you're the next Tom Cruise. Bubbly and bashful, all to delight you. No strings attached, anything you might like; can only hope it hits a not too big dent in his wallet. He doesn't want to overdo, come across as too zealous. But doing so makes him do exactly that (Overthinks sometimes, stresses, running Tempest requires a great deal of weight and planning). Appropriate gifts left and right, showering you in attention. Things you favor, as if he needs to prove himself over every little thing. Things Shuna told him you favor. His wife is the best thing that ever happened to him since his rebirth. The closest thing to his heart, a part of his family, the family he would die protecting. Being King isn't paradise. Its plenty stressful and he worries, a lot.

To Rimuru, you work wonders just by sitting down with him. His wife's presence eases everything his horrible day threw at him, accepting a place shaped with your legs, fitting perfectly. A seat perfect for a king, your leggy pot full of bubbly blue jelly. Your hands drag across him in smooth feathery strokes, his slimy form flowing along the slow movements as thick ocean currents. Carefully gliding, washing away the negativity and pressure off his shoulders. Replaced with care and comfort, a love only a wife can give. In this embrace, a tangling of different bodies, your gentle pets are heaven. Warm water, slipping through your fingers like glass. Holding him so tenderly in your lap, afraid he will slide off at any moment. Don't worry, he stays right where he is. Careless of how "jealous" the others might get. Will get. Take a hint Shion. He just snuggles deeper, instantly relaxed. Chill in your own makeshift hug.

Rimuru especially loves travel. Sightseeing, a passion Satoru Mikami dreamed of before reincarnation. Exploring, experiencing and visiting every corner of the world, seeing places in the glorious landscapes of his thriving nation. A piece of Eden Heaven can't hope to compare. Beauty exists to be seen.

It won't take a mile to enjoy himself, Rimuru is a regular guy who likes regular things. Married anime couple things. Simple things. Like counting clouds and trees, wishing on shooting stars, telling fairy tales. Minty to your taste. Breathing fresh air and enjoying food together, basking in beloved company. Even with that in mind, still gives it the best he can provide, turn it more meaningful and loving, memorable. The best views, best stops, best everything. He can't go out to genuinely enjoy life with his wife as much as he wants to, until retirement. Every moment must be worth treasuring, so when he does have time aplenty, its twice as entertaining.

Nothing wins Rimuru over faster than a tasty meal. Consider food dates his favorite type of date; since Rimuru lost his sense of taste as a slime, he incredibly values taste. One of the few things left of his humanity. From breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts. Bonus points if you cook for him; Rimuru quite literally melts, enjoying these get togethers is the prime of his day.

May even muster up the courage to do that cliche anime trope. You know the one.

That single trope all anime protagonists do; a classic, desperate loser move to flirt with their lover. Rimuru cringes at the mere thought of it, drowning in sweat. Shuddering. Makes him sink into himself and never peek back out. Embarrassed. Rimuru will blame it on cold weather. Wants to do it so damn badly but...

Fucking cliche, like his life isn't already an anime. He wants to run in the opposite direction and quickly slip into a lonely hole in the ground because he was not made for this:

Rimuru Tempest x Reader

“Rimuru-sama prefers my company to you!” Shion shouted over the table at her counterpart.

“Don’t be ridiculous Shion,” Shuna chuckled into her hand delicately. “Who would prefer a dried-up old lady to a cute, gentle woman like me?”

“I’ll show you dried-up!” The oni summoned her sword and prepared to swing it down, through the table and potentially Shuna.

“Yada yada! Hold on!” Rimuru shouted in a panic. Waving his arms and getting the girls attention to stop. “I don’t prefer anyone’s company over anyone. I like spending time with both of you. I just need to be alone for a bit to finish my work.” The whole fight starting when he asked them to leave and they misinterpreted as one of them leaving, and not the other. “Please. We’ll spend time together after, but I need to get this done.”

The girls apologize, to Rimuru and each other, before they leave as requested and he slumped into his chair.

“Is it safe to come out?” Rimuru perked up as he looked over toward an armoire where [Y/N] was sliding out from under. Shifting out of their slime state once the coast was clear and into their human form. “Phew! I thought I was going to be stuck under there forever. But I literally didn’t want to get dragged into their fight.”

Rimuru chuckled at [Y/N]’s joke and fiddled with his papers. “They mean well. But sometimes I can’t get anything done when they’re around.”

“Do you want me to leave too?” [Y/N] asked. Still taking a seat beside him. “You said you needed to be alone to finish. Am I a distraction?”

The other slime blushed at the question and focused on his papers even more. Yes, they were a distraction. But not in the way they perhaps thought. When they had first met, Rimuru was just happy to have someone like him around he could talk to. The others were nice, but they didn’t understand all the time. [Y/N] was an intelligent slime like him. So it was just easy to talk to them and have them get it. Eventually he found himself feeling more than just ‘friendly’ about them.

“N-No, no, you can stay.”

“Good!” [Y/N] chirped in a bright way that made him blush redder. He nearly told them how he felt right then, before they added, “because I really don’t want to go out there if they’re still fighting.”

Touchy? Guy Crimson will adore a clingy S/O! Best friends with Milim Nava, Guy Crimson is accustomed to clingy people. Dealing with-tolerating them. He got a thing in his own dramatic way, his own disregard for one's personal space. Having grown used to it so long, Guy sort of developed a confident respect for clingers. More so from humans. How selfishly they cling to life, the little ants that they are. Unafraid to unveil their truest selves, mate slaves to their lust and unending labor. Free as they allow themselves, absorbed in nature and stomped on like mindless cockroaches. Scattering to build, following the music of their natural instincts, to strengthen their upcoming colony. The pride of their hearts, holding on to never let go, glued limb to limb on the object of their affection. Interlocked roots; determined to stay, possess. Mixed with a deep longing for touch, it's an endearing quality he recognizes, something delightful. Guy Crimson and Ramiris are incredibly similar in the regard that they love bragging, though for Guy, not as vigorously and bluff filled as the fairy queen always explains. He flails you around, energetic as lightening, rocking an expressive smile on his beautiful face. Displayed on his trophy case for all to perceive and believe, stuffed in the faces of the other Demon Lords. It's hard to hold himself back when you act so precious and vulnerable, like a deer caught in the headlights. It's fun and games of course, Guy toys with people pretty occasionally, much to his victim's apparent misfortune. He loves pushing buttons while also being nonconfrontational. S/O isn't spared from his childish behavior, go ahead and reprimand him. The fact they always make a reason to hang around will only spur him on further; never turning down a chance to be an asshole. Pretends he's unaffected, (Sticking his finger even longer in the mud if you manage to really rile him up, it's never for too long however) pretty effortless in spite of your clingy nature, but it's just another day at the office. Any way you seek him out, Guy is unfastened from any main form of tenacious contact since he isn't physically picky in the slightest and practices an extraordinary amount of patience for your proceeding attempts to catch him off guard. In fact, you're encouraged to get as energetically clingy as possible. Guy strives to uncover all your multiple states of personal desire surrounding your romantic relationship, how you go about test your flexibility and mental limitations. Even when it may risk seemingly tilting him over like a Jenga tower-assuming you can, considering his insane level of demonic prowess-he will mindlessly laugh you off as a joke. Stick yourself to his awaiting arms, attach to his back, hang tight by his cloak. It's took you’re feeling practically cuddly, craving simple old-fashioned warmth. It just happens, naturally as life does. With the flow of the atmosphere and how close he is to you. Swinging a forearm on your waist, pushing your bare chests together. Burying your head in his neck, he covers you in his musk. A strong masculine scent, a marker. Striking to the human senses, reek of demon bloodlust and ability, you dare not forget it. Your nostrils flare and twitch, but not in irritation. His hands pet your hair, stroking it lovingly. He isn’t picky, whichever way it goes. There aren't a lot of things Guy Crimson is personally threatened by. Fear even less. Guy is a lot of things himself, one of such is protective. Thieves have no honor. He may deride and joke like a jester would but presents no mercy to those who aim to steal his rightful claim, his betrothed one. You won't let go, nor will he, not without a fight. Suffice to say, they want you? They deal with Guy first. Enacts his own version of clinginess, a fierce one. A stubborn endurance: profound possessiveness and sense of protection over you, fueled by colder intentions. “Hidden” under the ghost of a sharp smile that kills, a dark silhouette beneath his crimson curtains of lengthy eyelashes. Spikey, grass tendrils in the dark. Don't test Demon Lords. You and Guy are spicy with each other regardless, lively, nothing in between. Nailed to the hip, absorbed in one another. Hooked fingers, interlocking lips and bumping foreheads, sparing not a hint of space. Everything you can find, you fill it. being the leader of a town can be tiring, and trying to always figure out a way to find ways to make life so much easier for everyone is always tiring, especially for one slime man

so, when you pop with your excitement to help and your thirst for accomplishment, he accepts you with open arms

He listens to all your ideas, vetoing when not needed, but nodding along with ones he believes will help further the future of his city.

anything agricultural he accepted, and you were good at making ideas for that in particular

sometimes it was hard for him to fully envision what you think up, your mind goes a thousand miles a minute, flitting through different thoughts, thinking up different routes or options if another doesn't work. Rimuru is impressed, to say the least, and thinks that you would be a valuable asset to his council.

He would have you as his right-hand man, the person who oversees the construction of your ideas, to make sure that everything is going the way you want it to.

Sometimes, he has to slow you down or remind you of something you said because sometimes you forget.

He finds it endearing.

rimuru will come to you when he has ideas and see if you think they are as top-notch as yours, and when he does get approval, he feels a spark of pride light up inside him.

With you by his side, Rimuru feels like he can finally breathe a little better, and he thoroughly appreciates every second of it!
