I see nothing for Demon Slayer yet so maybe a platonic concept of Tanjiro and Nezuko with their sibling Darling? They can be human or a demon like their sister, either way is fine, thank you! :)

I can do a concept with this, sure! This is mostly just me dropping small HCs and ideas like usual, hope you enjoy :) It's a bit short as I only had one big idea in mind and struggled on how to flesh it out? They're pretty docile (for the most part).

Yandere! Platonic! Tanjiro + Nezuko with Sibling! Darling

Pairing: Platonic

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Overprotective behavior, Manipulation, Violence, Isolation, Murder implied, Blood, Clingy behavior, Gaslighting in one line, Smothering siblings.

Regardless on if you're human or a demon the two are incredibly protective of you.

You, Tanjiro, and Nezuko are the only surviving members of your family.

As a result you three are very close.

You've all been through enough.

It's not like your two siblings are weak, either.

Tanjiro is a Demon Slayer and Nezuko is a demon with flaming blood.

They are more than capable of protecting you, really.

As expected of the siblings they rarely leave your side.

During the day Tanjiro helps to protect you.

Meanwhile during the night Nezuko steps in to help too.

When it comes to platonic yandere siblings they primarily act isolating and protective.

They aren't cruel though.

Just... smothering.

Tanjiro is incredibly caring towards you and his sister.

He always asks about how you're doing and is very understanding if something is bothering you.

Nezuko is protective and clingy to you, often grabbing at you for affection while making small noises.

She loves you just as much as Tanjiro does and feels happy/calm when you're around.

The two do their best to help provide for you and care for you.

They even try to keep you out of trouble when they can.

Even if you can hold your own as a Slayer or demon, the two would rather keep you out of demon fights.

When you insist you can help, Tanjiro is adamant on you staying out of it and Nezuko appears very worried.

The two are hard to hate/resent.

They mean well... but that's no excuse for isolation, is it?

The two would never hurt you thankfully.

No, they mean to give you the best care they can offer as you are a trio.

It's just they tend to no allow outsiders around you and get rather violent when demons come into the picture.

Tanjiro and Nezuko are fine when someone they trust interacts with you like Inosuke and Zenitsu.

Yet there's certainly a line.

The moment someone starts thinking they can flirt with you or pry you away from them?

Then they step in.

Tanjiro is usually really calm and kind.

Although... he's still capable of anger... and that cold glare of his is a warning.

He finds it quite rude that someone can just waltz in and act such a way with his sibling.

How sleazy.

Nezuko is a similar way, the normally cute demon snarling when you show slight discomfort.

The two don't like forcing you to do things.

They want you happy as your siblings, yet they do make an effort to be the only ones you interact with half the time.

If not all the time....

The two are primarily harmless if not suffocating.

They don't usually like to use lethal force to get what they want.

They're both primarily ones for manipulation, often deciding to guilt you into listening to them as your siblings.

Lethal force is strictly deserved towards demons/people attacking you.

But most who aren't demons know better.

Your two siblings feel more like bodyguards at times.

They're overprotective and judging of those around you.

Yet if there is no issues the two go back to being your caring siblings.

It's probably a good thing these two are primarily docile as long as they have you beside them.

The last thing you need is to witness Tanjiro and Nezuko covered in the blood of... someone for daring to take you away from them.

Things only ever go downhill when the two fear they can lose you.

As I mentioned before, if you planned on running off with someone the two aren't standing for it.

In their eyes the only family and comfort you'll ever need is with them.

Why would you want to leave your only siblings anyways?

Why do you blame them for locking you away from everyone else?

They're just being good siblings!

All you need to do is relax and let them hold you... everything will be okay, won't it?

You never saw them harm anyone... it's just in your head.

They promise they'll protect and care for you as family should...

Just as long as you don't leave them for someone else.

hi! clarification- this isn't a request to write or anything, i just had an idea and wanted to hear your opinion on it

i know you haven't touched the demon slayer scene in a while, but considering uzui's whole nightmare house thing and tanjiro's act of I Do Not See It, do you think that y/n would actually run to another hashira as a last resort?

honestly if yes, i'm betting its giyuu. man is a platonic yandere but would not stand for shit and is probably one of the least insane (although that means. very little in the grand scheme of things). idk i just have the idea in my head of giyuu smuggling y/n into his estate when she needs a break, and going papa wolf whenever uzui fucking breathes in her vicinity, deep-seated insecurities or not. he may not win, necessarily, but dammit will he try.

No cause I 10000% agree with you. With Tanjirou constantly ignoring your story about being fucking abused physically and psychologically by Uzui+wives, and not paying attention to Nezuko being distressed over your ptsd state, and EVEN looking away when Uzui and the wives are constantly trying to create opportunities to corner you and being a little to touchy with you (and you're flinching away), someone else has to step up and help. And I have 2 people in mind for that.

First, is ofc Giyuu, cause why wouldn't he??? His moral compass is clear as day and he doesn't even need to be a yandere for him to absolutely shred everyone to pieces just to protect you. He can see the fear in your eyes, he can practically feel the hopelessness and anxiety you're suffering through. I think he may even try to convince Tanjiro to see that you're actually telling the truth, but he's not going to break his back to make him believe it. No, he doesn't exactly need him to protect you. Again, I see Giyuu becoming a platonic yandere, maybe more of a brother than as a father figure, and while he's... emotionally stunted, he's going wayyyy out of his comfort zone to console you. Expect a lot of head pats and deep words to assure you. He's a great listener, if it helps. ALSO, I can also see that if Uzui+wives come with other Hashiras to fight Giyuu for you, then Giyuu doesn't exactly have any qualms about joining forces with demons to protect you. Like I just know that if reader vouches for him to papa Muzan and the 12 moons, they would (hesitantly) accept Giyuu and you. After all, he has been the only human so far who's been kind to you.

Another option that I think would step tf up for reader is Sanemi, as a romantic yandere. Because this man, he's got love on the brain and he's fucking KILLING ANYONE WHO TRIES TAKINGBL YOU AWAY FROM HIM. Fr fr, he will actually fight all the hashiras and 12 moons for you. Will he win? No one knows for sure because like I said, he's absolutely batshit crazy when he's in love. Like one peck on the cheek from you is enough fuel for him to obliterate everyone with in 12 miles. Imagine what he's willing to do if he sees you waking up screaming and crying from the nightmares you have of Uzui.

Kamado Nezuko

💕Nezuko honestly doesn't care much about your ability as long as you don't abuse it for evil purposes. Considering that her personality has been underdeveloped as a demon in favor of building a resistance against the sun, chances are also that she might not even grasp the full concept of what your skills are anyways. She does sense however that there seems to be something different about you, whether she concludes that due to observing you or taking notice of the way people around you treat you. Most of the time Nezuko is quite harmless though as she mainly just follows you around wherever you go. She is incredibly protective as soon as she senses that you are distressed or scared though which means she will keep you safe from people who try to force you into telling them their future. Obviously she has resorted to not killing humans so in most cases she helps you to escape. It is far more likely that it is her brother who is asking you for your help due to your ability to see the future for Nezuko's sake.

Kocho Shinobu

🦋​Shinobu is quite talented to hide her true feelings behind her sweet appearance which can be deceiving. Obviously she has a certain interest in your abilities when she finds them out since she is still a Hashira after all but she also recognises what this implies if you were to use your vision daily. Her cover would be blown sooner or later as you may see scenarios of the future where she reveals the darker side of her personality to you which she has been hiding so far. There is a lot to consider but she doesn't show it when she is around you as she attempts to question you about your abilities and how exactly they work without appearing suspicious. Is there a limit to how far you can see and does the future change depending on the decisions individuals make or is it all already decided? All of those information would help her crafting a plan the moment you would figure her out. She doubts that even your vision would do much if she would manage to poison and weaken you though.

Rengoku Kyojuro

🔥​Whilst he isn't too insistent about using your gift to find out how his own future with you might look as his delusional streak gives him an unbeatable confidence that you'll be in it, Kyojuro is very dedicated to his tasks as a Hashira. With your foresight he and other Hashira may be able to prevent demon attacks before they even happen and even detecting Muzan might be easier. Since this duty wouldn't require you to fight against demons yourself nor would it put you into any danger as long as no demon finds out about you, Kyojuro is willing to let you do this. He never really considers that you may use your abilities to escape him if you would see something in the future that would paint him in a bad light yet it is still quite a bit of trouble to get away from him. There is his younger brother, other villagers who adore him and then Kyojuro himself who would never stop searching for you. Surely there has to be a misunderstanding. Why don't you just talk to him, darling?

Kanroji Mitsuri

💓​You can definitely expect her to be curious about your gift as she wonders how the future will look like and you only give her more reason to gush over you because of it. She is prone to fantasising about a happy future where the two of you live together as a happy and married couple but she is at least lucid enough to recognise that this isn't the reality she is living in currently. She is still very hopeful about her dreams and that they will come true in the future so you would break her heart if you were to tell her that you don't see this in your future yet it would also only serve to make her more determined to work harder to win your affections. Obviously she isn't pressuring you into telling her anything nor will she allow anyone else to pressure you into becoming the next oracle. Mitsuri would, however, support your decision if you were to decide to use your foresight for the greater good by working for the Demon Corps and predicting future attacks and appearances of demons which would aid greatly in serving lives.

Kibutsuji Muzan

🩸​Your gift in a scenario where Muzan is the one obsessing over you is absolutely terrifying because he would abuse this to its full extent. Of course there is still an affection and attachment that the demon king holds for you somewhere in his many hearts but it is undeniable that by figuring out your abilities, he gets a lot more obsessive and possessive over you. Implications are that you will know about him and try to flee beforehand which he wants to prevent under all means necessary. He will either act quickly by abducting you himself or he will order all of his underlings to hunt you down and bring you to him alive if you should manage to escape in time and piss him off greatly as a result. You will be forced to tell him everything you can see as well as your gift might just be what he needs to find the Blue Spider Lily and he is not going to be patient about it if you would deny him your help. What are you trying to accomplish by denying him? Even your foresight will not be enough to get away from him.

(y/n) was the middle child of the triplets, like Michikatsu and Yoriichi quiet. At a young age, his appearance charmed others into trying to talk to him.

However, he quickly shyed away, only ever talking to his mother and brothers. The two boys didn't mind this of course, it was comforting to think that (y/n) had relied on them.

But their mother was worried, often trying to engage the middle child into conversation. So, the young (h/c) boy was often forced to talk to other children his age.

As the three boys aged, Michikatsu and Yoriichi further isolated the young man. The chained jingled loudly echoing across the estate of trapping the (e/c) orbed man.

He couldn't complain, (y/n) had a lack of energy after fighting Yoriichi. The two brothers had to wrestle their triplet for a quarter of an hour before he was too exhausted to continue.

"(y/n/n)...", The burgundy haired male spoke calmly,"I understand that you are angry but—"

Yoriichi was penetrated with a cold glare,"Of course I am, you and Michikatsu took me!"

The other demon slayer turned frustratedly,"Don't be selfish, we are protecting you and this is how you are now acting?"

(y/n) chuckled before retorting,"Protecting me — From what? The only think I need to be protected from is the two of you."

A harsh blow swung against his cheek, Yoriichi attempting to pull the oldest brother off the victim.

"Oh, so now you're acting up?", Michikatsu taunted whilst tugging at his own mauve coloured kimino,"You were well behaved before, so what happened?"

The (h/c) man shivered, backing into a corner, his wrists had become painful due to the increasing pressure.

His older brother continued,"Your attitude better change quickly, you're not going anywhere."

Black hair sprawled over, locks bouncing before Michikatsu shoved Yoriichi away furiously.

"I will spend every living moment fighting you two..."

Kamaboko Squad Yandere Headcanons

A/N: Reposting this from my Wattpad book because I don't have any ideas for anything new 🤩

Warnings: Nezuko is platonic, mentions of kidnapping, mild language, and of course, yandere themes

Tanjiro: ➼ If he's the one who loves you as a yandere, you wouldn't even have to lay a finger if you don't want to.

➼ He's the kind who would definitely spoil you. Want some chocolate? You're getting your favorite kind of chocolates, homemade. Too tired to clean up after a long day? He'll help you bathe. He's super respectful, his eyes never wandering to where they don't belong, making you always feel safe within his company. He's definitely househusband material.

➼ He absolutely loves it when he's in both you and Nezuko's company. He adores the fact that you love his sister (probably even more than you love him, but he doesn't need to know that). You being Nezuko's sister-in-law would be his ultimate dream.

➼ He hates the fact that you're also a demon slayer. After almost losing his entire family, his biggest nightmare would be losing you or Nezuko. If he could, he would resign you from the corps immediately.

➼ Tanjiro is more of a protective yandere. Red flag? If you're talking to anyone he doesn't fully trust, you bet your butt he's lurking in the shadows watching you interact with them. If he gets too concerned for your safety, there's a very small chance that he'll kidnap you (it needs to be a very serious concern if he does that). However, he would make sure you'll be comfortable in your room where you're kidnapped, even if you're tied by chains. 

➼ He can't imagine himself being with anyone else. You're his and only his, and he's going to make you see that too. No matter what it takes.

Zenitsu: ➼ Oh god. He would be a handful to deal with.

➼ Hearing "Marry me!!!" would be a common occurrence for you to deal with every day. Your mans would do anything to please you. If you asked him to, he would probably climb Mount. Everest for you. Around you, he would almost always be blushing and giving you compliments. He would make sure you hear that he loves you every single day, which annoys others to no limits.

➼ Zenitsu would do anything to get alone time with you, which rarely happens as he's always surrounded by Inosuke and Tanjiro. When he does get alone time with you though, he would be over the moon. He likes to make you sweets sometimes when he's free, as he's surprisingly good at baking.                              

➼ He thinks absolutely about you is perfect. Fighting demons? You look so awesome. Drinking water? You're pretty as hell. Talking? His full attention is on your pretty face. Showering? He thinks your body looks- erm, never mind. 

➼ The only thing he dislikes regarding you is how Tanjiro and Inosuke are always around you. If they aren't, you're around Nezuko. Sure, he loves them too, but he loves you the most. Probably more than anything in the entire world.

➼ He would be more of a delusional yandere. Red flag? He gets jealous very often. Really often. If he thinks you're not giving enough attention to him, he'll probably go sulk somewhere till you grow worried and come to find him. Or maybe he'll try to make you jealous instead, by clinging to someone else, probably Nezuko (earning bonus glares by Tanjiro).

➼ In his mind, both of you are meant to be with each other. Maybe he's too scared to actually make a move on you for now, but he'll do it. Eventually. 

Inosuke: ➼ The only thing I can say is, SAYONARA.

➼ God, it would take him decades to realize his feelings for you. He often mistakes his feelings for competitiveness, so he would demand fights from you at least twice a day at minimum. He gets very reckless with you during fights to calm down his energy from simply seeing you. He would act the same around you as he does with Tanjiro and Zenitsu, but still somewhat calmer and more protectively.

➼ He's happy as long as he's around you, although he would never admit it. You taught him to read and write basic Japanese, so he even writes you letters when you're away on solo missions in distant places, although they usually look like "If you get injured by those bastard demons, I'll kill you." Yeah, Zenitsu taught him to write swear words.

➼ He craves physical touch, whether it's romantic or in a fight. He doesn't care as long as his skin is in contact with yours. It could be simply holding hands, but knowing that you're with him at the moment is very comforting for him. You probably don't mind holding hands with him either.

➼ He hates how you could be reckless and jump in to save someone if needed. Sure, he's even more reckless, but he can't understand why you would risk yourself in order to protect a random stranger. He would much rather sacrifice himself over you.

➼ In a fight, you both are a very good duo. Your abilities are very similar (the only thing is that Inosuke can't detect auras, but he's much better at things like spatial awareness), and his recklessness is often balanced by your strategic approach to battles. However, whenever you tell him strategies to continue a fight, he wouldn't listen nine out of ten times. But when he does get too injured to continue fighting Inosuke style, he puts your strategies into practice.

➼ He's a total possessive yandere. Red flag? He doesn't know how to express his feelings very well. Even if he wants to do something as wholesome as hugging, he's gonna ask for it in a very aggressive way like "OI (Y/N), HUG ME OR ELSE 🔪". Red flag #2? His possessiveness can get out of control. He dislikes it whenever you make independent decisions and/or tell him to do something. He wants you to be fully dependent on him.

➼ If it were up to him, he would kidnap you and never let you out of his sight. You were his, no matter what.

Nezuko:  ➼ She absolutely adores you, just as much as she adores Tanjiro. She could never choose between the two of you, though. To her, you're both irreplaceable. 

➼ Nezuko. Absolutely. Loves. Cuddles. She wouldn't be able to function normally if she didn't get her daily dose of cuddles and head pats. She hates how she's unable to talk to you normally because of her muzzle. If she could talk normally though, she would spend the entire day chatting with you. Not a single moment of boredom would exist.

➼ She can easily understand you most of the time, and you can understand her too eight out of ten times. In her perfect version of life, Tanjiro and you would be married and all three of you would live in the same home (maybe even along with Urokodaki). She tends to see the three of you and Urokodaki as a family.

➼ Like Tanjiro, she hates the fact that you have to put yourself in danger along with Tanjiro. What if something happened to you while she was peacefully sleeping? Just thinking about that makes her extremely paranoid.

➼ A high-pitched "mhm-hmm" means she's happy. If it's a low-pitched one, that means that she is determined to complete the task that she's been assigned. A single quiet "hmm" means that she's sad and/or craving your attention.

➼ She's a clingy yandere. Red flag? It's easy for her to manipulate you into doing something she wants. She's aware of her cuteness and she's not afraid to use it as a weapon. Nevertheless, she would never manipulate you into doing something that she knows would upset you too much.

➼ I would be willing to place my bets that the Kamado siblings are secretly conspiring with each other to make you know that you belong with them, and ONLY them.

According to Scaramouche's voicelines:

If it we me, I could atleast challenge her to a fight. But if it were you... With your conscience... I would stay away from her."

Fem! is always sleeping when she gets the chance, and if she's not sleeping, she sings.

Fem! and Shinobu are similar and they get along well, with their hate for demons.

Muichiro thinks of Fem! as the mother he lost, of course, he's very attached. He hates being separated from her, so he likes taking naps with her whenever she's not training.

Mitsuri thinks Fem! is very beautiful and admires her

Fem! uses the Breathing Style: Angel Breathing

The user launches up to the sky and dashes towards their opponent, once they get close enough to the opponent they will perform a high-speed dash too fast to be seen by their opponent, while simultaneously slashing them everywhere, neutralizing their body and perhaps even causing them to faint.

• Second Form: Divine Archangel Slash

The user launches away from their opponent and strikes mid-air with their weapon in a quick fashion, sending shockwaves of light toward the opponent that may also blind anyone close by.

• Third Form: Heavenlight Citadel

The user dashes quickly around their opponent reflecting light from their sword to confuse their opponent before gathering force and momentum, finally dealing a massive slash to the opponent's neck.

• Fourth Form: Pillar Of Judgement

The user jumps from high ground onto the surface, performing multiple stabs to the opponent, and then finishes them off with several cuts across their body, this can leave a burning sensation and dramatically decrease the opponent's blood pressure.

• Seventh Form: Celestial Seraph Dawning

The user directly attacks their opponent with a downward spiral motion to ward away the opponent and deeply wound them, followed by a repeated fashion of light stabs causing great fatigue overall to the opponent.

• Eighth Form: Guardian Angel, Dusking Conquest

Same as the seventh form, but the user performs an uppercut rather than a downward spiral.

• Ninth Form: Destined Fallen Saint

The user gently lunges towards the opponent and waves their weapon with extreme dexterity before decapitating them painlessly.

The user flicks around the opponent mid-air and causes a series of large cuts to their body that take effect once the user has landed on the ground.

• Eleventh Form: Holy Caldera

The user runs right to the opponent and scars them greatly in multiple parts of their face, then the user vertically slashes their torso, leaving them mortally wounded.

The user presents their weapon openly, and like beast breathing’s spatial awareness, the user can see and detect every movement. But unlike beast breathing, they can only detect movement in the sky.

• Final Form: Absolute Judgement, Hedge of Enlightenment

The user focuses their breathing, and starts dashing in a variety of directions, gaining momentum and strength. This increases and enhances their blood flow, dramatically making their strength, speed, agility, and durability skyrocket, therefore increasing their attack potency. However, this can only last for one large blow to the enemy. It can only hold for a minute because the user's body will not be accustomed to this type of strength. Dealing this blow can very well cause them extreme amounts of pain and harm to their body. This may even result in the death of the opponent.

"Y/n-Chan!~" Zenitsu said started chasing said girl.

"Zenitsu leave Y/n alone please?" Tanjiro said to him.

"Mhm! Hmph! Mm!" Nezuko mumble but no one could hear her because of the bamboo muzzle it was clear that she was mad at Zenitsu.

"Oh come on, Zenitsu didn't mean it." Y/n announced to everybody in the small room that was in the wisteria estate for demon slayers.

Nezuko then turned around and ran towards the other girl hugging her waist.

"Moshi, Moshi, Nezuko." Y/n said as she hugs Nezuko back.

"Y/n and Monjiro and Monichi!" Inosuke yelled at them.

"Inosuke you said my name right!" Y/n said happily because he said her name right.

That day the five of them we're leaving to go on their next mission into a forest that was supposedly haunted. But before saying goodbye to the nice lady.

"So this is the forest? Right?" Y/n said to the others as she heard a muffle coming from the box on her back Tanjiro had trusted her with the box with his sister in it.

Nezuko was happy that she was close to Y/n.

"I'M NOT GOING IN THAT CREEPY FOREST!!!!" Zenitsu cried out terrified of the woods.

"Oi shut up Monichi!" Inosuke yelled at him.

"THAT NOT MY NAME YOU DUMB PIG!" Zenitsu yelled back to him.

"Guys please don't fight, right now." Tanjiro said trying to defuse the argument that was happening. Nezuko grumble upset about the argument.

As they all walked in and Zenitsu stay behind but ended up running towards them.

"YOU GUYS CAN'T JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" Zenitsu yelled at them.

"Zenitsu if you want to come you can!" Y/n yelled back.

Nezuko and Y/n are separated from the rest of the group and walking alone in the woods.

"Mhm Nezuko are you okay in there?" Y/n asked the other girl "Hmm!" Nezuko hummed inside the wooden box "good." Y/n sigh and relief that Nezuko was okay.

Y/n then spotted two demons one boy and one girl both wearing white kimonos with spider webs like design on it and had white hair and white skin with red markings they had teal eyelashes with teal painted nails.

"A SLAYER! Rui we need to leave NOW!" The girl said to the boy next to her as Rui gave her a annoyed face and said "I think you should leave." Rui then looked at Y/n."N-no I'm your older sister!" The sister said to Rui and he in response in using his webs to cut her face.

"Now. Leave." Rui said as she left.

Nezuko had gotten out of the box that was on the ground near a tree as Y/n grabbed her katana. Pulling it out of the sheff, getting into a fighting stance.

Rui had sent a slash of webs in direction but before it hit Y/n.

Nezuko ran in front of Y/n and and protect her from the webs as she got hit with the webs.

"NEZUKO!!!" Y/n called out.

Y/n grab Nezuko as she fell into her arms.

"D-don't worry, Nezuko." Y/n said in a shaky voice as she holds Nezuko arms together so they won't come out and would heal.

"Are two siblings?" Rui asked out of nowhere.

"No, we not." Y/n said confused of why he asked that.

"You saved a demon, who isn't even related to you." Rui stated as he continued to speak.

"I wanted it. Your Bond with her." Rui said webs came out of his fingertips and wrapped around Y/n and pulled her to him.

He then strung up Nezuko.

As the webs around her tight up and she started bleeding, a screaming could be heard from Nezuko.

"Nezuko!" Y/n said as she looked up, she then got pulled down by Rui. "Don't say her name, say my name." Rui stated in an annoyed voice. Then out of a sudden pink fire surrounded Rui and burned him. As he let go of Y/n as she fell on the ground backing into a tree.

Nezuko get out of the webs and went towards Rui and her form grow as she bites through her muzzle Vines wrapping around her body and a horn coming out of the side her head.

"Don't you dare touch her!" Nezuko yelled as she preceded to kill Rui.

Nezuko then turned towards Y/n and saw that she was bleeding and started walking towards her.

Nezuko then kneeled down next to Y/n and lift up her by the chin licked up the blood streaming down from Y/n's forehead.

Nezuko picked up Y/n. Before Y/n black out. "Don't worry, I won't to eat humans as long as you let me drink your blood~ Darling.~" Nezuko said and then Y/n passed out.

Yandere!Nezuko With a Demon-Hating Hashiro!Darling Headcanons.

Commissioned by the very lovely @justtobefrank.

Background:

🖤 So, it’s not that you hate demons.

🖤 You dislike them as much as any other Pillar. You don’t want to share their company. You don’t want to share your resources with them. You don’t want to spare time that could be spent saving another deference civilian indulging their vile instincts. And, if possible, you’d prefer to have them beheaded, disemboweled, and bleeding out at your feet rather than alive, well, and waiting to tear another innocent person limb from limb.

🖤 And logically, you know that Nezuko hasn’t hurt anyone, that she’s not like the violent, gluttonous monsters that you deal with on a daily basis. She’s more conscious than that, and you’ve seen the lengths she goes to in order to protect her brother and his friends, the risks she takes to keep humans out of harm’s way, the fondness she seems to hold for living things. You know, logically, that she doesn’t pose a risk to anything that you’ve worked to safeguard.

🖤 But, then you see the points of her sharpened teeth, the curved talons laid where her nails should be, the weeks she spends unconscious to preserve herself when her strength begins to falter, and…

🖤 You can see where this is going, right?

🖤 Just knowing you’re in the same village as a living, breathing demon is enough to make your vision blur, sometimes. Your pulse is erratic whenever she’s around, and you can’t seem to think of anything but getting away.

🖤 If only she felt a similar aversion.

🖤 You can’t stand to be around her, but she can’t seem to get close enough to you.

🖤 It’s not her fault! She’s not totally unaware of her surroundings, but with Urokodaki’s hypnosis and the constant mental strain of having to fight off her more… cannibalistic urges, you can forgive her for missing the way you shrink away from her touch, the way your voice shakes when you address her and her brother, the effort you put into staying as far from her as you possibly can, so long as it doesn’t violate any orders you’ve been given.

🖤 She’s just so sweet, and so kind, and she’s clearly not a threat. So, you can make an exception for her, can’t you?

🖤 Or, if you can’t…

How She Treats You:

🖤 She actually might be one of the more bearable yanderes, if only because it’s such a steep competition.

🖤 You’re never going to be kidnapped (while she’s still a demon, at least), and as a Hashiro, you have too much value of your own to just be locked up, wrapped up, and given to Nezuko as a thrashing reward for staying in line and not eating any of the people she’s sent to save. As long as demons are a threat (meaning, as long as you’re useful), you’re never going to be totally at her mercy, nor does she want you to be. Believe it or not, she views your relationship as something astonishingly mutual, astonishingly innocent, and she doesn’t seem to want any more power over you than it takes to stop you from leaving the room whenever you find yourself at her side – or worse, alone with her.

🖤 She loves you, and although it’s impossible to discern why she’s so infatuated with you, she is. She wants to be close to you, to cling to your arm and spend as much time with you and Tanjiro and all the people she loves as she possibly can, and unless you’re ready to turn against the Hashiro who’ve come to see her as an ally and Kagaya, there’s nothing you can really do to stop her, beyond avoiding her party altogether and insisting that you’d still rather not be so intimate with the enemy, even if she hasn’t bared her fangs just yet.

🖤 That being said, she is very, very protective of you. It’s more than a little irrational, considering you’ve been massacring her kind since you were old enough to walk, but she gets so worried every time you’re injured, a sentiment expressed through both little, fleeting attempts to help heal you (and smear some of her own burning blood against your injury) or an adamant refusal to let anyone, anyone get close to you – from nurses to friends to other slayers.

🖤 She’s never lashed out, never drawn blood, but she had been known to bat at hands, to growl and flash her claws. You doubt she’d ever hurt anyone, but the risk is there, and you do what you can to stay away from her while you’re healing.

🖤 The worst thing you’ll have to deal with is her stalking, honestly.

🖤 And it is stalking. She wants to be around you constantly, whether that means tailing you from the shadows while you train or sneaking into your barracks at night, sitting on the edge of her bed to guard the door until she thinks to work her way under your arm and lie next to you – until you inevitably wake up and scream loudly enough to wake up everyone else in the estate, at least.

🖤 She’s persistent, too. When Tanjiro’s forced to leave her behind, she won’t rest unless she’s left in your care, and no matter how many times you turn her away, she’s not going to give up until she’s either pressed into your side or too drained to keep her eyes open any longer. Which, in the latter case, means you’ll still be taking care of her, because she won’t sleep peacefully unless she knows you’re nearby and she always seems to know when you’re nearby.

🖤 She’s also surprisingly observant when it comes to you. It’s not much, but she has a habit of leaving you little collections of things you like – from flowers she’s seen you admiring to your favorite candy to clothing scraps and viscera leftover from her last kill (she’d leave you an entire body, if she could, but their corpses disappear so quickly, she’s never able to get to you in time). Anything she can, whenever she can. She might be trying to appeal to you, to get you to warm up to her, but it’s more likely that she’s trying to express her own affection for you.

🖤 That, or she’s aware of your hatred for demons, and she wants to prove that she’s on your side, that she can help, that she cares about you and she’s willing to do whatever she can to make the world a little safer for you. But, for that to be true, she’d also have to know that you don’t want to be around her, and you’d rather not believe she’d still choose to be so close to you, if that were true.

🖤 You’d rather not believe she truly, genuinely doesn’t care about your feelings, so you won’t believe she’s aware of them at all.

🖤 Either way, she cares about you, and even if you don’t feel the same way right now, it’s not going to make a difference. She wants to be with you, regardless.

How She Punishes You:

🖤 Punishments from Nezuko aren’t actually something you’ll have to worry about. She doesn’t want anything from you, so there’s nothing she can really punish you for doing or failing to do. There aren’t any rules to break, and basements to run away from – nothing you could do that she’d ever hold against you. From her, at least, you’re safe.

🖤 Instead, your ‘bad behavior’ is going to be corrected by everyone but Nezuko.

🖤 She’s just done so much to help their cause, y’know? Saving Tengen’s life, pulling Kyojuro out of his endless dream, helping defeat an Upper Moon… she’s just so useful, and she’s not hurting you. Surely, you can spare a few minutes for her, every now and then. She just wants to be close to you. She just wants to be so chokingly, suffocatingly close.

🖤 And with what Tanjiro’s willing to do to make his little sister happy… That deserves a list of it’s own, honestly, but needless to say – you’re not getting away very easily. And certainly not for very long, if you do.

🖤 And definitely not with all your limbs in-tact.

🖤 But, failing that—

🖤 The only thing that’ll ever physicallyhappen to you will be by Nezuko’s hand, but she isn’t going to hurt you.

🖤 She just gets a little frustrated when you try to leave her all alone, when you try to run away from her. She tries to be gentle, not to hurt the object of her affections, and she mostly succeeds – only ever leaving a few bruises, maybea scrape or a puncture wound as she curls around you, clings to you, lets her form lull into something larger and sharper than she usually prefers to better keep you tucked into her lap, unable to draw your blade or get away without admitting that a demon was on the verge of overpowering you.

🖤 Sometimes, at night, when you try to throw her out of the bed she’s crawled into, she’ll do the same thing, just latch onto you, wrap her arms around your neck or your waist, use a fraction of her inhuman strength and refuse to let go of you until the sun rises and she’s forced to retreat into somewhere deep and dark. You don’t really have much of a choice, when she’s that desperate and you’ve left yourself so defenseless. It’s easier just to lay there, let her listen to your racing heartbeat, and try to pretend you never woke up at all.

🖤 She really isn’t trying to upset you, or make you angry, or do anything that’d ever bring you pain. To her, you’re just distracted, someone who wants to be loved but doesn’t seem to think it’s possible, so she’s just doing what she can to help you relax, to show you that she’s always going to be there. If that means she has to hold you hold you while you squirm and shove for a couple of hours, then so be it. Honestly, she’s just happy to be so close to you.

🖤 She’s just happy to be able to have someone she loves.

Can you ever get away from her?

🖤 Well—

🖤 Honestly? If the other Pillars don’t interfere? It wouldn’t be difficult.

🖤 As a Harshiro? With how valuable you are to the Demon Corps. and how much work there is to be done, no one’s going to chain you up in a cabin in the mountains for the sake of appeasing one very docile, very clingy demon. There might be a certain amount of pressure to indulge her, or a few cold shoulders when you refuse to, but you’re too much of an asset to trade off completely and everyone knows that.

🖤 And Nezuko just isn’t in a place to do it herself, not when she’s so unable to see anything wrong with whatever ‘relationship’ the two of you have. Even if you do run away from her, abandon her completely, she’s not going to believe it. You’re just a little busy, or you got a little lost, that’s all. She’ll find you, with time, and she’s not going to hold the time you had to spend apart against you when she does.

🖤 Take on enough missions, keep yourself out of her reach, and you’re as good as free. As long as you don’t mind a few crushed wildflowers and loose, bloody teeth being left on the doorstep of your estate every now and then, of course.

🖤 But, if you’re ever injured, rendered unable to keep fighting alongside the other pillars…

🖤 And Nezuko’s protective urges flare up and she can’t seem to keep fighting on their behalf unless your safety is completely assured…

🖤 It’s for the collective good, alright? Just think about everyone you’ve ever saved, anyone you’ve ever wanted to protect.

Last Post

You’d been so antsy lately you almost forgot to actually meet your new landlord

Apparently due to some unfortunate circumstances your old landlord had died was murdered

And his son has come to run the place instead rather than having the whole system shut down and everyone evicted

You were anxious because your baby Magenta was nowhere to be found

He didn’t even come home when you left catnip on your doorstep

Despite all that you made or bought some cookies for the new guy

And aren’t you surprised when you come face to face with those eyes

“M-magenta?”

“Excuse me?”

“Oh uh sorry! It's just your eyes…they’re very pretty.”

“Well, thank you. Care to come inside?”

He’s trying to act normally like his heart isn’t pumping with such intensity

To think you’d recognize him so quickly 

Even in his experience going undercover as a human not too many spoke about his eyes 

At least not in a positive light

When he finally waves goodbye he’s reeling with intensity 

There is something so much more exciting about experiencing you like this

Your shorter than him 

So much smaller than him 

So fragile compared to him

Demon or not you’re so weak 

He can’t have you out here unprotected 

With that in mind he waits until you’re out 

Before letting himself in to see the stern-faced cat of Giyuu Tomioka waiting near the door:

“I was waiting for you to trespass. I wonder can you even understand me now.//”

“I can.” 

At his words he lifted his hat letting his cat ears and lengthy tail out. Flicking, agitated he moved to let himself further into your home only to be stopped by the black cat hopping from his post on the counter to stalk in front of him. He glared into the deep blue eyes of the black tomcat before gliding him away with his foot. 

“Where are the kittens?”

“Why?//”

He growled, further letting himself into the house making a beeline towards your room. Ignoring the resounding hisses he let himself into your room. Expecting to see the kittens curled up on your bed and pillows, a position he typically ushered them to, only to find a completely different scene.  

“Oh Master! I’m happy to find you so close to your true form!//”

A blonde turkish angora with rainbow eyes was currently dangling a burgundy kitten off the bed by his collar. Nezuko was swatting at the bigger cat while Rui seemed to have awoken at his entrance immediately mewing positively at him.

“Doma put him down.”

“Yes sir!”

Unceremoniously dropping him, the cat proceeded to fully turn and stand at attention towards Muzan. Thankfully Tanjiro’s descent was halted by Giyuu dashing in to catch him by scruff. With a growl and bristled tail he carried him out the room immediately being followed by Nezuko who shot him a glare of her own. 

“Why are you here Doma?”

“One of (Y/n)’s friends have decided to go on a trip for work, so she left me here in the meantime.”

“I see.”

Doma stood at the foot of the bed, waiting for Muzan to give him orders or something only to find that the demon king was quite occupied. Holding the pillow to his face he aggressively sniffed letting his imagination run wild as he recalled smelling it on you during your last visit. Moving on, he used his enhanced sense of smell to guide him to your wardrobe. Folded with clothes and underwear he wasted no time rubbing them on himself specifically on his sweatglands-near his neck face. Completely focused he missed the increasing meowing his subordinates were doing. 

“M-master w-what are you doing?!//”

“I-I spent all morning scenting those Master? Can’t I have a little bit, since I am going to be leaving soon anyway.//”

Muzan didn’t stop what he was doing, only turning his head to deliver his aggressive glare making Rui and Doma bow their heads in submission. 

“Don’t be bold. When I’m here I’m the only one allowed to imprint my presence.”

“But you left!//” 

The accusatory remark came from Tanjiro who was barging back into the room with Nezuko right behind. Giyuu also peeked around the corner, seeming to have tried to stop him. Muzan seemed annoyed at the statement, turning wholly to look at the burgundy kitten. 

“You left (Y/n) and us all alone, how can we even trust you?//” 

“Tanjiro!//” 

Giyuu scolded him as he watched Muzan’s face remorph into one of anger; he moved to stand beside his junior only to be stopped by Doma who was standing on guard with his own way of smirking. 

“You’re such a kitten! Don’t you realize what I’ve done?”

He abandoned his scenting, looking down at the kitten who was continuing to glare at him completely unphased. 

“I got rid of that cockroach that kept sneaking in here! Do you think I should have just let him be when I could have gotten rid of him?!”

“No, but we could have gone about things another way!//” 

“Like what?! And what do you know! I’m hundreds of years older than you!”

“Well I’m not a monster that just kills all their problems!//”

“You say that but aren’t you the one that promised to ki-”

“ENOUGH!//” 

Giyuu meowed, bringing Tanjiro’s and Muzan’s fight to a halt. Both still seemed plenty worked up so Giyuu spoke again.

“Didn’t we agree that we leave all of that for home!? Just leave it. The only thing we focus on is protecting (Y/n)!//” 

The air between them seemed to calm as both Muzan and Tanjiro closed up on themselves. Giyuu shot the kitten a look and if that wasn’t enough Rui who was no longer on the bed swatted at Tanjiro who huffed before turning back to the cat-human. 

“I’m…sorry for misunderstanding you.//”

“And I forget that you're a kitten sometimes, must be the human side of this body.”

Everyone grimaced at the not-so-much apology before collectively breathing in a sigh of relief when Muzan began to smile at him.

“I have no intention of staying away from (Y/n) after all. So it’s best you get used to me.”

“Oh babies I’m home!”

Both dread and excitement ran through everyone as they realized that you were in fact home from work. Doma wanted to dart off toward you only to be held back by Giyuu who motioned towards Muzan who was very much still a cat-human who was digging through your drawers. Running around frantically Rui was raving about how they were supposed to hide him, Nezuko was getting worked up and proceeded to run around just as wildly leaving Tanjiro to chase her and try and stop them. All the while your steps increase as your sweet voice calls out for them as it was strange that they hadn’t greeted you at the door. 

“Babies, where are you guys? Are you guys all hanging out in the bedroom?”

Your steps grew louder as Giyuu tried to rationalize what to do. You finally stepped into the room watching the kittens run around on the floor with your black, blue eyed tomcat trying to ignore the rainbow eyed cat. A drawer in your wardrobe was open and came to find someone familiar digging through it.

“Magenta!? Where have you been, sweet baby!? Awww did you get bigger?!”

You scooped up the shorthair cuddling into him as he nuzzled into you. Turning right out the room you too focused on showering your returned cat you missed the prideful look he sent towards the stunned looking cats. 

“Did you know he could do that?//”

Kamado Nezuko

💕​Nezuko's clinginess and atalking tendencies aside, I think the biggest problem you are going to face is her protective brother who, whilst smelling that you have no bad intentions, is still showing a tad bit of caution. Whilst Nezuko is able to tell that her darling is uncomfortable and that her questionable actions play part in it, she is genuinely not able to grasp the full extent of the situation which is why you get more often comforting head pats as if that will help you to calm down. It isn't like Nezuko is very frightening but she is still someone who goes where you go and who even stalks you, even when you are asleep. Admittedly, she is partially quite protective in doing this too. When you do grow more comfortable around her, she senses that and whilst she may not be able to detect what exactly happened to solve the problem of your feelings, she is happy now that you are feeling happy too and finally stops fussing over you now that there is nothing she feels like she has to worry about.

Kocho Shinobu

🦋​Shinobu of course knows about her obsession but she has done well to hide it behind her sweet facade so far, although eventually all secrets have to be exposed in the face of danger. She is such a little menace with her sweet smile but her threatening aura to the point where you are scared of the woman who knows the one or other thing about poisoning someone. There is always something fake about Shinobu in the way she presents herself which keeps you on your toes. I reckon it is probably when she has the heart to open up to you that your perspective slowly changes as you see a vulnerable and genuine side she hasn't shown you before. Shinobu, as witty and quick-minded as ever, recognises how your feelings start changing and feels happy about it. Yes, she is using that a tiny bit to her advantage but at the same time she starts giving you trust she hasn't given you before. A part of her is still fully committed to poisoning you if you were to try to escape her though.

Rengoku Kyojuro

🔥​It is not common for a man to choose another man as a romantic partner but Kyojuro brushes off all possible criticism with a fierce enthusiasm that scares the people who had to give their comment in the first place. It is that enthusiasm and his sheer determination that is your problem though as Kyojuro has his beliefs that do not waver. He is convinced that your relationship will work, he is determined that he has to protect you as his lover no matter your own status and sometimes all of this can be downright oppressing. It is just exhausting to argue with him because he will never listen to the words that go against his own determination and conviction. So instead of arguing you at one point just embrace the flames of his feelings as you are too tired to fight against him and that is how you start getting used to him and his behavior. Kyojuro himself is highly pleased as he sees that you start seeing his point of view, as optimistic as ever and more loving now that all tension is gone.

Daki

🌺​How can you not love her?! As someone who has been spoiled by her brother and who has always been praised as a beautiful woman, Daki is very entitled as she genuinely believes that you have to love her simply because. The wariness you present her with though is not what she expects and she makes her upset feelings quite clear to you as she insults you, screams at you and throws her temper tantrums where you even get hurt as you are the first man who has not kneeled before her beauty. Accusations and wrong ideas that you do not find her beautiful are in her head and she cries to her brother that she has never been insulted like that before in her life. Honestly, there is no way that the isolation doesn't play a part in your change of heart around Daki. You would do yourself a favor by having that change of heart quick though and in return Daki will do a real 180 as her pride is restored and she feels validated that she can win ever men's heart which then allows her to spoil you and praise you for your adoration.

Kibutsuji Muzan

🩸​What gender you are honestly doesn't matter because Muzan will still discriminate against you simply for being a human. He doesn't tolerate anything but obedience and fear in everyone he faces so of course you have to displease him straight away. Human, know your place. He is cruel and terrible but he believes that he has the right to do so due to his own god complex so you get little to no mercy whenever you anger him in any way and as you find out pretty soon, he has a terrible temper. I call Stockholm Syndrome because with the way he treats you, there is no way you would fall willingly in love. Muzan has disciplined and trained you to behave properly after all because your previous behavior was intolerable in his eyes. I'm not saying that he treats you good after his training but he treats you somewhat better for as long as you show him the respect he believes he deserves. Then you may get some praise from his side and more affection as you now know how to behave in his presence.
