I'm pretty sure Ozzie knew that Fizz was lying/beating around the bush here based on his main head's expression while the other two look worried/sad, but he knows Fizz would only really lie to him about one thing, which is about them being seen in public; after all, the paper was on the counter in the kitchen, so there was a decent chance Ozzie may have already seen it and figures that's what has Fizz so anxious. At least Ozzie isn't telling Fizz that his fear is ridiculous or that his feelings about them being seen aren't valid, he just counters with the fact that the Greed Ring is dangerous and that ranks higher on Ozzie's lists of fears than being seen in public together, which he then still compromises down to getting Fizz an escort before he finally concedes to letting him go alone.

Glad that it seems they can at least be lovey-dovey now at work. ;)
