Forget about Alice in Wonderland!

It's Elise in Wonderland now, featuring Elise as Alice, Alex as March Hare, and Lum as Mad Hatter.

It was my first time drawing oc Lumis in an actual art - they've been living in reels for over a year - and boy oh boy, was it a challenge.

This art was based on a 2/3-year-old sketch, and for the sketch I initially got inspired by two theatre production photos of Alice from 1898 and 1910. This art idea took its sweet time to bloom, didn't it haha

fernhand and co

Fernhand is a fox in a forest for a future town he hopes to make. Mr.boss man the big guy on the right is a big business suit tycoon who wishes to tear down the forest in hopes to expand the factory. But as long as Fernhand stays in the forest he can’t do anything. So he hires the two cheapest hunters around. Bernie on the left (small,smart,angry) and Erin (big,idiot,clueless). But like any cartoon he always out smarts them in anyway he can.

A while back I was given an art book by Jack Ham on Cartooning The Head and Figures. Using some of the references from the book, I ended up making a cartoon character that looked like he would be in an Archie comics. I'll keep playing around to see what I can make next.
