Teddy braved the crowds to make it to the summit of Pike's Peak. While he hiked his way to the top there were others that drove up and still more that took a train to the summit. It definitely made for a different mountain top experience than he is used to. While maybe not what he had in mind in the ways of solitude he was still very pleased by the views he gained for the effort.
Teddy braved the cold on his paws and scampered through the snow to summit Mount Sherman. The day was crisp and the sun overhead warm. With no one around to share the summit with Teddy basked in the suns’ rays in silence. The thought of glissading down the route he had slogged along to the summit a bright spot in his future.
