Of course he would go - but he needed to know just what he had to buy for Aurora first. And maybe insist on at least preparing dessert, since she had probably already made her mind up on making the main dish...

Finally decided to get Clip Studio yesterday because the free drawing program I have been using up till now just didn't hold up anymore. So I decided that my first drawing with the program (a kind of test drawing you might say) was going to be of a sketch I've been working on recently. And I've got to say, Clip Studio really amazed me! It was easy to use and had a bunch of interesting brushes that got me really excited to use them.

"I told you, I don't need help," is what Kayn had said at the time, but Yasuo can be persistent when it matters, apparently. Why this matters, Kayn can't fathom, but Yasuo knew a lake near enough that the blood has barely begun to dry when they arrive at its shores. The waves are almost nonexistent, but the way the ground gives way, damp beneath his shoes, already has his pulse ticking up a bit.

The last thing he wants is for Yasuo to see his fear. There's a difference, after all, between his master respecting Yasuo's skills and Kayn trusting him.

He doesn't want to kick off his shoes and feel the wet ground beneath his feet, but he also doesn't want to get those shoes wet only to have to walk on them all the way back. Kayn steps onto a stone that juts out into the lake's surface like a knife, then turns back to Yasuo and says, "This is as far as you go," before he hops to a second rock and squats down, back to Yasuo as he dips his bloody hands in the water.
