I don’t normally criticize or even insult this hard but these are the few times I’ll do because I’m not the only one having enough of a certain fandom’s shenanigans:

I used to tolerate and even slightly like Miraculous Ladybug for several years since they were first released just bc their opening was catchy.

However, ever since “Chameleon” was released, it started a huge trend of Lila Rossi hate content. I’ve never seen such a magnitude of hatred on a controversial fictional character or even other characters who are innocent compared to previous shows I’ve watched. And y’all have seen it corrupt and infect other fandoms when they crossover since the late 2010s to even the present…

The last fucking straw was when I was searching for Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer fics on here, an untagged salt fic showed up with it! I was like fuck this, I’m removing anything miraculous out of my social media blogs and bookmarks/favorites on fanfic sites I use!

And Thomas Astruc is a rather pathetic human being, because he projects himself a little too much by stating that Chole is based off of his past bully; him and his ex girlfriend had a virtual daughter, Marinette. I have nothing against self-inserts but this is a bad example, not letting go of the past that leaks into popularized fictional media where.

At this point I think Miraculous is not worth of anyone’s time, new curious viewers or former fans.

Let's be honest, Marinette and the rest of the characters put more effort into trashing Chloe herself than into actually helping (And they still have the nerve to say they were trying to help when in reality all they said was "Be nice" and nothing else, it's a strong attempt to avoid making an effort to help, which the person needs)

Yes, I'm pissed, that's why there are so many posts, but seriously, the fandom still believes that the characters tried to help Chloe and it's all her fault because she didn't accept "Help", too bad it wasn't even help (This song fits so well)

I think both stans and salters need to understand that…

You CAN legitimately dislike the creator and still enjoy the show for what it is at least sometimes lol 😂

I mean, yes. Thomas Astruc IS the creator of the show.

However, it means that he IS, that doesn’t mean that he’s free from criticism. We aren’t obligated to go along with or agree with every single decision that he makes and praise it like it’s the best thing since slice bread. It’s not like we’re not “real fans” or “entitled” if we don’t or something? It’s just…not everybody thinks the same all the time. However, it also doesn’t mean that we like/support him just because we like some of his controversial decisions (Zoe Lee, not redeeming Chloe, the love square etc).

Because guys…

This isn’t about HIM! It’s about NOT being bigots, white knights, entitled pricks, or whatever hell.

I personally don’t like him, but there’s still things that I did like about the show. Let people have fun, geez…

“Tbh...and I know I shouldn't think like this, but I don't really trust people who only watch Miraculous for Chloe anymore. It's usually those people who blame everyone in the show for the way Chloe is when that's not true. Are certain characters really responsible for the way Chloe turned out? Of course! A lot of characters have also done some pretty messed up things just as much (if not more so) than Chloe. But....she isn't innocent either??? Again, people are showing that "Chloe is everybody's responsibility" mindset, which I hate to bits. I do blame others, but Chloe has to realize that she can't go through life being a selfish and cruel prick either. I want better for Chloe, but I want her to get proper development and get proper help/redemption the right way, not have everything get handed to her on a sliver pattern and be coddled to death just for the mere fact that she's been through a lot or that “SHE’S QUEEN!”.”

Genuinely despise how Alya and Nino can prove to be really good fucking friends (Especially Alya) to Marinette and Adrien, they clearly love and care about them a fucking a lot.

But then they do one fucking thing (The damn Lila situation) which is LITERALLY BAD FUCKING WRITING OBVIOUSLY. Cuz they have no idea how to make Lila a good liar/villain without making their characters unnaturally clueless!!

Fuck!! Stop treating the two(2) only relevant brown characters like their evil fucking demons who dont deserve Marinette. Jesus! Marinette would hate yall for how yall talk about them.

People are allowed to not believe Marinette, (WE the audience know about Lila) but no one else does, theyre 14 year old nice kids who want to give the new chick (who they arent around as much mind you) the benefit of the doubt, they love Marinette but they know she jumps to conclusions, they think Adrien is simply helping her out.

Are they being silly? YES CUZ THE WRITING IS SHIT. But are they malicious people who hate Marinette?? NO.

It's time to rant about ml fandom specifically the youtube side of it I can't stand these individuals

Let's start cryus the great the worst youtuber in the ml fandom and represents a problem in ml fandom basically hating on Adrien marinette and alya while stanning g chloe and lila not even joking dude called lila his waifu

That whole video of him hating on Marinette

while making exuses for chloe and that's in genral I've seen people downplay chloe and lila behavior genuinely I've seen people say that lila and chloe behavior is that of normal teenage girls and that lila lies are harmless

Marinette got expelled because of lila not only that but has committed attemped murder and worked with terrorist same for chloe who's bullies everbody including Marinette and also worked with a terrorist

How are you claiming that Marinette is worse than them things I've seen Marinette be called a physco a yandere and some other things

And here's thing that gets me hypocrisy one character can do something it's fine and when other character does it there awful

Now the Adrien and Marinette salters while aleats a part of them ship lukanette infact I've seen a entire salt post on why luka is better than Adrien that tried to make Adrien look bad his also been called a harraser and sexual assuter

I've seen adrigami shippers who do simular things when it's comes to Marinette and the salters of Marinette

Usually include chloe lila and Adrien stans and the vast majority of Adrien salters stan Marinette and ship lukanette

Hating characters over ships really how childish is this fandom

I need to remind this fandom that the characters are 14 stop expecting them to think and act likev adults stop holding them to the same standard you'd hold to a adult

Allow me to deride your wah I despise Chloe, I want Marinette protected from what isn't Sabrina or SockayLEAN (or shippers for Adrien and Marinette that's not Andre Glacier) or how you're like Kim had the rejection coming all of a sudden from messy Flashback etc. crap.

Girl straight up caused a distraction against Adrien's bodyguard just to sneak her and Kagami to a private session, ruining Adrien's session for shipping nonsense.

Notice how things ironically look worse on the protagonist end?

Aang and Marinette (Ladybug) are the worst Asian (I refuse to say "poc". it is insulting) characters. The creators are horrible with the main ship. They say if you don't shipp these ships then you are terrible. In Ladybug's case it's said almost explicitly both in the show and by the creator on Twitter. The creator also forbids loving another female character which is misogyny.
