“You’re in heat!” he gasps, eyes wide. “Why are you—you shouldn’t be here!”
“Don’t fucking tell me what to do,” Katsuki replies on autopilot, but his voice is too breathless for his usual snarl to accompany the words. “Omegas can do anything we want to.”
“Of course, you can!”
And oh. Oh, fuck, the alpha prime is being genuine.
He genuinely believes that omegas can do anything they want to.
Katsuki wants nothing more than to strip and pin him, show him all the things he can do.

Make love with me, Kacchan by JoonEleven
Summary: Katsuki was excited. He had finally found a cheap apartment complex that wasn't in a shady neighbourhood and his neighbours were great. That was until Midoriya Izuku moved in and seemed to fuck a new person every night. Katsuki was the only one who seemed to be upset about it because Izuku being an alpha meant people were too scared to fight back.
But Katsuki wasn't a scaredy-cat. He needed his beauty sleep! So, when Katsuki had enough and tried to tell the damn alpha to keep it down, he finally saw what he actually looked like.
And, wow, was this the worst time ever? Izuku was starting his rut.
And he had just found the perfect partner to spend it with.

“Katsuki,” Izuku says in a sigh. “Honey. That’s fine. There’s nothing wrong with that.”
“But it’s not how I am,” Katsuki says, muffled into his knees.

Bakudeku ABO fic where omega bakugou makes a nest for alpha deku bc deku is sick and nests help you get better sleep whether you're an alpha or omega but alphas can't make nests very well bc it's not their natural instinct and deku is especially a bumbling fool when it comes to self care even if it's a skill that can be learned (bakugou is pissed about it the whole time and angrily makes the best nest ever)

Some Kind of Salvation - ch 1
A fantasy and A/B/O AU FOR bakudeku
Find me on AO3!
The wind was still bitterly cold in early Spring, and Izuku was not sure the seasons had actually turned yet. The nights were still long and still the lakes and puddles he passed in his wandering were still iced over, and the frost still bleached the countryside. He remembered how beautiful the frost used to be before he grew up, how much fun it was to crunch along the shining yellow grass with his thick boots and look back to track his trail of footprints.
It had been many years since he had looked on the frost and cold with anything beside apprehension and anxiety. His father left the family when Izuku had presented as omega, he said, to find work destigmatized by his son’s status as a male omega. His mother believed him, of course. Both parents knew from his birth that their pup was to have a dark cloud hover above him his entire life thanks to his secondary gender, but they could prepare him, and they could prepare themselves. What no one could prepare the pup for was the immediate rejection of sire and community once his scent was fully developed.
The winters were always mild in the south, and the most the little family of three got was a lush sheen of frost on everything until the sun came out. His father’s footprints were left in the frost for maybe an hour after the sun came up the day after Izuku’s presentation and none ever returned. The pup was five years old. From that day on, life had changed for the Midoriyas. His omega mother had to step up as sole provider for her son, keep him fed, keep him warm. When he was small, it was easier. She did omega work for rich families like laundry, housekeeping, pup sitting, even elder care, but omega work paid very little, and soon Izuku had outgrown the bed they shared to keep warm, required more food to grow up healthy, and had more opportunities to fall sick and get injured. Their home was small, just a large room on the outskirts of town with a dirt floor and a hearth, so borders were impossible. Not that anyone would have stayed in a house of any kind with an unnatural mutation like Izuku, much less pay for it.
The pups around town teased the green haired omega and ignored him if they didn’t outright push or hit him. Older pups and disgustingly, young adults jeered at Izuku just how easy it would be to make money for his mother on his back in the seedier corners of the travel town. The travelers who passed through loved to spend money on freaks. The pup was twelve. He hadn’t even had his first heat.
After his first heat at fourteen, things progressively worsened. His mother counted their blessings that her son was a late bloomer. As soon as the stench of a fertile male omega clung to the woman’s clothes, it became harder and harder to find work. The summers grew hotter, and the winters grew drier. Their little hovel had sprouted drafty holes and it became clear that they were in real danger. Water was scarce. Food was scarce. The only way an omega boy could help his struggling, hungry parent was scavenge the forest, catch rabbits, fish, foul, anything to keep food in their bellies. He got good at it until the game got wise and water receded further and further into the wilds.
The winter Izuku left home was the hardest winter in a generation. Travelers spoke of widespread famine, severe dryness, then, suddenly came rain. The first rain in months was a torrent that washed away roads, flooded rivers and found every leak in the Midoriya’s roof. With a poor diet of charity handouts from the local temples and lean game from a dying forest, mother and son fell ill with the waste and mud that flooded around their home. When the sun came out again, Izuku had recovered, but his mother had succumbed. At least the ground was soft. He was seventeen, and that heartless town was no longer home.
The omega started his travels north with no real destination in sight. His wants were simple. He wanted peace, stability, a warm house, a soft bed, a hot meal every night. His omega status earned him nothing, in fact, much like in his home town, it kept him from finding any real means of income. Manual labor was widely available, but not for him. Labor wasn’t meant for omegas who were supposed to tend to house and home. Omega work like what his mother had done was not trusted to a teenage boy. No mother would even consider leaving her children with some man, and his penis somehow meant that he was inept at cooking and laundry.
It really was a shame. Izuku liked children. Children were the only ones who didn’t care how he smelled or what was between his legs, and being an omega, he was naturally drawn to them. He could sit himself on the well in town squares in the summer and watch them play for hours until some mother shooed him on. On rare occasions, he could find himself roped into conversations with especially bold children and find himself a meal with a kind omega mother or beta family. Even rarer occasions found him a place to stay with these families for weeks, even months until his heat came. Odd, he would huff to himself as he rushed out of those villages and farm houses to find a secluded place to hide, that his heat would not come around for whole seasons when he was hard up and on the road, and as soon as he found a regular meal and a little bit of comfort, his body would ruin it. It was ironic, sick, actually.
The families were always regretful, kind people always were when forced to give in to societal norms. The pups would cry, and parents would say something along the lines of “We can’t have this sort of thing around our pups.” As if female omegas didn’t go into heat, as if wandering alphas would search for miles in a country village for a strange heat. Maybe they would have. Izuku on more than one occasion had needed to fight off a stray alpha when he was in pre-heat.
Some alphas liked that sort of thing, he knew since he was little. He knew it could be an easy way to get the things he needed. He could live in a cathouse, be fed by pimps and madams, keep out of the cold and end up in a grave from some disease or on the street again with a stranger’s pup in his belly. That was no life. He would rather starve than allow himself to cave to what the populace thought he should do. He didn’t want to hide away in a bedroom to sleep the day away and be used through the nights, and that was if he was lucky to find a place like that. More likely, he would be forced to walk the dark cobbled street and let any alpha who was interested take him down an alley and pray he would pay a fair price and leave his face unmarred.
Three years had passed since his mother’s death, and Izuku found his station had not improved. He was bone tired from wandering the country, sleeping in trees and fields, sneaking into barns at night to keep warm with the animals. He stole eggs and loaves of bread when he had to, hunted game when he could, but there was never enough. Too many days passed between villages and the woods became thinner and thinner closer to large towns, and people were more watchful. The whole country seemed to be suspicious of a lone male omega. He was road weary, and the further north he went, the worse the winters got. He hadn’t been in heat since the previous spring, and even though the winter had passed and the days were getting warmer and longer, he was not any closer to the stability that would bring one around.
In fact, he felt he went further and further away from the possibility of comfort the more north he went, and when his legs finally gave out, he was in the most northerly town in the country. Beyond that final inn, and along that road waited nothing but wild lands and traveling bands of savages. Or so the rumors were. He knew the savages were real. He had seen beaded saddle bags, woven blankets, fur garments in the winter time of unknown origin.
The rumors he didn’t quite believe said these traveling bands would raid the border towns, rape and pillage. He certainly didn’t believe that dragons existed with them. He’d been all over the country by then, and the most horrific thing he ever heard from a first hand account was getting into nasty scuffles after insults or too many cups. And, honestly, he’d seen more countrymen get rowdy in taverns than he heard stories of savages.
In the frost of the early morning, leaning against the warm door of a closed bakery, Izuku didn’t care to think about the savages that may or may not be waiting just over the hill with hordes of dragons waiting to steal him and make him their concubine. Or better yet, kill him. He didn’t think he would have the strength to run even if those things did happen. Rumors were rumors until they weren’t, so why worry about it when he needed to think about his next meal.
When the sun finally peaked over thatched roofs, and his frosty footprints expanded and faded away, the little town started to wake up. Alphas and betas went to their work still bundled in thick fur lined cloaks and hats. Omegas with pups tucked into thick blankets started to scour for any fresh fare they could find for their families before it was all picked by the earlier birds. The baker opened the door and startled the young omega out of his people watching. He was big beta, almost alpha sized, and he carried hot loaves of bread in two heaping baskets.
“Listen kid,” he growled when he got a whiff of Izuku, “You’ll keep warmer if you don't stop moving. Catch my drift?” The omega heard the disdain in his voice, but he ignored it. Two more seconds of the delicious heat and aroma from the bakery would see him better, than bowing his head and moving on.
“How much for a loaf, sir?” he asked. He dipped his chin and lifted his eyes submissively. If he pitched his voice just right, and kept his movements soft, he could pass for an ugly girl. People were generally more likely to give charity to lone girls, even ugly ones if they were lone omegas. Even if his layers or dirty rags still held the stench of “male” mixed in with the sweet notes of omega.
“Two coppers. You got that much on you, kid? I don’t take trades even from people who look like they got something to trade.”
“I have one. Could I buy half a loaf?”
“Get out of here, kid. I sell every loaf every day. I’m not wasting half of one on some vagrant so I can throw it in the gutter later.” Izuku swallowed, ready to say that it didn’t have to be wasted if he could buy the whole loaf for a single copper piece. Even if the other half did get thrown in the gutter, the omega would wait around and snatch it off the ground before the dogs found it. So, really, nothing would be wasted - “I said get outta here! We don’t take vagrants in this town. There’s little enough for our own people, let alone some stranger this early in the season. Your muttering is gonna scare off my regulars. Get outta here before I kick your ass!” He’d done it again, spoken instead of thought.
He did leave then. When violence was threatened, he didn’t want to stick around to find out if it would be backed up. He learned a lot in that interaction. He learned that money was still worth something in this town, that trade was legal tender, and food was still plentiful enough for bread to be cheap. He didn’t have a copper piece, he didn’t have any money at all, but if he could find some loose coin, he might be able to buy something hot. He also learned from his people watching that furs were commonplace. Even if he could find a few rabbits to eat and skin, they wouldn’t be worth the effort to find them. Not early season rabbits, still scrawny and furry as they were before the spring growth. They wouldn’t be tasty, they would hardly have enough meat on their bones to be nutritious or even satisfying.
The wanderer settled into a learned routine. He found a well traveled street, huddled into himself and watched passing feet carefully. If a coin fell, the glint would catch his eye, and he could slip into the crowds between feet and scoop it up before anyone could do it before him. In rich towns, his study was often mistaken for desperation or helplessness. In those cases he would sometimes find himself with a coin dropped at his feet, cloth wrapped leftovers, or a priest offering prayers and a warm seat by a fire. This town wasn’t so rich even if there were furs on every body.
Later, if coin spotting went poorly, he would seek out the grocers and see what was left after getting picked clean. He could often find some old potatoes and moldy root vegetables that had been passed up one day too many. He didn’t care much about the state of the food as long as it didn’t make him sick. He was too aware that one more fever or dysentery could kill him. He was strong, but a hard winter could fell an alpha if he lived as rough as Izuku had been living.
If there were no scraps to be had, he would wait and let himself be seen. He had never had to wait more than a day or two before someone had a hand out or a religious organization of some kind had some charity for him.
If all else failed, he had his body. He hadn’t sold that yet, but this seemed like a hard town. He’d used his omega charms to prey on lonely alpha with a soft spot for doe-eyed omegas, fathers of pups. All it took was a well timed whimper and a “please, alpha, I’m hungry,” and he would get what he needed. Male or not, a hungry omega was a pitiful sight. It worked more easily when he was younger looking. Now, a whimper and a trill of desperation was answered by curious hands. He’d let himself get felt up if it meant a payout, but when the hands were too greedy and the money not forthcoming, the slight omega would turn on his heels and get away.
He hadn’t resorted to sex for anything before, but the day provided nothing to him, no coin, no scraps, not even unguarded baskets or gutter trash. The omega had sat on the same corner for hours without the strength to scrounge anymore, eyes upturned, weak chirps on his lips. Maybe this was it. Maybe he wouldn’t see another summer. Maybe this hard town would let a vagrant die on the street.
Afternoon came, and Izuku’s little spot had been blessed by a ray of warm sunshine. Warm for the first time since the day before, he dozed off against the wall only to be woken hours later by a sudden bone rattling chill and new energy around the square.
“The wildlanders are back! Did you hear?”
“They’re early this year, wow!”
“Please let them have something good to eat. I’m sick of potatoes!”
Huh, so the savages were real… they really did come into border towns. But no one was afraid, so pillaging was unlikely. Izuku wanted to see. If the furs and beaded jewelry were anything to go by, they would be something to behold. The omega was frozen to the ground, however. His knees were frozen under his chin, and his feet were numb. Panic squeezed his chest with icy fingers and pushed him to move or accept death. He wasn’t ready for death after all, so he pushed his legs out with a genuine bark of pain and sudden body gripping cramp. The omega fell onto his side and stretched himself out on the ground as quickly as he could manage. Blood finally found his feet, and the young man scrambled onto them. He breathed through the head rush he knew was coming and leaned back against the cold shadowed wall.
A few groups hustled past Izuku, and the whimpers and please came two days early. A few alphas passed, but only one turned his head.
“Alpha? Alpha, please. I’m hungry.” The alpha in question was young, maybe Izuku’s age. Old enough to have some means, young enough to still be swayed by a come-hither purr. He told his friends not to wait up, and the omega swallowed. He’d do just about anything at that point for something hot to eat.
“You’re sick, man. That thing looks half dead!” One of the other alphas called after him.
“Don’t do it, Cano! You don’t know what kinda fleas it has!”
Cano turned and made a rude gesture and laughed, “Get me some nice boots if they have any! I won’t be long.” No, the omega thought, he wouldn’t be long. Izuku wondered if this small town bumpkin even knew what to do with an omega. Maybe he wouldn’t even have to take his clothes off. An over-the-pants job, or just his hand ought to be worth at least a few silvers to prosperous and healthy young alpha like this.
“I’m hungry, alpha, and I’m cold. You got any money for a hungry omega?”
“Shit the bed, they weren’t kidding. You do look half dead. How much?”
“Six silver pieces? I’m really hungry.”
“Six? You’re not even cute enough for four.” He stepped in closer and closer to the omega, even put his hands on Izuku’s face. “You smell like an omega, but you don’t look like one. What you got to play with? I’m not too picky.”
“Six silvers, and maybe I’ll let you see.”
“Six silvers and let me do more than that.”
“Six silvers, and you can touch, but that’s it.”
“What’s wrong, omega? I thought you were hungry. How about I promise everything in my purse for everything you got, and you’ll be lucky to get six when I’m done.” The courtship was over. With a rough hand pressed to Izuku’s throat, and barely enough energy to keep standing after the shock, the alpha pushed the omega away from the street and pressed him against the wall. “Don’t play coy. I know how this works. You’re gonna give me what I want, and you’ll thank me for whatever I give you. See, you’ve been turning heads today, and no one really liked what they saw. Turn up with too much money, and you’ll be run out of town as a thief. You don’t want that, do you?”
Izuku didn’t answer. He barely heard the words, let alone understood their meaning. All he knew was he was in danger and no amount of money was going to be enough. He was so weak, all he could do was yelp frantically and claw at the hand on his throat.
“Come on, omega. Shut your trap. Don’t make it so hard on yourself! What’s your problem?”
Izuku was losing fast. Before he could react, his two layers of hose were unbelted and round his ankles, his threadbare cloak was open and his tunic was pushed up. This alpha, this strong alpha he thought he could handle was already more familiar with Izuku than any other living human on earth besides himself, and the omega was screaming.
“I said, shut up! You want more people looking than there already are?”
“The fuck is this?” A deep, unfamiliar voice growled close by. Izuku looked, but what he saw didn’t make sense. A large man with furs, blonde hair, bare chest, and beads was approaching. His face was menacing, his eyes so full of malice, Izuku wanted to shield himself behind his would-be rapist. They both froze as the alpha started picking up speed. “I said, what the fuck is this?”
The alpha holding Izuku dropped him and took several steps back quickly. “Hey man! Nothing! This is nothing! Take it easy, will you?” The alpha, it was clear to Izuku, then, that he was one of the most potent alphas the omega had ever smelled. His rich scent choked him just as easily as a fist.
The new alpha did not take it easy. He didn’t slow, didn’t shrink, in fact, he grew taller and taller until he took hold of the offender’s cloak and slammed him against the wall beside Izuku. The omega was on the ground, fully cowed by the weight of the aggressive defender. It was no wonder he seemed to tower above him. “What the fuck you think you’re doing, asshole?” The growl had only deepened in intensity, and the other alpha was shaking, whimpering like Izuku had been moments before. He whined apologies and promises to never do it again, then he was on the ground. “Get the fuck out of here! If I catch you again, I’ll fucking kill you!” Cano ran, tripped over himself, and kept moving. The alpha above only grew louder and louder the further away he was. “YOU GOT THAT? I’LL KILL YOU!”
The world stilled for just a moment as the blonde alpha waited for the other to get out of sight before turning sharp red eyes onto the crumpled omega on the ground. “And you -” Izuku didn’t need to hear anymore. He couldn’t run like that alpha, and he was suddenly very aware of his bare knees tucked up under his chin. He slammed his eyes shut and bared his throat.
“Please,” his soft voice shook. There was no hint of a coquettish purr in his voice this time, no pleading whine, just simple desperation and a will to live. “Please, alpha… I’ll- I’ll go. Please, don’t hurt me.”

A/B/O Thought:
We have all (well those interested in ABO) seen Enigma Katsuki turning Alpha/Beta Izuku into an omega.
I raise you: What about Enigma Katsuki turning Beta/Omega Izuku into an Alpha??? 👀
Would he do it on accident because he was wanting to be under someone (not necessarily for sex but probably that) and Izuku was responding to that need?
Or maybe he felt the need to start a family of his own and HE wanted to be the one carrying kids so Izukus instincts responded (because let’s be real they are true mates).
Or did he do it on purpose with the intent to become more omega himself while Izuku his Alpha?
What if Katsuki didn’t want to be in control all the time or ‘dominant’ all the time. Not that he couldn’t top from the bottom.
But who says Enigmas HAVE to be the ‘Alpha’. Why can’t they enjoy it the other way around is all I’m saying…

Katsuki Bakugo had plenty of reasons why he wasn't mated yet, not that he was going to explain why to just anyone. But now, Ground Zero was running out of time. If he didn't find someone soon, he'd lose his position as a Pro-Hero and he'd never get to be #1. So, when he finds out there's a male Omega recently arrested for prostitution that's headed to prison if he too doesn't get a mate…well it must be fate.
Izuku Midoriya doesn't know if he should laugh or cry when his childhood bully shows up in front of his jail cell asking him to be his mate. He also didn't know if it was good or bad that Kacchan didn't seem to recognize him, but fate hasn't been kind to him before so why should it start now?

Now he needs to court Izuku and convince the omega that they should be together. However, Izuku isn't sure that an alpha who saw him kill five yakuza in his feral state and fell in love with that really is mate-material.

Summary: "Actually... I... Uhh, would you let me borrow one of your hoodies? I'd like to have an alpha's scent on me during these couple of... Kacchan?"
Finally, Bakugo is looking at him, but he seems like Izuku just punched him in the face; his cheeks are completely red and he's gaping at the omega like he's never seen him before.
It was probably too much; he shouldn't have asked... "I'm sorry! Please forget–"

"Sleep," Izuku whispers against his ear and Katsuki's body relaxes completely before falling asleep on the omega's lap.

"What?"
"How are you two not dating?" Hagakure squeaks.
"I didn't know Bakubro let you command him!" Kirishima grins, looking from the blond to Izuku. "That's so manly!"

A Laboring Exam by Quirkyasfok
Summary: Deku going into labor in the middle of the exam is not what surprised him. They all knew it was going to happen. Deku’s bad luck and ill timing wouldn’t allow for anything else. No, what surprised him is that out of everyone, EVERYONE, he was the only one Deku was allowing to come close.

Summary: “Hold on,” Aizawa states harshly like he couldn’t believe what he was just told “Let me get this straight. You went to Midoriya’s house with Eri and Kouta, because they wanted to meet up with him, but Midoriya is in heat. Then, he called the kids his ‘pups’, pulled them into his bedroom, and now Bakugou won’t let you near the house?”
“Yes” Togata looked up to the building behind him “What should I do?”
Aizawa sighs for the tenth time “I am not paid enough for this.”

bkdk idea from this prompt with some adjustments I made [x]
PH!Katsuki finds a lost kid in an alleyway who looks no older than 5 years old. He wanted to turn him in to the police so that he’ll return to his parents, but the brat practically begged him to take him in instead. Something about wanting to be a prohero just like him and stroking his ego for being the best as number one in the nation. Totally not because the kid won’t stop clutching onto his leg and wouldn’t let go. The way he praised him almost reminded him of a certain someone a long time ago.. He begrudgingly allowed the kid to follow him to his home (what can a kid even do to a prohero like him?), but told himself it’ll only be for the day. He’ll worry about contacting his parents tomorrow as he prepares a meal for both of them and the kid excitedly makes himself at home and gushes at the awards Katsuki earned. Unbeknownst to Katsuki, the “lost” kid he found wasn’t lost at all. A certain worried infamous green haired villain is currently trying to look for the boy in every nook and cranny of the city who’s in the verge of wrecking havoc if needed. All because his kid didn’t want to become a villain like him and wanted to pursue a hero career instead.

What did I ever do to you Kacchan to this to me? Why are you so cruel to me? How could you ever contemplate doing this? Didn't you want to be a Hero? What type of heroes does this type of this? You killed my baby and for it, I will never forgive you!’ he thought while glaring at the moon, ‘I won't rest till you feel what I felt and lose as much as I lost Bakugou!’
